Kim Kardashian West says she's still laser-focused on the women she visited in a California prison over the weekend -- so much so, she's imploring the Governor to do his part for them.

Kim called on Gov. Jerry Brown to sign Assembly Bill 2550, which would restrict male prison guards' interactions with female inmates. Kim said, "The women I met at CA Women's Institution are still on my mind and in my heart."

The bill would prohibit male correctional officers from conducting pat down searches on female prisoners, except in emergency situations -- such as posing a risk of immediate harm to herself or others ... or risk of escaping. It would also prevent male guards from entering areas where female prisoners are undressed ... and force them to announce their presence in women's housing units.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim went to the prison in Corona, CA and met with 15 inmates to discuss the facility's conditions and women's plans upon release.

4:28 PM PT -- Steve has issued a statement to TMZ Sports ... saying, "I am disappointed in the decision, but we will respect it and move on."

"Much gratitude to everyone who has shown their support and stood by me."

"The last two years have been trying, but I am in now a great place, healthy, happy and loving my job with the Falcons and have the support of my family and friends and that’s where my focus is and will remain."

USC had every right to fire Steve Sarkisian after a drunken meltdown in 2015 ... so says an arbitrator who ruled the University owes ZERO dollars to the ex-football coach who had sued for $30 MILLION.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sark filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against the school claiming SC "kicked him to the curb" instead of getting him help for his alcoholism, which he argued was a "recognized disability under California law."

The case went to an arbitrator who denied every single one of Sark's claims -- explaining the coach was "not terminated on the basis of any disability," but rather for misconduct in breach of his contract.

USC argued that it tried to get help for Sark after an embarrassing booze-fueled rant at a Salute to Troy event in August 2015, but at the time Steve claimed he was NOT an alcoholic and attributed the behavior to a bad reaction from mixing Rx pills with beers.

USC had Sark sign a "last-chance agreement" requiring him to apologize for his behavior and attend weekly counseling sessions with substance abuse specialists. USC also warned Sark that any further incident that embarrassed the school would "constitute immediate termination for cause."

Sark signed the document, but USC says at the time he adamantly denied having a drinking problem.

Two months later, Sark had a drunken meltdown in the days after a loss to the University of Washington and was put on an indefinite leave on Oct 11. USC fired him on Oct. 12.

After the firing, Sark finally publicly acknowledged his drinking problem and got help -- but, the arbitrator says California disability laws "[do] not insulate the failure to control a controllable disability nor afford an employee a second chance to control a disability in the future."

In docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the arbitrator explains, "Sarkisian must bear sole responsibility for having actively concealed from USC his claimed disabilities."

In his suit, Sark claimed USC at the very least owed him the remainder of his huge contract -- $12.6 mil -- plus damages.

The arbitrator shot him down in every way.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Tommie Lee must really want a judge to throw her behind bars 'cause she was arrested again.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Tommie was busted early Monday morning in Atlanta outside of the Royal Peacock club after a cop told her to get out of the roadway where he was directing traffic ... and she allegedly ignored his instructions and got belligerent.

The tipping point ... cops say Tommie struck a nearby valet working for the venue in the head, and that's when officers made their move to detain her. We're told the valet didn't want to press charges, but cops arrested Tommie anyway and booked her for disorderly conduct while under the influence.

It's unclear what cops think she was on, but booze could spell big trouble -- as in, jail time -- for Tommie. Just 2 months ago a judge ordered her to wear an alcohol monitoring device, and stay out of trouble.

Johnny Depp attacked a member of the crew on a movie shoot, telling the crew member he'd give him $100k to punch him in the face ... and now the crew member wants his money in the form of a lawsuit.

Gregg "Rocky" Brooks was hired as a location manager last year for the movie "City of Lies" -- a story about Biggie Smalls' murder. Depp plays LAPD detective Russell Poole, who investigated the killing.

Brooks claims Depp hired 2 of his friends for a scene in downtown L.A. on April 13, 2017. Brooks says the scene wasn't working well, and he informed the director they could only have one more shot at finishing it.

Rocky went to Johnny and told him he only had one more shot. According to the lawsuit -- filed by Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian -- Rocky was concerned about Depp's volatility and went to get an LAPD officer for protection. Before Rocky reached the officer, he claims Depp attacked him and angrily screamed, "Who the f*** are you? You have no right to tell me what to do."

Rocky says Depp punched him twice in the rib cage. Rocky says he didn't react, and that's when Depp screamed, "I will give you $100,000 to punch me in the face right now."

Rocky claims Depp continued his tirade and his bodyguards then removed him from the area.

Rocky says during the altercation Depp's breath reeked of alcohol.

The suit seeks unspecified damages.

11:10 AM PT -- A spokesperson for the Trump Organization tells TMZ, "Mr. Cintron was at all times paid generously and in accordance with the law. Once the facts come out we expect to be fully vindicated in court."

The man who drove Donald Trump everywhere before he was President says he was getting financially screwed for years ... and now he's looking for the big payback.

Noel Cintron says he was Trump's personal driver for more than 20 years until the Secret Service took that gig in 2016 -- and he says the last "meaningful" raise he got was more than a decade ago.

According to a lawsuit, Noel says he was making $62,700 per year and, in 2006, he got bumped up to $68,000. Great, right? Well, Noel says he got another raise in 2010, but this time Trump pulled a fast one on him.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, he says his salary jumped up to $75k annually -- but, at the same time, he was forced to surrender his health benefits, which he says saved the Trump Corporation nearly $18k per year.

Noel also claims to have worked about 3,300 hours of uncompensated overtime during his last 6 years on the job. Based on Noel's OT rate, he says he'd be owed about $178k ... just for the overtime.

Robin Wright says her interactions with Kevin Spacey were all between "action" and "cut," and she had no clue about his alleged predatory behavior.

The "House of Cards" star spoke publicly for the first time since Spacey was embroiled in a storm of sexual assault accusations. Robin told Savannah Guthrie on "TODAY" she's not heard from Kevin and doesn't even know how to reach him -- translation, they were not buds outside of work.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin's facing 3 new sexual assault allegations in London by 3 men. There are additional allegations in London, and there's also an active criminal investigation in Massachusetts involving a then 18-year-old man.

Mozzy broke a few rules of the road, then got busted for having a gun he's not supposed to have ... according to law enforcement.

Las Vegas PD tells TMZ ... the rapper was pulled over Thursday night in a black Maserati without license plates for failing to signal during a lane change. We're told Mozzy didn't have a driver's license and, upon inspection of his vehicle ... cops found a loaded Glock in a black book bag.

That's a problem for Mozzy, because he's an ex-felon. He went to prison after a 2014 conviction for gun possession and possession of a controlled substance.

He's now facing a charge for gun possession by a prohibited person.

The rapper was released after posting $5k bail.

A heated competition's brewing over Nickelodeon's "Double Dare," but Viacom -- which owns the popular game show -- isn't playing around ... and filed a lawsuit to prove it.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a man named Charles Armstrong -- Prez and CEO of Armstrong Interactive -- filed trademark paperwork in January for "Double Dare" ... months before Nickelodeon aired the reboot of the show on June 25.

Viacom admits in the docs it let its trademarks for "Double Dare" expire in 2001 and 2002, but claims it has continuously used the name since the show's debut in 1986 for TV programming, live events and merch ... therefore, it never lost the rights to the name.

The company also claims Armstrong has a slimy history of squatting on classic kids' TV titles in an "illegal scheme" to "exploit the goodwill of other popular shows" ... including "Wonderama," "Kids Are People Too" and "Romper Room."

Regardless, Armstrong allegedly fired off a cease and desist letter to Viacom in May, warning the media company that if it went ahead with its relaunch of "Double Dare" ... it would be doing so "at its own risk" of legal action.

Viacom risked it and, along with airing the reboot ... is now suing Armstrong to get a judge to declare that "Double Dare" belongs -- and always has -- to Nickelodeon.

Rick Ross' entire "Maybach Music" marketing strategy is a rip-off, jacked from a 2007 track with a similar name ... so says a rapper in a new suit.

We broke the story ... Ishaq R. Muhammad -- aka Young Muhammad -- threatened to sue Da Boss back in September 2017, claiming Rick stole the catchphrase -- frequently dropped on his songs -- from Muhammad's 2007 jam, "Caprice Music."

According to new legal docs ... YM says he featured Rick on his "Caprice Music" single and Ross could be heard saying the phrase all over the track. Muhammad claims that's where Ross got the idea for "Maybach Music" ... and he's been using it ever since.

Muhammad's officially taking Rick to small claims court now, and wants $9,999 for theft of his intellectual property. He's also suing Roc Nation for endorsing "Maybach Music."

Jamie Foxx won't face any charges for allegedly striking a woman in the face with his penis back in 2002, because the case has been closed ... TMZ has learned.

Las Vegas PD tells us ... Foxx is in the clear -- at least criminally -- because the statute of limitations of 3 years has long since run. The case was previously listed as an open investigation. As for a civil suit ... nope -- the statute of limitations has also run.

We broke the story ... the woman accused Foxx of assaulting her 16 years ago at a party at his place, when he tried to get her to perform oral sex on him. She claims she refused ... so he slapped her in the face with his penis.

Milwaukee Bucks point guard Brandon Jennings is the most HATED man in his neighborhood -- with neighbors telling TMZ Sports they've called police between 30 AND 40 TIMES on the guy.

Here's the deal ... law enforcement tells us cops were called to Jennings' L.A. valley home in the early hours of July 5 after neighbors complained about an insanely loud rager at BJ's pad.

No arrests were made -- but multiple neighbors tell us they're fed up with Brandon because he treats the house like a nightclub, with crazy parties, blaring music and huge crowds almost every night of the week.

In fact, neighbors tell us they've spoken with Jennings and have pleaded with him to keep it down because the area is filled with families -- kids who have school and parents who work -- but the pleas have fallen on deaf ears.

The neighbors have taken their gripes to the Nextdoor app -- where they've strategized about how to get Brandon to be more considerate.

The crazy part ... Slash -- the rockstar -- used to live in Brandon's home and the neighbors say he was WAY more quiet and respectful than BJ.

One neighbor, Ivan Kuznetsov, tells TMZ Sports it's not personal ... he just needs to sleep.

"I have nothing against parties. Partying is nice. It's just not the right place with everyone trying to sleep."

We reached out to Brandon for comment -- so far, no word back.

Jhene Aiko is being sued by a Colorado woman who says the singer stole her artwork and slapped it on a t-shirt for her clothing line.

A woman by the name of Elisa Rose Mountain says she owns the trademark for Hamsa Mandala -- her take on the centuries-old Hamsa Hand sign which is also known as the Hand of Fatima.

Elisa says a symbol almost identical to the one she copyrighted and sold for $25 a print appeared on a tee for Aiko's clothing collaboration in 2015 with PacSun and Neff Headwear, who are also defendants.

The collection was called Soul of Summer and the tee was labeled Jhene Aiko Hamsa Circle Goddess, and the two are similar in that the hand sign appears within a purple circle with details.

Elisa says the Aiko tees were sold in stores, catalogs and online without her approval and is suing Aiko, PacSun and Neff Headwear for profits. Not so namaste.

Donald Glover's record label says he's screwing them over and now they want justice in a court of law.

Glassnote Entertainment Group has filed a lawsuit against Childish Gambino claiming he's aced them out of the loot he's collected for streaming royalties.

As for those royalties ... they're a lot. The suit claims Donald has raked in more than $700k in streaming money and hasn't anted up a cent to Glassnote.

What really galls Glassnote is its claim that it has paid Donald nearly $8 MILLION and expects to pay him another $2 mil in royalties in the next 3 months. The label also claims Donald made a $1.5 million demand from them to resolve streaming royalty disputes.

5:24 PM PT -- Morgan tells us, "For over 10 years I have shown nothing but love, respect & kindness to Stan Lee, & his wife, a fact he has repeated countless times."

He continues, "This is a witchhunt by his daughter and her lawyer against me because she cannot stand the fact Stan likes me so much. I will 100% prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the allegations against me are false. The truth will come out."

Stan Lee's legal battle with business partner Keya Morgan has intensified ... with ANOTHER restraining order.

Stan's legal team was in court Friday and requested the restraining order granted last month against Morgan to be dismissed. Stan's lawyers argued the first order -- submitted by attorney Tom Lallas on Stan's behalf -- should be voided as Lallas hadn't repped Stan for months.

The judge agreed -- tossed the order -- and Lee's legal team filed a new restraining order against Morgan.

In the new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Stan's attorneys claim Morgan's mishandled more than $5 million of Stan's money and he's suffered severe physical and emotional injuries because of Morgan. The docs also claim Keya's tried to isolate Stan from his family and moved him to an undisclosed location last month.

Kirk Schenck, a legal rep for Lee tells us, “The Lee Family is conducting its own investigation, and working with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the LAPD, in various investigations into Keya Morgan’s and others’ who may have taken advantage of the Lee Family. We will not comment further on the ongoing investigations for witness and evidentiary protection.”

Tiffany Haddish is taking her ex-husband to school -- law school, no less -- telling him why his defamation lawsuit against her is doomed ... TMZ has learned.

Tiffany's responding to William Stewart's lawsuit claiming she lied about him in her book, "The Last Black Unicorn" ... particularly when she accused him of domestic abuse. In new docs, filed Friday in L.A., Tiff does a bit of legal gloating, ya might say.

She, and more likely her lawyer, point out Stewart failed to ask her to "clarify, correct or retract" the statements in the book with which he takes issue BEFORE filing his lawsuit. According to the docs, that's required by law.

Tiff admits he reached out to express some concerns about the book, but says he never specified what he wanted changed.

Translation: Nah nah nah nah nah, you screwed up your lawsuit!!

Jesse Williams is going to request a new trial in his child support case ... less than a month after he was ordered to start paying $50k per month.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star filed docs Friday telling the court he intends to seek a modification of his child support. In the docs, he says he thinks the judge got it wrong when arriving at the $50k figure. Jesse believes there's insufficient evidence to support that amount.

TMZ broke the story ... Jesse's currently paying his ex, Aryn Drake-Lee, a total of $100k per month. The other $50k is for spousal support.
