Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill Carried Off Coachella Grounds ... Totally Out of It

Published | Updated

Victoria's Secret Angel Taylor Hill might have had a little too much fun for Day 2 of Coachella, 'cause she had to be carried out by a group of friends by the end of it.

We got the model Saturday heading into the Empire Polo Club for round two of the festivities, where she was trying to be incognito -- but appeared perked up and fully engaged with our camera guy ... making her love for Beyonce loud and clear.

Then we saw her again as she was leaving with the same group of friends -- only this time she was being held up as her head was hanging and she stumbled to the car.

It sounds like an ambulance was being considered briefly, but her pals ended up getting her into the car safely where she appeared to be conscious and okay.

Cardi B at Coachella Booze for My Crew ... Sweet Smell of Success For Me

Published | Updated

When Cardi B performs the biggest show of her life at Coachella, her pregnancy won't make the scene backstage any less of a rager ... at least for her entourage.

We got a hold of Cardi's rider and it's stocked, at first glance, with several things a pregnant woman shouldn't be consuming ... but also several preggo-friendly options. Here are some highlights:

- 6 dozen white roses
- Degree spray deodorant
- Gillette razors
- Grilled/fried chicken
- Caesar salad
- Roasted vegetables
- 2 bottles of D'usse
- 2 bottles of Hennessy
- 1 Bottle of 1942 tequila
- 20 bottles of water
- Red Bull
- Fresh coffee

We're told Cardi, who is due the first week of July, will obviously not be indulging in the booze ... ditto for Red Bull and coffee. All that stuff is for her hard-working team.

The roses are 100 percent for the boss lady, though. Let's face it, Cardi's getting used to that sweet smell of success.

Aldon Smith Being Transferred to Substance Abuse Facility

Published | Updated

NFL star Aldon Smith is being transferred from county jail to an inpatient substance abuse facility after officials say his blood alcohol level registered at .40.

TMZ Sports spoke with San Francisco District Attorney spokesperson Alex Bastian who said Smith is currently being moved. We're told the facility is located in California. Officials believe Smith clearly suffers from alcoholism.

No word on how long Smith is expected to stay in the facility. His next court hearing is May 3.

As we previously reported, Smith was arrested on domestic violence charges stemming from a March 3 incident with his then-fiancee.

As part of his bail, the judge ordered Smith to stay completely sober and wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring device.

But, things went sideways last Friday when the device showed his B.A.C. was at .40 ... which is an alarmingly high number. In fact, many studies show a .40 could lead to a coma or even death.

Smith's fiancee has since left the NFL star -- but hopes he can clean himself up.

Aldon Smith Blood Alcohol Level Was Deadly High

Published | Updated

Aldon Smith's blood alcohol level was so high on Friday, it's a miracle he's not dead ... because a .40 can KILL most people.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... the embattled NFL star was arrested Friday when his court-ordered SCRAM alcohol monitoring device went off.

Now, officials say the device measured his B.A.C. at a whopping .40 ... 5 TIMES the legal limit to drive.

In Smith's case, the judge in his domestic violence case had ordered him to be completely sober while wearing the device ... but officials say he went WAY over the edge.

In fact, according to an organization for responsible drinking, most people with a .40 or higher are probably in a coma.

"The nerve centers controlling your heartbeat and respiration are slowing down. It's a miracle if you're not dead," the report says.

On Wednesday in court, it was revealed that prosecutors and defense attorneys are looking into sending Aldon to an inpatient substance abuse facility.

Smith is currently in jail and will likely remain there until his next hearing on Friday.

Yeah ... you can guess how that turned out.

We spoke to Mean Gene before the "Andre the Giant" doc premieres Tuesday night on HBO ... and he told us some fun facts about his larger than life friend.

Turns out, Andre was a serious fine-dining nut -- especially for delicacies like animal hearts, kidneys and tongues. Gene also told us the Giant was one of the most honest human beings he's ever met.

But, the best part was when Gene revealed he went on a few benders with Andre -- and ended up getting WASTED.

"I did try to stand toe-to-toe with him on a couple of occasions, and trust me, I got bent," Okerlund said.

Ric Flair once said Andre consumed over 100 beers in one sitting ... but we're guessing Gene tapped out way before the century mark.

Jose Fernandez Drugged Before Boat Crash ... Lawyer Claims

Published | Updated

Jose Fernandez and a passenger killed in his fatal boat crash were both drugged before the incident as part of a robbery scheme ... this according to a lawyer for the ex-MLB star's estate.

Attorney Ralph Fernandez has filed new documents in the wrongful death case brought against the Miami Marlins pitcher -- claiming he was carrying $15,000 in cash in a backpack on the night of the incident ... which made him a target for thieves.

Fernandez claims he and Eduardo Rivero were "unwitting recipients of a spiked drink or a mickey of sorts" in a plot to disorient them and steal the money.

Fernandez, Rivero and Emilio Macias were killed in Sept. 2016 when Jose's boat crashed while traveling at an extremely high speed. Investigators say Fernandez's body tested positive for cocaine and booze.

The families of Rivero and Macias filed a civil suit against Fernandez's estate each seeking $2 million.

But, Jose's attorney claims investigators found NO evidence of drug paraphernalia or drug residue at the crash scene ... supporting his theory that the player was drugged without his knowledge.

Fernandez also claims the investigative body handling the crash refused to consider the possibility Jose was not driving the boat. For the record, the boat was owned by Jose.

Fernandez claims "inexperienced" investigators have botched the investigation -- saying, "Like a house of cards, this whole case is compromised."

'Melrose Place' Star Jamie Luner Sexual Assault Accuser Flagged for Filing Bogus Lawsuit

The man suing Jamie Luner for sexual assault is on a list in California exposing people who abuse the litigation system ... TMZ has learned.

Anthony Oliver -- who claims the "Melrose Place" star drugged and raped him in 1998 when he was 16 years old -- is considered a vexatious litigant in the state ... according to court records. That means special approval is required by a judge before the courts have to accept any lawsuit he files.

The reason -- Oliver has filed at least 22 wide-ranging suits over the past several years ... some of which have been deemed to be either unnecessary, frivolous or without merit. Here's a rundown of some of the parties Oliver has sued:

-- County of Chatham, Georgia; claims he was beaten by a sheriff's deputy who used excessive force

-- Target, Cox Communications and Premier Bankcard; claims former roommate stole his identity and racked up debt with these companies

-- City of Oceanside; claims he was unlawfully arrested by cops who were harassing patrons, and they deleted his video footage of the incident and used excessive force

-- Men's Wearhouse; claims text message ads are unlawful marketing and violates his privacy

-- L.A. County, California Highway Patrol, T-Mobile, South Coast Medical Group and more for a variety of allegations

We broke the story ... Oliver's suing Luner, claiming his experience with her in '98 messed up his life, and he filed a police report as well.

Jamie's side says the allegations are "completely unfounded" and believes they are part of an extortion scheme ... and points to Oliver's long history of filing suits as proof.
