XXXTentacion Murder Suspects Flashed Stacks of Cash Weeks Before His Death

Published | Updated

3 of the 4 suspects in XXXTentacion's murder knew each other and enjoyed flaunting their money together before the rapper was killed ... because there's video proof.

Dedrick Williams, Robert Allen and Trayvon Newsome -- who've all been indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder -- were in an Instagram vid posted by Williams weeks before X was shot to death in S. Florida ... trying to look poppin' while sifting through stacks of big bills.

The fourth murder suspect and alleged gunman, Michael Boatwright, is not seen in the vid.

As we've reported ... Williams and Boatwright have been arrested, but Newsome and Allen are still wanted. Police believe Newsome is a second trigger man.

It's been more than a month since XXXTentacion was gunned down outside of a motorcycle shop in Pompano Beach.

War Machine Engaged to Pen Pal ... Sorry, No Conjugal Visits

Published | Updated

The good news for War Machine is that he found love and he's now engaged to 30-year-old Ashley Farrington ... bad news is there's no conjugal visits in the state where he's locked up. Congrats?

Family sources close to Ashley tell TMZ ... War Marchine -- who is serving a life sentence with a possibility of parole when he's 71 -- first got acquainted with Ashley when she started writing to him as his pen pal last summer. We're told the relationship evolved to visits to Ely State Prison. They posed for this pic a few weeks ago.

Feelings developed and, earlier this year, the 36-year-old former UFC star wrote a poem asking for her hand in marriage. She said yes, even though he was sans ring.

War and Ashley can have a wedding ceremony in prison and share a hug, but that's all the physical contact they'll have for a very long time -- Nevada doesn't allow conjugal visits. So much for consummating the marriage.

As we reported ... War was found guilty of sexual assault, coercion, battery by strangulation, kidnapping and several other charges after attacking his ex, porn star Christy Mack.

We've reached out to War's attorney, who would not confirm nor deny the engagement.

Charles Manson Blood Painting with His Ashes To be Auctioned Off

Published | Updated

A creepy Charles Manson painting made with the artist's blood is awaiting an even creepier finishing touch -- the cremated remains of Manson himself -- and then it can be yours.

Artist Ryan Almighty tells TMZ ... he created this painting using his own blood, and was able to obtain some of Manson's ashes from someone who attended the spreading of them ... back in March, near Porterville, CA.

Ryan plans to use the ashes to fill in Manson's eyes in the painting, and then it will be complete.

The man who provided the ashes gets the first painting and plans to auction off the masterpiece and use the proceeds to make a monument for Steven Parent ... one of the victims of the Manson Family murders. With the remainder of the ashes Ryan Almighty plans on doing a series of paintings that won't be sold, but displayed.

We'd say buyer beware, but this seems more like a beware of buyer situation.

XXXTentacion 4 Suspects Indicted

Published | Updated

Police have now named the 2 gunmen they believe killed XXXTentacion, and a grand jury has indicted the alleged gunmen and 2 others for first degree murder.

The Broward County Sheriff's Dept. says Michael Boatwright -- arrested earlier this month -- and Trayvon Newsome were the trigger men in XXX's murder. Newsome is still wanted. The other 2 indicted suspects are Dedrick Williams and Robert Allen.

As we reported, Dedrick was the first taken into custody ... while Allen is still on the lam. In addition to murder, all 4 men were also charged with armed robbery with a firearm.

It's been almost exactly one month since the rapper was gunned down in Pompano Beach, FL.

Chad from 'The Bachelorette' Sues Movie Producer ... I Turned You Down and You Shafted Me!!!

Published | Updated

7/24 -- A rep for Sunset Studios tells us, "Sunset Studios Entertainment is aware of the allegations recently made by Mr. Brian Chad Johnson and is actively conducting an internal investigation into the matter. At this time, Sunset is not aware of any act or acts by any employee, officer, or otherwise which they believe rise to the level of the alleged misconduct."

They continue, "Sunset is an equal opportunity employer embracing enrichment through diversity and has a zero tolerance policy for discrimination, sexual misconduct, sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace and condemns all acts of sexual abuse."

Chad Johnson -- best known as the villain on JoJo's season of "The Bachelorette" -- was breaking into the movie biz, but he claims he got screwed over by a producer because he wouldn't screw her.

Chad, who's also a "Bachelor in Paradise" alum, claims a producer with Sunset Studios named Christina Cimino reached out to him via Instagram in March, and told him she could help him land movie roles.

According to the docs ... she used her power to lure Chad into several in-person meetings, phone calls and thousands of texts, which he says became "progressively more sexual and provocative."

Chad claims he wanted to keep things professional and made this known to Cimino, and she originally obliged by offering him gigs in 2 movies -- for an $11 million payday.

However, in the suit he says it was just a scheme to "exert control over" him and once he insisted he didn't want to get sexual or romantic with her ... she pulled the movie roles.

There's more -- Chad says during her pursuit of him, Cimino sent racy text messages, including one that read ... "Hey wanna come over later? Clothing is optional, nakedness is preferable." He says she later claimed the text wasn't meant for him.

He says Cimino once texted him claiming they made out, and he grabbed her butt -- but in the suit, Chad says it didn't go down like that at all. He says she was the aggressor and assaulted him.

Johnson's suing Cimino and Sunset Studios for assault, fraud and emotional distress ... and wants his movie money. We reached out to Cimino and the studio ... no word back so far.

Jill Scott to Ex Your Stuff's in Storage ... But I'm Keeping the Robes!!!

Published | Updated

Jill Scott says she's done all she can to return her estranged husband's personal items, and if he really wants them he knows where to find them ... but they won't include those lavish robes, 'cause he stole them!

We broke the story ... Michael Dobson filed docs in the ex-couple's divorce case claiming Jill was refusing to fork over a lot of his stuff -- like a "Purple Rain" album, an extended shoe horn and 5 hotel robes.

Jill's firing back with docs of her own -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming she tried to deliver Michael all of his things but got no response, so she sent them to a storage facility in Atlanta where he now lives, AND sent him the key.

Jill claims he's yet to pick up his stuff -- including the shoe horn -- and refuses to make payments for the storage unit ... so she's still stuck footing the bill.

According to the docs, though ... those 5 hotel robes don't even belong to Dobson, because Jill says he stole them and SHE had to pay for them.

Jill's asking the judge to toss his request to return his stuff because she already did ... and she wants attorney's fees for her trouble.

2018 ESPY Awards Survivors of Larry Nassar Abuse Honored ... 'We Survive Together'

Published | Updated

A very powerful moment just went down at the 2018 ESPY Awards, as well over 100 sister survivors of sexual abuse by Larry Nassar joined hands on stage to receive the Arthur Ashe Courage Award.

On behalf of their fellow "army of survivors," Sarah Klein, Tiffany Thomas Lopez and USA gymnastics star Aly Raisman accepted the award. Each delivered a moving speech about the suffering caused by 30 years of abuse by the disgraced Team USA and Michigan State doctor ... and the courage it took -- by hundreds of women -- to finally bring him down.

As we reported ... Nassar was essentially sentenced to life in prison -- twice -- for sexual assault crimes, along with getting 60 years in his child porn case.

None of it would have been possible without these brave women standing up and speaking out, though ... and now they're leading the fight against abuse.

And as Lopez told the crowd ... "It feels like we're finally winning."

'Wendy Williams Show,' CBS Sued Sherri Shepherd Called Me Racist And You Aired It!!!

Published | Updated

4:36 PM PT -- Reyes just filed an additional complaint -- this time naming Sherri as a defendant -- for the incident.

Sherri Shepherd's rant about being racially profiled got a Staples store employee fired, according to the employee, who's now suing media outlets that covered the story ... but not Sherri.

Instead, Janice Reyes is suing "The Wendy Williams Show" and CBS Television after they aired the video Sherri posted back in February -- she slammed Reyes as a racist for refusing to let her and a friend use the Hollywood store's restroom.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Reyes says she got canned 5 days after Sherri's post. Reyes says her supervisor told her the bathrooms were getting fixed, and instructed her to keep customers away. She says that's the only reason she stopped Sherri.

Reyes claims Shepherd and her friend confronted her while ringing them up ... calling her a liar and accusing her of racism. Reyes admits she said, "I'm not taking this s***" and walked away.

Reyes says she was told she was getting fired for swearing, but she thinks the real reason was Sherri accusing her of racism.

She's suing for loss of wages and other damages. She's suing CBS because it aired "Inside Edition" ... which also covered the story.

We've reached out to CBS and the Wendy Williams Show.

Kim Kardashian's Co. Sued Over New Perfume Logo ... Eau de Rip-Off??

Published | Updated

One of Kim Kardashian West's new perfumes -- the ones that put $5 mil in her pocket in just 5 minutes -- uses a logo that belongs to a different company ... at least according to a new lawsuit.

The company, Vibes Media, says KKW Fragrance jacked its speech bubble-like logo for a new Kimoji perfume, which was released on Tuesday. There are 3 different fragrances in the Kimoji line -- Vibes, Peachy and Cherry.

Vibes Media's beef is only with the Vibes line because according to the suit, its bottle is shaped just like the logo they have hanging in their office -- and the perfume bottle itself is shaped like the logo.

The Chicago-based marketing company says KKW doesn't have permission to use its trademarked logo. Vibes Media wants all of Kim's hot-selling perfume to be destroyed, and it wants damages.

Stormy Daniels Strip Club Arrest Footage Released ... Chaos At Tour Bus

Published | Updated

8:56 AM PT -- As for the other two strippers -- Miranda Panda and Brittany Walters -- charges against them were dropped too ... the city attorney said in a statement, "After reviewing the charges for each of these cases closely, I’ve determined that the facts of these cases do not meet the elements required to prosecute under this law."

Stormy Daniels stayed calm during her strip club arrest, but new video of the incident shows her team was anything but.

In footage released by the Columbus Division of Police ... undercover officers swarmed Daniels' tour bus following her show at Sirens strip club. Daniels' security team tried their best to stay by her side during the bust ... and at one point told cops if Stormy was going to jail, they'd go too.

Officers were eventually able to separate Stormy from her team -- after she gave out a few hugs -- and they loaded her into the cruiser.

As we reported ... Daniels' arrest last week was bogus from the get-go. She was busted for inappropriate touching during her strip show -- but, Ohio law specifically states dancers who don't regularly appear at a club can't be arrested for the crime.

Tekashi69 Still Trolling Even Over Battery Case

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 is keeping his head high and humor intact in the wake of surrendering to cops in Texas to face a serious battery charge for allegedly choking a kid ... too soon?

We got 6ix9ine Tuesday night in the L.A. area a day after he turned himself in to authorities in Harris County, TX and posted bail soon after to walk out a free man.

He's got a funny way of describing the case, which he likens to a murder charge. It's not even close to that -- he's facing a misdemeanor battery charge after the rapper allegedly put hands on a 16-year-old earlier this year. Like we've said ... this dude likes to troll.

Tekashi even makes light of his time at Rikers, saying he was close to being killed. He might not be too far off on that one ... he was, in fact, siloed away for his own safety.

He does get serious for a bit about the case -- for which he'll be arraigned this Friday -- saying it's a classic money grab. But not before he addresses that fantastic tie job he had in court.

GOIN' DOWN IN THE DM

Eli Roth says he's going through the easiest, friendliest divorce of all time ... and single life's not treating him bad either.

We got the famed director leaving Il Pastaio in Bev Hills Tuesday -- just hours after news broke of his divorce from actress Lorenza Izzo -- and he tells us ... it's all gravy.

Roth says all the right things, of course -- they really love each other, they're rooting for each other, their upcoming movie is going to be great ... so they just decided to happily split before anything negative happened.

As for any contentious topics like spousal support or splitting property ... Eli says it won't be an issue.

Good thing because, by the sound of it ... he's going to have his hands full right away dealing with all the "supportive" people sliding into his DMs.

Cardinals GM Steve Keim Pleads Guilty to Extreme DUI Team Suspends Him 5 Weeks

Published | Updated

Arizona Cardinals GM Steve Keim has pled guilty to an extreme DUI stemming from a July 4th arrest ... and the team has hit him with a 5-week suspension.

As we previously reported, Keim was pulled over in Chandler, AZ after cops said he was swerving in his truck and almost hit a curb while making a turn.

During the stop, Keim told cops he only had 2 beers that evening -- along with some pizza. He refused to take a breathalyzer.

Now, the NFL team has issued a statement saying they've suspended Keim for 5 weeks and hit him with a $200,000 fine. The money will be donated to the AZ chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Keim has apologized for the incident and says, "I fully deserve and accept the punishment that has been issued."

"My goal is to do everything I can to grow from this personally and help others learn from my inexcusable behavior.”

Judge Brinkley Even HER Lawyer Says ... Grant Meek a New Trial Already!

Published | Updated

Meek Mill deserves a new trial, and Judge Genece Brinkley looks "f**king awful" digging her heels in over the case -- and those words came from her own attorney, Charles Peruto Jr.

TMZ has obtained an audio clip of Peruto recorded in May ... as he's wrapping up an interview about Meek's case. He said, "That was hard to do, because defending this judge is now becoming (inaudible). Why doesn't she just grant this f**king thing?"

Peruto also says if he were the judge on this case, he'd let it go because the prosecution AND the defense agree a new trial should be granted. He adds Meek's attorney, Brian McMonagle, has an easier job in this case because he's on the right side of the issue.

Meek's attorney, Joe Tacopina, has been saying all along ... Judge Brinkley has an inexplicable grudge against Meek.

Peruto tells TMZ he has issues with this audio, because it was recorded when the interview was over and when the camera was turned away, and he claims the interviewer promised it was off the record.

Still, Peruto says he's told Brinkley all of this -- what HE would do in her shoes -- but he adds, "she follows the letter of the law and handled this case the way she's handled every case."

The interview was for a Meek documentary, co-produced by Amazon and Roc Nation, which reps Meek. Peruto says he wasn't told Roc Nation was involved.

During the clip, Peruto also discussed a bunch of personal lawsuits Brinkley has filed -- more than 20 of 'em. He tells us he also told the reporter those cases were "nonsense."

BOMBING THE TEST

Miraculously, both Herndon and the other driver -- a 76-year-old man -- escaped without any major injuries.

Cops suspected 22-year-old Herndon was drunk and administered a field sobriety test -- which he bombed.

Herndon claimed he only had 2 cups of wine before getting behind the wheel. He blew a .14 ... nearly twice the legal limit.

The former University of Miami player was eventually arrested and charged with DUI. He's due in court next month.
