'Million Dollar Listing L.A.' star Madison Hildebrand came THIS close to putting pen to paper for a $300k deal to speak at a conference in Dubai ... but like with Dog the Bounty Hunter, it was a total scam.

One of Malibu's most sought after real estate agents tells TMZ ... he got a fake $300k offer from the office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan -- the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates -- to speak at a charity event in Dubai. The deal included first-class air travel for Madison and accommodations in the presidential suite at Dubai's most iconic hotel ... the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. But, it turned out to be a total scam.

If this all sounds eerily familiar ... it should, because these are the same scammers who targeted Dog the Bounty Hunter last month. And, just like Dog ... Madison saw all the red flags.

He says the scammers wanted to wire transfer the dough, which at a glance seemed normal ... except for the clause in the contract, which gave the scammers 5 days to cancel the transfer.

Long story short ... if the scammers backed out of the deal and forced Madison to wire the money back ... the scammers would essentially be getting Madison to pay THEM back out of his own pocket because the fake wire transfer would never actually hit Madison's bank account.

Madison tells us real estate agents had previously been warned about the dangers of wire transfers, and because they deal with escrow accounts all the time, they're easy targets.

Madison says 2 days before we reported Dog's story, he decided it all seemed sketchy and pulled the plug on the deal. He calls the contract, "the best scam contract I've ever seen."

Other perks included first-class travel for 2 of his guests, $10k for wardrobe, a hair/makeup team, security escort and luxury transportation. Yeah, too good to be true.

"Black Ink Crew" boss Ceaser Emanuel might be licensed to run a tattoo shop in the Big Apple -- but, apparently, he isn't licensed to drive there ... according to cops, anyway.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Ceaser (real name David Emanuel) was arrested Friday in NYC after police officers say they witnessed him blow a red light and fail to yield to pedestrians while driving through a residential neighborhood in Brooklyn.

We're told the officers immediately pulled him over, and asked him to produce a license. Our sources say he handed one over that read "Emanuel Thomas" with a date of birth that was off by 8 years, saying he was born in June 1971 ... as opposed to his real DOB, 1979.

Sources also tell us Ceaser failed to produce a valid insurance card, so he was arrested on the spot and booked for misdemeanor false impersonation and other traffic violations.

Ceaser runs the Black Ink shop in New York, where the hit VH1 reality series began in 2013. It's gone strong for 7 seasons, and its 8th is set to air in just a few days. The show has also spawned two spin-offs, one in Chicago and another in Compton.

It's unclear if cameras were rolling while Ceaser was getting busted -- presumably, VH1 is all wrapped up with filming the 8th season. What's that saying about publicity again though?

Dog the Bounty Hunter -- who can spot crime from a mile away -- has a hunch on a very personal offense recently committed against him ... and it's screaming INSIDE JOB.

The fugitive wrangler was talking to paps Friday night outside of BOA Steakhouse in WeHo, where he explained why he feels the burglary that took place at his Colorado store last week was likely undertaken by someone in his inner circle, who knew it inside and out.

You'll recall, crooks broke into Dog's shop last Friday, where they snatched a ton of merchandise, but more importantly ... they made off with a handful of items that belonged to Dog's late wife, Beth Chapman, who died from cancer less than two months ago.

Check out why Dog is certain he's been betrayed -- he believes Beth may have reached out to him from the other side and relayed the news. Kinda sweet, kinda spooky too.

As for whether Dog and his team are going to get involved in tracking the burglars down, he says he's already promised law enforcement he'd stay out of it -- until something specific happens that makes 'em fair game for the pack, that is. At that point, he'll pounce.

Kylie Jenner is plunking down $1.2 million a week to charter Tranquility, a 300-foot megayacht. By the way, add to that the fuel cost and at least a 30% gratuity for the crew of 29. Insane on so many levels, but there are other yachts that give hers a run for her money.

Flying Fox. She floats 446-feet strong ... dwarfing Tranquility!!! There are 54 crew members to tend to your every need. It can be yours -- temporarily -- for $4.4 million a week. The likes of Jeff Bezos have opened their wallets to roam the oceans blue on this incredible ship.

Sailing Yacht A. Holy crap!!! It's 468 feet. It accommodates 20 guests, with a crew of 54. It's got everything ... from a helipad to a spa and a gym, etc. etc. This $500 million boat is not for charter, but if ya know the owner -- Russian industrialist Andrey Melnichenko, well, you could get an invite.

Savannah. It's 272 feet, a little shy of Tranquility. But get this -- it has multiple pools and an underwater lounge!!! Kylie could've saved a little cash, because it charters for $1.36 mil a week.

Alfa Nero. Getting a little cramped -- 266 feet long. It has an infinity pool and a helipad and there are 26 crew members for a maximum of 12 guests. It's yours for $922,500 a week.

Snooki storming out of the "Jersey Shore" house and threatening to quit was caused by some bad blood with her old foe, Angelina Pivarnick.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Snooki and Angelina got into it HEAVY while shooting 'Family Vacation' Tuesday night. The fight escalated slowly inside the house before the ugly scene in the video TMZ first posted of Snooks marching out, screaming.

We're told Snooki decided to remain at the house after her blowup. She returned to shooting Wednesday with the rest of the cast, sans Mike "The Situation," of course. It at least appears the women have made up. We got footage of the gang walking along the pier, and Angelina and Snooki cordially walked side by side and chatted.

Our sources say their altercation stemmed from some past beef with Angelina bubbling up, and though producers tried to calm the situation for a while ... Snooki ultimately bolted.

We broke the story, she was heard yelling, "Leave me the f**k alone, this is why I didn't want to do this s**t. Leave me alone!" before adding ... "I hate this s**t" and saying she wanted to go home to her kids.

We're told it's been harder and harder to get the cast together with their growing families and personal drama in their lives, and Snooki's meltdown was just more proof of the challenge.

Snooki just ain't having it -- she's threatening to call it quits from shooting "Jersey Shore Family Vacation" after an argument that ended with her marching out of the house overnight.

Snooks was shooting with the rest of the cast at the 'Jersey Shore' house late Tuesday night, when all of a sudden she stormed out yelling at someone to stop talking to her.

In a neighbor's video from the incident -- obtained by TMZ -- Snooki's seen leaving the house while pleading to be left alone. She's heard yelling, "Leave me the f**k alone, this is why I didn't want to do this s**t. Leave me alone!"

She then calls someone a "f**king a**hole" and says she wants to go home to her kids where she belongs. Snooki's last heard saying "I hate this s**t" as she looks at her phone and storms off.

Worth noting, she just gave birth on May 30, so missing her kids makes sense.

One of the producers followed her, though, and we're told Snooki was taken to a donut shop around the corner to cool off. JWoww and Pauly D came out to talk to the crew and see what was going on, and we're told Pauly was heard saying ... "Well, that didn't go the way I expected."

Eventually, Snooki calmed down enough to return to the house, but as you can see in the vid ... she was still pretty worked up as JWoww and someone who looks like Angelina came out to talk and give her a hug.

There's also a camera guy in the mix ... so it looks like some of the drama was captured for TV.

Snooki and company are currently filming for season 3 of their spin-off show, 'Family Vacation.' Get your popcorn ready.

Kylie Jenner just boarded a private plane to her birthday yacht party with a very interesting piece of luggage ... a garment that certainly looks like a WEDDING DRESS ... but TMZ knows otherwise.

Check out this pic from the tarmac Tuesday afternoon at the Van Nuys Airport ... there's a flowing, feathery, white dress protruding out the bottom of a garment bag as it's loaded into the plane. In the worker's other hand -- what appears to be a suit ... possibly a tux.

Don't cue the wedding bells just yet though ... several of our Kardashian-Jenner sources tell us Kylie's NOT walking down the aisle with Travis Scott.

Fact is ... Kylie is notorious for messing with people, and it seems odd she would leave the train to her wedding dress exposed, knowing full well there are paparazzi watching.

What's more ... multiple Kardashian-connected sources tell us, she's not getting married on the trip.

As we first reported ... Kylie is jetting off to Italy begin her 22nd birthday celebration, which is going down on the $250 million mega-yacht, "Tranquility."

Kylie boarded the plane with Travis and their baby Stormi, plus Kris Jenner, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and Corey Gamble ... as well as her assistant, Victoria, and her friends Stassi Karanikolaou and Yris Palmer.

Noticeably absent on the flight -- Caitlyn Jenner and all of Kylie's sisters. Of course, Kourtney's been vacationing in Europe, and it seems she'll join the party at some point.

One source says it's definitely NOT a wedding because Kim and Khloe are not going to join on the trip.

You could argue ... Travis set the stage when he gifted Kylie a garden of rose petals Monday, covering the floor of her mansion. Travis wrote, "We're just getting started." She also got a $21,000 custom floral arrangement from La Fleur Bouquets inspired by the Kaws x Dior collab from her best friend Yris Palmer.

FYI ... Kylie and Travis have been together for a little over 2 years. Marriage is certainly in the cards ... just not on this trip, we're told.

Tyler Cameron is NOT out of contention to become the next bachelor on "The Bachelor" ... but he's not the first choice, and we know the reasons why.

Sources with direct knowledge of production tell TMZ, "Bachelor" host Chris Harrison's comments Monday that he's out of the running because he's a playboy who cavorted with Gigi Hadid over the weekend and others as well ... are just not true.

We're told the reality is ... he's a distant third, and not because he's a playboy. As a well-placed source tells TMZ, "You may not believe this, but sincerity is really important. The bachelor has to really want to find love, and Tyler doesn't really have his heart in it and the audience can see through it." He's into his modeling career and other interests so he's not focused enough on the show.

We're also told the folks who make the decisions don't think he's a lead. As one source put it, "There's a tremendous amount of juggling that goes into being the bachelor -- lots of balls in the air -- and he just doesn't have it."

That said, we're told he's "a distant third." As for the top contenders ... Mike Johnson and Peter Weber, and we're told they are dead even in contention.

One 'Bachelor' source said, "I'd be shocked, shocked if Tyler ends up the bachelor."

We're told no decision has been made.

Courtney Stodden is paying tribute to one of her heroes, Marilyn Monroe, with a pilgrimage to the late Hollywood icon's final resting site ... and she was decked out as MM.

The reality TV star was seen Monday heading to Marilyn's crypt at the Westwood Village Memorial Park in L.A. -- where she shares a wall with some very famous people, including Hugh Hefner. The area surrounding Marilyn's crypt was laced with flowers.

As for Courtney, she wore an extra-wide brim hat for the occasion, which was clearly a callback to one of Marilyn's many looks through the years.

Marilyn rocked a similar hat in her 1957 movie "The Prince and the Showgirl" -- and considering how much Courtney admires her, we wouldn't be surprised if this is a nod.

What's interesting is that Courtney seems to do this semi-frequently -- she also paid a visit to Marilyn's crypt in 2016 and left a letter at the time that read in part, "If I could bring you back for just one day, I'd tell you how much you're missed."

She wore a very Marilyn-esque gown for that visit as well.

The cemetery is an L.A. landmark, and Marilyn's crypt is the undisputed highlight. Others who made the cemetery their final resting place include Farrah Fawcett, Dean Martin, Armand Hammer, Natalie Wood, Rodney Dangerfield, Donna Reed, Don Knotts and on and on.

Marilyn's ex-husband, Joe DiMaggio, arranged for flowers to be left at her crypt twice a week over the course of two decades. Seems the tradition has continued.

Marilyn would've been 93 years old if she were alive today. She died of an overdose on Aug. 5, 1962 -- and although it was ruled a probable suicide, many suspected foul play due to her affair with JFK, who was assassinated the following year.

'Bachelorette' fave Tyler C appears to be a leap frog in the love department -- bouncing from coast to coast to hang with Hannah B, and then Gigi Hadid 2 days later. Atta boy?

This season's heartthrob hunk -- the de facto winner since Hannah dumped Jed in last week's finale -- was spotted out Sunday night in NYC with the elder Hadid sister for what eyewitnesses described as a date.

They were both inside the Dumbo House bar in Brooklyn, and while they each exited separately ... we're told they got into the same waiting SUV.

A photo was taken of them inside the restaurant. No clear signs of PDA or anything, but the fact they're even hanging out is interesting ... for a number of reasons.

First off, Gigi and Tyler made headlines last month while the show was in full swing because they'd followed each other on social media. In case you didn't know, Tyler's a professional model -- and, of course, so is Gigi. Maybe they're just colleagues swapping runway tips?

You'll recall ... Tyler was spotted leaving Hannah's place in L.A. early Friday morning. After Monday's season finale, they picked things up again with another date, so Tyler and Hannah aren't engaged or anything. Presumably, they're dating ... or just banging.

The real question ... is it a big deal if Tyler's seeing other people? The show ended on an ambiguous note regarding HB and TC's relationship status.

Bam Margera is turning to Dr. Phil amid his ongoing struggles -- asking the daytime TV host to help mend fences with his own family ... and being very candid with what's wrong.

The former "Jackass" star took to social media early Sunday morning with a pair of rambling videos and basically begged Phil to take his situation on, saying ... "Dr. Phil, I need your help in a big, big way." He explains that his "family is in shambles," while adding that "it's been worse than it's ever been, ever."

Bam says he's disowned his mom -- more on that later -- and that he can't stand his wife, Nikki, with whom he shares an 18-month son, Phoenix. He also says that if he separates with her, he believes she'll use custody of their son as a pawn in court.

He says he won't play that game, adding that she can have him. He also says that when folks say Bam is going "crazy" ... they might be right.

Bam then pivots to his mother, April, saying she's always negative and quick to cut people off in conversation to get her point across. He sees that as a flaw that he seems to think Phil can resolve.

He also says he almost "died" the other day, and that when April was told ... she allegedly acted with zero emotion, which bothers Bam. Bam ends his video rant with an apparent message for his mother -- to consolidate his funds with a new account he opened ... or else.

As we've reported ... Bam's been dealing with lots of issues lately, including addiction and rehab stints. Just this weekend, he flew off the handle on an airport employee ... which prevented him from getting on the plane. He was later escorted away by a cop, but wasn't arrested.

Feast your eyes on what's floating Kylie Jenner's boat for her 22nd birthday -- a $250 million dollar luxury yacht that will be home to the next over-the-top Kardashian-Jenner celebration.

This 300 foot long (that's a football field, folks) gem of a super-yacht is called the Tranquility, and sources familiar with the deal tell us Kylie's rented it out to celebrate her bday later this month. Kylie & co. will be partying, sunbathing, and just generally luxuriating on a floating venue that don't come cheap.

We're told Tranquility -- which used to be named Equanimity -- will set the average Joe back around $1.2 million ... PER WEEK!!! Luckily, the birthday girl's worth a billion.

No word on who will be setting sail with KJ, but the ship accommodates 22 guests. Here's what they'll be enjoying -- 10 cabins, a sauna, helipad, beauty salon, theater, steam room, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with underwater lights for anyone who wants to do some night swimming.

Oh yeah, and they'll have a 29-person crew waiting on them hand and foot.

We're told the party will hit ports somewhere in the Mediterranean, and we know big sisters Kendall and Kourtney are already over there -- so, it's a good bet they'll make the guest list.

Christine Quinn from the hit Netflix show "Selling Sunset" had a rude homecoming from a trip abroad -- someone got into her home and made off with six-figures worth of pricey jewelry.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Christine returned to her Bev Hills pad a few days ago and noticed her entire jewelry collection -- including expensive watches -- had been swiped from her safe.

We're told cops have little to go on, but here's what Christine knows for sure -- the suspect made off with more than $120,000 worth of her stuff!!! We're also told the only person who was supposed to have access to Christine's crib was the housekeeper, and there was no sign of forced entry.

LAPD's now investigating, but so far, there are no suspects.

Christine's bummer news comes on the heels of some great news for one of her "Selling Sunset" costars. As we told you ... Heather Rae Young made headlines when she was seen locking lips with "Flip or Flop" host Tarek El Moussa.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez is on the verge of getting arrested after she blatantly disregarded the child custody agreement she has with Stevie J by denying him the right to see their daughter.

Stevie had a right to take custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Bonnie Bella from July 28 to August 11. Joseline was in Miami shooting "Marriage Boot Camp," so he traveled there on the 28 to pick up his daughter. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, instead of turning Bonnie Bella over, Joseline took the child and flew to L.A.

After Stevie's attorney, Adamma McKinnon ran to court, the judge in the custody case issued an arrest warrant Thursday, ordering Joseline to turn the baby over STAT or she would be taken into custody.

We've learned Stevie J flew to L.A. late Friday and the stage is now set for a showdown. The judge made it clear ... if Joseline doesn't turn the child over, the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. is ordered to immediately arrest her.

And, there's more ... because Joseline violated the custody agreement -- which gave her physical custody and Stevie J visitation -- the judge switched it around and now Stevie has sole physical custody of Bonnie Bella ... until August 15 when they're back in Fulton County court.

We'll let you know if Joseline complies, or if she's arrested.

Monica tells TMZ Sports ... there's no HATE when it comes to her ongoing divorce with ex-NBA player Shannon Brown -- in fact, they still heavily support each other.

We broke the story ... Monica filed for divorce back in March, seeking to end her 9 year marriage to Brown. The couple has 1 child together but they have also been raising multiple children from previous relationships together.

So, when we spotted Monica out in NYC, we asked if she was supporting Shannon's new career in the BIG 3, where he's a cocaptain for the Aliens.

"I'm gonna support everything he does," Monica says ... "We have children. That's automatic."

In fact, when Monica talks about their relationship, she explains ... "It started with love and it ended the same way."

Monica says she encourages her kids to support Shannon by attending his games -- and she's planning to go to a game herself in the near future.

See, not all breakups have to be scorched-Earth war.

Not to say the breakup has been easy for Monica, she appeared on VH1's "T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle" earlier this year and admitted she's felt "overwhelmed" by the split.

"Me personal relationship has taken a major toll on me, I feel it every day."

'Bachelorette' fans rooting for a romantic rekindling between Hannah and Tyler Cameron can officially start freaking out -- 'cause it looks like they spent the night together.

We got these shots of Hannah's runner-up Friday, shortly after 10 AM ... doing what some would call the walk of shame from her L.A. crib. Clearly, Tyler C. is settling into the second fiddle role just fine as he left her place with backpack in hand. They reportedly went out on a date Thursday night, and we're guessing it went very well.

It's possible he just swung by her place bright and early to show her something funny on his phone. Either way ... Hannah's coy smile screams she was damn happy to see him.

For those outside 'Bach' nation -- during this week's finale, fans saw Hannah pick Jed for her final rose ceremony and they got engaged. However, she called it off weeks later when she learned Jed had a girlfriend before coming on the show.

Hannah ended up running back to Tyler and they reconnected, live on the finale. She asked if he'd be down to grab a drink and hang out. He said yes, and apparently things are heating up.

However, Tyler notably did NOT hook up with Hannah in the fantasy suite -- because he said he respected her too much -- which made fans love him even more.

Another fun fact -- Tyler's one of a few contestants on Hannah's season rumored to be in the running to be the next 'Bachelor.' Obviously, dating Hannah would throw a major wrench in those works.
