11:11 AM PT -- 5/31 -- Apparently Mathew Rosengart felt the heat, because he responded to Mark Vincent Kaplan to let him know Britney will NOT fight the relocation ... so the Hawaiian move can go forward as planned.
Kevin Federline is giving Britney Spears' lawyer a Friday deadline to sign off on his planned move to Hawaii with their 2 kids, or he'll go to court to get a judge to give him the green light ... TMZ has learned.
Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ, he has asked Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, several times to send a letter/email stating Britney is OK with the move, but that hasn't happened.
Kaplan says Kevin plans to make the move August 1st, and he's up against the wall to get things in order, including renting a place. His wife, Victoria Prince, has a job offer in the sports department of a local university and has to commit.
Kevin's lawyer adds there should be no issue with the 2 kids, 17-year-old Sean Preston and 16-year-old Jayden James. He says Kevin has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, adding Britney has not seen the boys in more than a year.
Britney Spears' Sons Plan to Move to Hawaii with their Dad Kevin Federline
If Britney's lawyer doesn't respond by Friday, Kaplan says he will file legal docs asking for a move-away order.
It's interesting ... our sources say Britney has no real objections to Kevin making the move, but it can't be done without either a formal waiver from her or a court order.
We reached out to Rosengart ... so far, no response.

Jeff Bezos & Lauren Sanchez Renting Out Kenny G's Malibu Home! While Bev Hills Home Gets Renovations
Jeff Bezos and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez have apparently plopped down on a massive rental while their Beverly Hills pad gets the multimillion-dollar treatment ... and the new home away from home is reportedly none other than Kenny G's humble abode.
The Amazon founder and his new bride-to-be have picked the world-famous sax player's Malibu compound as their rental -- according to The Dirt, the happy couple's been shacking up there since March while work is still underway on their 9-figure property.
This temporary space looks pretty sweet, sitting cliffside and overlooking the ocean with a gorgeous backyard and massive pool. Unclear how much the 2 are payin' for a place like this, but it's gotta be a drop in the bucket for the wealthy pair.
The spot -- picked up by Kenny in 1998 -- has been expanded upon over the years, even adding on the smaller mansion next door ... the 2.5-acre property reportedly comes with a screening room, massive recording studio, and a key to Little Dume Beach, AKA one of the most exclusive beaches in Malibu.
As we reported, Jeff and Lauren got engaged during their recent vacay on his brand new $500 mil yacht, dubbed the Koru ... and sources told us the bigwig popped the question somewhere in Spain.
Going from half a mil yachts to swanky cliffside compounds while your massive Bev Hills home gets a facelift -- what a life!

Benedict Cumberbatch Family Shaken Up By Knife-Wielding Chef ... Breaks Onto Property, Shouting At Them
Benedict Cumberbatch's home was subject to a terrifying break-in ... as a man wielding a knife was destroying his property and shouting at the actor and his family while they all feared for their lives inside.
According to Daily Mail, 35-year-old chef Jack Bissell kicked his way through the front gate of Benedict's $3.5 mil North London property -- shouting "I know you've moved here, I hope it burns down" while the actor, his wife, and their 3 kids could hear him just outside their doors.
Bissell, who formerly worked at the Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair, reportedly yanked out one of their plants and threw it against the garden wall ... and also spit on their intercom before ripping it off the building.
The chef fled the scene before things could escalate further ... and luckily, police found his DNA on the intercom, leading to his eventual arrest. He was slapped with a fine and a 3-year restraining order from the Cumberbatch family.
During this month's trial, prosecutors said Bissell bought 2 packs of pita bread at a nearby store before the incident, telling the shopkeeper he was going to break into Benedict's home and burn it down.
Bissell pled guilty and was sentenced on May 10, although specifics surrounding the date the incident occurred haven't been revealed. According to DailyMail, details of the case could not be reported until they "successfully challenged blanket reporting restrictions this week."
It's unclear what the connection is between Bissell and Cumberbatch.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
This wasn't Bissell's first arrest, BTW -- he was cuffed back in his underwear back in 2015 during a protest regarding military intervention in Syria.
Taylor Swift's 'Cornelia Street' NYC Townhouse She Rented Now for Sale
Taylor Swift clearly has the Midas touch ... and a place she lived -- a place that inspired one of her super-popular songs -- is now on the market for a King's ransom.
Back in 2016, Taylor rented a townhouse in NYC's West Village. She apparently loved the 4-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot pad and lived there for more than a year.
In fact, Taylor loved it so much, she wrote a song about it -- "Cornelia Street." The song -- a fan fav -- is featured in her album, "Lover." One of the lyrics ... "I rent a place on Cornelia Street."
The townhouse -- owned by an Italian investor -- was listed by Corcoran Group realtor Laurence Carty earlier this month. It was listed for rent -- $45,000 a month, and an extra $5k if the renter wanted it furnished.
Well now we've learned ... the Italian dude wants to sell it outright for $17,995,000.
Aside from some amazing features, including a 30-foot indoor swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with downtown views, the fact that Taylor lived there has gotta add some value.
The timing is perfect -- you gotta think it's more than a coincidence the house is up for sale smack in the middle of Taylor's Eras tour, which is the hottest ticket in the world.
Timing is everything ... in comedy and real estate!

Jimmie Allen Too Much Bad News ... Selling His Nashville Home
-
Exclusive
Jimmie Allen is officially pulling up stakes in Nashville ... putting his house up for sale on the heels of his divorce, and the bombshell rape allegation against him.
According to property records the country star is selling his home in Brentwood -- a Nashville suburb -- for $2.5 million. He originally listed it last month for just under $3M, before slashing the price this week.
According to a real estate source Jimmy had planned to put the home on the market 3-4 months ago.
Of course, Jimmie's been in pretty hot water lately. As we reported, his estranged wife Alexis Gale, who's pregnant with their third child, pulled the plug on their marriage -- and then his former business manager sued him for allegedly raping her.
Jimmie told us there's "no truth" to the allegation, and accused her of trying to squeeze him for money after their 2-year consensual relationship ended. He's publicly apologized to his estranged wife for the affair, and for being a poor example for their children.
On the heels of all that, he's lost biz deals, too, such as his collab with The Frozen Farmer ice cream company.
Now, he's hoping for some good news on the real estate front as he unloads the 5-bed, 5-bath home ... which sits on 1.5 acres with lots of great features.
Jimmie and Alexis got married during a secret wedding in 2020, and he bought the home in December of that same year for $1.5M.
Nick Woodard of Benchmark Realty holds the listing ... and no, the singer won't be leaving any of his baggage inside.

Sharpe, meanwhile, hasn't seemed too bothered by the incident on the air ... he's appeared on his FS1 show "UNDISPUTED" regularly since it all went down, assuming his usual seat next to Skip Bayless.

'Brady Bunch' HGTV Flipping Iconic Pad for $5.5 Mil ... Identical TV Interior!!!
Here's the story about the home of the Bradys ... one that's back on the market decades after it was featured on "The Brady Bunch," and thanks to HGTV, it now looks exactly like the home ya grew up watching.
The iconic North Hollywood, CA pad is now up for sale with a price tag of $5.5 million ... and the property's been transformed into a replica of the sitcom's set, following HGTV's purchase back in 2018.
You'll recall, the channel bought it for $3.5M for its series, "A Very Brady Renovation."
Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott, working alongside a handful of the OG Brady cast, made the interior the spitting image of the sets where they shot the sitcom -- and that meant chipping in nearly $2 mil for the renovations, including adding an entire 2nd floor.
If ya know 'Brady Bunch,' you'll know that was money well spent -- because it seems almost every detail from the hit show made its way into the building ... including that memorable floating staircase, a sweet den, and even the kids' Jack-n-Jill bathroom!
Outside, folks can find a swing set, teeter-totter, and even good ol' Tiger's dog house.
For those unaware, ABC only used 11222 Dilling Street for exterior shots of the Brady home, with a majority of production going down on a soundstage ... so even though it was just a normal home inside at the time, it's lookin' picture ready now!
HGTV's planning on using a portion of the proceeds to provide up to 250K meals for the Turn Up! Fight Hunger initiative -- which helps kids across the country impacted by hunger.

Deon Cole Jay & Bey Dropping $200M is Motivation ... Haters Gone Hate!!!
-
Exclusive
- 1.3K shares
Jay-Z and Beyoncé can do whatever they please with their money, and anyone who has an issue with their new $200 million pad should try taking notes, instead of shots ... so says, Deon Cole.
We got the comedian out in NYC, where he had a message for all the naysayers calling their massive new Malibu mansion a gross exhibition of wealth.
As we first reported, the power couple dropped $200M in cash for the spectacular home -- and Deon's suggesting their haters quit critiquing, and get out into the world and achieve their own version of success.
He's realistic -- we can't all spend like the Carters, after all -- but the bigger point is, find your own level of success.
TMZ broke the story ... the couple purchased the 30,000-sq-ft estate from renowned art collector William Bell and set the record for the most expensive home ever sold in California. It sits on 8 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu's Paradise Cove neighborhood, aka Billionaires' Row.
As you know, they are still hanging on to their mansion in Bel-Air, which they snagged for $88M in 2017.
Deon's take on Jay and Bey's eye-popping real estate portfolio is ... they've worked hard to earn their coins, and can spend it however they'd like. He also notes, $200M is still a relative drop in the bucket, considering their collective wealth.
Forbes says Jay-Z is worth $2.5 billion, and Beyoncé's was estimated around $500 million. Of course, she also just kicked off her "Renaissance" tour, which is expected to gross over $1 billion.
So, while they can more than afford the new crib, DC does say for $200 mil, it better come with some amazing technology. Automated TP service, anyone?
Perhaps it does!😅

Ariana Madix Still Living in House with Tom ... 'Move' Was Staged for $$$

Exclusive Details

Ariana Madix is still living under the same roof as her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval ... turns out her "move" out of their home was just a clever way for her to make some money off the "Scandoval."
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Ariana has NOT moved out, as it appeared yesterday, and that whole scene with her carrying boxes out of the house was sponsored content.
The "Vanderpump Rules" star pulled out all the stops Monday to make it look like she was moving out of the Valley Village home she shares with Tom ... she had a U-Haul truck parked in the driveway and she recruited some friends to help her move boxes.
Paparazzi snapped photos as Ariana smiled while carrying boxes labeled "finances" out of the house ... loading them in the U-Haul truck and a black SUV.
Ariana even paused to relish the moment with an upbeat selfie video on Instagram, which she captioned, "ready to dip out 😏."
But, Ariana has since revealed the real truth behind it all -- she made subsequent posts, first hinting ... and then revealing she was in a bed with a finance company.
In the ad, Ariana says ... "I'm moving up, not out. Well not yet at least. It's time to get my financial house in order. I will have more to share with you very very soon."
So, Ariana and Tom are still living in the home where they each own 50 percent of the property ... though they're sleeping in separate bedrooms and avoiding communication as much as possible in the wake of Tom's affair with their 'VPR' costar Raquel Leviss.

Jalen Ramsey is saying goodbye to both L.A.'s football team this year AND the insane mansion he called home in the city ... TMZ Sports has learned he's put his pad up for sale following his trade to the Dolphins.
The former Rams cornerback -- with the help of Compass agent Lee Mintz -- just listed the property on Monday for $13,995,000 ... and while it's a hefty price tag, it ain't hard to see that it's definitely worth it.
The home, located in the swanky Hidden Hills, has seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms ... and comes with its own basketball court and sauna.
It's also got a theatre room, a wine room, and an insane fitness room.
The backyard also has a luxury pool, a newly built guest house -- and plenty of incredible landscaping. There's even an area in the yard to train for uphill sprints!!
The 28-year-old, who initially bought the place from Howie Mandel in 2020 for $9.5 million, sure didn't seem thrilled to have to part ways with the home ... saying in a statement Monday, "It is tough coming to terms with selling it because I do love it."
"You can relax, play basketball, be healthy, workout," he added, "you can do it all here."
Of course, Ramsey doesn't have much use for the place these days ... after being traded to Miami back in March -- he won't be needing to be in L.A. too often for the foreseeable future.
But, his NFL move could be all your gain ... that is, if you've got some seriously deep pockets!

The two each owned 50 percent of the home, per property records. As we reported, they were sleeping in separate rooms and pretty much avoiding any communication as much as possible.

It's nice to have options ... and that's exactly why Jay-Z and Beyoncé are going to hold on to their $100 million Bel-Air mansion, despite just shelling out $200 million in a historic purchase.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, as crazy as it sounds ... the brand new Malibu pad will serve as a weekend home -- in a sense -- at least for the time being. We're told the Bel-Air home, purchased for $88 million back in 2017 is still "home" ... close to the kids' schools and friends.
Eventually, our sources say, Jay-Z wants to move his family to the Malibu estate full-time ... but hasn't indicated whether that shift would also include selling Bel-Air.
TMZ broke the story ... the couple paid $200 million for the 30,000-square-foot mansion, setting a record in the state of California for the most expensive home ever sold. It sits on 8 acres on the Pacific Ocean in the Paradise Cove area ... aka Billionaires' Row.
What's also astonishing ... our sources say the home's previous owner and builder, William Bell, one of the biggest art collectors in the world, had a $1 BILLION art collection inside.
Those pieces obviously won't stay with Jay-Z and Beyoncé ... but you gotta wonder if they might've been able to work a portrait or two into the final negotiations.

Owen Wilson needs a new pair of pajamas ... because police say a homeless man got into the actor's house and promptly threw on some of Owen's sleepwear.
Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the man ended up inside Owen's Santa Monica home Tuesday night, rummaging through the house before slipping into a pair of the actor's pj's.
We're told Owen's assistant came home to discover the intruder, coming face-to-face with the man before they both booked it out of the house in separate directions.
Owen's assistant called Santa Monica PD, and cops rushed over with lights and sirens blaring, setting up a perimeter and nabbing the suspect in a nearby yard, still wearing Owen's duds.
Police say it doesn't appear the man took anything else from the home. The guy was booked on felony burglary.
We're told cops believe the suspect didn't know it was Owen's home.
Owen's Santa Monica estate has been the site of some brazen crimes before. As we first reported, Owen parked his Tesla on the street outside his place last summer and walked out to find someone had made off with the car's tires and rims!!!

Jay-Z And Beyonce Celebrate $200 Million Record Home Purchase ... With Soufflé Dinner In London

Exclusive
- 6.8K shares
One would think Jay-Z and Beyoncé would be living it up in their new $200 million Malibu estate -- the most expensive home sale in California history --- but nothing could be further from the truth.
In fact, the power couple was thousands of miles away in London Friday night after news surfaced about their massive house purchase, which bested the previous record of $177 million in the Golden State.
Check out these photos, obtained by TMZ, which show Jay and Bey dressed to the nines as they leave Harry's Bar in Mayfair with their security in tow. We're told they climbed inside a Viano box van and were driven back to their hotel.
Our sources say the A-listers had dinner at Harry's with billionaire entrepreneur Nassef Sawiris and satisfied their taste buds with a "delectable soufflé."
Not a bad way to spend the night ... but it probably would have been cozier inside their mansion fit for a king or a queen or both in their case.
Of course, there's plenty of time for Jay and Bey to enjoy their 30,000-square-foot monstrosity in the heart of Malibu's Paradise Cove area ... aka Billionaires' Row ... overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
TMZ broke the story Friday morning about their eye-popping real estate transaction -- which would have been the largest ever residential purchase in the nation if not for someone having bought an NYC apartment for $238 million.
Still though, Jay and Bey's house is a true architectural masterpiece, created by master builder Tadao Ando, who is also designing the house Kanye West bought in Malibu.
Turns out this is Jay and Bey's second big housing purchase in the Los Angeles area ... back in 2017, the couple plunked down $88 million for a Bel-Air mansion and funneled millions more into the home to push it over the $100 million mark.
We covered it all in the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.
