Blac Chyna might be down, but she's not out -- at least according to her mom, who says the mother-daughter duo is teaming up yet again ... and going full David Letterman.

We spoke to Tokyo Toni in the aftermath of Chyna losing her court case against the Kardashians -- a brutal defeat that's surely going to be costly for her -- and our photog asked the obvious ... is there any chance BC will be on TV again???

The answer, per Toni, is ... absolutely! In fact, she dropped kind of a big nugget on us -- saying the two of them are actually getting right back to work for a new show that's quite different from what they've done before, which were more reality-based programs.

Unlike those other ventures -- including "The Real Blac Chyna" and "Tokyo Toni's Finding Love ASAP!" -- TT tells us here that the upcoming series is a talk show ... where both mom and daughter sit down with guests and get the tea.

As you see, Toni's stoked about it ... and even invites us, TMZ, onto the show for a sit-down -- to which we say, why the heck not?!? Even more interesting is that Toni says this is going to be carried on her very own network -- dubbed SHN.

Assuming this comes to fruition the way Toni describes it, Chyna's nonchalant attitude from the other day makes a bit more sense ... apparently, she's got some things in the pipeline, and has reason to be happy -- even after her across-the-board defeat before a jury.

Sam Hunt and his wife called off their divorce and all signs point to reconciliation.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Sam's wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, asked the court to dismiss the divorce case last month, and a judge signed off.

Remember ... Hannah cited infidelity when she originally filed for divorce back in February, but she quickly withdrew her petition and refiled it in a different county in Tennessee.

But, this time around it looks like the divorce is really being called off.

There's more evidence Sam and Hannah are giving their marriage another try ... he's been wearing his wedding ring again.

Sam was NOT wearing the band during a performance in March when the divorce was still working its way through the courts, but he was rocking the ring last week on stage in Florida.

And, get this ... witnesses say Sam and Hannah have been spotted together recently, walking their dog in Franklin, TN.

They have a pretty good reason to reconcile ... Sam says they are expecting a baby girl at the end of the month, which would be their first child.

TMZ broke the story ... Hannah filed for divorce back in February. In her divorce docs, she said Sam was "guilty of inappropriate marital conduct" and "adultery." She asked the court for primary custody of their future child and alimony.

Anna Nicole Smith's daughter Dannielynn Birkhead kinda took a page from Kim Kardashian, wearing an iconic getup to a big, fancy event.

The 15-year-old daughter of Anna Nicole and Larry Birkhead showed up at the Kentucky Derby's Barnstable Brown Gala in the same outfit Janet Jackson wore to the exact same event back in 2003. The outfit included a black pantsuit and an old-fashioned cap.

The proud papa said, "It was purchased as a part of Janet’s @juliens_auctions benefitting charity.“#prouddad."

And guess who was there ... Janet!!! The 3 took pics together at the soiree.

Larry was gushing afterward ... "What a night! Janet was so gracious and complimentary of Dannielynn in her outfit. She made Dannielynn so happy and even graciously posed for a photo with us."

Larry and Dannielynn attend the Derby events every year. In fact, Larry and Anna Nicole met at the Derby years ago.

Larry has done an amazing job raising his daughter ... especially in the face of incredible turmoil after Anna Nicole's death.

Gabby Petito's mother, Nichole Schmidt, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the estate of her daughter's deceased killer, Brian Laundrie ... seeking around $30k in damages.

Laundrie's family attorney, Steven Bertolino, tells TMZ … the filing of the wrongful death lawsuit by the Petito family was fully expected and most likely will not be defended.

He says, "The Petitos will have gained nothing more than a piece of paper that tells them what everyone already knows - which is that Brian was responsible for Gabby’s death as indicated by the FBI."

According to the lawsuit ... Laundrie killed Gabby and her parents had to cover funeral and burial expenses. They also claim they've suffered a loss of care and comfort from their daughter.

As for why only $30k, when they could have sued for 7-figures for the murder of their daughter, we're guessing it's because the funds just aren't there.

As we reported ... Gabby's parents sued Brian Laundrie's parents, claiming they were aware their son murdered their daughter before Brian's body was found in October.

The man who killed Nicki Minaj's father, Robert Maraj, in a hit-and-run has pleaded guilty.

Charles Polevich pled guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an incident without reporting and one count of tampering with physical evidence ... both felonies.

He was facing up to 7 years behind bars on the felony count alone, but it looks like he won't get nearly that long of a sentence. Judge Howard Sturim committed to sentencing Polevich to no more than one year in jail, along with community service and suspension of his driver's license.

As we reported ... Robert Maraj died at the age of 64 ... after being struck in a hit-and-run accident back in February 2021.

Nicki later opened up about the tragedy on her website saying ... "I can say it has been the most devastating loss of my life." She added, he was very loved and will be very missed.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have left all the drama behind ... as they got super touchy-feely on the beach in Turks and Caicos.

Kylie and Travis took their kids, Stormi and their little boy along ... sorry, we still don't know his name. As we reported, he was named Wolf at birth, but apparently, his parents didn't think the name fit, so they presumably found a new one, but haven't shared it.

Speaking of ... Travis is set to perform Saturday in Miami ... at E11EVEN during the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Tekashi 6ix9ine's baby mama and daughter were involved in a nasty car crash this past Easter ... one that sent them straight to the ER with some serious injuries.

Sources tell TMZ ... Sara Molina, the mother of Tekashi's 6-year-old daughter, Saraiyah, was in an Uber minivan on the expressway in New York City. Saraiyah and Sara's sister were in the car too.

Their driver suddenly got cut off, resulting in them getting rear-ended pretty badly ... we're told Saraiyah was scared and crying after the ordeal.

An ambulance was called and all 3 were taken to the hospital. Sara's sister got whiplash. Saraiyah had serious pain in her arm.

Sara might've gotten the worst of it ... in addition to getting whiplash, like her sister, she also got a concussion and is still in a lot of pain. Sara has been battling multiple sclerosis prior to the crash.

"General Hospital" star Steve Burton says his wife is having a baby, but he's not jumping for joy ... revealing the baby-to-be isn't his.

In a scenario that could happen on the soap itself ... Steve revealed his wife, Sheree Gustin, was pregnant -- but he "wanted to clear something up." Steve goes on to say, "The child is not mine. We are still co-parenting our three beautiful kids."

While it may come as a surprise to Steve's fans, he says he and Sheree are separated.

Steve and Sheree have been married for more than 20 years, and have kids Makena, Jack, and Brooklyn together. We've not yet seen any divorce docs filed.

Tokyo Toni's trying to raise some cash to make Blac Chyna's appeal happen, but she also hopes the Kardashians can mend the rift between them.

We got Tokyo Tuesday in L.A., and she's calling BS on the Kardashian ruling ... she thinks they've got a solid chance on appeal, if they raise $400K she says they need for the lawyers.

Tokyo started a GoFundMe to raise the funds, but the page hasn't seen much activity -- so far it's at an anemic $810.

Tokyo also wants the Kardashians to "do what's right" and stop the war ... especially because Chyna and Rob share 5-year-old Dream.

As you recall, we caught up with Chyna the day after she lost her $100M defamation suit ... she seemed in good spirits, saying her time in court had been fun.

"Toddlers and Tiaras" star Kailia Posey tragically took her own life at the age of just 16, her family says, in a gut-wrenching statement.

Posey's family tells TMZ, "Although she was an accomplished teenager with a bright future ahead of her, unfortunately in one impetuous moment, she made the rash decision to end her earthly life."

The family is devastated, listing everything Kailia had ahead of her and her accomplishments during her 16 years, saying, "She won countless crowns & trophies after competing on the pageant circuit her entire life ... Her highly acclaimed talent as a contortionist had already led to professional touring job offers, and she had recently been selected to be a cheerleader at her high school next fall.

Not only that, Kailia's family says she had a love for aviation, and had plans to continue to work in the entertainment industry while pursuing her goal of a commercial pilot's license.

TMZ broke the story, the 16-year-old who first found fame on the popular TLC show -- even becoming a popular GIF as 'Grinning Girl' -- died Monday in Washington. At the time, her mom posted, "I don't have words or any thoughts. A beautiful baby girl is gone. Please give us privacy as we mourn the loss of Kailia. My baby forever".

Her family has set up a fund, at the Whatcom Community Foundation in her name with the goal of providing resources to help students in crisis.

PSA for all the Internet trolls out there -- if you come at Drake, he WILL DM your significant other ... and the 6 God proved it during a heated debate over NBA star Ja Morant's dad.

Here's the deal -- Drizzy hit the Instagram comments to defend Tee Morant over a meme criticizing his support for the Grizzlies guard throughout the playoffs, which some have deemed "annoying."

Drake was having none of it -- saying, "Imagine your son makes the league and he’s Ja Or Melo (Ball) or Lonzo (Ball) all you can do is be elated and competitive and over supportive and it’s a right of passage to that the OG’s talk s*** 😂😂😂😂."

"I know I’mma be this way even if my son is in a rubix cube competition 😎."

One troll thought it would be wise to crack back at Drake by referencing the rumor he doesn't write his own songs ... saying, "ya son prolly play with ghost writers."

Big mistake -- 'cause Drake fired right back in the most ruthless way possible.

"I just followed your girl cause she prob miserable and needs some excitement in her life."

Sheesh.

And, get this -- Drake wasn't kidding ... because the troll later posted a screenshot of his wife getting a DM from Champagne Papi himself, which read, "I'm here for u ma."

Chalk this one up as a win for Drake ... and a teachable moment for anyone else looking to go after him.

Tom Cruise's new friend/collaborator, Lady Gaga, has gotten the seal of approval from one very special fan ... Tom's daughter, Bella, who -- SHOCKINGLY -- is 29 years old!!!

Gaga posted a photo on Instagram Tuesday, kissing Tom on the cheek, thanking him for coming to the show .. and Bella was quick to like the pic.

Bella has kept a low profile over the years. She's been estranged from her mom, Nicole Kidman, but apparently has maintained a relationship with T.C.

Nicole and Tom adopted Bella and her brother, Connor, back in 1995 while they were married. As you know, that marriage disintegrated in 2001.

Tom and Nicole shared custody for a while, but the relationship between Bella and Nicole was strained ... reportedly over Scientology.

Maybe there's been a shift, because Bella has been liking some of Nicole's Instagram photos lately.

Post Malone is about to celebrate a very big milestone ... he and his GF are having a baby!!!

Post tells TMZ ... "I'm excited for this next chapter in my life, I'm the happiest I've ever been, and for since I could remember I was sad. Time to take care of my body and my family and friends, and spread as much love as we can every day."

Sources close to Post say he and his girlfriend celebrated the baby-to-be with a private party for friends and family in Southern California over the weekend.

The baby will be Post's first ... the 26-year-old also has a new album, "Twelve Carat Toothache" expected to drop next month -- so ya, lot's of good things for Post on the horizon.

As for Post's girlfriend ... we are told she's not someone who has spent any time in the spotlight, the two have been happy privately building their relationship -- which will soon turn into a family.

Post's been having a ton of fun lately, performing at a Coachella party with his buddy Quavo and hitting some L.A. hotspots for dinner.

TMZ broke the story -- Post was super sweet to a fan with autism -- who was out celebrating his 21st. The fan's mom told us her son has a hard time speaking, and strangers are sometimes impatient with him ... but Post could not have been nicer.

Sharon Osbourne's home is like a petri dish ... everyone's got COVID.

It looks like in the Osbourne home, Ozzy is patient zero. As we reported, he caught the virus and Sharon, who had just launched her new UK talk show, was beside herself and flew back to the states to be with him.

Well, Ozzy passed on the bug, and now Sharon's got it, along with Kelly.

The good news ... Ozzy's doing better, according to Sharon. His cough is gone and his temp is back to normal.

Sharon's doing her show -- "The Talk" -- remotely. She told her co-host, Jeremy Kyle, that she's doing fine.

Sharon and Ozzy's son Jack shared a video Sunday ... reassuring folks Ozzy was on the mend and back to doing what he loves -- chatting with his pets over FaceTime.

As you know, Sharon was in tears last week talking about Ozzy's diagnosis ... saying her family is her life, and she worries for their safety.

TMZ Sports has obtained pictures of Colby Covington's face following his alleged March altercation with Jorge Masvidal ... and in one of the photos, you can see the UFC star's front tooth is clearly broken.

The pics were taken a short time after Covington alleged Masvidal punched him in the head and mouth area on March 21 outside of a restaurant in Miami.

In the photos, Covington's right cheek appears to be red ... while his front left tooth is obviously fractured.

The pictures were included as exhibits in docs filed by Masvidal's attorney, Bradford Cohen, on Monday.

"Interestingly," Cohen wrote of the pictures in the docs, "the images do not demonstrate an injury aside from a small chip in [Covington's] fake tooth."

In the docs, Cohen is asking the judge to order Covington to take independent medical exams to determine the extent of the alleged "brain injury" that Colby said he suffered in the incident with Masvidal.

Cohen also asked the court in further documents filed on Monday to have Colby's Rolex watch inspected.

Cohen claims the timepiece that Covington said Masvidal damaged in the alleged attack is actually a "FOLEX." Cohen says there are doubts that it's worth anywhere remotely near $95,000 ... and he's asking the court to issue an order that would allow them to inspect the watch.

He also said pictures of the watch taken after the alleged incident with Masvidal show "simple wear-and-tear scratches."

As we reported, Masvidal has been hit with two felony charges following Covington's allegations -- one count of aggravated battery and one count of criminal mischief.
