More legal troubles for Nicki Minaj's bad boy boyfriend ... he just pled guilty to driving on a suspended license.

According to court files, obtained by TMZ, Kenneth Petty pled guilty in New York to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Kenneth's gotta pay $88 in fines and clear his license.

In the docs, a police officer says he witnessed Kenneth blow through a stop sign around 1:30 AM on Sept. 13 in Long Island. Cops pulled Kenneth over and discovered he was driving on a suspended license.

As you know, Nicki's boyfriend has a checkered past ... he's been convicted of first-degree attempted rape and manslaughter. While serving hard time for killing a guy, Kenneth racked up tons of prison violations.

So, relatively speaking ... this is no big whoop.

Rosario Dawson's all in on Cory Booker for President in 2020, but she might be a little biased ... because she just confirmed with us ... they're in a serious, loving relationship!!!

The actress was at the Reagan National Airport in D.C. Thursday when our guy quizzed her on what's been widely rumored -- she's the woman Booker referred to last month on the Breakfast Club when he said he was dating someone very special, while adding, "I got a boo."

It didn't take much prodding before Dawson said it was true and began gushing over her man, calling him an amazing human being and saying their relationship is a wonderful thing.

She continued ... "I am just grateful to be with someone that I respect and love and admire so much," and added several more doting words to describe the presidential hopeful.

Speaking of that ... Rosario says Cory would be an amazing Prez, and she's pushing him with a campaign button.

Amber Heard is getting it ... with "It" director Andy Muschietti.

Amber and her new BF came up for air after hanging out Wednesday in L.A. The actress was all smiles before the 45-year-old director from Argentina packed on some serious PDA. Andy, of course, was the main man behind the movie inspired by Stephen King's 1986 horror novel.

Amber looked pretty biz caj ... with a tan trench coat, black dress and matching boots. Pretty elegant too, with a YSL handbag. BTW ... it appears she's moved on from her last fling ... with art dealer Vito Schnabel. They went public last July at the Wimbledon Championship but her smooch with Andy seems to signify Amber and Vito's relationship has gone kaput.

Amber's got a lot on her plate lately with Johnny Depp's latest legal battle. As we first reported ... the actor filed legal docs citing new evidence he never beat Amber when they were married.

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are both officially on the move with their new flames ... Channing's finally been spotted out with Jessie J.

The "Magic Mike" actor and singer took a stroll Thursday in London, with big smiles on their faces. It's one of the first times we've seen Channing and Jessie together in public ... after a LOT of juicy speculation.

As you can see -- they looked pretty into each other as they jaywalked across a road and waded into a bike lane while across the pond -- but lucky for them, traffic seemed to be nonexistent.

Meanwhile, back at home, Jenna's been doing her thing as well with her new BF, Steve Kazee. They recently took Jenna and Channing's daughter, Everly, on a Disneyland trip ... just the three of them.

Looks like the conscious uncoupling thing is going swell for these two exes since their big split. Good for them.

Two members of the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team are more than teammates -- they're engaged to be married!!

Defender Ali Krieger and goalie Ashlyn Harris just revealed they've not only been dating for the last 9 years, but Ashlyn actually proposed in September ... and Ali said, "Yes!"

It all went down in Clearwater Beach, Florida -- where Ashlyn busted out a pretty impressive rock.

The two are now planning to tie the knot at the end of 2019, according to People.com.

Ali and Ashlyn met on the USWNT in 2010 -- with Harris explaining, "We always sat next to each other on the bus and on flights, and we kind of just talked about our dreams and our hopes and what we wanted to do one day when we grew up. Because at the time, we were kids."

The couple wasn't exactly hiding their relationship, but they didn't flash it around either because they didn't want to be a distraction.

"We wanted to be professional and make sure that we showed up every day and did our job and it wasn’t just because we were together, it was because we love what we do, and we’re really good at what we do,” Krieger told People.

"We became more and more confident within and ourselves and then clearly within our relationship," Harris said ... adding, "Finally, after all these years, I just feel like I don’t have to hide anything or feel like I’m not living up to the community I’m in."

Luke Perry and his fiancee, Wendy Madison Bauer, were planning on getting married later this year before his shocking death -- this according to their "save the date" cards.

TMZ obtained one of their "save the dates," and it forecast a late summer wedding in L.A. It looks like Luke and Wendy planned to get hitched August 17. The card doesn't get into more specific detail, but it does say a formal invite would follow.

BTW ... the "save the date" card was elegantly designed, featuring a grey and gold color scheme as well as a Naive Inline-type font. Very Gatsby-esque.

Wendy broke her silence over the weekend, expressing gratitude for the outpouring of love and support she's received in the wake of Luke's passing earlier this month.

We broke the story ... Luke died in the hospital a few days after suffering a massive stroke at his Southern California home. Doctors sedated him, hoping he'd recover, but he never did.

Regarding Luke himself, Wendy said, "The past 11½ years with Luke were the happiest years of my life, and I am grateful to have had that time with him,” she continues, “I also want to thank his children, family, and friends for their love and support. We have found comfort in one another and in the knowledge that our lives were touched by an extraordinary man. He will be dearly missed."

It's unclear when exactly Luke and Wendy got engaged, but what is clear is that they were aiming to make things official very soon.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are still basking in the glow of their recent engagement ... and the happy couple is taking their celebration to the friendly skies.

J Lo and A-Rod just boarded a private jet together, and it's decked out with tons of cute mementos for their engagement.

J Lo is clearly a big fan of the arrangements ... including powdered donuts crowned with images of diamonds, silver balloons that say "congrats," and a bottle of champagne on ice next to a chalkboard sign commemorating their engagement date. Nice touch!!!

Looks like A-Rod is intent on going over the top in professing his love for J Lo ... they previously celebrated on a bed of roses after the retired MLB superstar dropped to one knee over the weekend for a beachy proposal.

Casper Smart doesn't look too busted up about his famous ex-GF's engagement ... he's got his hands full with another smokin' babe!!!

Casper and his new hottie -- a model who goes by the name Coca -- are making waves in Miami, hitting up a beach Monday afternoon for some serious PDA. Casper and his bikini-clad companion were all over each other, sucking face and locking legs in the water. Such a booty-full day!

As you know ... Casper's ex, Jennifer Lopez, just got engaged to retired MLB stud Alex Rodriguez. Casper and J Lo dated for several years before calling it quits in August 2016.

They both quickly moved on, and both seem VERY happy today.

But, J Lo's eyes were laser-focused on her new diamond ring and seemed surprised as hell. And, BAM ... both A-Rod's World Series ring and her gigantic diamond are both on display.

Chuck Schumer's very happy for his friends Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, but when it comes time for their wedding ... he wants nothing to do with leading them through their vows.

The New York Senator was out in D.C. Monday and got asked about J Lo and A-Rod's recent engagement ... he seems to be all about it.

Schumer's not down with officiating their nuptials, though ... but it's nothing personal. Chuck says he has a bad track record so he's sworn it off forever -- basically, he's doing them a favor.

The Senator also has some solid and fitting advice for the power couple, who happen to be incredibly wealthy. Peep the clip.

Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus are reunited ... and it looks so good!

The former couple was back together Monday night, taking a stroll through L.A. ... and they sure seemed to be happy to be in each other's company. Nothing beats an evening walk with your former bae ... who's sure looking like she's back to full-blown bae status.

Ben and Lindsay started hanging out again last month ... after splitting up last summer. They're already back to doing public events together too. The couple was super tight in NYC last week as they flew back to the west coast after one of his premieres.

Not much PDA during their L.A. walk, but we're still ready to call this romance rekindled.

After all, they've got some history, and now that Ben's clean ... why not go full steam ahead? We're guessing, anyway.

11:16 AM PT -- TMZ just got a hold of Heather's divorce complaint, and she's asking for primary custody of their kids, one of whom is already 18, but is willing to share joint legal custody with Wayde. Heather is also asking for monthly child support that she says should be equal to 25% of Wayde's gross monthly income. She also wants him to provide health insurance for the two kids until they graduate high school. Oh, and Heather is also asking for temporary spousal support.

One more interesting thing ... Heather says she wants to keep her married name after the divorce is finalized. We'll see what Wayde has to say about all this.

"Tanked" star Heather King is filing for divorce, and it comes just days after she was arrested for allegedly attacking her now estranged husband, Wayde.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Heather filed for divorce Friday in Clark County, NV. In her filing, Heather, who has 2 minor children with Wayde, is asking the court for a joint preliminary injunction -- which is typically a way to stop the other party from depleting shared assets.

The couple cohosts their tremendously popular Animal Planet show, which has been going strong building amazing aquariums for celebs since 2011.

Heather's divorce filing came just 2 days after she was arrested for domestic violence on Wednesday. TMZ broke the story ... Wayde told cops in Vegas Heather had slapped him and kicked him in the stomach during a heated argument.

He also claims she had him hanging out the window of her car as she drove away ... something she denies ever happened.

Heather and Wayde just hit their 21st year of marriage last year.

Nikki Bella is now PDA official with her "Dancing with the Stars" partner, Artem Chigvintsev -- seemingly closing the door on a possible John Cena reconciliation.

The former WWE Divas champ was spotted at a romantic lunch with Chigvintsev at Joan's on Third in L.A. over the weekend ... where they held hands, strolled arm in arm and sucked a little face.

Nikki and Artem have been dating for a couple of weeks now after meeting on the set of 'DWTS' -- and it seems like the relationship is taking off.

We previously reported the two were spotted at a flirtatious day date in Bev Hills earlier this month ... but it's clearly evolved.

As for Cena, we're told Nikki and John are on good terms after splitting up last summer. They still talk every now and then ... but Nikki's clearly moving on.

Unclear how Cena feels about Nikki's new dude -- but one thing's for sure ... if they ever wind up in a dance battle, DON'T COUNT CENA OUT!!!

Wie said "yes" to Jonnie West -- whose dad is Jerry West.

30-year-old Jonnie is the Director of Basketball Operations for the Golden State Warriors, where Jerry was an exec from 2011 to 2017.

Wie is clearly stoked about the engagement, posting photos of the proposal in San Francisco with the caption, "My person for life!!!!! #WieGoesWest."

Great to see Wie so happy after a rough February, when she pulled out of HSBC Women's World Championship after reinjuring her hand.

Of course, Wie had surgery on the same hand last year. Sucks.

Chance the Rapper became Chance the Groom this weekend, 'cause he married his longtime girlfriend and mother of his child in a ceremony that was filled with celebs.

The Chicago MC tied the knot Saturday with Kristen Corley in a relatively small gathering at the Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, CA. According to reports, about 150 guests were in attendance ... including stars like Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Dave Chappelle. Chance and Kristen have one daughter together, 3-year-old Kensli.

The Shade Room got photos of the wedding, and you can see it was a gorgeous affair, with Chance opting for a white tux. You can also see Kim, Ye and Dave looking sharp for their good pal.

Alex Rodriguez popped the question, Jennifer Lopez said yes, and they both shared their exciting news ... at the same time!!!

J Lo and A-Rod are engaged after dating for a little more than 2 years and announced it on Instagram with simultaneous posts Saturday night. They each shared a pic of him holding her hand while showing off her MASSIVE new rock.

Jennifer captioned hers with heart emojis, and Alex captioned his "she said yes" (followed by a heart emoji). A-Rod also shared a screenshot of the definition of "Soulmate" by Bianca Sparacino on his IG story hours beforehand ... a signal something big was coming.

It reads ... "A soulmate isn't someone who completes you. No, a soulmate is someone who inspires you to complete yourself. A soulmate is someone who loves you with so much conviction, and so much heart, that it is nearly impossible to doubt just how capable you are of becoming exactly who you have always wanted to be."

No word on any wedding plans yet, but if the engagement ring is an indicator ... no expense will be spared.
