YG and Kehlani are ready to let the whole world know they're officially an item ... the new couple just made their first public appearance together.

The rapper and R&B singer were holding hands Thursday night as they strolled arm and arm into the Kith show at New York Fashion Week.

It's the first time we've seen YG and Kehlani together since rumors of their relationship started swirling ... and they told our guy they're definitely dating.

The timing is interesting ... because YG recently had another child with his baby mama, Catelyn Sparks, who gave birth to their second baby girl in July. Kehlani became a mother back in March, welcoming a baby girl into the world.

Kehlani's no stranger to getting in high profile relationships. The former "America's Got Talent" finalist used to date NBA superstar Kyrie Irving.

Ariana Grande said thank u, but no thank u to Forever 21 when they pitched her an endorsement deal, but the clothing store went and launched a ripoff Ariana ad campaign anyway ... according to a new suit.

The singer alleges Forever 21 and her team were in talks for a deal in December 2018 into January, but the company wouldn't pony up enough dough to use her name and likeness.

Instead, Forever 21 allegedly stole it from Grande for a campaign across their website and social media ... and also hired a look-alike model to make it seem even more like the real deal.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, F21 published at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating Ariana's name and likeness, and did so by piggybacking off of the huge success of her "Thank U, Next" album.

Grande claims the company stole imagery from her album to create a false perception Ariana was backing the Forever 21 brand. The suit alleges F21's look-alike model also reenacted scenes and shots from the album's singles and music videos ... specifically "7 Rings."

The store Riley Rose, which was launched by the daughters of Forever 21's founders, was also allegedly involved in the ripoff campaign.

For Jay-Z, the best defense is a good offense -- he's wasting no time putting his controversial NFL partnership to work by launching a new apparel line to fund social change ... and enlisting his pal, Meek Mill.

The NFL and Jay's Roc Nation just announced a new Inspire Change apparel line and a music showcase called Songs of the Season. The music part of that deal will begin with Meek, Meghan Trainor and Rapsody performing at the NFL Kickoff Event in Chicago on Sept. 5.

Meek and Rapsody are Roc Nation clients, but Meghan is not ... which shows that despite facing a wave of criticism, Jay still has plenty of entertainers willing to support his NFL venture. All 3 artists are the first Inspire Change advocates.

The bigger part of the deal, though, is the apparel line -- because it seems to have Jay's fingerprint all over it. After successfully launching his Rocawear and Paper Planes (that Roc Nation logo you see everywhere) ... he knows there's big money in clothing and caps.

Roc Nation and the league say the revenue from Inspire Change apparel will fund Inspire Change programs across the U.S. -- with a focus on  "economic empowerment, police and community relations, and criminal justice reform."

As you know, Jay-Z took a ton of heat after a meeting with Roger Goodell to announce their partnership. Many critics, including athletes and entertainers, felt like Jay was turning his back on Colin Kaepernick and the kneeling protest he started for social justice.

Coming just 2 weeks after that firestorm, the Inspire Change initiative plays like Jay's clap back to the haters.

The 64-year-old grandmother whom Kim Kardashian West helped free from prison is now the face of the launch campaign for Kim's SKIMS Solutionwear.

Alice Marie Johnson is making her on-camera debut, pushing Kim's new product ... and the theme is freedom. Alice talks about her experience in prison and how Kim went to war to get her out -- she calls KKW her "war angel."

Johnson says Kim's product is a metaphor for freedom ... it allows her to go to the store and pick up something she'd normally never wear, thanks to SKIMS.

Alice was sentenced to life in prison without parole in 1997 on money laundering and drug conspiracy charges ... her first offenses. Kim made headlines after meeting with President Trump, who then championed her cause and Alice was released shortly afterward.

The two developed a serious friendship ... and Alice has praised Kim's efforts ever since. This is a big moment for Kim ... she's found a way of merging her beauty brand with her social activism.

Alice's testimonial will kick off the SKIMS campaign, and we're told Kim's sisters Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie have also all shot for the brand.

Nas had the beat, the crowd and the stage, but one critical thing was missing -- at least for a good portion of his performance -- and still, he never skipped a beat.

The legendary rapper suffered a technical difficulty Wednesday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn during his performance with Mary J. Blige. The duo was performing her track, "Love Is All We Need" featuring Nas, who, BTW, was rocking a Louis Vuitton Monogram Admiral Jacket.

It's a pricey piece of leather ... a cool $6,550. Those pockets tho!!!

Anyway ... the music was poppin' and Mary was dancing. But, as Nas begins, there's an audible silence. For a good 30 seconds you can see Nas rapping but can't hear him. Finally, he's like, "what the hell?!"

Yung Miami is making sure her City Girls counterpart JT gets some love when she leaves prison ... because JT's gonna score some custom diamond jewelry!!!

We're told Yung Miami plunked down some serious cash for JT in the form of a pendant and chain to match her own City Girls bling ...  $52,000 to be exact.

We're told Yung Miami hit up Jewelry Unlimited about a month ago, and the bling took two weeks to fully craft. As you see, the pendant and chain sparkle with baguette and VS+ diamonds set in yellow gold.

The only difference from Yung Miami's matching bling ... hers is rose gold.

JT has been locked up at the Miami Federal Detention Center since June 2018, after turning herself in to authorities on fraud charges. We're told she's getting released in the next few weeks.

Kylie Jenner ruffled some feathers making people think she was getting married on her birthday trip -- but now, the cat dress is out of the bag ... and it's clear there's no wedding.

The mystery "wedding dress" that was seen being loaded onto Kylie's jet last week made its full debut Saturday on Kylie's Instagram story, where she revealed it was merely a birthday outfit (her 10th so far, apparently). It's a flowing, feathery white gown, nothing more.

Kylie filmed herself getting done up in the dress, and then posted another clip of her running down a hallway in it -- seems like she can move that thing!!!

On the way up to the upper deck of her multi-million dollar yacht, she showed off the garment in all its glory. It's easy to see why some folks thought it actually was a wedding dress -- it's got a train, and looks a lot like something a bride might wear.

As we first told you ... Kylie ain't getting hitched on this trip -- despite the possibly well-planted red herring. Two of her older sisters -- Kim and Khloe -- aren't expected to attend ... and it was suggested to us they wouldn't miss Kylie and Travis' nuptials.

Kris Jenner is there though, as are a bunch of Kylie's closest pals ... plus Travis Scott and baby Stormi too, of course. They're all partying and making the most of Kylie's $250 million rental.
