Miley Cyrus is keeping Kaitlynn Carter right by her side ... and they're stepping up their fashion game since their getaway in Italy.

The singer stepped out Tuesday night with her rumored girlfriend for a night on the town in New York City ... dressed in all-black, sleek matching outfits.

Miley's in the Big Apple for New York Fashion Week ... and after her tribute performance at the David Koch Center, she went back to The Greenwich Hotel to grab Kaitlynn for what looks like a date night.

Miley and Kaitlynn have been pretty much inseparable since Miley announced a split from her estranged husband, Liam Hemsworth.

As we reported ... Miley and Kaitlynn went on a lunch date in Los Angeles over the Labor Day weekend, and Miley's mom, Tish, tagged along.

They've each had solo outings, but Miley and Kaitlynn have pretty much been tied at the hip since returning to the States from their Italian vacay.

We broke the stories ... Liam filed for divorce from Miley last month, and she's keeping the pets they owned together when everything's ironed out. So far, the split has been pretty nasty.

Meanwhile, Kaitlynn's going through a breakup of her own with Brody Jenner.

Diddy and Lori Harvey's whirlwind summer romance just wrapped its Mexican leg, and it looks like it was a very successful vacay, and by that we mean ... they're doing a lot of belly rubbing!

The Bad Boy honcho and Steve Harvey's daughter arrived at the Cabo San Lucas airport Sunday on their way back stateside. Cabo was just the latest hot getaway for the couple -- remember, they were just in Italy along with her dad.

Speaking of which, Steve might take interest in a couple of these pics ... at one point, Diddy reached under Lori's blouse and appeared to rub her stomach. Lori did the same to herself.

So, here's the rub ... the gesture made photogs think they'd just saw a sign Lori is pregnant. Could be as innocent as a convo about a big lunch, or maybe a tummy ache. Still, we reached out to Diddy's rep. No word back yet.

After Lori and Diddy returned home, she quickly took off on another trip ... sans her BF, while he's hanging at home.

Robin Thicke and his fiancee were just involved in a car accident that sent one vehicle flying into the side of the road in Malibu -- but it appears everyone's alright.

Eyewitnesses tell us the singer was riding passenger in an Escalade Saturday along PCH in Malibu near Point Dume and Zuma Beach. We're told a woman who was driving -- which we've confirmed was his fiancee and baby mama, April Love Geary -- somehow collided with another car full of what we're told were younger people.

Eyewitnesses say that Robin got out of the SUV and walked over to the other vehicle, which was lying on the side of the highway ... nearly tipped on its side. Luckily, this looks a lot worse than it actually was, as nobody seems to have suffered major injuries.

Law enforcement sources tell us no one was transported to a hospital in the two-vehicle collision, and that a report was taken on the scene. Fault will be determined at a later date.

In video of the scene, obtained by TMZ, you see Robin picking up car parts off the road and attempting to direct traffic away from the accident. At one point, you see Robin's SUV pulling out ... and the extent of the damage on it is on full display.

Based on what Robin posted on IG a little while ago, it doesn't appear their kids were with them -- looks like he and April did a solo lunch date, and they both seem okay.

YG and Kehlani are ready to let the whole world know they're officially an item ... the new couple just made their first public appearance together.

The rapper and R&B singer were holding hands Thursday night as they strolled arm and arm into the Kith show at New York Fashion Week.

It's the first time we've seen YG and Kehlani together since rumors of their relationship started swirling ... and they told our guy they're definitely dating.

The timing is interesting ... because YG recently had another child with his baby mama, Catelyn Sparks, who gave birth to their second baby girl in July. Kehlani became a mother back in March, welcoming a baby girl into the world.

Kehlani's no stranger to getting in high profile relationships. The former "America's Got Talent" finalist used to date NBA superstar Kyrie Irving.

'Bachelorette' star Tyler Cameron is so in with Gigi Hadid ... he scored an invite to a family event ... sadly it was grandma's funeral.

Tyler and Gigi winged it to Rotterdam, Netherlands ... where Yolanda Hadid's mother, Ans van den Herik, was laid to rest.

Remember ... Gigi and Tyler have only been dating for a month ... this after the superfan model sought him out after he came up short on the reality show.

Gigi and Anwar weren't the only ones with a little arm candy. Yolanda walked hand-in-hand with her new man, Joseph Jingoli.

Amber Portwood isn't about to let her ex-BF hightail it outta Indiana with their son without a fight ... and says he has zero reason to leave their home state because he can do his job anywhere.

Amber filed her opposition to Andrew Glennon's proposed move to Malibu. As we reported, Andrew filed his own docs last month, informing the court and Amber that he wanted to with their 1-year-old son, James.

Andrew said he had nothing tying him to Indiana, but Amber says ... not so fast! In her docs, she points out her ex has put down roots in the Hoosier state -- he's lived there for 2 years and, obviously, had a child during that time.

As for his claim he works on left coast ... Amber says that's BS, because he's been a day trader -- which she points out can be done from anywhere. In the docs, Amber calls his attempt to move for employment "disingenuous."

This is the end of Jonah Hill's bachelor life, and he looks pretty darn happy about it ... even in crappy weather.

The "21 Jump Street" star and his girlfriend, Gianna Santos, are reportedly engaged ... and the couple made the most of a rainy Labor Day in NYC by busting out the umbrellas and grabbing a nice brunch.

Jonah and his new fiancee were spotted at The Smile cafe in the Soho neighborhood, and Gianna showed off her sparkly new engagement ring as they left.

Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry are official now -- the longtime couple tied the knot in paradise, and from the wedding ceremony to their baller reception ... it was a full day and night of partying.

The Oscar nominee and his model bride -- who've been together for 6 years -- got married Sunday in a Catholic Church on Maui in front of an intimate group of about 70 family and friends ... including Nina Dobrev, her BF Grant Mellon and Rebecca Rittenhouse.

The freshly wed couple pulled away from church in a vintage Porsche Roadster ... and then it was time to party on the beachfront at the Ritz Carlton.

Keleigh and Miles didn't settle on just any DJ or just a band -- instead they got DJ Kygo to spin at their reception, AND they also hired a 12-piece band for the festivities!!! Why choose when you can have both, right?

Not that anyone needs a special reason to walk down the aisle in Hawaii, but Keleigh grew uip spending summers there with her family, so ... there ya go.

Nina Dobrev had two things on her mind while splashing around with her new(ish) boyfriend in the Pacific -- shoulder rides, and launch angles.

The former 'Vampire Diaries' star hit the beach Saturday with her man, Grant Mellon, where they got in lots of PDA, both in and out of the ocean. Nina mounted Grant's shoulders at one point, almost like they were ramping up for a game of chicken.

Turns out, Nina was actually getting ready to have her beau launch her into the air ... where she would attempt a backflip, and then land safely in the waves. Classic beach trick.

When they were back on shore, Grant and Nina showed some more traditional affection ... sharing a kiss and embracing each other for love and tenderness.

The couple has reportedly been together since at least March of this year, possibly even earlier than that. They've been spotted out together a lot over summer, including a trip to Cannes.

BTW, Nina's in this new flick called "Lucky Day" -- which drops later this month. Fitting, 'cause that's gotta be what Grant's thinkin' all the time when he's with her. That's a safe bet.

Kanye West can sum up his feelings about bringing his Sunday Services to traditional churches in just 2 words -- far less than Justin Bieber used, but we think they're saying the same thing.

We got Ye Saturday night as he and his wifey, Kim Kardashian, were leaving Cafe Habana in Malibu ... and asked him if he felt any more pressure when performing in churches with his Sunday Service choir.

As you know, Kanye's had 2 special services in the last month -- leaving his usual outdoor location in Calabasas to perform for a North Hollywood congregation ... and the other in Dayton, OH for survivors of the mass shooting there.

Kanye's answer was short, sweet and a clear sign of his faith. As for feeling pressure ... he was getting plenty last night from one of his outspoken fans in the 'Bu.

We'd put that same question, about pressure, to Justin last week -- on the heels of him singing for the first time in front of the congregation at Churchome in Bev Hills. Biebs told us it was more nerve-racking than his stadium concerts.

The takeaway, though, is both of 'em are feeling the Spirit.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg says Jennifer Lopez asked her an interesting question ... what's the secret to a happy marriage??? Well, RBG had an answer.

The Supreme Court Justice shared the sweet story Saturday at the 2019 Library of Congress National Book Festival in D.C., where she was onstage being asked questions by a moderator. Justice Ginsburg says J Lo hit her up about a month ago, seemingly out of nowhere, to say she wanted to meet, and that she wanted RBG to meet A-Rod.

Well, that's exactly what happened. J Lo and A-Rod went to RBG's chambers -- presumably in D.C. -- and had a face-to-face, which the Justice described as a very nice visit.

Then, according to Ginsburg, Jennifer asked for the key to a long and healthy marriage. Remember, J Lo and A-Rod are recently engaged ... so they're set to wed any day now.

As it turns out, Ruth knew exactly what to say ... and it sounds like she imparted that onto the soon-to-be-married couple.

RBG says that on her wedding day, her mother-in-law took her aside and wanted to tell the secret to a happy marriage ... saying, per RBG, "It helps, sometimes, to be a little deaf." Who knew?!! It's as simple as that.

Justice Ginsburg was happily married to her husband, Marty Ginsburg, for over 50 years before he passed away in 2010 from cancer. They had two children together, Jane and James.

Here's hoping J Lo and A-Rod heed her advice. If anyone would know how to keep it together, it'd be RBG.

Ellie Goulding just tied the knot with Caspar Jopling, and her wedding was a who's-who of British stardom -- plus one famous American who squeaked in ... Katy Perry.

The English pop star said "I do" Saturday at the York Minster cathedral all the way across the pond, where tons of famous Brits flocked in to witness the matrimony. We're talking Royals, folks -- Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice and Sarah, Duchess of York, were there.

No sign of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle here -- Ellie used to date Harry a little while back. Seems like she left on good terms with some of the Royal Family though!!!

There were other UK-born celebs who got an invite as well -- Sienna Miller showed up with her BF, Lucas Zwirner, as did James Blunt with his wife, Sofia Wellesley.

Orlando Bloom and Katy also walked into the church hand in hand -- he's English too, of course, so it looks like KP was among a few notable Yankees who made the cut. Then again, that might just be a coincidence ... Ellie and Katy are longtime pals.

Justin and Hailey Bieber want their formal wedding celebration to be a religious affair because they feel bringing God into their marriage will make their union stronger ... this according to Stephen Baldwin.

Stephen was on his way to the New York State Fair -- where he's launching a new initiative for veterans called Ready Vets Go -- when he filled us in on the motives behind his daughter and the Biebs' formal wedding party.

Justin's father-in-law says the happy couple understands weddings and marriages are supposed to be a holy commitment, and they feel a religious ceremony will go a long way towards finding peace and happiness together.

Stephen says he's proud of Justin for taking some time away from music to be a family man ... and he feels JB has made leaps and bounds in the past year as far as making sure he's spending time with Hailey and having a blast.

Justin and Hailey enjoyed a fancy lunch together Thursday at E Baldi ... so ya can't argue with Stephen, they're definitely having fun!

As we first reported ... Justin and Hailey are going to say their "I dos" again in a place they've fallen for ... South Carolina ... and they recently sent out their save the dates. Hailey's dad tells us they're still deciding between a couple venues.

JWoww is officially a single woman again ... her divorce from Roger Mathews is finally a done deal.

Jenni Farley and Roger's divorce became official Thursday ... according to Roger's attorney, Christopher Cavalli of Callagy Law.

The former couple got hitched back in October 2015 -- years after their dramatic relationship was heavily featured on MTV's hit show, "Jersey Shore" -- and they have 2 kids together, a 5-year-old daughter, Melani, and a 3-year-old boy, Greyson.

As we reported ... JWoww filed for divorce last September, right before they were set to celebrate their 3-year anniversary ... she cited irreconcilable differences, and said their marriage had been on the rocks for at least 6 months.

The split quickly turned nasty ... JWoww got a temporary restraining order against Roger in December and cops hauled him out of their home. Roger claimed he did nothing wrong, and said JWoww was out of control.

The drama didn't end there ... in January, JWoww accused Roger of being abusive towards her during their marriage and posted a disturbing security cam video ... allegedly showing him throwing her to the ground. Roger denied the abuse allegations.

The only thing on the menu when Camila Cabello does dinner with Shawn Mendes is ... Shawn Mendes -- and she enjoyed seconds, thirds and fourths on a NYC sidewalk.

The pop couple took the most visible table possible at Extra Virgin Sunday night in the West Village, and proceeded to make out almost non-stop through their meal. Honestly, there are plates and glasses on the table, but doesn't seem like Shawn or Camila touched 'em -- too busy kissing.

On the lips, on the cheek, on the neck ... they couldn't get enough of each other. It's almost like they're reliving their high school years -- y'know from like 5 years ago.

A lot of people blew them off initially as a publicity stunt -- they started dating back in June, right around the time they dropped their hit song, "Senorita."

We'll say this ... IF it started as just good PR, it's looking like more than an act at this point.

For what it's worth -- "Senorita" is #2 on the charts.
