"Knight Rider" star Rebecca Holden and her record producer husband, Joel Diamond, got a rude awakening in the dead of night ... an oak tree came crashing down onto their property, and cost 'em a car in the process.

Joel tells TMZ ... he and Rebecca were awoken late at night Friday by a loud noise literally tearing through their Calabasas home. It turned out to be part of a nearby 6-ton oak tree that had toppled over for some reason. We're told the tree burst through their bedroom window ... and also crushed three vehicles down below.

Unfortunately, one of those cars happened to be Joel's prized classic Jaguar -- the back end of which was absolutely demolished by the fallen timber. A total loss, no doubt. What sucks is Joel tells us he'd just gotten the whip back from an auto body shop 2 days prior.

Nobody was harmed, thankfully, but it sounds like a few of Joel's friends were pretty impressed with the freak phenomenon. Singer Tony Orlando -- known for his #1 hit, "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" -- made a crack ... saying out of all the trees he'd ribbon'd over the years, Joel and Rebecca's was by and far the most outstanding.

Nikki Bella's spent barely 3 months in her dream home living next to her sister ... but the dream's over 'cause she's putting the house on the market.

The "Total Bellas" star listed her 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom pad for $1,995,000. It sits on a 10,000-square-foot lot inside an exclusive, 16-home gated community.

Anyway, the crib's what you'd expect from a WWE star, who designed it from start to finish. The house is really nice ... huge wood-beamed ceilings, a sub-zero and Wolf appliances, 3 fireplaces and a custom wine/sitting room.

Bryce Hall and a crew of his fellow TikTok and YouTube stars who got turnt up last week for his 21st birthday now face consequences ... his water and power have been turnt off.

As we reported ... Hall hosted a massive rager at his Hollywood Hills home Friday night in defiance of repeated warnings by the City of L.A. to stop doing so amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

So, Mayor Eric Garcetti authorized the city to disconnect Hall's utilities Wednesday, saying ... "This house has turned into a nightclub in the hills, hosting large gatherings in flagrant violation of our public health orders." The mayor added these gatherings can quickly spread the coronavirus and put communities at risk.

Hall lives in the home with fellow TikTok stars Noah Beck and Blake Gray, and has hosted numerous raucous parties there leading up to Friday's ... with little to no regard for COVID safety or precautions.

He also had a big bash at a rented Encino property recently, but that home's still got power.

Kris Jenner is no stranger to making some savvy business investments, and she just turned another profit ... unloading her Hidden Hills crib to a familiar buyer.

Jenner bought the 9,400-square-foot, 6-bed and 8-bath home in November 2017 for $9.9 million and just sold it for $15 million ... TMZ has confirmed. We're told the deal was done off-market and purchased by the heiress of the Coty Inc. fortune, Katharina Harf.

Coty might sound familiar -- it's the same company that purchased a majority stake in Kylie Jenner's cosmetic company for $600 million -- and got her in range of billionaire status.

So, our sources say J Lo and A-Rod more than fill that void while bringing even more glamour than ever ... along with a nice wholesome ambiance with their blended family.

We're told the other stars on the Island will also be thrilled if the soon-to-be-wed couple ended up paying the asking price of $40 mil ... because, once again, it's great for everyone's bottom line.

This is either straight out of your worst nightmare or wildest dream -- a beautiful Victorian home with a dark secret in the basement ... AKA, a fully operational jail with cells intact.

A realty company called House of Brokers has a listing for a 2-bed, 2-bath, single-family brick home in Fayette, MO ... going for $350k. It's described as a historic site -- but that history is steeped in inmate lockups, 'cause the place used to double as an actual jail site.

Unclear what law enforcement agency operated out of here once upon a time, but it's clear they were using it to house prisoners ... 'cause the basement was literally reconstructed to accommodate just that. It features a full booking room and 9 cells, steel bunk beds and all.

The listing agent, Jeffrey Radel, had a cheeky description of the place, which raised eyebrows. He writes, "WAIT until you get to picture #30!! 1875 Howard County Sheriff's House and Jail. Extremely unique opportunity!!" Pic 30 is where the vibe changes drastically.

After describing the main house -- which looks nice with the renovations -- he adds, "AND THE BEST PART, connected to the home is a 2500 sq ft legitimate jail with 9 cells, booking room and 1/2 bath. The cell door lock throws appear to be operational. Full basement under the home with lighting throughout. Possibilities are amazing with this property."

We asked what his intention behind that last line might be -- and Jeffrey assured us he wasn't trying to offend or invite others to still use it as a jail. He says he meant it more like an opportunity to rework the space -- for wine tasting, for example -- and insists he was just trying to capture potential buyers' attention, since that's his job. He simply wants it sold.

"Riverdale" star Lili Reinhart is barely old enough to buy a beer ... but already she's living like a Spanish queen -- just take a look at the 23-year-old's new crib.

The place is spectacular ... it's on a 40,000-square-foot lot and comes with a whopping 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a pool that's a work of art for their modern fam of 6.

The bells and whistles include an elevator, wine room, library and industrial-style chef's kitchen -- perfect for cooking AND dancing ... at least when J Lo's the chef.

J-Rod already own a huge home in Miami's beautiful Coral Gables neighborhood, so it's unclear if the new spot is a new crib for them, or just investment property.

Remember, they just flipped their beachfront home in Malibu after a remodel designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines. From all appearances, the Star Island place is nobody's fixer-upper.

The ex-Rams star -- who signed with the ATL Falcons -- is selling the 5,100 square foot crib in Chatsworth where he's lived for the past 3 years after buying an ever BIGGER place nearby from 'Twilight' actor Taylor Lautner.

Gurley's old crib was famous for hosting celebrity pickup games on his private court ... featuring stars like Cam Newton, YG and Quavo.

But, now that Gurley scooped up Lautner's 10,560-square-foot mansion just down the way ... he's looking to unload the smaller place.

It's a nice spot -- custom-built in 2005 and features a cool resort-style pool, waterfall and hot tub.

Jake Paul's Calabasas mansion turned into packed boxing venue Wednesday night -- with dozens of people blowing off COVID safety measures to watch two people throw down.

First off, YES -- this is the same house that was raided by the FBI just last week.

Second, unclear if Jake was at the home during the boxing match -- but there are a TON of people crowding around the ring and it only seems like a few people are wearing masks.

You'll note the combatants, breathing super hard and sweating in arm's length of the spectators ... a major NO-NO considering we're still in the middle of a pandemic!!

This would never fly on UFC's Fight Island.

The scene was wild -- the fighters were going after each other full speed, without headgear and without refs.

What's interesting ... Jake and his ex-GF were spotted out in Calabasas earlier in the day wearing masks and being safe.

Weird he's not implementing the same safety measures in his own home.
