The 'SNL' vet was spotted having dinner 1-on-1 Monday night at Carbone in NYC, with a lovely lady sitting across from him. You can see in the pic, it was full wine and dine mode.

This is one of the first times we've seen Pete out on the town with a new girl since he and Ariana split in October and called off their engagement. We're told he has been casually dating. It's also certainly a nice change of pace considering how rocky things have been for him since the breakup, privately and publicly.

Just last week, he announced Internet trolls were encouraging him to kill himself ... but vowed he'd never do any such thing. Way to bounce back, Pete.

Ramona Singer and Harry Dubin are just friends -- friends who had one drunken makeout sesh -- but we're told they're definitely not banging ... not at this point.

Sources close to the kissing pals tell TMZ ... the 'RHONY' star and Dubin are not dating or even going the "friends with benefits" route. Despite the fact they were inhaling each other's faces Friday night in NYC, we're told there was nothing Biblical about how the night ended.

Translation: no nookie.

Our sources say Ramona and Harry were just talking and flirting and maybe definitely had too much to drink ... which led to the passionate kiss. We're told both are happily still single though.

As you 'Housewives' fans know ... Harry's got a long history with the 'Housewives' -- he's divorced from Aviva Drescher and is a former flame of Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps.

If Nikki Bella's date with Peter Kraus had been filmed for "The Bachelorette," it would have ended with him strolling into an SUV without a rose. She just wasn't feeling it ... TMZ has learned.

Our production sources tell us ... while her date looked every bit like an episode of 'Bachelorette' -- which included a ride on a gondola and sipping wine -- fact is, there just weren't any sparks for her to wanna lock down a second date.

The big tell ... we're told Nikki couldn't muster the strength to pucker up and kiss Peter when he made his move. Yup, she left him hanging. We're told she freaked out and screamed "NO!!!" before pulling away.

Bottom line ... Nikki's just not ready to start dating again following her on-again, off-again relationship with John Cena.

As for why she went on the date at all? We're told Nikki's mom is a HUGE 'Bachelor' fan and suggested she give Peter a shot. The date will play out on the new season of "Total Bellas" next year.

For now, we're told Nikki will be laying low on the dating scene, and focusing on her career. Back to the drawing board, Peter.

Safaree's finally getting cozy with someone post-Nicki Minaj ... the rapper was spotted out and holding hands with Erica Mena.

Sources close to the 'Love & Hip Hop' stars tell TMZ ... Safaree and Erica recently started dating and ... were seen walking hand-in-hand IN MATCHING FUR COATS at the Jazz-Nets game Wednesday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

We're told there were immediate fireworks ... and while they're not officially boyfriend/girlfriend yet, they're well on their way to that status. Safaree had been hinting for a while now about finding love ... posting clues on his Instagram story he's riding with a new chick.

Erica also took to Twitter before the Nets game ... professing she's finally finding true love.

Our sources say Safaree and Erica's new connection will be featured on 'L&HH' at some point.

Clearly, these 2 kids seem to be riding high on Cloud 9 ... a far cry from their previous relationships. As you know ... Safaree's on-again, off-again relationship with Nicki Minaj ended terribly, to say the least. He most recently accused her of trying to kill him.

Certainly seems that way ... 'cause the ex-NFL superstar brought his Miss Universe girlfriend to the Tebow Family Thanksgiving -- a sure sign that things are getting THAT serious.

Tim and Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters -- Miss Universe 2017 -- have been dating for a while now ... and they've been getting super cozy with each other the last few months.

Her hard work didn't stop there. Paris was later seen handling some equipment for the band. BTW ... Gabe's the singer and plays guitar.

Fun fact ... Paris and Gabe play in another musical group together called The Soundflowers. They were seen jamming out together in L.A. earlier this summer for a cancer benefit performance, with Paris on the mic and Gabe strumming beside her.

Looks like Post Malone's sticking with his good luck charm -- the chick he was cupcaking on a yacht right after his near-death experience on that private jet ... and ya can't blame him one bit.

We got this shot of Post walking through George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston. He was jetting off to Dubai Sunday, and his germ-deflecting surgical mask wasn't all that caught our eye. His cute travel buddy looked real familiar.

When last we saw her, Post was spraying her down and canoodling with her back in August on a yacht off Saint-Tropez. Good times.

Of course, that was one week after his terrifying emergency landing, and shortly before he survived a major car accident. Safe to say, she was the best thing to happen to him this summer.

Noah and Busy both appeared on James Corden's 'Late Late Show' Wednesday and, at one point, she revealed the Netflix stud had completely stopped talking to a friend of hers, whom he'd apparently been chatting up. It was slightly awkward, but mostly light-hearted.

As it turns out ... we're told the actual convo ran longer than the clip that aired, and that wasn't by chance. Sources close to the situation tell us Noah's team were worried about the segment, and asked Corden's people to heavily edit it down.

We're told Busy went into detail about how Noah met one of her writers on a dating app, and dragged him for ghosting her. Our sources say Noah's team feared the story would ruin his boy-next-door image.

You can tell 'Late Late Show' execs obliged -- there's an obvious edit at about 56 seconds, plus they didn't post it on their YouTube channel ... as they usually do with noteworthy segments.

Noah blew up this year after starring in Netflix's rom-com, "To All the Boys I've Loved Before."

Plus, he was Camila Cabello's love interest in the "Havana" music vid, and he's in People's new Sexiest Man Alive issue.

Hayden Panettiere answered the door to police last month in an apparent drunk and frantic state after her new beau got into an altercation with his dad ... according to cops.

TMZ has obtained a police report from the Greenville City Police Department in South Carolina regarding an incident that went down late last month between Hayden's beau Brian Hickerson, and his father David. Police responded to a call for assault and battery.

According to the docs, the responding officer saw what appeared to be Brian chasing his father through the house with a Gatorade bottle in his hand. The officer says Hayden rushed to open the door for him in a panic, and he immediately put Brian in cuffs to figure out what was happening.

The officer says Brian was uncooperative, refusing to give any personal info because of the potential negative impact the incident could have on Hayden. Hayden fessed up ... she and the father had been drinking before the altercation.

David had visible injuries on his face -- severe bruising and bleeding -- he said he had just fallen.

Our sources say Hayden denies having been drunk.

Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum seem to really have the conscious uncoupling thing down -- going from peaceful reunited exes one night to love birds with their new boos the next.

Jenna was spotted out Thursday near Palm Springs with her boyfriend, Steve Kazee, holding hands and enjoying a mid-day walk. She had a grin on her face while chatting on the phone -- and, honestly, couldn't look happier.

Meanwhile, Channing took their daughter, Everly, to Jessie J's concert in L.A. later that night. He's been dating the pop star for at least a couple months after splitting from Jenna earlier this year.

Speaking of Everly, her mom and dad DID link up on Halloween to go trick-or-treating with her.

Both Channing and Jenna are clearly moving on, but they also don't seem bitter over the breakup -- especially since they each have their own new relationship.
