American actress Paige Turco was 26 years old when she was cast as the kindhearted and spirited news reporter April O'Neil in the sci-fi film ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret Of The Ooze" back in 1991.

Paige shared the big screen with Ernie Reyes Jr. as the pizza delivery boy who infiltrates the Foot Clan to take down Shredder, Keno, Mark Caso as katana slicing turtle and the leader of the fast-fighting reptiles, Leonardo, and Leif Tilden as April's bo-staff wielding best friend, Donatello.

Winnie The Pooh, one of Disney's most beloved characters, is now a thing of nightmares ... thanks to a new horror flick coming out which turns Pooh into a murderer, and we've got one of the first looks at the trailer.

The movie appears to be the tale of Winnie's friend, Christopher Robin, returning to The Hundred Acre Wood to find his stuffed animal BFF and Pooh's pals missing. Things quickly take a turn for the worse, and all hell breaks loose.

From there ... there's plenty of screams, blood, violence and possibly murder. Much different than the kid's tale. BTW, "Winnie The Pooh" became public domain in 2022, which is how they were able to pull the whole thing off.

Demonic photos of the new Pooh first went viral back in May, building a ton of anticipation for the project. Looks like it's finally getting close to a release.

The kids may never know Pooh as he once was...

Leonardo DiCaprio has a few shoulders to lean on in the wake of his reported breakup with his girlfriend of over 4 years ... 'cause he's hanging out with his bros in the Big Apple.

The "Wolf of Wall Street" star went out for lunch Tuesday with his crew, grabbing Italian food at Il Buco in New York City and rolling deep.

It's the first time we’ve seen Leo in public since his reported split with model/actress Camila Morrone ... and the actor was looking very slim in a white tee.

Leo kept a pretty low profile ... wearing a face covering and hiding his handsome mug under an NBA cap.

Leo split with Camila after 4 years of dating ... but it's still unclear what sparked the breakup. They started dating back in 2017 and spent much of 2020 together in quarantine.

Ben Affleck is having a great month ... on the heels of his second wedding to Jennifer Lopez and honeymoon in Italy, he's found a buyer for his Pacific Palisades home.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Ben accepted an offer Tuesday on his 7-bedroom estate, which he listed for $29,995,000.

The home is 13,453 square feet of pure luxury ... it's got all the bells and whistles, including a pool, spa, walk-in wine cellar, theater and gym.

As we first reported ... Ben listed the house 3 weeks ago, and he and J Lo are planning to move into her Bel-Air home once a massive remodel is complete. In the meantime, Ben and Jen are renting James Packer's $60 million Bev Hills compound.

Ben and Jen just got back from their Italian honeymoon, taking a private jet back to Los Angeles Monday, so he's returning to a bit of good news.

Charlbi Dean -- famous among DC fans, indie film buffs and fashionistas -- has died.

A rep for the South African actress/model tells TMZ Dean passed away Monday from an unexpected sudden illness. We don't yet know what illness Dean was fighting, but a source tells us she died in a hospital in NYC.

Dean recently landed her biggest role in "Triangle of Sadness." It hasn't hit theaters just yet, but it did impress at this year's Cannes Film Festival ... where it took top honors with the Palme d'Or award. It's about a wrecked cruise ship and its passengers getting washed ashore, Charlbi is the lead, starring opposite Woody Harrelson ... the cast made a big splash in France in May, showing up at events and hitting red carpets together.

When their film won, Charlbi wrote ... "Congratulations our family we did it!!! @ruben_ostlund you're the GOAT I'm forever thankful for you for trusting me to be apart of your genius and my dear @sinaostlund Can't believe I had the best year making this during one of the hardest times in my life. She is also known for her work on the CW show "Black Lightning," where she played Syonide ... an assassin/hitman-type of anti-hero who's got bulletproof skin and top-notch combat skills. She's also walked her fair share of runways and graced a number of magazine covers too ... CD has modeled all over the world.

Charlbi was engaged to male model Luke Volker. She was 32.

Chris Rock has the Internet up in arms over a joke he made comparing his possible return to The Oscars with Nicole Brown Simpson's vicious murder.

Rock performed Sunday in Phoenix where he reportedly told the audience coming back to host the 2023 Oscars would be like asking Nicole Brown Simpson to go back to the restaurant where she ate before she was brutally murdered in 1994.

Some people on social media have accused Rock of being misogynistic and cracking jokes at the expense of a woman, similar to the criticism he got for the Jada Pinkett joke. Others on social believe Will should have slapped Chris harder.

It was 6 months ago when Will Smith got up on stage and slapped Chris after the comedian made a joke about Jada's shaved head.

Chris Rock later said he was unaware Jada suffered from alopecia.

Sylvester Stallone is firing back at his estranged wife, Jennifer Flavin, by denying that he's hiding any of their marital property ... but wholly agreeing the marriage is dunzo.

The actor filed a response to Flavin's divorce petition in Palm Beach County, FL -- which clearly states Sly has NOT engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets ... this, according to docs, obtained by TMZ.

It doesn't get more specific beyond that -- neither did Flavin, BTW -- but his attorneys make crystal clear that SS is not doing anything that could be labeled as moving/hiding assets.

Sly also has an answer for Jen's request for exclusive use of their Palm Beach mansion -- and to that, he says ... hell no. He's officially opposing her ask, letting a judge know he's firmly against that.

One thing Sly concedes ... there's no remedy to fix this mess. He acknowledges their union is "irretrievably broken" -- he's also cool with her restoring her maiden name.

As we reported ... we'd heard from sources directly connected to the Stallones that the straw that broke the camel's back might've stemmed from an argument over a dog that Sly wanted, but which Jen didn't.

Sly, however, denied that ... telling TMZ the Rottweiler, Dwight, didn't trigger anything ... and he and Jen had simply grown apart. He added, "I have the highest respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She's an amazing woman. She's the nicest human being I've ever met." He'd previously told us he loved his family and wanted to deal with this privately.

The Rock Island Auction Company held an event for collector firearms over the weekend ... they've sold great finds before like John Wayne's weapon from "True Grit" and Alexander Hamilton's pistols, but come on -- there's nothing quite like this.

The DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol snagged $1,057,500 at auction -- but that chunk of change is nothing to a die-hard fan of the galaxy far, far away.

FYI ... it was estimated to go for $300K-500K -- almost as big of a jump as one to hyperspace.

The blaster's the same one used on-screen by the reckless smuggler himself in "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope" ... and is the last surviving example of the three models that were made for the movie.

The piece was originally a Mauser that George Lucas' team converted to a non-firing weapon for blanks only ... sorry, no womp rat shooting with this thing.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are back home in Los Angeles after a whirlwind week where they celebrated their second wedding in Georgia and jetted over to Italy for a honeymoon.

The newlyweds touched down Monday at LAX in a private jet then hopped into a waiting SUV to be whisked back to reality.

It's been a super long week for both Ben and Jen, the actor was spotted lighting up a cigarette shortly after the plane landed.

Remember ... Ben and Jen spent the week traveling across Italy after celebrating their marriage down at his Georgia estate. On their Italian honeymoon, Bennifer dined at Lake Como and made out in Milan.

Of course, it was the second honeymoon for Ben and Jen ... after initially getting hitched in Las Vegas, they jetted off to Paris.

Johnny Depp just made one small step in his Hollywood resurgence ... because he's returned to TV sets, appearing on MTV at the Video Music Awards in an astronaut suit.

The movie star just made his debut as the network's famous Moonman -- recently dubbed the Moonperson -- dressing up and showing his face Sunday to kick off the award show broadcast. But that's all that was shown ... literally just a video of his mug in the suit, which appears to have been pre-recorded. He said he "needed the work," and that was that.

The real McCoy wasn't actually there for the show, it seems. Still, pretty cool!

As we first told you... Johnny was tabbed for a surprise appearance at the VMAs, and it come on the heels of both the recent announcement of his return to film plus his new deal with Dior to continue being the face of the Sauvage fragrance line.

Johnny's won 5 MTV Movie Awards in his career, including Best Villain, Global Superstar, Best Male Performance and 2012's Generation Award.

Air Canada is the worst airline in North America ... according to 'Harry Potter' star Matthew Lewis, who says the airline ripped up his first class ticket in his face.

Matthew, best known as Neville Longbottom in the 'Potter' films, vented on Twitter, accusing the airline of putting him through the wringer -- forcing him to fly economy from Orlando to Toronto.

The actor says he was booted from his initial flight -- in first class -- because it was full, and when he was rebooked the airline sent him back to coach. The switch set Matthew off, and he ranted, "Confirmed. @AirCanada is the worst airline in North America. And that's saying something."

He continued, "I've been bumped before. I think it's a ludicrous policy that we've inexplicably normalised but it is what it is. That said, that's not my issue. I wasn't told til boarding, no apology, no ask if like to rebook, and if want a refund I have to call them."

Despite his frustrations he did stop to acknowledge how big the problem was in the grand scheme of things ... he tweeted, "Lol. Privileged problems, sure. But still wild."

Christopher Martin -- one half of the iconic rap duo Kid 'n Play -- says the "House Party" reboot is in great hands with LeBron James ... telling TMZ Sports the NBA superstar is working nonstop to make sure the movie is a success.

As we previously reported, the modern version of KnP's iconic flick has been delayed a bit ... with star actor Jacob Latimore saying it was for the best.

We spoke with Martin at LAX about the project ... and he said he heard from sources -- AKA King James himself -- the reason behind the pushback is because it will be a theatrical release instead of on HBO Max as originally planned.

Speaking of the King, Martin couldn't say enough nice things about the hooper/big time producer ... adding he's "very involved" and has "complete ownership" over the operation.

To top things off, Martin says LeBron even hooked him up with some of his signature Nike shoes ... which he was wearing when we spoke with him!!

Also -- we know what everyone's asking ... will Kid 'n Play make it into the reboot??

Sydney Sweeney did a photo dump to honor her mom's birthday, but it's instantly backfiring -- because people think it's showing her true colors ... ones they perceive as red.

The "Euphoria" actress threw up a bunch of shots Saturday on IG, showing her and her family celebrating her mother Lisa's 60th birthday. They held the shindig at some sort of ranch, and the theme is hoedown-inspired ... with everyone rocking cowboy hats and boots.

Seems relatively harmless -- but some fans of hers are raising an eyebrow to the vibe they're putting off, especially when it comes to certain people's attire ... shirts and hats specifically.

In one of the photos that SS posted, she's alongside three other adults (one of whom is her mother, the blonde woman) as well as what appears to be her grandmother ... and an older gentleman. We're not exactly sure who he is, but he could easily be a relative as well.

Folks are hyper-focusing on this guy's shirt, seemingly a Blue Lives Matter shirt -- which has been symbolized with a black and white flag and a blue stripe down the middle.

Other photos and videos show attendees wearing red MAGA-style hats ... with "Make Sixty Great Again" emblazoned on the front. Her brother, Trent, posted these -- and made sure to note that's exactly what they said. But the fact they're being worn at all is getting criticism.

If you hop into the "Sydney Sweeney" trend right now ... you'll see some are jokingly asking where her family was on Jan. 6, and predicting that an apology video is forthcoming.

Of course, there's an incredible amount of assumptions and speculation being piled on over this -- but it's happening nonetheless. Some Sweeney fans are actually expressing shock that her family appears to be somewhat right-wing -- or potentially lean that way, anyway.

FWIW ... Sydney's from Washington state, but was raised in Idaho. Even if her fam does happen to be conservative, it's certainly not the mortal sin Twitter's making it out to be.

It's time for What's-Twitter-Bitching-About-Now -- and today, Heather Matarazzo's character from an old Disney movie is being placed under the microscope ... maybe for good reason.

If you're seeing 'Princess Diaries' trending this weekend ... this is why. Somebody posed a question, writing ... "Who is the worst fictional friend you can think of?" The tweet took off, and it seems the consensus is ... Lilly Moscovitz from the 2001 Anne Hathaway flick.

Apparently, users on the bird app remember this performance well ... and they brought the receipts to back up their argument that Lilly kinda sucks. They might even have a point!

Folks posted compilations of scenes from 'TPD,' showing off a lot of moments between Mia and Lilly -- including a notable one from toward the beginning ... where Matarazzo (in character) is telling AH she can't believe she's not over her dad's death from 2 months ago.

There are other scenes that are getting mentioned as well ... including a good amount where Lilly is straight up hating on Mia's ascendance as a princess -- calling her a sell-out and making her feel guilty for changing into something she no longer recognizes ... while also trying to use her at various points for her own personal gain.

Indeed, in this hyper-focused context ... Lilly/Matarazzo certainly comes off as sorta s****y.

Still, it's a little absurd how this convo is unfolding in the feed ... some on Twitter seem to be genuinely upset that Lilly was such a bad friend and has since been labeled as "toxic" ... perhaps not holding up to societal standards of a supportive BFF, especially in 2022.

Of course, Lilly isn't real ... and this movie was made more than 20 years ago. More importantly, Mia stands up for herself -- and Lilly apologizes in the end, completing her arc.

If we're being honest, the fact Lilly's being discussed at all today speaks to how good of a job Matarazzo did all those years ago ... and how we really can't have good things anymore.

John Waters, one of the most interesting and line-pushing talents in Hollywood, joked on "Real Time" Friday night that he's become so respectable, he wants to gag!

Waters was hysterical with Bill Maher, pitching his new book, "Liarmouth: A Feel-Bad Romance." For the uninitiated, Waters wrote, directed and/or produced some of the most out-there movies in history, including "Hairspray," "Serial Mom" and "Pink Flamingos."

It's pretty incredible ... John says the National Registry has named "Pink Flamingos" -- a movie where the main character eats a dump for all to see -- one of the great American films. Fact is ... it's a fantastic flick, and this year marks its 50th anniversary.

The Motion Picture Academy has created an exhibition around Waters' works. He says he's looking for something Divine -- the enduring character he created -- wore ... a "cheater." A cheater, for those who don't know, is a contraption with fake pubic hair. He's on the hunt for someone who has it, and would love to put it in the exhibition near Dorothy's ruby red slippers!!!

Valerie Bertinelli is super close to selling her Los Angeles home ... 'cause she's secured a buyer, who's in line to whip up some killer recipes once they move in.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... the actress is getting rid of her house in Laurel Hills, and she's selling it for $2.9 million. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom pad was recently updated and comes with some really nice features.

The interior is beautiful with a modern feel. It's got recessed lighting throughout, vaulted ceilings and gorgeous doors.

The true star of the house, though, has got to be the kitchen. Seriously ... it's a TV star, of sorts. Valerie whipped up all kinds of dishes here during the last 3 seasons of her Food Network show, "Valerie's Home Cooking."

If you step outside, you'll find a private backyard with a fire pit and built-in seating.

Of course, there's the obligatory gorgeous pool for relaxing. Hey, it's L.A., baby!
