Offset didn't hold any expenses in helping Cardi B celebrate her birthday, gifting his wife 3 new crocodile Birkin bags ... a disgusting gesture as far as PETA is concerned.

PETA Vice President Lisa Lange fired off a scathing statement to the couple Friday, writing, "Instead of using his wealth and influence for good, Offset chose to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars into a gruesome, violent industry that electroshocks crocodiles, shoves metal rods into their heads in an attempt to scramble their brains, and mutilates them while they’re still alive."

Lange feels Offset and Cardi are out of touch, adding, "PETA reminds everyone that people who still spend their money on a closet full of dead animals’ body parts either are clueless or simply don’t care about the extreme cruelty they’re perpetuating—it’s just not worth it."

PETA says they learned of the heinous treatment of reptiles through research and an internal investigation sprawling across Asia, praising luxury brands like Chanel, Burberry, HUGO BOSS and Vivienne Westwood for correcting their practices.

Cardi's birthday celebration continued last night as a dual party for Offset's new album "Set It Off" where she fed the crowd burgers ... which is another issue for the animal rights org.

Jada Pinkett Smith is now revealing the shocking part, for her, of Will Smith's infamous Oscars rant and slap was that he referred to her as "wife" -- because she says he hadn't used that word for years.

The actress, who recently revealed she and Will have been living separate lives for 7 years, recalled the 2022 Oscars moment in an interview with NBC's Hoda Kotb ... saying she was "really shocked" because of how he referred to her during his fit of rage.

Ya can't forget it, after Chris Rock joked about Jada's bald head -- a result of her struggles with alopecia -- Will shouted, "Keep my wife's name out your f***ing mouth!" before slapping Chris.

Now, Jada's saying they haven't called each other "husband and wife" in a long, long time ... so hearing those words come out, mixed with the heated moment, caught her completely off guard.

She also explains what went down during a commercial break -- claiming Chris came up to her and apologized for his comments, but she was more focused on Will, not knowing what exactly was going on with him.

As we reported, Jada also told Hoda they've been separated since 2016. She admitted they've been carrying on the married schtick for a while now ... even publicly denying any talk of a split as the years went on.

And they obviously kept the charade going at the Oscars, too -- but to be fair, "Keep the name of the woman I've been separated from out your mouth" doesn't really roll off the tongue.

A severe beating could be in Cristiano Ronaldo's future ... and it's reportedly all because he hugged and kissed a female painter in Iran last month.

Here's the deal ... Ronaldo was in the country to play in Al-Nassr's Asian Champions League game against Persepolis on Sept. 19 -- but before the match happened, he was greeted by several fans who showered him with gifts.

One of them included painter Fatima Hamimi, who creates art with her feet due to a disability.

She handed over two ultra-realistic drawings of the 38-year-old ... and as a thank you, Ronaldo embraced her and gave her a peck on the forehead.

It all seemed quite innocuous, but according to multiple reports in Iran, Ronaldo is now in hot water over it all -- because in the country, it's reportedly considered adultery to touch another woman while in a relationship. The soccer player, of course, has been in a longtime partnership with Georgina Rodriguez.

Multiple outlets reported this week that Ronaldo's actually been sentenced to 99 lashes over it all. However, at least one report said he can escape the punishment if he shows remorse for his actions.

Ronaldo is not currently slated to return to Iran for an Al-Nassr game again ... although one could be scheduled at a later date if the team makes it to the knockout stages of the Asian Champions League tournament.

Soccer superstar Neymar nearly got into a fight with fans after his game Thursday night ... and it's all 'cause one of them drilled him in the head with a bag of popcorn.

The wild moment happened following Brazil's 1-1 draw with Venezuela at Arena Pantanal in a 2026 World Cup qualifier.

As Neymar was leaving the pitch a bit disappointed -- Brazil and its fans had anticipated a win -- a white bag full of the salty snack came flying from the stands ... and knocked him right in the noggin.

While it, of course, didn't do any physical damage to the 31-year-old athlete ... he was livid nonetheless, and appeared to try to go after the person who hurled it at his face.

Fortunately, Neymar's teammates held him back ... and pulled him into the locker room before things could escalate any further.

Afterward, Brazil's coach, Fernando Diniz, blasted the fan for the act.

"I completely disapprove," Diniz said. "Cursing and booing is fine. Throwing a bag of popcorn doesn't do anything for anyone."

"It's disrespectful towards those who came to play and tried to do the best they could."

Jamie Spears is not concerned in the slightest with the contents of Britney Spears' upcoming memoir ... he's not even going to bother reading the book.

A source close to the Spears family tells TMZ ... Jamie's not sweating what Britney has to say about him in her new book, "The Woman In Me," because she's already trashed him both in court and on social media, once saying she hoped he'd spend the rest of his life in jail.

In addition to Britney's book ... his ex-wife, Lynne, and Britney's younger sister, Jamie Lynn, both released memoirs detailing how Jamie was an absent father during Britney's upbringing ... which coincided with his struggles with alcohol. In other words, they've all pretty much said everything, so what else is there to know?

Fact is ... Jamie's already taken ownership of being a bad dad when Britney grew up, but when she was in dire straits back in 2008, Jamie came to L.A. to help her and stayed for the next 13 years as her conservator.

Britney's lawyer, Matt Rosengart, has alleged Jamie fleeced her for millions of dollars during that conservatorship, and Britney might be addressing that as well. But our sources say so far, Rosengart has not gotten a single penny from Jamie, in part because almost all the expenditures were court-approved.

Short story ... we're told Jamie has no clue what made the final cut in Britney's memoir ... and he's not interested in finding out because he lived through it and knows the truth.

1:09 PM PT -- Logan Paul was, indeed, bloodied during Thursday's skirmish with Dillon Danis ... with a new angle of the scrap showing blood pouring out of the WWE Superstar's eye area almost immediately after he was hit by the microphone.

But, he says despite the wound, Saturday's fight will go on as planned.

"Dillon can’t escape me," Paul said on X. "The fight is very much happening, the stakes just got higher."

Paul also shared a selfie on his Instagram page just minutes ago ... showing that while the side of his face seems to be somewhat swollen, he's in good spirits.

"Can't see the haterz," he captioned the pic.

10:23 AM PT -- Dillon Danis just posted a photo of blood spatter on the ground near Thursday's altercation ... insinuating he made Logan Paul bleed with the microphone throw.

"Play with fire get burnt p****," Danis captioned the photo.

Dillon Danis and Logan Paul just got into a wild altercation at their prefight press conference Thursday ... one in which Danis actually hurled a microphone full speed at Paul's face.

The fracas happened just minutes ago as the two were on a stage trying to promote their Saturday boxing match ... when Paul chucked a bottle at his bitter rival as they were set to walk toward each other for a ceremonial staredown.

In response to being hit in the gut by the object ... Danis went nuclear -- and hurled a heavy microphone directly at his opponent.

It appeared to catch the WWE superstar in the face -- and then everyone jumped in to try to separate the two.

Several people were seen throwing more objects as Paul and Danis were whisked off stage ... though it's unclear if anyone -- including Paul or Danis -- was hurt in the melee.

The tilt was hardly the only notable moment from the contentious presser -- as just minutes before chaos erupted, Paul brought out Chris Hansen to mock Danis ... someone whom he's repeatedly called a "predator" over the last few weeks.

Danis and Paul are slated to box each other in just about 48 hours ... that is, of course, assuming no one sustained any fight-altering ailments during the onstage battle.

Kanye West is reportedly pissing off the people of Italy again ... and this time it's local war veterans angry over his past remarks celebrating Hitler and the Nazis.

Here's the rub ... the rapper is supposedly in secret talks to hold a concert to build a huge event stage at the RCF Arena in the city of Reggio Emilia, according to the Daily Mail.

While no plans have been set in stone, word got around town that 80,000 fans are planning to show up at Kanye's possible gig, infuriating some of the Italian war veterans who fought against Nazis during World War 2, sources told The Mail.

The vets are bitter about Kanye's comments last year, lavishing praise on Hitler and the Nazis. You might recall ... Kanye sat for an interview with conspiracy nut Alex Jones on his show, "Infowars," and made some jaw-dropping remarks.

Kanye said, "I see good things about Hitler ... Every human being has something of value that they brought to the table, especially Hitler."

When Jones argued the other way, Kanye replied, "They did good things too, we are gonna stop dissing the Nazis." At another point, Kanye stated, "I like Hitler.

In a separate interview with Piers Morgan, Kanye doubled down on his antisemitism, blaming Jews in the music industry for his ugly feelings toward them.

Teresa Giudice and her kids are getting an earful from unhappy campers after announcing a family partnership with a fast fashion company -- but they're standing their ground.

A rep for Teresa and three of her daughters -- Gia, Milania and Audriana -- tell TMZ ... the Giudices are not backing down from their just-launched SHEINXGiudiceGirls collection, which features a ton of different articles of clothing/accessories the family's curated.

They're only addressing this due to the mounting backlash they've received over the past couple days -- with fans and haters alike flooding their comment section with virtual eyebrow raises, and openly asking how they could possibly link with SHEIN.

If you're unaware, SHEIN is one of these new zippy clothing brands that Gen Z absolutely loves ... thanks to their trendy styles, very low prices, wide digital presence and online accessibility. Despite praise, there have also been ugly allegations.

Among the most prolific are claims SHEIN exploits factory workers overseas ... there have even been probes into its business practices -- not to mention a lot of alleged images and videos purporting to show awful conditions folks are subjected to while creating the clothing.

There's that ... and there are also accusations SHEIN has ripped off lesser-known designers -- all stuff the company has denied since it launched back in 2008.

Still, that hasn't stopped people from crapping on Teresa and her girls ... but they're turning the other cheek here.

Their rep says, "The SHEINxGiudiceGirls collection follows a long list of celebrities and public figures to partner with the brand. We acknowledge the concerns expressed about our partnership and met with the SHEIN team prior to working together. KISS legends Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are being dragged to court over the COVID death of one of their longtime guitar techs ... and his family say it all started with Paul.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the family of late KISS guitar tech Francis Stueber says he died a couple days after contracting COVID while on tour with the band back in October 2021.

The family says COVID started spreading amongst tour personnel in August 2021 when Paul contracted the virus ... and they say COVID kept spreading due to lax safety policies on the tour.

In the suit, Francis' family says anyone on tour who came down with COVID was instructed to quarantine in a hotel room in whichever city the band was in ... but they say the protocols offered little else.

Francis, the suit says, got COVID while in Detroit and was told to hole up in a Sheraton hotel ... and the family says KISS longtime manager Doc McGhee failed to arrange for medical personnel to visit and examine Francis at the hotel, despite Doc promising to do so.

It's pretty sad ... the docs say Doc asked another tour member to check on Francis at the hotel but Francis was dead when the person arrived, dying only 2 days after testing positive for the virus.

Francis' family is going after Gene, Paul, Doc, Marriott hotels and Live Nation for damages.

Un representante del Servicio Forestal del USDA —que tiene jurisdicción sobre el Bosque Nacional de San Juan— le dice a TMZ que son muy conscientes de esta nueva "evidencia" de video grabado el pasado fin de semana, pero no están dispuestos a opinar sobre su validez.

En concreto, el Servicio Forestal dice: "El Servicio Forestal del USDA no puede especular ni hacer comentarios sobre la autenticidad del video. Nos aseguraremos de alertar a los medios y cuando un Sasquatch sea avistado por funcionarios en tierras del Sistema Forestal Nacional".

La respuesta suena muy irónica, pero es interesante: la agencia que se ocupa de las especies en peligro de extinción y otros animales salvajes no dice directamente que el video es falso. .

Para que conste, el Servicio Forestal nos dice que NO está investigando más, una señal bastante clara de que no creen que el "eslabón perdido" esté vagando por Colorado.

Just like the abbreviation suggests, the title was so raw, Miami took the liberty upon herself to blurt out the acronym ... leaving JT to shed light on the fact they were referring to themselves as "whores" this time around.

The "Act Up" rappers didn't explain if being "whores" was a term of empowerment or endearment like say when Missy Elliott did back in 1999 when she proclaimed herself "a bitch" ... they just had a hearty laugh at their new nicknames!!!

Fans were on the fence about City Girls' album title for some reason but expressed even more confusion about the project's release date of October 20 in general ... many felt the duo hadn't had a proper lead-up time to see success.

Or maybe the impact just hasn't been there??? City Girls actually dropped 4 singles this year ... with none of the tracks even nicking the Billboard Hot 100 ... a string of rare misses for the platinum-selling hitmakers.

Some folks think Bigfoot just made a legit appearance in Colorado, and interestingly, the U.S. agency in charge of the location of the alleged sighting ... isn't totally writing it off as BS, or so it seems.

A rep for the USDA Forest Service -- which has jurisdiction over the San Juan National Forest -- tells TMZ ... they're well aware of this new video "evidence" recorded last weekend, but they're not prepared to weigh in on its validity.

Specifically, the Forest Service says, "The USDA Forest Service can't speculate or provide comments on the authenticity of the video. We'll be sure to alert the media if and when a Sasquatch is sighted by officials on National Forest System lands."

The response sounds very tongue-in-cheek, but it is interesting -- the agency that's all about endangered species and other wildlife, isn't straight up saying the vid is fake. It's essentially giving the ol' ... we can neither confirm nor deny.

For the record, the Forest Service tells us it's NOT investigating any further -- a very good indication it doesn't think the "missing link" is roaming around Colorado.

Of course, Sasquatch truthers are gonna believe what they want -- most have laughed the sighting off as a hoax, but some in the Bigfoot community (yeah, there's enough of 'em) have said this one's the real McCoy.

There's never been a Bigfoot body found or studied, obvi ... so, until that happens, skeptics will keep rolling eyes.

In any case, Sassie can rest easy knowing Uncle Sam ain't coming for him. Not yet.

Weeks before Keefe D's arrest for the murder of Tupac Shakur, he was ready to talk about the July raid on his home -- but according to DJ Vlad, Keefe got cold feet and made off with stacks of Vlad's cash!!!

We reported at the time how investigators collected several electronic items such as a hard drive, laptops and USBs during the raid ... and police say that ultimately led to last month's stunning arrest of Keefe.

Now, Vlad tells Faizon Love ... Keefe actually reached out to him to do another sit-down, and Vlad agreed. He said he even paid Keefe an initial deposit to secure the interview.

As it turns out, Vlad says he learned Keefe was fielding offers -- and collecting deposits -- from other outlets too, but was unable to make the interview happen before he got busted.

Vlad says he's yet to see any sort of refund of his money and doesn't sound like he's holding his breath for one.
