Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde's former nanny -- who allegedly blabbed to the media about them -- is now taking the ex-couple to court ... claiming they drove her to her wit's end and then some.

The woman's name is Ericka Genaro, and she just filed suit against both actors -- for whom she previously worked between 2018 and 2021. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Genaro makes even more allegations about the dynamic during this rocky time in the partnership.

According to her ... Olivia abandoned the household, by and large, in 2020 -- around the time she reportedly started her romance with Harry Styles -- and it was because of this that Genaro claims a lot of pressure was put on her to fill in on multiple fronts.

Beyond just being the primary live-in nanny caring for OW and JS's two kids ... Genaro claims she also started to become a shoulder for Jason to lean on -- staying after hours for him to vent and talk about the delicate situation.

While Genaro says she gave Jason her ear, she also says this lopped on an incredible amount of stress and anxiety that she claims became debilitating -- on top of this, she also says her work duties started to be in way more demand, allegedly working round-the-clock.

Genaro says Olivia's absence from the home forced her to fill in on mom duties Olivia would normally undertake -- and she even says she confronted Olivia about this in person while she was filming "Don't Worry Darling" -- claiming Olivia came off as sympathetic and understanding.

However, Genaro says she flipped on a dime ... because she says Jason confronted her about this convo she allegedly had with Olivia, and that increased the tension in the household -- as Genaro says she felt she had to pick sides. Genaro says this anxiety became unbearable and that she was advised by medical professionals that she had to stop working ... essentially, she was given doctor's orders to take a 3-day break from the job.

But Genaro claims Jason wasn't receptive of this ... and allegedly fired her on the spot when she made this known to him.

Genaro claims she was wrongfully terminated, and alleges that Jason and Olivia violated several employment laws in California -- now asking for major damages under FEHA.

We've reached out to reps for Jason and Olivia on the lawsuit ... so far, no word back. But in October, Jason and Olivia told us of the nanny, "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly."

Pamela Anderson reached out to Tommy Lee to make things right, and to let him know how she really feels before her Netflix doc aired ... and told her ex-husband he's still her "one true love."

In the text messages, to which Tommy hasn't responded, we're told ... Pamela told the Mötley Crüe drummer how cute their family used to be when they were still together raising their sons ... and she blames the paparazzi for tearing them apart.

We've heard 2 differing sides on Pamela's goal in texting Tommy -- a source close to her tells us she has zero intention of breaking up his marriage, and isn't trying to get back with him. That source says Pam only wanted to express her gratitude for their history.

On the other side, a source close to Tommy tells us while Pam's been portraying herself, at least in public, as being respectful of Tommy's marriage to Brittany Furlan -- in reality, Tommy and Brittany believe she's been trying to get back with him.

Our Tommy sources say Pamela's been repeatedly texting Tommy since he proposed to Brittany, but Tommy doesn't respond, and is respectful of Brittany and happily married.

Some of Pam's texts to Tommy surfaced online ... and we're told she also texts him flirty messages about how she still loves him, and how she believes they will be together when they're old. We're also told she sends Tommy apologies for things that happened in the past.

Our sources say Pam's most recent text to Tommy was in January, right before her documentary, "Pamela, A Love Story" premiered on Netflix. We're told she was expressing heartbreak over their divorce and how she was sorry for hurting Tommy.

It's worth noting ... Brittany recently posted and deleted a TikTok where she joked Pamela wouldn't care if she died. Brittany said she deleted it because she felt like it was going to get twisted, but was clearly just making a joke.

She has been getting attacked online since the documentary dropped and we're told she's had friends and family reaching out to see if she's ok because they feel the doc makes it crystal clear Pam is still very much in love with Tommy.

Tommy Lee's wife apparently doesn't think Pamela Anderson gives a damn about her, despite what Pam's said publicly, suggesting Pam doesn't care if she's dead or alive.

Brittany Furlan posted and quickly deleted a TikTok mocking Pam -- seemingly making the decision to take the post down after being dragged in the comments.

In the video, Brittany uses a "90s Pam Makeup" filter and sets a scenario where Pam just found out Brittany died and couldn't care less. Brittany, imitating Pam, says ... "She passed away? Oh, hmmm, alright."

The clip features superimposed text, reading ... "Pam if i died" ... and Brittany captioned the post, "Pls guys I gotta make jokes it's how I cope." Brittany, who married Tommy in 2019, pans the camera to Tommy at the end of the video.

Brittany's apparent disdain for Pam, who has two kids with Tommy from their 1990s marriage, appears one-sided ... Pam recently told Howard Stern she totally supports Brittany and Tommy's marriage.

Pam's clearly top of mind for Brittany ... Pam's been dominating headlines recently and just had a Netflix documentary released, plus a memoir, and Brittany posted a TikTok telling folks not to worry about her following the Netflix doc.

But, based on her since-deleted video, Brittany's not coping as well as she claims.

Vanilla Ice could've been married to Madonna in the '90s, but he says he turned her down -- partly because he was too young, but also because she put him in her infamous "Sex" book!!!

The "Ice Ice Baby" rapper painted the picture on the “Just Jenny with Jenny Hutt” podcast, harkening back to a string of sold-out shows where Madonna was in the crowd jamming to songs from his 15x platinum debut album!!!

Ice says he had a hard time fathoming a superstar like Madonna thought he was hot, even after coming backstage to his dressing room and giving him "the sexy eyes."

When the late Charles Koppelman arranged a formal date for them ... Ice says things got FREAKY and they embarked on a whirlwind romance, where they would wear masks and dress up like they were elderly to keep from being recognized!!!

Ice compared the relationship to being inside a shaken snow globe and admitted he got weirded out when she proposed to him ... as he was entering his prime.

The final straw was when Madge inserted steamy images of them into her then shocking 1992 "Sex" picture novel without Ice's permission.

Big Daddy Kane and Naomi Campbell also appeared in the book but Ice told Madonna it was "slutty" and even pondered a lawsuit ... but he eventually let the relationship fizzle by hanging up on her every time she called!!! 😬

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis seem to have waived their white flags following a drama-filled year in the wake of their split -- because they're out here looking very simpatico.

The former couple -- who share two children together -- hugged it out in public Friday here in L.A. ... this after a meeting we're told they attended together, which apparently went really well. Check out the photos for yourself ... they're straight-up embracing and smiling.

OW and JS were dressed down, but their spirits seemed to be pretty high ... chit-chatting in the parking lot and eventually going in for the big hug before going their separate ways.

It's startling to see this ... in a good way. Remember, they had a tumultuous 2022 -- Olivia, especially -- which was chock-full of low blows and finger-pointing from both sides in the wake of their breakup, not to mention what was said about their relationship by outsiders.

It all started with Olivia being served legal papers at a public event in April ... which turned out to be sent on behalf of Jason, who was trying to get her to respond to custody matters.

He denied that he'd done that intentionally, but she went on to call it a "vicious" move ... so, at the time, it seemed like there was no love lost between them -- even more so with Harry Styles in the picture, whom Olivia had been dating for at least a couple years by then.

Adding insult to injury ... their ex-nanny started to spill alleged dirt about their breakup, plus their pet tendencies. They came together for that one, though, and denied the claims.

Looming large over all of this was Olivia's "Don't Worry Darling" spat with Florence Pugh ... and Shia LaBeouf. Since then, she and Harry have split -- and the dust has settled, it seems.

Gisele Bundchen and her jiu-jitsu instructor are getting close once again -- this time, the two were seen riding horses in Costa Rica, in what's either an amazing just-friends date ... or further proof the two are now an item.

Tom Brady's ex and Joaquim Valente were spotted on the animals back on Jan. 18 ... and the duo looked like they had a blast.

The couple(?) rode the horses for roughly two hours through the jungle -- and check out Gisele's grin, she sure seemed giddy while plodding through the afternoon with Valente.

Of course, there's been no official confirmation they're dating -- Gisele's camp initially claimed Valente had been tagging along on family vacays to train her and her kids -- but they've certainly appeared to be awfully coupley this month.

First, they were seen jogging while appearing to share AirPods ... and just days later -- riding horseback with none of Gisele's kids in sight.

No word yet on how Brady feels about it all ... but he hasn't been in the best mood this week.

On Monday, just seven days after the Buccaneers QB was bounced from the playoffs by the Dallas Cowboys, he snapped at his good friend Jim Gray on their podcast ... unleashing an F-bomb tirade about how he wasn't sure if he'd be retiring or not.

Chrisean Rock got into a physical altercation shortly after announcing she was pregnant with Blueface's child -- this while trying to get to her alleged soon-to-be baby daddy.

TMZ has obtained video that was taken early Saturday morning in Chatsworth, near Blueface's home. We're told this fight you see here on camera followed what eyewitnesses claim was a bum rush attempt by Chrisean on Blue ... dropping in on him at his house.

You see, we're told Blueface was throwing a party at his crib to ring in his 26th birthday (Friday) ... and that Chrisean crashed the shindig in an effort to pull him away.

What you see here is what we're told happened shortly thereafter ... it seems Blueface was trying to get away in his own vehicle -- with a gaggle of people following him, including Chrisean -- and it all erupted in a massive brawl on the street down the block from his pad.

In the clip, you see Chrisean -- wearing the same pink track suit from earlier in the day -- getting Blueface to herself on one side of a car (presumably hers). We're told she was trying to get him inside to leave with her. Instead, she threw hands with 2 ladies on the scene.

Chrisean finds a way to her feet -- and in the end, eyewitnesses tell us she and Blue left in different vehicles. Unclear if they met up somewhere after, or went their separate ways.

Of course, this is disturbing on many levels. For one, it's another instance of violence between Blueface, Chrisean and/or people in their orbit. More sad, though, is the fact that Chrisean says she's got a bun in the oven -- so this is super dangerous in that regard.

Remember, Blueface has denied the kid is his ... and also said he and Chrisean were done. It seems she might've wanted to patch things up -- which doesn't seem to have ended well.

Tyler Stanaland is warning "Selling the OC" fans ... don't expect to see his divorce from actress Brittany Snow play out in the show's upcoming seasons.

We got the reality TV star at LAX -- he's heading to Dubai -- and asked him if producers on the Netflix series are planning to make a big deal out of how things ended with his estranged wife.

TMZ broke the story ... Brittany filed for divorce Thursday after two years of marriage to Tyler.

He and Brittany announced their separation in September, but the pro-surfer-turned-real-estate agent says all his relationship drama is best left in the past.

Netflix just picked up "Selling the OC" for 2 more seasons ... so there's lots of air time to fill ... but Tyler says he wants the show to focus on what's happening in real-time once filming begins, instead of looking back on his marriage.

But, it's hard to blame fans for wondering if Tyler's split would be a major story line ... remember, the separation came amid rumors Tyler was hooking up with his costar, Alex Hall.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Tyler and Alex are in Dubai together right now -- after she posted a video at the pool showing Tyler's leg tattoo.

Despite how it seems, sources close to Tyler say it's all business -- they were invited as influencers to attend the grand opening of Atlantis the Royal resort ... where Beyonce's performing this weekend. We're told the company that invited them booked separate flights and separate hotel rooms for them.

We're told there's nothing romantic between Alex and him -- they still insist they're just friends, and as Tyler told us at LAX ... he would never date someone from the show.

Britney Spears has clear regrets ... about a tattoo, and about her ex, Justin Timberlake -- she's even posting throwback pics of him -- which can't feel great for her husband, Sam Asghari.

She posted a video of herself getting inked up while in Maui, but never revealed the finished product. As Brit put it, "Can’t show it because it sucks 😂😂😂 !!! Like really really sucks !!! S–t 🙈🙈🙈 !!!”

That's probably exactly what Sam is saying about the Justin pics Brit posted right before her tattoo video. They were throwbacks to JT and Brit in 2001 wearing matching basketball jerseys, and the caption said, "When we used to shoot hoops TOGETHER … that’s when miracles happened."

It wasn't all gushing, though ... she also said, "I came out of my mom’s stomach just like we all did !!! Psss … why always cast me out ??? I’m equal as all !!!"

Brit didn't leave up the cryptic, yet definitely critical, Justin post for too long. That one's been deleted, but she left up the tattoo vid.

As you'll recall, Britney accused Justin last year of using her name to gain serious popularity ... referring to his hit, "Cry Me A River," as a way to blast her publicly for their split.

All the public reminiscing about her ex, can't sit well with Sam ... who was just publicly defending her.

As we reported, eyewitnesses told TMZ Brit was acting "manic" while out to dinner last week -- and video showed her sitting alone at the table and speaking incoherently.

Sam later said his wife was just freaked out by fans taking photos of her, and he denied leaving her in the restaurant. Chivalry at its best.

Cheryl Burke is dancing off with a W in the fallout from her divorce with Matthew Lawrence -- instead of going to court over custody of their dog ... he's waived the white flag.

New court docs, obtained by TMZ, show the 'DWTS' star and her now-ex-husband have struck a deal regarding the battle over who'll be the primary caretaker of their French bulldog, Ysabella ... something they'd been fighting about throughout the proceedings.

As of now ... it looks like Cheryl is going to play dog mom to the pooch, as she was awarded all ownership rights -- with ML agreeing to give up all docs/data pertaining to Ysabella, including the title of "pet parent" for their once-shared Home Again service.

There was a trial that was scheduled to take place soon if they didn't squash this, and it looks like they did that just in the nick of time -- with all discovery now being withdrawn.

While Matthew and Cheryl finalized their divorce in September, this was one of the final points of contention ... which Cheryl had even addressed publicly, calling Matt's insistence on fighting her over it "cruel." As she said in interviews, she always saw it as *her* dog.

Cheryl says she got Ysabella from an ex, and felt entitled to it. In the end, it seems he saw it that way too. Of course, he's on to new horizons ... now in a relationship with Chilli.

Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham have set the internet ablaze after seemingly confirming dating rumors -- but we've learned they were getting cozy nearly 2 whole months ago.

Here's the deal ... Phoebe and Bo were seen at LAX together Friday, trying to be low key -- but no doubt fueling speculation they're an item now, this after at least a month of fans' theories in the wake of hints that she and one-time BF Paul Mescal split up late last year.

With this outing ... PB's followers are having a virtual meltdown on Twitter, as they loved her and Paul as a couple -- and can't seem to handle the idea that she's moved on with another dude ... even it is the widely beloved Bo.

Of course, word of Phoebe and BB (potentially) being a thing has been floating around since before the holidays ... especially after The 1975's Matty Healy posted a photo of himself kissing Phoebe, with Bo standing behind them. As it turns out, the theories were likely true.

This new pic, obtained by TMZ, shows what we're told is Bo and Phoebe at a restaurant in Malibu, CA on Nov. 17, just before noon. Eyewitnesses tell us they were in there for some grub to go, and that they were sitting off in the corner while waiting for their food.

We're told they appeared to be in matching black hiking outfits ... and that they could even be heard talking about how they're seen more as an image than actual people in the public.

One eyewitness tells us they also talked about their mutual musicianship ... getting into the feeling of walking onstage under bright lights. Eventually, their order was ready and they left in the same vehicle. No sign of PDA, but our sources say it looked like a classic day date.

Lisa Marie Presley's death has not only devastated her family, but it's left a big question as to who will get full custody of her twin daughters ... with the makings of a potential legal war.

Sources connected to the Presley family tell us Michael Lockwood -- the father of 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper -- will absolutely go to court to get full custody of his daughters. As one source connected to Lockwood tells us, "It'll be a cold day in hell before he gives up custody of those children."

At the time of Lisa Marie's death, she had 60% custody of their twins ... he had 40%. Under California law, Lockwood would ordinarily get full custody, unless a judge determines he's not a fit parent.

Now here's the rub. Our sources say Danny Keough, Lisa Marie's ex who was living with her and the twins at the time of her death, sees himself as the stepfather of the kids. There's a ton of bad blood between Keough and Lockwood, and there are rumblings within the family he might fight to get custody of the kids.

Some members of the family have not discounted the possibility Riley Keough, the daughter of Lisa Marie and Danny, would also make a case for custody. And, there's talk Priscilla Presley might do the same. We do not know if either will actually make a move in court.

Now here's the wild card. The twins are old enough that the judge will give weight to their preference. We do not know their feelings about custody.

As you may know, Lisa Marie's divorce from Lockwood was incredibly nasty, with allegations of drug use and child abuse hurled around. It went on for 5 years.

TMZ broke the story -- Lisa Marie went into full cardiac arrest at home Thursday morning. Danny performed CPR until paramedics arrived, and while they were able to get a pulse, she died a few hours later at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center.

We're told Danny, Michael, the twins and other family members all gathered at Priscilla Presley's home Thursday night -- devastated by the loss.

'RHOA' star Phaedra Parks' ex-husband Apollo Nida has started a new chapter of his life ... getting married nearly 7 years after finalizing his divorce from the housewife.

Apollo and his new wife, Sherien Almufti, tell TMZ ... they got hitched October 14, 2022, during an intimate ceremony with close family and friends at a church in the Atlanta area.

The couple has kept their nuptials under wraps from the public until now. We're told Apollo's kids and ex-wife Phaedra all knew about the wedding, though they didn't attend.

Apollo says he and his ex-wife turned a leaf ... they're co-parenting much better now and there's no more bickering. In case you didn't know, there was a ton of drama surrounding their drawn-out divorce ... after they officially pulled the plug on their marriage in 2016.

As for Apollo and his new wife, they tell us they've reached a point in their lives where they wanted to take the next step and move on after first meeting about 10 years ago. Apollo got engaged to Sherien back in 2016 ... while serving time behind bars for cashing stolen checks and laundering more than $2 million.

While it may seem like an unconventional love story ... they say they've known each other for a decade, and their ups and downs have made them stronger.

Travis Scott seems to be moving solo now ... seen for the first time since word got out that he might be on the outs again with Kylie Jenner, and he's not looking too happy.

The rapper had his head down as he stepped off his private jet Sunday afternoon in L.A. ... shortly after reports came out he and Kylie might've broken things off. He clearly had a somber look on his face ... possibly breakup-related, possibly just regular fatigue.

Tristan Thompson's mom has died suddenly ... and Khloe Kardashian is right by his side, offering comfort and support as he navigates a challenging time in his life.

Khloe and Tristan were spotted Thursday touching down in Toronto together in a private jet. TMZ broke the story ... just hours before they landed, Tristan's mom, Andrea, was rushed to a local hospital after suffering a heart attack at home.

Our sources say Khloe joined Tristan on the flight from L.A. to Toronto to comfort him in his loss. We're told Khloe was very close to Andrea, and like Khloe and the Kardashian family always do -- they'll support a loved one in their most difficult time of need.

Fans accusing TLC's Chilli of coming between Matthew Lawrence and his ex -- 'DWTS' star Cheryl Burke -- are barking up the wrong tree ... even though Cheryl seems to be throwing shade about the new relationship.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... Matthew's divorce was filed before he started talking to Chilli in any romantic way -- they knew each other, but simply weren't pursuing one another.

Chilli and Matthew did reconnect in March, a month after Cheryl filed for divorce, at a '90s convention ... but sources say they waited a while before jumping into anything serious due to Matthew being fresh out of his marriage.

Chilli was even dating other people up until they made things official over the holidays -- and we're told Matthew and Cheryl weren't living together when the romance began.

In fact, Cheryl herself says she and Matthew were officially single as of September.

As we reported, Chilli and the "Boy Meets World" star spent the holidays -- Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year -- together in Atlanta with her family.
