Kylie Jenner Shows off Post-Baby Bod In New Photos

Kylie Jenner is making a mommy comeback ... showing off her post-baby body, just months after giving birth to her son.

Kylie shared photos for her 338 million followers Tuesday, teasing her latest Kylie Skin bubble bath ... and gave fans little-to-imagine, in a revealing lavender bodysuit.

Of course, this is the first time we are seeing Kylie put her mommy curves on full display up-close, since having her son back in February with rapper Travis Scott.

She did tease her 40-lb weight loss earlier this month, posing from afar while on vacay with her brood in Turks and Caicos.

Kylie has been open about her postpartum struggles, after giving birth to her second child ... and returning to social media.

She told her Instagram followers things were much harder this time around, both physically and mentally. She spoke candidly about feeling pressure over her body, before assuring her followers it's okay not to be okay.

Since then, she's been out and about ... and sharing photos. But, now it seems she's back to fully embracing her body.

Depp vs. Heard Huge Crowds Desperate for a Seat ... Screaming Matches, Scalpers, Overnight Lines

The hottest ticket in Hollywood is 2,500 miles away ... in Fairfax County, Virginia. It's bigger than the Oscars. Bigger than the Grammys. Bigger than the Emmys. It's Depp vs. Heard.

It's been a madhouse at the courthouse ... when the trial first started, fans started to line up around 5 AM outside the building -- but it's now off the rails with Amber on the stand.

Fans started lining up at 10 PM Sunday for Monday's 9 AM start ... just to get a glimpse of Amber ... causing the Sheriff to post a sign the following day that read, "Effective Immediately the Line for the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Case Spectators are Not Permitted to Loiter or Camp Out on The Judicial Complex Before 1 AM."

As for the process to score a seat, we're told court officials have about 100 wristbands to dole out -- on a first come first serve basis -- for the main courtroom and an additional 100-150 wristbands for the overflow room ... and still dozens of fans are turned away.

Our sources say there have been screaming matches when people cut the line. And get this ... there's even a black market with folks offering cash for wristbands.

EMBRACING THE FANS
TMZ.com

The crowd is almost entirely supporters of Depp ... he's gotten a hero's welcome almost every day he's arrived. Safe to say, even if the trial doesn't go his way -- he'll still have plenty of fans to show their support.

China Eastern Crash Downed Plane May Be Deliberate Act By Pilot

UP IN FLAMES
Newsflare

The China Eastern plane that went up in flames in March after nosediving out of the sky and right into a mountain may have, in fact, been a deliberate act ... this per a new report.

Black box data from the downed Boeing 737-800 -- crashing somewhere in the mountains between Kunming and Guangzhou -- indicates no mechanical malfunction ... but rather, points to someone torpedoing the plane themselves, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The outlet, citing U.S. officials with knowledge of the investigation, says it'd been relayed to them that the plane "did what it was told to do by someone in the cockpit" -- at least that's what the preliminary assessment of this tragedy suggests thus far.

The fact that there's no indication something was wrong with the machinery has led regulators to look to the actions of the pilot manning the aircraft ... and although it seems likely they may have caused the "near-vertical" descent, WSJ notes officials aren't ruling out the possibility of somebody storming the cockpit and taking over the controls themselves.

With that said, China Eastern seems to have suggested no such storming took place -- their own investigation revealed an emergency alert to that effect was NOT sent as the passenger jet went down.

While all signs seem to point to the pilot, the airline said premature speculation could be detrimental to the investigation and to the air travel industry at large. Still, it appears this may be the most plausible explanation ... there've been ZERO bulletins issued addressing any structural problem from Boeing, so there's nothing wrong with their product.

As we reported ... the plane went into a complete freefall pitch from 29,000 feet in the air and went straight down for nearly 2 minutes -- pulling up briefly -- before ultimately slamming against a mountain range and killing all 132 people onboard.

The concern, obviously, revolves around mental health. While China Eastern has said the pilots flying this thing were in good health and in good standing ... some wonder what may have been happening behind the scenes to spur a would-be mass suicide of this magnitude.

Aussie Prime Minister Tackles Kid to Ground During Photo-Op ... Reelection Strategy???

PRIME MINISTER TAKEDOWN
AP

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison is just days away from his possible re-election and might've just earned some serious points with the anti-kid crowd ... tackling one unlucky boy to the ground.

The leader of the liberal party -- who was elected to office in 2018 -- was campaigning in Tasmania Wednesday and took some time for a photo-op with a group of kids playing soccer.

Turns out, dress shoes aren't the best choice for a grassy field, as Morrison finds out the hard way. After prepping himself for a pass, the PM sort of trips over himself, diving straight into an unsuspecting kid and taking him to the ground.

Lucky for all involved in the crash, the kid seemed to be OK ... and Morrison came off as just slightly embarrassed.

As for the election, Australian polls are almost too close to call -- and while Morrison was trailing, the gap has closed -- so it'll come to a final push (or fall) from voters to make a decision.

Halsey Abruptly Stops Concert ... Tells Fans, 'Act Like F***ing People!'

ADDRESSING THE CROWD
TMZ.com
UPDATE

6:49 AM PT -- 5/19 We've gotten more video from the incident at the show, and it appears there was a disturbance between a male and female in the crowd. You can hear the woman yell, "He punched me in the f*****g face."

REMEMBER WE'RE ALL HUMAN
TMZ.com

Halsey's performance Tuesday night in West Palm Beach came to a grinding halt mid-concert, and it seems something happened in the crowd.

Halsey was center stage at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre, 30 minutes into her set, singing "You Should Be Sad."

Suddenly, she stopped the show, apparently telling her crew to stop the music.  You hear the crowd, clearly confused, asking "What's wrong?"

Halsey then kneels down on stage and says something, but there's a critical word we can't decipher -- she says, "I didn't think I was going to have to do that until a couple days into the tour, dammit."

Then she seems to say something happened in the crowd that crossed the line ... She tells them, "While I have you I just want to make a statement ... make a reminder, you know.  I know we've been locked inside for a long time and forgot how to act like f***ing people. But, everybody is here because they love the same thing you do so treat them with compassion, community."

We don't know if there was a crowd swarm, although someone in the crowd tells us there was no obvious evidence of that.

Halsey went on, "All of us are here because we love the same thing, hate the same thing. Because your girlfriend dragged you here, that's fine too. You love your girlfriend. I love your girlfriend. Let's talk about that later in the set. Let's try that one more time."

She then resumed the show, singing "You Should Be Sad," from the beginning.

everyone okay???

Of course ... in the wake of the Astroworld tragedy, musicians are on heightened alert for disruptions in the crowd.  We've seen Billie Eilish and other singers stop the show when there's either the beginning of a surge or a medical emergency.

U.S. Women's Soccer Lands Historic Equal Pay Deal

Megan Rapinoe and the U.S. Women's National Team got what they've been wanting for so long -- U.S. Soccer just announced both the men's and women's national teams will receive equal pay.

The org. just announced the groundbreaking deal on Wednesday ... saying World Cup earnings for both teams will be split equally between players on both teams.

"This is a truly historic moment," U.S. Soccer president Cindy Parlow Cone said of the deal. "In becoming the first federation in the world to solve the massive and vexing challenge of equalizing FIFA World Cup prize money, U.S. Soccer and our players have changed the game forever here at home, with the hopes of inspiring change around the world."

On top of the WC money, the teams will also receive the same appearance fees and game bonuses ... and share commercial revenue.

As we previously reported, the USWNT has been fighting for this since winning the World Cup in 2019 ... chanting for equal pay as they celebrated the win.

All 28 players on the USWNT filed a lawsuit against the USSF shortly after ... accusing it of engaging in "institutionalized gender discrimination" against the team.

3/24/21
THE TIME IS NOW

Rapinoe also gave a passionate speech about equal pay at the White House in 2021.

The lawsuit resulted in a $24 million settlement ... which was contingent on the new deal.

The historic collective bargaining agreement will run through 2028.

Boxer Musa Yamak Dead At 38 ... After Suffering Heart Attack In Ring

Tragic news in the boxing world ... undefeated fighter Musa Yamak died during a match on Saturday -- after he suffered a heart attack in the ring and collapsed to the mat.

The awful scene went down in Germany ... when Yamak was in the middle of his fight with Hamza Wandera.

Yamak had reportedly taken at least one big blow from Wandera in the second round ... and as he was coming out of his corner for the third round of the scrap -- he stumbled, and eventually crumpled to the ground.

Trainers and other medical personnel on the scene rushed to his aid -- but, sadly, Yamak later passed away.

He was just 38 years old.

Turkish official Hasan Turan mourned the death in a social media post hours after the tragedy ... saying, "I wish God's mercy on the deceased ... my condolences to his sad family and fans."

Yamak -- who turned pro in 2017 -- had built an impressive resume in his career, starting 8-0. In 2021, he gained notoriety after winning the WBFed International title.

RIP.

Buffalo Shooting Victims' Fams to Receive Thousands of Dollars Ben Crump Hired, Suits Brewing

The families of the victims killed in the Buffalo massacre are getting a lot of help in the wake of this tragedy -- both on the crowdfunding front ... but, possibly, on the civil side too.

Fundraisers have been organized in the aftermath of Saturday's mass shooting -- which claimed the lives of 10 people after 18-year-old Payton Gendron opened fire in a supermarket in an attack that was rooted in racial hatred.

One of the campaigns was organized by Keith Blakely, CEO of OnCore Golf Technology, and has already raised around $100k.

Blakely tells TMZ ... the money came in over the course of a few days, with more than 1,400 donors making contributions ranging from $5 to $5k. Blakely says the $100k goal seemed like a tall order at first, but now ... he's aiming to give each family $10,000.

Blakely says he's teamed up with the Mayor's Office to help distribute the money ASAP. He tells us celebs have chipped in, but won't say who ... but he tipped his hand and said athletes have really stepped up.

Other GFMs have been started ... one for the Tops store, another for the slain security guard, yet another for victims' families and a 4th for resource deliveries to victims and members of the community who might be affected.

While all that dough is great, there might be an even larger amount on the horizon thanks to Ben Crump and his team ... he's already been retained by the family of Ruth Whitfield -- one of the oldest victims killed in Saturday's massacre.

Sources tell us Crump is looking to represent as many families as possible ... which we're told may include suing the gun manufacturer of the weapon used in the attack ... an AR-15-style rifle with a high capacity magazine.

We're told a massive civil suit could be brewing that'd be similar to the one filed in the Sandy Hook case, where the families received a $73 million settlement against the gunmaker, Remington.

U.S. Rep Eric Swalwell We Must End Pentagon Retribution ... Against Military Officials Who Push for UFO Transparency

PROTECTING THE TRUTH
TMZ.com

Congressman Eric Swalwell says we should not tolerate Pentagon retribution against government officials and military personnel who speak up about UFO sightings, and he's hopeful Congressional hearings this week will change the culture surrounding these mysterious objects.

We got Swalwell on Capitol Hill Tuesday ... and he -- like a growing number of his colleagues -- views these UFOs as serious security threats. Fact is ... there have been as many as 14 objects that defy explanation buzzing our military ships and traversing our skies.

There have been a number of military officials and pilots who have suffered severe retribution for daring to implore the Pentagon to take UFOs seriously. Lue Elizondo, a former Pentagon Counterintelligence official, appeared on camera for a TMZ documentary on UFOs, and he explained how Pentagon officials threatened to pull his security clearance, called him a liar and smeared his name because he was pushing for UFO transparency.

Former Navy Pilot Ryan Graves told us he saw plenty of UFOs during his time in the sky, but said a lot of pilots wouldn't speak out about their own experiences for fear of being called crazy and having their reputations ruined.

RETRIBUTION IS REAL

Former Defense Department Official Christopher Mellon, who has spoken out about Government findings and sightings says his career was placed in jeopardy by pressing the UFO issue -- but says he's willing to accept those consequences given the importance of the subject.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE

As we've told you, experts have long awaited the moment the U.S. government would take UFOs seriously, and it's finally happening.

Tayler Holder Denies Sexual Assault Rumors

READY TO GO LEGAL
TMZ Verified

Tayler Holder is clearing the air ... flat out saying no one has come forward to accuse him of sexual assault, and insists any rumors claiming otherwise are lies.

The TikTok star opened up on the "TMZ Verified" Podcast, following online speculation he might have been involved in unspecified sexual assault allegations. Tayler says he was never publicly confronted with any accusation from any individual, law enforcement, or attorney.

Interestingly, he says his team did have contact with someone they apparently thought was the source of the rumors, and encouraged that person to raise the allegation in a legal setting ... but he says they went silent at that point.

Folks on social media began to speculate Tayler might be in the middle of some legal trouble because some of his close friends and influencers unfollowed him on Instagram.

Of course, this wouldn't be the first time he has talked about allegations -- but, his open letter and previous interview raised more questions when he said there's stuff going on that should be handled offline.

His denial of the rumors remains firm, but for now ... at least publicly, we don't know anything more about who exactly spoke to Tayler and his team.

NFL's Rey Maualuga Pleads Guilty To 2 Felonies In DUI Case ... Gets No Additional Jail Time

Former Cincinnati Bengals star Rey Maualuga has pleaded guilty to two felony charges in his DUI crash case ... but TMZ Sports has learned he was not sentenced to any more time behind bars.

Instead, according to court documents, Maualuga entered into a pre-trial diversion program ... meaning if he keeps his nose clean for the next five years, and completes several other conditions, the charges will be dismissed.

It's a pretty sweet deal for the 35-year-old -- considering he was facing up to 10 years behind bars after he had been accused of drunkenly crashing his Mercedes through mailboxes and front yards in a wild accident in Villa Hills, Kentucky on Aug. 11, 2021.

You'll recall, Maualuga -- who was an All-American at USC before playing nine years in the NFL -- was charged with felony first-degree wanton endangerment, felony first-degree criminal mischief, and misdemeanor DUI -- third offense, after cops say he admitted to drinking "a few" alcoholic beverages before the crash.

Prosecutors tell us Maualuga spent 120 days in jail after his arrest and completed an in-patient substance abuse program ... which they said factored into their decision to agree to give Maualuga a pre-trial diversion program after he pleaded guilty to all three charges at a hearing in late March.

In addition to keeping his nose clean, Maualuga must also complete 100 hours of community service, pay some fines and restitution, and submit to random drug testing as part of the program.

Maualuga was one of the better linebackers in the NFL from 2009 to 2017 -- compiling more than 600 tackles in his career.

Yo Gotti Blowin' a Birthday Bag ... $1.2 Mil on Twin Rolls Royces!!!

Yo Gotti isn't waiting around for gift cards for his 41st birthday, instead he's treating himself ... to more than a million bucks worth of super-luxury rides!!!

The Collective Music Group CEO recorded himself riding around with copious amounts of cash ... ultimately choosing to stunt on his haters with not one but two Rolls Royces off the showroom floor.

BIRTHDAY $TACKS

Gotti's birthday behavior is time-tested ... each year he splurges on lavish gifts ahead of his annual b-day celebration -- the star-studded Birthday Bash concert series at the FedEx Forum in Memphis.

This year's Birthday Bash 8 blowout is going down July 15 and while the guests haven't been announced, past years saw the likes of Lil Baby, Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, Master P, Polo G, T.I., City Girls, Monica, Boosie Badazz and many more perform.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

CMG's music hustle is also on the grind. Moneybagg Yo recently linked with Kodak Black for their "Rocky Road" collab and Blac Youngsta dropped his "4LIFE" album last week.

'Euphoria' Star Sydney Sweeney Swimsuit Line Sues ... You Bailed On Us!!!

Sydney Sweeney broke an agreement with a swimwear brand to promote their products, then turned around and wore the suits on "Euphoria" ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The HBO star is being sued by the swim and lifestyle brand LA Collective for allegedly breaking her contract to model and promote the company's swimsuits.

According to docs obtained by TMZ, the fashion brand claims it reached an agreement with Sydney last year, where she would be the influencer for the launch of their new line, "Somewhere Swimwear."

The brand says Sydney initially appeared to be on board and approved all their designs and production prototypes ... but they claim her camp suddenly canceled the agreement without any explanation or cause, refusing to proceed.

And, get this ... the brand claims Sydney then appropriated the designs for her own use, wearing the swimsuits on at least 5 episodes of "Euphoria."

The swimwear company says they expected to sell more than $3 million worth of suits under the deal and want the actress to cough up big damages for backing out.

We reached out to Sydney's camp ... so far no word back.

Amber Heard Johnny Can't Look at Me 'Cause He's Guilty!!!

look at me!!!
UPDATE

2:26 PM PT -- A source close to Amber tells TMZ ... "Depp’s lawyers’ only defense is a dishonest offense. His lawyers might be entitled to their own opinion, but they’re not entitled to their own facts. This case is not a matter of he said/she said. It is a case of what he did/she did."

UPDATE

They add, "The central issue on Day One of this trial is the same as it is today. What Depp did, while appalling, is beside the point. What Amber did is the point. Did she have the right of Freedom of Speech as exercised in her Washington Post Op-Ed --- an Op-Ed the paper found fit to print and an Op-Ed in which Amber never once mentioned Depp’s name."

UPDATE

Court is wrapped for the day ... there's one more live witness that'll be called tomorrow, and other previously recorded depositions that'll be played in the weeks ahead.

UPDATE

2:00 PM PT -- Amber Heard's close friend, iO Tillett Wright, just testified about the poop left behind in Johnny's bed -- while also addressing the couple's last alleged blowup fight.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Wright gave his recounting of what he remembers about Johnny and Amber's relationship -- as he was around during much of it -- but one standout moment from his testimony once again focused on the doo-doo Johnny believes Amber and/or him put on his sheets.

UPDATE

Wright testified that he was made aware of this theory during a phone convo with Amber -- with her and Johnny on other end -- and he found it laughable ... saying he wasn't there and had nothing to do with it. Suddenly, things took a turn, he claims, when he says he heard Johnny and Amber arguing on the phone, and JD allegedly say something about pulling her hair back. That's when he says he started frantically calling friends to come to AH's rescue.

UPDATE
No s***
UPDATE

Wright also testified that after Johnny and Amber got hitched, he heard Johnny say something to the effect of ... good, now I can punch her in the face and no one can do anything about it. With that said, he noted -- he'd never personally seen either person physically hit the other.

Johnny Depp's attorney insisted her client hadn't looked at Amber Heard once in this trial to uphold a promise he made -- but his ex is calling BS ... offering a very different explanation.

Johnny's lawyer, Camille Vasquez, kicked off her cross-examination Monday with a simple question ... Johnny hadn't shot a glance her way amid the trial, had he? Amber said she didn't believe so, and Camille suggested she knew exactly why ... because he vowed she'd never see his eyes again.

She then played an audio recording where Johnny and Amber were arguing -- this after she'd gotten a TRO against him -- and in it you hear him say something to that effect.

Amber hadn't refuted it much during cross, but on redirect -- when her attorney, Elaine Bredehoft, reopened the door on the eyes thing -- Amber pounced to refute Johnny's supposed reasoning ... arguing, instead, that he couldn't look at her because of guilt.

5/16/22
promise me this ...

It made for a dramatic moment ... Amber got emotional, saying she'd survived him -- adding that she believes he wouldn't look at her since he knows he's in the wrong for this case.

She also claimed he had, in fact, looked her in the eye a few times after that meeting in July 2016 -- when they tried reconciling post-TRO -- and Amber even says Johnny had shown her kindness thereafter ... allegedly slipping her his new phone number.

We'll say this ... Johnny has been dedicated in not staring up at Amber once while she's been under oath -- which is kinda awkward, because she's certainly shot him a look or two throughout. In any case, it seems she and her attorneys think the eyes narrative is nonsense.

Anyway, Amber ended up getting the last word with her attorney leading the way -- she's done now with her testimony. Unclear if another witness is going to be called to the stand, including Johnny himself, but the court is currently on another break.
