Joe Jonas made a point to mention he was the one taking care of his daughters in filing for divorce from Sophie Turner ... providing more evidence of that with a breakfast date.

The singer was in dad mode Wednesday at Sweet Butter Kitchen in L.A. with his little ones -- 3-year-old Willa and her 1-year-old sister -- along with another friend who was helping to take care of the girls.

Joe kept a happy face for the kiddos, making them smile and trading high-fives as everyone ate and chatted. In other words, the 34-year-old certainly didn't look like he was in the middle of a divorce.

As you know, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie Tuesday, asking for joint custody of their kids. The docs said Joe wants a judge to establish a parenting plan that sets up frequent contact between him and Sophie.

TMZ broke the story, the couple's relationship had been rough for at least 6 months due to their different lifestyles -- we learned through multiple sources in contact with Joe that he saw something on a Ring camera that made him realize he should pull the plug.

Britney Spears is getting over Sam Asghari by getting on a plane ... and, at least on the surface, she doesn't seem to be sweating the divorce as she has fun down in Cabo San Lucas.

The singer was showing off some moves at a bar called Baja Diablo ... where she was feeling the music Sunday, along with her bodyguard and a female friend in red. The bodyguard was definitely multitasking -- taking a phone call, dancing with Brit and, of course, watching her back.

Britney's dancing was a bit toned down compared to the moves she normally shares online ... but she was hardly shy as other bar patrons watched her.

Of course, some people were definitely trying to grab a moment, or photo, but Britney's security waved them off as they yelled out her name.

As we reported, Britney certainly hasn't been sulking since Sam filed for divorce last month -- despite saying she was "a little shocked" ... she's shared some old footage of her havin' fun with some shirtless men, and also posted a topless video of herself.

TMZ broke the story, Sam called things off after he believed Britney was cheating on him with a staffer at their home ... and they've cut off all contact with each other.

Kourtney Kardashian says she underwent life-saving surgery for her and Travis Barker's unborn child ... a procedure that made her "forever grateful."

Kourtney broke her silence Wednesday on her recent hospital stay, sharing a pic of her and Travis holding hands and saying she's grateful to doctors, "for saving our baby's life."

She goes on to thank Travis, saying he "rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock." She also expresses gratitude for her mom, Kris Jenner, who also supported her through the scary process.

She continues, "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear."

Kourtney ends the emotional post, saying the "truest blessing" was walking out of the hospital with her kiddo safe and sound in her stomach.

As we reported, Travis' band, Blink-182 had to push pause on their tour last week after an "urgent family matter."

Joe Jonas saw/heard something with Sophie Turner that was the last straw in his decision to file for divorce, and it involves a ring camera.

Multiple sources who have direct contact with Joe tell TMZ ... Joe had access to a ring cam that he said captured Sophie saying and/or doing something that made him realize the marriage was over.

TMZ broke the story ... Joe and Sophie's marriage had been on the rocks for at least 6 months, and it was all over a significant difference in lifestyles. As one source put it, "She likes to party, he likes to stay at home. They have very different lifestyles."

As we reported, over the last 3 months, Joe has had the kids almost all the time. Sophie has been in London, but Joe and his bros were touring the U.S. and he had his 2 small kids in tow.

We know Joe had been in touch with at least 2 divorce lawyers last week. Interestingly, both lawyers are in L.A., yet he decided to file divorce docs Tuesday in Florida.

Joe and Sophie said in a joint statement Wednesday, "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why ..."

We reached out to Sophie's team ... they had no comment.

Kanye West is launching a legal offensive against an IG page that he claims has been leaking his music ... a tactic that may eventually lead to learning the identity of the person behind alleged leaks.

According to new court docs, Kanye is suing the unknown individuals behind the Instagram account for @DaUnreleasedGod claiming they misappropriated his trade secrets ... in this case, by posting a bunch of Ye's unreleased music!!!

The complaint specifies Ye has no clue who's behind the IG page but believes whoever is behind the account worked with him in the past and signed a confidentiality agreement before being given access to the tracks ... and he believes the leaks violated those agreements.

He plans to amend the filing with the names of the people behind the account once he learns their identity.

Since March 2023, Ye claims he's seen 21 leaks of his music on @DaUnreleasedGod's IG and another 11 via the same Twitter handle ... with songs ranging from potential blockbusters with DJ Khaled and DaBaby to unreleased tracks from the "Donda" and "Jesus Is King" albums to reference tracks for Rihanna and will.I.am.

Last week, Ye was out in Ireland when he played Steve Lacy some new tunes but that was clearly on his own terms.

Lil Rel proposed to his GF Dannella Lane at Beyonce's concert Monday night at SoFi Stadium, and he says Jay-Z and Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles, advised him to do it when she sang "Love On Top" ... and they arranged to get the moment on the stadium's big screen.

It's funny, Lil Rel says he was waiting for the song for so long, he finally needed to break the seal ... and as soon as he got to the bathroom, "Love On Top" started playing.

Lil Rel says he finished his biz, and rushed back to his woman ... but he couldn't find their seats!!!

Drake and The Weeknd already don't rock with the Grammys, so the possibility of their unauthorized AI collaboration winning an award likely won't mend any fences.

Still, that's the scenario Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. is floating when it comes to the controversial "Heart on My Sleeve" -- the AI-generated track that surfaced in April featuring faux vocals from the Canadian megastars, but convincing enough to be a hit.

Ghostwriter -- the anonymous human creator behind the track -- submitted it for both Song of The Year and Best Rap Song for the 66th Grammy Awards next year.

Mason tells the New York Times he was impressed with "Heart on My Sleeve" as it opened up possibilities for their business and declared it suitable for nomination ... "As far as the creative side, it's absolutely eligible because it was written by a human."

If Ghostwriter earned just a nomination, it could spearhead the next evolution of artists: human songwriters who use other people's artificially-generated voices!

Drake and Weeknd's record label Universal Music Group doesn't share Mason's enthusiasm. When the track was released, the label had it pulled from DSPs ... leaving it to lurk in the internet's dark recesses. This Grammy development offers the song, and others like it, a new light.

The Weeknd and Drake have been boycotting the Grammys for years, going as far as to withdraw nominations and refuse to submit heir own music.

On the other hand, Ghostwriter isn't letting up off the digital throttle in the wake of his new career strides.

He released a new AI concoction Wednesday titled "Whiplash," featuring CPU-generated soundalikes for Travis Scott and 21 Savage -- 2 more artists to piss off, but also another possible path to the Grammys!!!

The couple has a prenup and, according to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Joe wants a judge to establish a parenting plan between him and Sophie that allows for "frequent and continuing contact with both parties."

The docs also reveal the children have most recently been staying with Joe in Miami and "other locations throughout the United States" as he and his brothers tour the country.

TMZ broke the story over the weekend, the two had reached an end in their relationship and Joe was looking for a divorce attorney ... once that happened, he got the ball rolling quickly.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained footage of Rocky's acceptance speech during the HFR 16th Annual Fashion Show & Style Awards Tuesday night inside the famed Apollo Theater in Harlem. Rocky immediately turned the spotlight back on Virgil Abloh.

Rocky says several years back, he and his A$AP Mob crew were too young to get inside a club but Virgil still knew who they were, which instantly validated his swag.

Smash Mouth members were not allowed to say their final goodbyes to Steve Harwell in person ... because he didn't want visitors while he was in hospice care.

The rock band's manager, Robert Hayes, tells TMZ ... Steve asked for privacy in his final days and he did not want a large gathering at his home in Boise, Idaho.

We're told the only folks allowed to see Steve while he was on his deathbed were his family, his fiancée, her family and his manager.

While Steve's bandmates missed the cut, their manager says they were all on good terms with Steve. They sent their prayers and well wishes before he died ... mainly over the phone.

TMZ broke the story ... Steve died Monday as a result of liver failure. He had been in hospice and over the weekend he was only given days to live, receiving end-of-life care at home.

Despite Steve's death, it's still business as usual for Smash Mouth ... we're told the band will continue to tour with new singer Zach Goode. The band's not planning to cancel any gigs unless Steve's memorial takes place during a previously scheduled event.
