'Duck Dynasty' Willie Robertson Drive-By Shooting Suspect Arrested ... Allegedly Drinking Vodka During Incident

UPDATE

10:03 AM PT -- According to a police affidavit, the officer claims King was the passenger in a white Ford F-250 and in possession of a .380 caliber. According to the docs, a juvenile witness in the car told cops King did, in fact, put the gun out the window and fired multiple rounds from the moving vehicle.

UPDATE

The officer claims King admitted he was the shooter and adds King said, “he was attempting to see if the gun was on safety or no." And, get this ... the officer also claims King admitted he "had been drinking Vodka during this incident.”

UPDATE

6:26 AM PT -- 4/27 -- Daniel Dean King has been arrested in connection with the alleged drive-by shooting and taken to Ouachita Correctional Center ... TMZ has confirmed. King was booked on 1 count of felony assault by drive-by shooting and 1 count of misdemeanor criminal neglect of family. His bond's been set at $150k.

UPDATE
UPDATE

3:35 PM PT -- TMZ has gotten a hold of a still shot from the surveillance footage that captured the suspected drive-by vehicle in action, and it looks like it's built for heavy-duty driving.

UPDATE
UPDATE

As you can see, it's one of those lifted pickups ... and you can even see it's got a license plate on the front, but it's hard to make out. The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... it was actually two different properties at the same address that were fired upon on, not just one. Sounds like he has multiple homes on the property.

UPDATE

We're also told no arrests have been yet, and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with relevant information is asked to call 318-329-1200.

"Duck Dynasty" star Willie Robertson's home was the center of a massive shooting this week, where someone drove by and sprayed his home with bullets ... in broad daylight.

The drive-by took place Friday at Willie's estate in West Monroe, Louisiana -- where several of his family members are staying right now during the coronavirus, including his wife, Korie, his son, John Luke, and his wife and infant child ... as well as Willie's daughter, Sadie, and her own husband. He told local media 8 to 10 bullets hit the home.

Luckily, nobody was harmed during the shooting -- for which Willie himself says he was out at the store at the time -- but one bullet went through a window. He says witnesses told them a truck drove up to their gated property and just started shooting.

Willie says he's pretty sure whoever it was, they knew they were firing upon his place specifically, although he didn't elaborate on why beyond that. He also says his family saw the suspected vehicle drive by at least once before unloading in the middle of the day at 2:33 PM.

The truck in question is described as a white on brown Ford F-250 pickup with large aftermarket tires and rims. The driver was described as a white male in his 20s, and other passengers were said to be inside as well. The truck was reportedly caught on surveillance video. Cops are investigating, and Willie says he's in close contact with investigators.

Pastor Tony Spell On House Arrest After Playing Coy On Potential Church Service

Pastor Tony Spell had to consult God on whether he'd continue defying Louisiana's stay-at-home order after getting released from custody -- but a judge didn't wanna wait for the man upstairs ... putting an ankle monitor on the preacher instead.

The Baton Rouge minister got placed on house arrest Saturday after playing coy with a court magistrate, who demanded to know whether Tony was planning to hold a church service this coming Sunday -- this, of course, after he bailed out of jail with a $5k bond.

CAN'T SHAKE MY FAITH
The Advocate (Baton Rouge, LA)

Welp, PTS didn't have a clear answer for the judge -- and after he was given 'til the end of the day to tell him his plans, Pastor Spell instead sent a cryptic response ... a scripture from the Bible, Peter 3:14, specifically, which is all about doing the right thing despite the uproar.

It reads, "But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled." Sounds like Tony WAS planning to do it. And, lo and behold, that was enough for the judge to say enough ... confining him to his home.

Tony's attorney, Joe Long, tells us the monitor was placed on his client around 9 AM this morning. When we reached out to Pastor Spell, he sent us a photo of Rosa Parks with a quote that reads, "You must never be fearful about what you are doing when it is right."

Tekashi 6ix9ine Please, Judge ... Let Me Shoot Music Videos In Backyard

Tekashi 6ix9ine is getting super close to releasing new music ... because he's begging the judge to let him shoot music videos in his own backyard.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi's legal team is asking Judge Engelmayer to allow the rapper to spend up to 2 hours in his backyard once a week to work on music videos.

As we first told you ... Judge Engelmayer released Tekashi from prison early following 69's plea to get out to avoid being infected with the novel coronavirus. He's now serving out his time on in-home incarceration.

In the docs, Tekashi's lawyers say his probation officer is aware of the request and has no objection ... so 69 just needs the judge's stamp of approval too.

Remember ... Tekashi scored a lucrative record deal back in October, and now it sounds like new music is dropping soon,

Kawhi Leonard Takes 'L' In Nike Lawsuit Loses 'Klaw' Logo Fight

It doesn't happen often, but Kawhi Leonard has been defeated -- the NBA superstar just lost his copyright battle with Nike over the "Klaw" logo.

Remember, the LA Clippers guard -- a Nike athlete from 2011-2018 -- claimed he got a cease and desist in 2018 from Swoosh execs who said they owned the copyright to his "Claw Design" ... forbidding Leonard from using it elsewhere.

In his lawsuit, filed in the heart of the 2019 NBA playoffs, Kawhi claimed he came up with the design in college back in 2011 ... and since he created the logo, he should have the rights to it.

But, a judge just blocked Leonard's attempt on Wednesday ... ruling Nike's design is an "independent piece of intellectual property" put together by its team of designers and it is distinct from Leonard's early sketch of the idea ... meaning, KL doesn't own it. So, the judge dismissed KL's complaint.

Leonard's attorney Peter Ginsberg addressed the outcome on Wednesday, saying "Kawhi put his heart and soul into that design so we are obviously disappointed the judge ruled the logo belongs to Nike and not Kawhi," according to The Oregonian.

Kawhi's lawyers say they are considering their options moving forward.

Maitland Ward Sued You Screwed Us Out of More than $270k After Filming Porn w/ You!!!

UPDATE

5:01 PM PT -- Maitland tells TMZ ... "The fact that these long time friends have gotten together after so many months to sue me is complete slander and immoral. There are zero contracts and agreements that have any info pertaining to this completely made up story."

UPDATE

She says the lawsuit is "a joke and warning to all porn stars to be careful who you shoot with on the outside."

Maitland Ward's encounter with an actress is coming back to bite her in the butt ... because she's being sued over the filming of those steamy scenes.

A reality TV and adult entertainment actress, along with a videographer/editor, are suing the former "Boy Meets World" actress turned porn star claiming she screwed them out of more than $270,000 they claim they rightfully earned.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the actress and videographer claim they started working together in July 2017, and all went fine and dandy. So good, in fact, Maitland allegedly started hooking up with the actress off-screen. But, according to the lawsuit, that relationship went south ... and so did a deal they say they cut with Maitland around September 2018 that was supposed to land them a hefty payday.

In docs, the actress and videographer claim Ward and her lawyer got a hold of the money they were all supposed to split, but instead of getting paid they got strung along with bad checks and broken promises. The actress and videographer are now suing for the money they claim they're owed -- $180K for the actress and $90K for the videographer -- plus other damages.

We've reached out to Maitland, so far no word back.

College Admission Scandal Rick Singer Has Fun in the Sun ... But Feels 'Threatened'

Rick Singer, the mastermind in the college admissions scandal, is livin' the life in Newport Beach, while also dealing with some danger -- NOT the coronavirus, but feeling threatened to the point he's alerted prosecutors.

Singer, who ensnared scores of parents to plunk down insane amounts of cash to get their kids into good colleges, was rockin' a Speedo last week as he paddleboarded out from shore at Lido Isle Bridge in Newport Beach.

Singer's lawyer tells us, his client is an exercise buff and part of the drill is paddleboarding -- but he says something suspicious has been going down.

The attorney, Donald Heller, tells us in the last 3 weeks. Singer has seen 2 strange, middle-aged men lurking in the shadows with binoculars. Singer confronted both men but they drove away. Singer told Heller he felt "threatened by their presence" and took pics of the guys and got their license plates.

Heller tells us he's reported the incident to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston ... which is prosecuting the college admissions cases.

For the record, Singer's not flouting the law, because beaches are still open for business in Newport Beach. Singer's living in town, and various people tell us paddleboarding is part of his ritual.

'Walking Dead' Comic Co-Creator Sues Video Game Co. No Zombie-Walking Away from Paying!!!

A co-creator of 'The Walking Dead' claims folks at a video game company are stiffing him on a deal -- and now, he wants a judge to pry the money out of their lifeless corpses.

Famed comic book writer Robert Kirkman's company, RK LLC, just filed suit against Disruptor Beam Inc., which he says developed and released 'Walking Dead: March to War' in 2017 ... after he struck a 2014 deal with the company.

RK says he's owed upwards of $690,000 off that deal, but alleges Disruptor stopped making payments.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kirkman's company says the OG terms they came to with DBI were annual payments of $500k, which would run for four years after the release of the game. It came out in August 2017.

Kirkman and co. claim the video game company made payments -- sometimes late, but they came -- until this month, when the company allegedly told him it was stopping payments "until further notice."

Kirkman claims this left a $190k balance for the rest of this year plus another $500K for next year.

Kirkman's company now wants a judge to step in and force 'em to pay up at least $690K in damages.

Unclear why the video game company allegedly put their payments on hold, but something tells us the coronavirus might have something to do with it. Zombie Apocalypse ... now!

Pepa from Salt-N-Pepa Sues Uber, Driver Car Crash Screwed With My Job!!!

Pepa doesn't want to talk about sex right now ... she's furious at Uber and a bunch of drivers who she claims wrecked her earnings potential.

Sandra Denton -- aka Pepa from Salt-N-Pepa -- is suing the ride-share service along with one of its drivers and the drivers of 3 other vehicles, claiming a 2018 chain-reaction car crash left her with injuries, pain, and loss of wages.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Pepa claims the crash on L.A.'s 101 freeway was triggered after the Uber driver and other drivers "operated their vehicle negligently and carelessly."

Pep's suing for damages including loss of wages. Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... the rapper was in an Uber that was involved in an accident. Cops say another Uber driver was following too closely behind, couldn't stop in time ... and hit another ride, causing a chain reaction.

We're told Pepa complained of neck and knee pain, for which she later needed medical attention. As a result of the accident, sources say the Grammy winner still suffers intense pain that interferes with her performances and travel, often making herself sick during and after stage performances.

We've reached out to Uber, so far no word back.

NFL's Brett Hundley Denies Ex-Wife's Allegations of Violence ... I'm Countersuing You!!!

UPDATE

8:17 PM PT -- Hundley's attorneys tell TMZ Sports ... the lawsuit is "100 percent false and a malicious effort at extortion."

UPDATE

"She threatened to file this lawsuit (three years after her most recent alleged event) unless the sum of $750,000 was paid by Brett," Hundley's attorneys said. "This is IN ADDITION to over one half a million dollars she stands to receive from their brief 2-1/2 year marriage and the $13,000 a month she received for spousal support."

UPDATE

"She also begged Brett to reconcile as recently as September 2019 to which he was not interested."

UPDATE

The attorneys added Hundley will be filing a countersuit ... saying, "Brett is known for being of SOLID character. We will absolutely defend Brett's character against this malicious effort to extort him and/or disparage his excellent reputation."

UPDATE

"Brett will be responding with a Cross Complaint ... for Malicious Prosecution, as well as a claim against her counsel ... for a baseless lawsuit that is among other things TIME BARRED."

UPDATE

4:49 PM PT -- We spoke to the accuser's attorney, who tells us he believes they have a strong case for the filing to fall within the statute of limitations.

UPDATE

We're also told the accuser waited so long to file the lawsuit because she made an "effort to try and resolve it" before going to the court.

UPDATE

As far as police reports go, the lawyer tells us he "doesn't think" there were reports filed, because the couple would break up and reconcile repeatedly.

UPDATE

We also asked if the accuser had photos of her alleged injuries, and we were told she does not have those.

NFL quarterback Brett Hundley is being sued by his ex-wife -- who claims he repeatedly attacked her before and during their marriage.

Here's the deal ... the woman behind the suit is using the alias "Jane Doe" but identifies herself as Hundley's former wife.

She claims they were married in July 2016 after dating at UCLA.

But, according to the suit, the woman says Hundley -- who currently plays for the Arizona Cardinals -- got violent with her BEFORE they swapped "I Dos" and continued the attacks into 2017.

Here are the allegations ...

-- In January 2016, the woman claims Hundley choked her and threw her around their bedroom during a heated argument ... only letting up when she told him, "I can't breathe."

The woman claims she suffered mental trauma and a broken ankle -- but the lawsuit does NOT say if she ever went to police.

-- In December 2016, the woman claims they had another argument where he pushed her through an open garage door. She claims she suffered a back injury.

-- In March 2017, she claims Hundley charged at her during an argument and threw her onto a pool table and repeatedly shoved her against it.

In this case, the accuser claims two men overheard the incident and called police.

We have reached out to cops to find out if the incident was investigated -- but so far, we have not heard back.

The woman also claims Hundley gave her an STD during their marriage -- the result of alleged extramarital sexual activity.

In her lawsuit, the woman claims she finally filed to divorce Hundley in 2018. Court records show both parties have been declared single by a judge, but they are still sorting out property issues.

The accuser is suing for battery, domestic violence, emotional distress and negligence ... but the problem she might face is the typical statute of limitations for her causes of action are between 2 and 3 years, and the most recent allegation of abuse in the lawsuit falls OUTSIDE of that window.

Of course, there are legal exceptions. We reached out to the accuser's attorney for clarification -- but haven't heard back.

We also reached out to Hundley's reps for comment -- but radio silence on that end, too.

Hundley was a stud QB at UCLA before being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 5th round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

In his 4-year NFL career, he's been a backup for Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, and, most recently, Kyler Murray in Arizona.

Meghan and Harry Shut Your Trap!!! Texts To Thomas Revealed

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry pled with Thomas Markle to stop blabbing to the media before their Royal wedding ... according to text messages sent by the Sussexes.

Meghan and Harry's pleas to Thomas leading up to their nuptials have just been made public in Meghan's lawsuit against an English tabloid, and the text messages spell out the family drama bubbling over before the ceremony.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Prince Harry texted Meghan's father 5 days before the wedding and 2 days after Thomas was caught staging photos with the paparazzi, saying ... "Tom, it's Harry and I'm going to call you right now. Please pick up, thank you."

Another text from Harry to Thomas reads ... "Tom, Harry again! Really need to speak to u. U do not need to apologize, we understand the circumstances but 'going public' will only make the situation worse. If u love Meg and want to make it right please call me as there are two other options which don't involve u having to speak to the media, who incidentally created this whole situation. So please call me so I can explain. Meg and I are not angry, we just need to speak to u. Thanks."

Remember, Thomas was awfully chatty with the press after it was announced he would not be attending the Royal wedding.

Another text from the Sussexes to Thomas says ... "Oh any speaking to the press WILL backfire, trust me Tom. Only we can help u, as we have been trying from day 1."

The docs also reveal texts Meghan sent to her father in May 2018, asking which hospital he was being treated for a heart attack and offering him protection.

Meghan wrote ... "I've been reaching out to you all weekend but you're not taking any of our calls or replying to any texts… Very concerned about your health and safety and have taken every measure to protect you but not sure what more we can do if you don't respond…Do you need help? Can we send the security team down again? I’m very sorry to hear you're in the hospital but need you to please get in touch with us… What hospital are you at?"

The Duchess followed up with another text telling her father she and Harry were "dispatching the same security guys you turned away this weekend to be a presence on the ground to make sure you’re safe."

The docs say Thomas rebuffed the offer, even though Harry "pleaded with Mr. Markle to let them help him."

The emotionally-charged texts were included in legal docs submitted to the court Friday by Meghan's legal team, as part of her lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday newspaper.
