Khloe Kardashian has given everyone the first peek at her baby, but she dropped some info about Tristan Thompson and the child he had with another woman that is really messed up.

The cameras were rolling at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center July 28 when Khloe and Tristan were able to hold their newborn for the first time. TMZ broke the story that they had the baby boy via surrogate.

Now here's what's messed up. In Season 2 of "The Kardashians," which dropped on Hulu Thursday, Khloe says Tristan knew he was having a baby with another woman when he pressured Khloe to have another child with him.

She says Tristan found out Maralee Nichols was pregnant with his child in July 2021 and afterward put the heat on Khloe to have their second child. She says just before Thanksgiving, an embryo was implanted in the surrogate.

Then, in December, Khloe found out about Maralee's pregnancy.

Khloe made it clear on the show, she never would have gone down this path had she known about the other baby before committing to another child of their own ... "Why would I want to have a baby with someone who is having a baby with someone else? I'm not that much of a sociopath. I'm a lunatic, but not that f***ing deranged."

As you know, Tristan and Khloe are co-parenting 4-year-old True. His involvement going forward was not discussed on the show.

Khloe Kardashian clearly had a tough time dealing with the revelation Tristan Thompson had a baby with another woman at the same time she and Tristan were expecting a child of their own.

Khloe broke down in tears as she described the pain in a promotional video for the show. Kris Jenner followed suit with her own tears.

It's gotta be painful for sure, but it's also content for season 2 of their show, so clearly anything goes.

TMZ broke the story back in July ... Khloe and Tristan were expecting a boy via surrogate ... as stories surfaced Tristan just had a baby with personal trainer Maralee Nichols last December.

Adam Levine says the IG model who claims she was manipulated into having a year-long physical relationship with him is full of it ... though he admits he "crossed the line."

Adam tells TMZ, "I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life."

He goes on ... "In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family."

And he says ... "My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together."

Sumner Stroh laid it all out on TikTok Monday morning -- just a few days after Adam's wife, Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo, announced their 3rd pregnancy.

Sumner claimed she was tricked into having an affair with the singer ... saying it happened at a point when she was young and naive -- adding she now feels exploited.

She even showed alleged screenshots where he messaged her after months of radio silence ... writing, "Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious."

The Internet blew up over the claims ... with Adam trending on Twitter. Some were buying it, while others suspect Sumner of chasing clout.

Adam and Behati have been together since 2012 -- they did split briefly in May 2013, but announced their engagement a couple months later.

Chrissy Teigen says she actually didn't have a miscarriage in 2020 like she said ... she now says she actually had an abortion, but didn't realize that's what she did until recently.

Chrissy spoke Thursday at a summit called "A day of Unreasonable Conversation" ... saying it wasn't until nearly a year later did she process the fact that she had an abortion.

She said, "Two years ago, when I was pregnant with Jack, John and my third child, I had to make a lot of difficult and heartbreaking decisions. It became very clear around halfway through that he would not survive, and that I wouldn’t either without any medical intervention."

Chrissy and husband John Legend announced they lost their son Jack at 20 weeks due to pregnancy complications ... calling it a miscarriage.

But, now she's backtracking all that ... "let's just call it what it was: It was an abortion. An abortion to save my life for a baby that had absolutely no chance."

Although she wasn't specific, it seems what she's saying is that doctors advised her at around 20 weeks the baby would not survive and she would probably die as well if she carried the baby to term. So, it sounds like doctors may have induced birth, knowing the baby would not survive, which she characterized as a miscarriage.

Chrissy went on to say the decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade triggered the realization.

"I fell silent, feeling weird that I hadn't made sense of it that way," Teigen shared. "I told the world we had a miscarriage, the world agreed we had a miscarriage ... and I became really frustrated that I didn't, in the first place, say what it was, and I felt silly that it had taken me over a year to actually understand that we had had an abortion."

Chrissy and JL have 2 kids together -- Luna and Miles. The couple announced they are expecting another baby saying ... "joy has filled our home and hearts again."

Nick Cannon has welcomed baby #9 into the world … and a few more kids are on the way. So we spent some time creating a family tree, so brace yourself!

Nick's first round of kids came courtesy of now-ex-wife Mariah Carey … twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe said hello to the world back in 2011. He and Mariah separated in 2014 after 6 years of marriage.

In 2017, Nick had his 3rd child, Golden Sagon ... this time around with former Miss USA Brittany Bell. Their encore was Powerful Queen, who was born in December of 2020.

Nick's procreation was about to shift into high gear with another set of twins, courtesy of Abby De La Rosa. Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir were born in June 2021, adding to his growing brood.

Abby discussed her open relationship with Nick on the "Lovers and Friends" podcast ... saying their polyamorous relationship doesn’t mean her standards are low or her parenting skills come up short.

Just 9 days after Zion and Zillion were born, Nick had his 7th kid -- Zen -- with model Alyssa Scott. Zen tragically passed away at 5 months from a brain tumor.

In June, Nick had baby #8 – Legendary Love -- with model Bre Tiesi, who documented the home birth in a YouTube vlog.

But wait, there's more! Onyx Ice Cole was born Wednesday. It was a surprise to just about everyone BUT Nick, who announced the birth on social media. This time around with new mom and former "The Price Is Right" model, LaNisha Cole.

Nick's still going full bore ... he and Brittany Bell are expecting a 3rd kid together in August ... and Abby De La Rosa announced she's pregnant again with Nick, and she's intimating that she might be carrying another set of twins.

Surprise!!! Blake Lively is expecting once again, and she shocked everyone by visually announcing her 4th baby with Ryan Reynolds.

Blake was attending the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women's Summit Thursday in NYC ... she entered the event and posed for pics, proudly showing off the upcoming addition to the fam.

Witnesses at the event tell TMZ ... employees only let a few photogs shoot Blake -- telling them beforehand that this would be a "sensitive shoot," adding they'd know why when she walks down the red carpet.

Boy, were they right! Blake's noticeably pregnant, but it's unclear how far along she is.

Blake posted a swimsuit pic a few weeks ago -- though we don't know when it was taken -- and there was no bump in sight ... possibly intended to throw people off before the big reveal.

Blake and Ryan have 3 kids together already -- 7-year-old James, 5-year-old Inez, and 2-year-old Betty.

YouTube star Trisha Paytas has given birth to her 1st child ... and while she isn't a reincarnation of the late Queen Elizabeth -- despite popular belief -- she IS named after an ultra-popular children's doll.

Trisha finally gave birth to her and husband Moses Hacmon's baby girl Wednesday ... about a week after a wild trend took off -- one where Twitter users thought her kid would be QE2.0.

She made the announcement Thursday morning, and the name choice is pretty unique ... saying "She has arrived. Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon."

She's been met with a ton of congratulatory responses online so far ... with only a handful takin' a second look at the name.

As we reported, Trisha announced last week she believed she'd soon go into labor ... the next day, it was revealed QE2's health was failing, and Twitter connected the dots in an odd way.

Trisha showed her pregnant belly a day after the Queen's death ... proving she hadn't yet given birth and laughed off the reincarnation speculation.

Nick Cannon is gonna have a "Game of Thrones" situation in about 50 years -- he's just welcomed a surprise (to the world, anyway) birth of a daughter, his 9th child, with model LaNisha Cole.

It feels like it was just yesterday -- it was actually a couple months ago -- we were congratulating Nick on baby #8, but he proudly announced Wednesday night he and LaNisha welcomed Onyx Ice Cole Cannon's arrival ... and the little girl's really got daddy thinking.

Nick's clearly getting fed up with jokes about his rapidly-growing brood because he said, "As we all know I am not easily triggered and have quite tough skin and have always been an open book but not everyone in my family has that same level of strength. So I pray and ask others to please project all criticism and cynicism towards ME and not the loving and precious Mothers of my children."

Nick and LaNisha were, at least publicly, linked in early 2017, but broke up shortly after that. While the model -- who'd been on "The Price Is Right" for 8 seasons -- hasn't been hiding her pregnancy, she didn't reveal Nick was the father.

Anyway, Papa C is overjoyed, and says "I vow to protect, provide, guide and love this child to the best of my abilities."

Ok, grab your scorecards: We're already expecting 2 more announcements from Nick before we hit 2023! We know Brittany Bell -- with whom he already has 2 kids -- is expecting their third, because she and Nick did a pregnancy photo shoot together last month.

Also, Abby De La Rosa, is due next month and that will also be her third child with Nick.

As a quick refresher ... Nick and Bre Tiesi had their first in July.

At first glance, Jason Oppenheim's vacay pics with his model girlfriend make ya think there's "Selling Sunset" baby news coming, but upon closer inspection ... they're just hot and horny!!!

Jason and Marie-Lou Nurk are yachting around Mykonos with fellow 'Sunset' star, and Jason's ex-GF, Mary Fitzgerald and her husband, Romain -- and, for some reason, Jason decided to plant some kisses right on MLN's belly.

But, we're sure the universal sign for "we got one in the oven" is misplaced here, because other shots show Marie-Lou vaping ... and also, Jason later got a massive handful of her ass. Not exactly giving maternal instincts or parent-to-be vibes!

What it is giving is ... we're super into each other. Remember, the couple just made their public debut about a month ago in Hollywood at a Netflix event.

Word is Marie-Lou will appear in the next season of 'Sunset' ... which can't be the least bit awkward, considering JO now has 2 exes -- Mary and Chrishell Stause -- working in his real estate office.

Rapper Swae Lee has a 1-year-old child, TMZ has learned ... and he's filed in L.A. court to establish joint custody.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Swae had a daughter back in 2020 with Brazilian model Aline Martins. He filed in July and will ask for 50/50 custody of 1-year-old Angel.

Aline discussed it all in an interview with Jornal Extra last year, telling the outlet, “I would like him to give love and be a present father, but I won't be humiliating myself either. I think my daughter doesn't deserve that."

It's unclear what the conflict is ... but we're told Swae's motivation for going to court is that he wants a real relationship with his daughter, and that includes sleeping at his home and spending significant time with her. He also wants a holiday schedule. Our Swae sources say the reason for filing court docs is to set the ground rules before any problem arises.

We're told Swae has been paying Aline money for the kid, but she had claimed last year that she had accumulated $15k in debt from expenses, prenatal care, and rent.

For those unaware, Swae's current girlfriend Victoria Kristine uploaded pics from her baby shower last week ... she captioned the gender reveal with "Our little wild one is on the way." She made the initial pregnancy announcement earlier in August. BTW ... they're having a boy.

The internet was wild on Thursday following the death of Queen Elizabeth, but one weird trend seemed to gain a lot of steam on Twitter, with users joking that Trisha Paytas was to give birth to a reincarnation of the Queen.

Paytas, a YouTube star, announced Wednesday night she was 1 cm dilated and believed she would soon go into labor. Fast forward to Thursday morning, when it was announced Queen Elizabeth's health was failing ... and the Twitter "theories" took off.

At one point, Paytas was trending #2 on the app -- only behind Queen Elizabeth herself.

On Friday, Paytas finally addressed the wild joke, saying she didn't think it would have been appropriate to acknowledge it on the day Queen Elizabeth died.

Paytas showed her pregnant belly, proving she hadn't yet given birth, and laughed off the social media speculation her baby was to be QE2 reincarnated.

Isaiah McKenzie earned major props from his fantasy owners AND his family with his TD on Thursday night ... 'cause it turns out the Bills wideout did a gender reveal for his sister right in the middle of the endzone after scoring!!

Buffalo just made the revelation in a TikTok video posted Friday morning ... showing the slot receiver actually screaming out "It's a boy!" into a camera right after recording a touchdown in the third quarter of the Bills' game against the Rams.

In the video that the Bills shared, you can see McKenzie's family watching on the TV as he revealed the news.

And, when he yelled into the lens -- they went bananas!!!

It's unclear whether Isaiah planned the gender reveal or if it was a surprise ... but his family's reaction was priceless, bringing smiles to their faces.

Of course, McKenzie, his fam, and the Bills had a lot to smile about Thursday ... 'cause they knocked off the defending champs in a laugher, 31-10, at SoFi Stadium.

Kylie Jenner says her mom, Kris Jenner, was VERY hands-on during her first birth.

The beauty mogul dished the birth deets to James Corden on 'The Late Late Show' this week, talking about what Kris is like in the delivery room ... a place she has been many times over the years, for both her own children and her grandkids.

When it came to Stormi ... Kylie says Kris was playing doctor, reaching up into her birth canal and yanking the kid out. Apparently, she did this on her own ... with pros standing by.

Kris clarified that she wasn't going in barehand or anything ... sounds like she was gloved and scrubbed, so it was kosher and clean. Still, though -- it's not a walk in the park, and it seems Kris tackled it with gusto. The second time around, she was on camera duty.

Speaking of kids, Kylie says she and Travis Scott have yet to settle on a permanent name for their son -- who was named Wolf, and still is legally ... but, apparently, the parents changed their mind and opted to name him something else -- which she didn't reveal.

Congratulations are in order for Gucci Mane and his wife Keyshia Ka'Oir -- the "So Icy" couple announced Friday that their 2nd kid together is on the way.

Keyshia made the big announcement by posting a video of her surprising Gucci in bed with the positive pregnancy test -- and she also showed them at a doctor's visit getting a sonogram.

Gucci and Keyshia already share a son, Ice Davis, who was born in December 2020 ... and they've been vocal about wanting to add to their high-class household.

Earlier this year, LaFlare serenaded his wife on the aptly titled song "Mrs. Davis" ... where he rapped, "Let's have another baby/Ice needs somebody to play with."

With 243K Instagram followers, young Ice is one of the drippiest toddlers in the game and should have plenty of pointers for his younger sibling when he or she arrives.

Gucci and Keyshia were married in a lavish, straight-to-TV wedding in 2017 and are about a month shy of their 4-year anniversary.

NBA YoungBoy is coming for Nick Cannon ... the rapper is expecting his 9th child, meaning he's only one behind Nick.

YoungBoy made the baby announcement in a social media post and a new music video for his song, "Purge Me."

In the Instagram photo dump, the last photo slide shows a woman's hand, rocking an engagement ring, over a pregnant belly. The woman is YoungBoy's already established baby mama Jazlyn Mychelle and she looks pretty far along.

Jazlyn is also featured in the music video ... she's clearly pregnant and there's a few romantic moments with YoungBoy.

YoungBoy already has at least 8 children with 7 different women, and he's only 22 years old.

As we reported ... Nick announced last month he's expecting his 10th baby, this time with ex-girlfriend, Brittany Bell ... and now social media users are comparing YoungBoy to Cannon.

Youngboy's other 8 children are named Alice, Amarni, Kacey, Kamiri, Kayden, Kentrell, Kodi and Taylin.

If there is one group of people who deserve a little R&R for Labor Day it's all those pregnant people who are working overtime to create the gift of life!

These celebs may be growin' and showin' but that hasn't stopped them from rocking their bumps  ... whether it's making moves at Hollywood events ... or just sharing a selfie while enjoying the experience during the 9 months of growing.
