Kylie Jenner was in the same room and enjoying the same good vibes as her ex-boyfriend, Tyga, while raging in Sin City this weekend -- but the reunion was short on warmth or fuzziness.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kylie and Tyga crossed paths Saturday night and even ended up mingling in the same crowd at the massive strip joint, Sapphire Club. We're told Kylie's crew (sans Travis) collided with Tyga's as they celebrated Sofia Richie's 21st birthday.

Tyga was there first -- he was in town performing at JEWEL Nightclub, and stopped by Sapphire afterward -- and we're told Kylie and co. rolled in shortly afterward. The groups ended up coming together in the Karaoke Room to party.

Now, our sources tell us that while Kylie and Tyga did exchange friendly greetings and some chitchat, they didn't hang for very long ... as Kylie eventually bowed out early. Her pals stayed through much of the night into morning.

We're told Kylie wasn't ducking out because of any awkwardness with Tyga -- our sources insist she harbors no ill toward her ex-BF and they're actually on relatively good terms.

And, for the petty among us who might be keeping score, we're told Kylie did not seek out Tyga -- they just have mutual friends, and the meetup just happened coincidentally.

As we told you ... Kylie was bouncing around Saturday night ringing in the big 2-1 for Sofia, who got treated to cake, cars and a private jet to the strip.

Sofia Richie had the 21st birthday just about any 21-year-old would want ... a Vegas blowout.

Sofia and a bunch of her friends partied hard at the XS nightclub on the Strip, and it looked like a blast.

Scott Disick was there, but took a back seat to the action as Sofia danced wildly with friends. She went onstage with The Chainsmokers and just kept dancing.

There was the obligatory cake -- in this case, 6 tiers.

Sofia got some pretty awesome presents earlier in the day. Scott presented her with an Aston Martin and a Range Rover. Yep, 2 whips. When the cars were safely garaged, they jetted off to Vegas. Kylie was waiting at the airport where they all boarded the private jet.

In case you lost track, Scott and Sofia have been dating for about 2 years. They seem super serious ... she even hangs out with his kids, and she and Kourtney clearly get along. They've even all gone on vacay together.

Sofia Richie is following up celebrating Kylie Jenner's epic birthday with one of her own -- and so far, she's off to a good start.

Lionel Richie's daughter -- who turned 21 Saturday -- was greeted with some new wheels on her driveway ... an Aston Martin and a Range Rover. Her boyfriend, Scott Disick, appeared to be responsible for the former, and Sofia made sure to shout him out on IG.

She captioned a vid on her Story, "Wow wow wow Best bf award." When filming her other new car, she wrote ... "New Range. Ok I'm good #21."

Looks like Sofia's birthday celebration was just getting started too -- 'cause shortly after receiving the whips, she drove herself to an airport runway ... where Kylie herself was waiting with a private jet. Seems like them and some friends are off on another adventure.

As you know, Sofia was just with a bunch of the Kardashians on a $250 million megayacht celebrating Kylie's birthday about a week ago on the high seas of Italy, where she and Scott got some QT in on a jet ski. Apparently, KJ and SR are great pals now.

We haven't see the Lord in any of Sofia's videos so far, but ya gotta imagine that wherever she's going now ... he'll be joining the party at some point.

Dua Lipa is doing her post-birthday festivities right -- chillin' out in Malibu with her beau, Anwar Hadid, who's got a firm grip on things by land ... or by sea.

The pop star was getting active Friday -- a day after her 24th birthday -- with Anwar in the Pacific, where it looks like they might've been boogie boarding ... wearing wet suits and everything. Whether in or out of the water, the couple couldn't keep their hands off each other.

Especially Anwar -- he was holding on tight to Dua's head, hair, ass ... whatever he could grab hold of, really. He even gave her a little love tap after a steamy make-out sesh.

As we reported ... Dua and Anwar have been tight since at least last month, when they were spotted cozying up at the British Summer Time Hyde Park festival in the UK.

Before they went public with their relationship, we're told they'd been bonding over music ... which is what brought about a first date, then another ... and so on. It was looking like a long-distance relationship -- and so far, it seems like they've made it work across the pond.

Kourtney Kardashian hit the town Friday night and ran smack into 2 of her exes, Younes Bendjima and Luka Sabbat ... and there were no visible hard feelings. In fact, everyone got along great.

Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall all showed up in WeHo at The Nice Guy to celebrate Daniel Chetrit's birthday ... he's the dude who's a DJ and co-hosts a podcast with Kendall.

Kacey Musgraves, Kyrie Irving, Ariel Winter, Ben Simmons and Devin Booker were also there to celebrate. BTW, Luka had reportedly hooked up with Kourtney a while back as well ... again, everything was cool Friday night.

Kourtney and Younes seem to be on-again, off-again since they started dating in 2016. They broke up last year, but have been seen together from time to time.

Jon Gruden ... clearly wasn't invited to any birthday parties as a kid -- because his rendition of "Happy Birthday" on "Hard Knocks" sounds like it's the FIRST time he's ever sang it.

Seriously ... it's terrible. Like worse than Hunter Renfrow bad.

The Oakland Raiders head coach was finishing off a team meeting when he instructed the players to serenade GM Mike Mayock.

What ensued was pure, hot garbage -- insanely terrible. Embarrassing, actually.

Of course, there was other important stuff that went down on HBO's "Hard Knocks" on Tuesday -- from Antonio Brown's frostbitten feet to his helmet drama ... to tight end Darren Waller's battle with substance abuse.

But, the worst part of the Raiders' camp ... Gruden singing.

Wendy Williams wasn't fazed at all by 50 Cent's attempt to deny her entry at his big pool party ... she still got what she came for.

Sources close to the talk show host tell TMZ ... video of Wendy appearing to have trouble getting into Fiddy's Tycoon party at BarCode in New Jersey Sunday doesn't tell the full story. We're told she got in with no trouble, along with her son, Kevin Jr., and they kicked it with Snoop Dogg.

Our Wendy sources say she took her son to the party for his 19th birthday because he's a huge Snoop fan, so she wanted to get him a photo with the rapper. Snoop was part of the lineup headlined by 50 along with guys like Jacquees, Fabolous and Trey Songz.

We're told her plan went down without a hitch -- security with the Elizabeth, NJ police department escorted her and her son inside directly to Snoop's section ... no run-ins with 50. As for Snoop ... he was his usual awesome self and showed them nothing but love.

However, our sources say Wendy did find out afterward that 50 Cent had put her on the blacklist for the party, but because of her connection with "her family town" of Elizabeth ... she didn't have any issues.

Of course, 50 paints a different picture of what went down. He shared the video of Wendy outside the club Sunday and wrote, "you can’t just show up to my PARTY if you been talking about me."

Fiddy added, "B*TCH wait out side" ... but to be fair, he never claimed she got turned away and never got in.

Our Wendy sources say only stayed at the party for about 20 minutes -- she bailed after she successfully introduced her son to Snoop and went to get food.

As for the beef between 50 and Wendy ... it's been a war of words for a couple years now, and it doesn't look like it's any closer to being squashed. We're told it's not going to stop Williams from doing whatever the hell she wants to do, though.

DMX has a surefire way of guaranteeing your girlfriend/fiancee takes you back after a bad fight ... just propose to her again in front of lots of people. Trust, it works.

The Dog recommitted to his most recent baby mama, Desiree Lindstrom, this weekend at their son Exodus' 3rd birthday party at Sky Zone. It's kinda funny and super sweet ... X turned a same-day breakup into a renewed engagement. And, she said yes!!!

Check out the vid ... DMX tells a crowd of friends and fam that he and Desiree had just broken up that same day, which is why she was wearing her engagement ring around her neck.

He gets a little choked up before getting on bended knee and whipping out a new engagement ring, complete with a case and everything. Like they say, X gon' give it to ya.

Desiree accepts his proposal anew, and they kiss and pose for pictures. Clearly they're back together ... and back on to get married (we think). Sources tell us DMX and Desiree have been engaged for nearly 4 years now, about half of their 8-year relationship.

And, yet, no walk down the aisle that we're aware of. Maybe this will serve as a prompt kick in the ass that'll get the wedding bells going sooner than later.

The middle Jonas Bro rang in the big 3-0 in style this week by embracing the James Bond aesthetic with his wife, Sophie Turner, right there by his side to bring it to fruition. Joe walked out of their NYC apartment Friday night -- a day after his actual birthday -- wearing a very Bond-esq white tux, and hit the point home by hopping into an Aston Martin.

Yep, 007 would absolutely approve -- the Aston Martin is the character's signature car, and Bond has donned the white suit many times over the course of his movie spy career.

Joe and Sophie rolled up to Cipriani, where they were met with the James Bond theme song ... seems like everyone was in on the Bond shtick for the night. BTW, Nick and Kevin were there too with their respective wives ... so it was a Jonas family affair.

Young Thug knows how to kill 2 birds with 1 stone -- throwing a birthday and album release party ... but at least this year it didn't end with him in handcuffs.

Young Thug hosted a bunch of his pals Thursday night at Beauty & Essex in L.A. to celebrate his 28th bday and the release of his new album, "So Much Fun." Meek Mill, NBA star Ben Simmons, Johnny Manziel's ex, Bre Tiesi, and rapper Gunna are just some of the celebs who showed.

Remy Martin also made a splash -- it was the liquor of choice. The guests sipped on 3 special drinks named after YT's tracks, "Slime," "The London" and "So Much Fun."

An awesome time was had by all ... and most notably since Young Thug didn't have to deal with a huge buzz kill like the one he endured after he threw another birthday/album release party last year.

As we reported ... everything went downhill for YT last August after he left his 27th birthday bash and "Slime Language" album release party -- a police cruiser accidentally hit Thug's Rolls-Royce, then cops found a gun in the whip. Thugger ended up getting arrested for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle.

The D.A. ended up dropping the case, citing insufficient evidence.

Kylie Jenner is getting into full party mode during her endless birthday getaway ... dancing and grinding with Travis Scott as they TURN UP in Cannes!!!

Travis gets the party started, sliding behind the DJ booth and hopping on the 1s and 2s to spin some tunes that put Kylie and her friends in the mood to groove. Seriously, Sofia Richie and the girls are dancing on top of tables!!!

The impromptu daytime dance party is a different scene from what we've seen from Kylie and Travis during her 22nd bday trip ... which kicked off with a shopping spree with Stormi in Positano, followed by the couple's romantic dinner in Capri.

No sign of Stormi and Kris Jenner at the lunch spot Kylie and co. turned into a dayclub ... guess that means it's time to RAGE!!!

Fans hoping to honor Nipsey Hussle on what would have been the rapper's 34th birthday will have to find a place other than his clothing store to pay their respects.

A massive fence, complete with shading and barbed wire surrounds Nipsey's Marathon Clothing in Los Angeles ... the same place the rapper was murdered back in March. The location was an obvious spot for a birthday memorial, but the barricade is a clear attempt to discourage people from gathering and leaving items at the store.

City officials have had issues with Marathon for a long time and even tried to shut it down, believing it was a hub for gang activity. Fact is ... the area has problems with gangs, but Nipsey was working hard to curb gang violence. The LAPD and L.A. City Attorney took a lot of heat for praising Nipsey after his death on the one hand yet naming him in an investigation over gang activity around the store. Cops later said he was not a target ... only the store was.

TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD was put on high alert for a possible birthday celebration Thursday, planning to have more than 100 officers near the Slauson and Crenshaw intersection where the store is located.

Nipsey's birthday won't go unrecognized by his family though, we've learned they plan to hold a private gathering. Our sources say Nip's family is still in a serious state of mourning.

Nipsey Hussle's family is turning down hoards of proposals for a very public birthday bash honoring the slain rapper ... because the wounds are just too fresh.

Sources close to Nipsey's fam tell TMZ ... there will be no city-wide celebration in Los Angeles, even though fans are begging for one, because his family is still in mourning.

Instead of a public event ... we're told Nipsey's family will get together on August 15, on what would have been the Crenshaw rapper's 34th birthday, and remember their lost loved one in private.

Our sources say Nip's clan has been flooded with suggestions for how to recognize his bday in front of the masses ... but we're told the family feels it's still too soon to do a huge celebration, considering it's only been a few months since his tragic death.

Nipsey fans who flock to his Marathon Clothing store in his honor will be met by a heavy police presence ... and they won't be able to get close to the storefront, because we're told an extra set of barricades is being added to an existing fence.

So, while it's nice to see so many folks looking to remember Nip on his birthday ... ya gotta understand where his family is coming from.

Kylie Jenner ruffled some feathers making people think she was getting married on her birthday trip -- but now, the cat dress is out of the bag ... and it's clear there's no wedding.

The mystery "wedding dress" that was seen being loaded onto Kylie's jet last week made its full debut Saturday on Kylie's Instagram story, where she revealed it was merely a birthday outfit (her 10th so far, apparently). It's a flowing, feathery white gown, nothing more.

Kylie filmed herself getting done up in the dress, and then posted another clip of her running down a hallway in it -- seems like she can move that thing!!!

On the way up to the upper deck of her multi-million dollar yacht, she showed off the garment in all its glory. It's easy to see why some folks thought it actually was a wedding dress -- it's got a train, and looks a lot like something a bride might wear.

As we first told you ... Kylie ain't getting hitched on this trip -- despite the possibly well-planted red herring. Two of her older sisters -- Kim and Khloe -- aren't expected to attend ... and it was suggested to us they wouldn't miss Kylie and Travis' nuptials.

Kris Jenner is there though, as are a bunch of Kylie's closest pals ... plus Travis Scott and baby Stormi too, of course. They're all partying and making the most of Kylie's $250 million rental.

A colorfully dressed Kylie and her baby daddy hit up the Ristorante da Paolino in Capri Thursday night as she approaches the ripe old age of 22. The couple held hands as they walked in, and they were smooching on the way out. A little limoncello makes everybody feel romantic.

As we reported, Kylie and Trav took Stormi out shopping Wednesday after arriving in Positano. They're rolling deep too ... with Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Scott Disick, Sofia Richie and a few girlfriends.

Kylie and the birthday crew boarded a private jet Tuesday to begin the celebration ... which includes spending time on a $250 MILLION yacht.
