Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber finally teamed up on a song, and made it worth the wait by dropping a new quarantine-friendly music video featuring fans, famous folks, and their significant others.

The pop duet premiered early Friday, and the theme of the music vid for "Stuck with U" is people everywhere making the most of these stay-at-home days as we all try to work together to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

These shots included girls flaunting their prom dresses, families dancing around together and having fun with their pets ... and signs and messages of love and support, especially for health workers taking on COVID-19.

It's loaded with celebrity cameos, too ... including Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Michael Bublé, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ayesha and Stephen Curry, Chance the Rapper, Lil Dicky, Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich, Jaden Smith, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

No Carole Baskin, though ... she didn't make the final cut.

Of course, Justin's shown in the video hanging out with his wife, Hailey, and Ariana's got a little dancing clip at the end of the vid with her new boyfriend, Dalton Gomez.

As we first told you, Dalton's a real estate big shot in L.A. The 2 have been self-isolating together since March ... but it looks like they've gone public with their relationship now.

BTW -- proceeds from "Stuck with U" will go to the First Responders Children’s Foundation, which funds grants and scholarships for kids of first responders on the front lines of the pandemic.

Babyface is ready to reminisce about some of his greatest hits ... triumphantly returning to IG live to reveal stories from "Waiting to Exhale" especially for Mother's Day.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the iconic film, and the singer and mega-producer is gonna celebrate the hit-filled soundtrack ... which he produced. It was a huge female empowerment film, which is why Babyface is honoring it on Sunday. Shout out to Moms!!!

The 11-time Grammy Award winner joined us Thursday on "TMZ Live" to talk about his return appearance on Instagram Live. As you know, his Verzuz battle with Teddy Riley damn near broke IG, and Face told us that's when fans started clamoring for an 'Exhale' party.

The Sunday show starts at 8 PM Eastern, and aside from a few special guests from the movie -- Babyface will also drop his first song in 5 years, "When I Get To Heaven," an ode to his late mother.

Babyface has been thinking about life and death recently ... telling us he got super scared during his bout with COVID-19, and even contemplated writing a will.

2 Chainz couldn't hold off any longer, he's reopened his Atlanta restaurants for dine-in service ... and while he's trying to keep patrons safe, most don't seem too concerned.

After waffling the past 2 weeks, both of the rapper's Escobar Restaurant and Tapas locations fully opened back up Tuesday ... and 2 Chainz dropped by to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Bentley Didier, a spokesperson for Escobar, tells TMZ they're operating under new guidelines to protect against COVID-19, which is great ... since people are flocking to the joint. He says employees, friends and customers admit they've been dealing with depression due to self-quarantining and social distancing.

Point is, most people are just thrilled to be back. Even if customers aren't worried, we're told both spots will practice social distancing, work within the regulations in place ... and listen to guidance from health officials and the government.

Didier says some new safety precautions include sections being limited to 4 people or less, ALL food served in a to-go box, masks and gloves provided if requested, and customers being instructed to wash their hands in the restrooms as soon as they enter.

People ordering hookahs will be provided with disposable hoses, and the hookahs are sanitized after every use.

In addition, each location has a back patio open so people can spread out, and staff is still limited to keep capacity as low as possible for now. DJs haven't returned yet either -- they're just utilizing playlists -- and dancing is limited to a party's section with the people they came with.

After the reopening, Escobar posted some video of folks dancing inside -- hard to say if the rules are being followed.

T.I. and Killer Mike are looking out for their neediest neighbors ... helping them fill their bellies and wallets all while practicing CDC-approved hygiene.

The Atlanta rappers teamed up Wednesday to serve hot meals to 500 ATL residents who've been feeling the impact brought on by the pandemic and quarantine.

T.I. and Killer Mike partnered with PAWkids, a family enrichment center run by Latonya Gates, to bring smiles to the good folks in Atlanta's Grove Park community, serving food from the parking lot at Bankhead Seafood.

The Grammy Award-winning MCs kept up their good deeds after serving the 500 meals, dropping off 2 weeks' worth of food and hygiene products to needy families, and surprising folks as they opened their front doors.

They also topped it off by doling out $500 cash to several of those households.

We know Pauly D is a hot draw in the DJ booth, but we didn't know he was THIS hot -- as in, someone throwing down six-figures to watch him in action!!!

The 'Jersey Shore' stud is super pumped up about raising $200,500 for the All In Challenge -- raising money for food charities -- and he came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to explain why it could be a great deal for the winner.

Pauly's gonna teach the high bidder how to mix it up on the 1s and 2s, plus take them and a few friends for a night on the town. Even he admits, he didn't know what he could offer for the All In Challenge, at first -- considering Meek Mill donated a freakin' Rolls-Royce!!!

But, the highly in-demand DJ told us the winner's not just getting a party experience for that $200k. Yes, there will be bottle service, custom jerseys and wild parties, but more importantly ... the DJ lessons he's giving could mean a new high-paying career for the winner.

Speaking of the Sin City party scene -- Pauly says he's got his ear to the streets in Vegas, hoping for a shred of good news about the future reopening. He also admits it's really hard to keep social distance in his biz.

While the pandemic's hitting lots of people where it hurts -- Pauly says he's already canceled 30 shows -- celebs are making a difference with the All In Challenge.

The brainchild of 76ers partner Michael Rubin has raised $32 million and counting. A chunk of that is thanks to David Blaine. The famed magician's fan experience -- flying to your home for a private show -- went for $220,000, but it was a 3-way tie. Blaine decided to go to all 3 winners' homes, so that's $660k for charity!!!

As for Pauly ... yes, the tuition at Pauly D U. is expensive, but it's for a great cause.

The Troubadour's doors have been closed since coronavirus shutdowns began, and there's a real chance they won't reopen ... but it's trying to get by with a little help from its fans and friends.

The historic venue in West Hollywood -- where Elton John's career got a huge boost -- has hosted live music, comedy and other entertainment since the late 1950s, and despite being a small, independently run business ... it's never faced a threat of permanent closure like it is now.

Ed Karayan, the club's owner, and his daughter Christine, the general manager, are very concerned about the Troub's chances of survival. They suggest with the way the pandemic is playing out, whenever they are finally allowed to reopen it will be too little, too late for the 500-capacity hot spot ... especially with social distancing rules.

Ed says ... "The more I think about it, it’s just completely futile. At least a big seated venue has space where they can keep people apart. But, I don’t know how that works for a general admission venue. Are you going to stop them from using the restroom?"

On the bright side ... the nightclub launched a GoFundMe to raise money for its staff of 20, almost all of which have been laid off. The Troubadour's initial goal was $30k, but it cruised past that and set a new goal of $50k ... and as of now, it's raised over $55,000!

So, just how significant is the L.A. venue? Here's a quick history lesson -- in the mid-60s it began welcoming rising acts like The Byrds, Nina Simone and Judy Collins ... along with helping launch the stand-up careers of Richard Pryor and Steve Martin.

The late '60s saw it play host to big names like Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, James Taylor and the Eagles ... all before 1970, when Elton John made his famous U.S. debut on the Troubadour's stage at age 20. The moment was captured in last year's "Rocketman" biopic.

Since then, it's been the general admission, standing-room-only venue for hair bands in the '80s, grunge and alt-rock in the '90s and '00s and everything in between ... up until March 11, when the band Glass Animals last played live for an audience.

Going to concerts in the near future might require rocking a neon spacesuit straight out of Daft Punk's closet, if an L.A. designer's vision comes true.

It's called the Micrashell, a prototype for a personal protective suit that would allow people to once again attend large public gatherings without having to worry about social distancing ... thanks to a built-in ventilation system.

The suit's the brainchild of Miguel Risueno -- head of inventions at the L.A.-based design studio, Production Club -- who says he was inspired to get to work in March after he saw spring breakers in Florida blowing off coronavirus stay-at-home orders to party.

He says he wanted to come up with something that would support both the public health and folks in the music industry out of work due to the pandemic ... with a simple mix of safety features and smartphone tech solutions.

Risueno says he doesn't want it to feel like a medical device -- hence the colors -- but the airtight suit functions like one with a ventilation system he says works like an N-95 respirator with a replaceable filter.

The dome of the suit also includes some crazy audio tech, allowing users to customize who they talk to and control what they can listen to via software and an accompanying app.

Oh, and it's only for the upper body -- which makes bathroom breaks a lot easier -- and can be easily sanitized thanks to cut-resistance fabric.

Until there's a vaccine and everyone's past the fear of the coronavirus, the Micrashell might be the best solution to enjoy live music

But, here's one other option -- a drive-in social distancing concert was held in Germany this weekend, with tons of cars packed in tight but nobody allowed to get out.

The fact people are willing to sit in car fumes and deal with a potential traffic jam to attend a concert speaks volumes ... it might be this way or the highway until everyone's immune to COVID-19.

Tekashi 6ix9ine will be a one-man band for his upcoming music vid because of the coronavirus and, perhaps more importantly, to keep his location secret.

Sources close to Tekashi tell TMZ ... 6ix9ine is going to be the only one in his camera frame in the video, and he's already shooting behind-the-scenes footage.

We're told security guards are helping Tekashi with the labor ... meaning, they'll be behind the lens. If you didn't know, 6ix9ine was a videographer before he became a successful rapper, and later a snitch. So, we're told he'll be starring and directing the video shoot.

Of course, it would be difficult for Tekashi to hire a full crew, anyway. While he can afford it financially -- he's blowing through cash like crazy -- there are still coronavirus quarantine restrictions. Remember, the judge only let him out because he feared getting COVID-19 in prison.

We're told it's possible Tekashi may recruit the help of special guests ... but they'll shoot their own content. He's been quaratining with his girlfriend, Jade, but it's unclear if she'll make an appearance.

Speaking of his health ... the now-infamous snitch is worried about vengeful enemies -- and that means keeping his location hidden while serving out his sentence under in-home incarceration.

TMZ broke the story ... Tekashi recently got the green light from the judge to shoot music videos in his own backyard, and he's dropping hints about a May 8 release.

We're told he's running his security ragged with video shoot labor and other household chores ... like brewing coffee, moving his cars and listening to his prison stories.

Our sources say Tekashi's security asked for a raise, and he agreed. Spend, spend, spend!!!

There's an old saying -- "Close but no cigar" -- which precisely describes what went down at Luke Bryan's Florida cigar bar Friday night, because patrons were super close to each other.

Luke's cigar bar, Shore Thing Cigars, is located in Watersound, Florida, and on Friday night, it was the backdrop for Karaoke night, and stir-crazy customers flocked to the joint. The bar touted Friday, "TODAY'S THE DAY .... GRAND RE-OPENING!"

As you can see ... most were not wearing masks or practicing social distancing.

Florida has had a massive coronavirus outbreak and the lack of social distancing as they belted out No Doubt's "Don't Speak" during karaoke night ... well, doctors and scientists have told us how that ends.

Florida is allowing restaurants to reopen effective Monday ... but bars must still remain closed.

The bar is hosting a crawfish day Saturday ... patrons get free crawfish with the purchase of a sampler pack.

Bottom line ... as far as we can tell, the bar should not be open under any circumstances, and even if it's a restaurant, it was not supposed to open this weekend. And, even when restaurants open in Florida, they cannot be at more than 25% capacity inside.

Beyonce and Megan Thee Stallion's new track is providing more than listening pleasure -- it's immediately feeding people in need by inspiring others to give.

As we told you ... the 2 women are donating proceeds from Bey's remix of Meg's "Savage" to Bread of Life in Houston, a nonprofit that supplies food for families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The charity tells us the song's release is already paying dividends though -- it received donations from 500 new donors in the first 24 hours after the song's Wednesday debut!

We're told the money continues to come from the 'Savage' attention -- most donors give anywhere from $5 to $50 -- and it's all being used to stock up for the increased demand for food with so many millions out of work.

Bread of Life sets up a drive-thru pick up spot for families to get boxes of groceries loaded right into their trunk. The org makes sure to take coronavirus precautions too ... there's no physical contact between the families and the staff, and masks and gloves are required.

As for how Bread of Life was chosen by Beyonce and Megan Thee Stallion -- other than the Houston connection -- we're told Bey and her mom, Tina Knowles, have worked with the nonprofit in the past.

We're told the mother-daughter duo helped build an apartment complex for some folks in need who Bread of Life supports. Plus, Beyonce and the org's founder grew up in the same church.

Beyonce's remix of Megan Thee Stallion's hit, "Savage," has everybody feeling a bit better during the pandemic ... but especially the founder of an IG Live strip club she name-checks on the track.

Justin LaBoy's the guy who started Demon Time -- a virtual stripper stage where women dance for celebs and norms alike -- tells TMZ how stunned he was to find out Bey knows about his biz ... and felt compelled to give it a shout-out.

If ya don't know ... Shaq, The Weeknd, Kevin Durant, Meek Mill, Drake, Lil Yachty, Yo Gotti, Diplo and Jake Paul have all signed in for Demon Time shows, but LaBoy says it took some time for it to be socially accepted. As he puts it, some celebs were using burner phones at first to watch the action.

Now that it has Beyonce's stamp of approval, though, LaBoy's expecting a big boost. Several million have already heard her sing, "Hips TikTok when I dance, on that Demon Time she might start an OnlyFans."

LaBoy says his new stripper service is the wave of the immediate future ... until there's a coronavirus vaccine. Watch his explanation -- it makes sense, especially in light of the expected changes at traditional strip clubs.

Dr. Elvis Francois has gone from orthopedic surgeon to chart-topping recording artist during the pandemic, and while he knows which gig is more important ... he'd love to keep doing both.

The singing surgeon -- accompanied by Dr. William Robinson, his musical partner on piano -- has become famous for his inspirational solos covering songs like John Lennon's "Imagine" and Bill Withers' "Lean on Me."

This led to the duo releasing a 4-track EP, titled "Music is Medicine," with a Nashville record label ... and it's made it to Billboard's Emerging Artists chart, and it's topping some of the iTunes charts.

Dr. Elvis told us Thursday on TMZ Live ... it all "feels like a dream" and it's a win-win. Not only are people loving his music, but proceeds from the EP go toward the Center for Disaster Philanthropy's COVID-19 Response Fund.

However, his newfound fame doesn't mean Dr. Elvis is ready to leave the building ... as in, his operating room. The good doc says helping people as a surgeon is still his top priority, and singing's more like his favorite pastime.

Dr. Elvis tells us he plans to keep helping people in both capacities as much as possible, though. Talk about a talented multi-tasker.

BTW -- the doctor duo's cover of "Imagine" has gone over way better than the Gal Gadot-driven celebrity version last month ... which was widely criticized and led to Joe Rogan calling her a "f***ing idiot."
