Garrett Hedlund and Emma Roberts are outta the L.A. pad he bought before they hooked up, as they settle into parenthood in a new hood ... TMZ has learned.

Garrett stands to make a little dough off the 3 bedroom, 3 bath home he purchased in 2017 for $1.6 million. We're told he just sold it for $2 mil and the new owner's getting a charming Los Felix spot -- originally built in the 1920s -- with lots of updates.

The main living area features a fireplace, beamed ceilings, French floors and other cozy accents.

The house sits on a hillside, so the backyard patio is a great area for outdoor entertaining ... with plenty of shade from surrounding trees.

As you may know, Garrett and Emma started dating back in 2019, and last year they had their first kid together ... a baby boy they named Rhodes.

Not long after she gave birth, Emma scooped up a 3 bedroom house in Hollywood, reportedly for just over $3 mil -- and we're guessing this is where the couple will be co-parenting and co-residing, now that Garrett's unloaded his bachelor pad.

Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle are set to walk down the aisle -- and have been now for over a year ... a secret that's just now coming to light.

Now here's what's interesting. Check out this pic of Jeff with Lauren's son Nikko and Nikko's dad, former NFL star Tony Gonzalez. Tony was married to Lauren, and we're told Tony and his wife are vacationing with Lauren and Tony ... and we're told that's not the first time.

Jeff posted that 2022 will be a time for personal growth. For her part, Lauren commented and wrote, "I love you baby. For every reason and no reason."

You gotta check out Bezos's duds ... an orange patterned vintage '70s shirt, cream chinos and shades.

Lauren's was a little more current ... a black crop top and black leather pants.

They've been hanging in St. Barths for more than a week ... lounging like royalty on the super-yacht they rented for the vacay.

The 57-year-old's going through -- well, some might say a mid-life crisis -- as he showed off his buff bod, and our Bezos sources flatly denied its the result of HGH, despite what some speculated on social media.

Halle Berry clowned everyone Saturday by making it seem she tied the knot again ... and she got over on lots of her famous friends.

Halle posted pics that made it look like she and boyfriend, Van Hunt, are now hubby and wife. The photos were taken in a chapel on what appears to be a resort. We believe they're at a super fancy hotel in Bora Bora.

Well, it looked real enough for Dwayne Johnson and Octavia Spencer to fall for it hook, line and sinker.

It's actually easy to miss the joke. Halle captioned the pic, "well, IT'S OFFICIAL!" When you read the caption next to the pic of the 55-year-old actress wearing a flower crown as she gets up on her toes to kiss Van, well, it's easy to get clowned.

The joke is unmasked with the next caption ... "It's 2022!" So, it's official -- it's 2022. We get it.

Halle actually hashtagged '#Gotcha,' but apparently, that was too obvious so she edited it out.

"The Rock" reacted by posting a bunch of clapping emojis with the caption, "congrats you two!!! Beautiful!!"

Octavia Spencer chimed in ... "Congratulations!!!!!"

There's a little backstory here. Halle's been married 3 times -- and some of the splits have been super difficult -- so a 4th plunge is, well, a little surprising.

Halle and Van have been together for a while, but she never really acknowledged it until September 2020.

Katharine McPhee is not taking criticism of her husband David Foster lying down ... she's upright on the sand, looking great, and in no way, shape or form is she apologizing for losing the baby weight.

Katharine posted these pics that were taken in Hawaii, where she and David are spending the XMAS holiday.

The 37-year-old gave birth less than a year ago, and that inspired David to post a pic of his wife a few days back, with the caption, "what baby!"

Of course, David got dragged on social media by people who somehow thought complimenting his wife on losing the weight is somehow a slight on other women who did not ... or for being superficial.

Katherine pounced on David's critics with another pic of her ... firing back, "I'm sorry but we are not sorry," adding, "For all of you who can't deal with it, maybe this helps. I've struggled with weight my whole 20s and 30. I've gone up and down 10 times over. Does that make you feel better? There is nothing wrong with that — most people do."

She wasn't done ... "Seriously get a life. Stop being so offended by what people post who have zero impact on your life and move on. Maybe you should have more of an attitude of like, let's say, 'Oh that's nice he thinks his wife is hot.' I cannot with this overly sensitive society right now. Erin Foster added to the chorus ... "If I can accept my stepmom looking like this, you certainly should be able to."

If you're wondering how residents in SoCal are handling the cold and rainy weather of this holiday season, look no further than Kourtney Kardashian and her fiancé Travis Barker, who hit the beach for a stroll bundled up in a ton of layers.

The pair hit the sand at the Rosewood Hotel in Montecito Wednesday, and while it certainly didn't look like they were prepared to take a dip ... the couple looked cozy nonetheless. Both were decked out in all-black and sunglasses, Travis kept his hood up to trap in as much heat as possible.

The Rosewood is special to Travis and Kourtney, considering it's the same spot he proposed to her back in October in a proposal fit with what seemed to be thousands of roses.

As for their sandy stroll, unclear if the two had just finished eating and wanted to take in the sights ... each was carrying a cup of something (hopefully warm).

No details yet on when and where the two will officially say "I Do" -- but there's definitely a strong connection to Montecito -- so maybe they were location scouting.

Lots of folks have jumped to the conclusion Jeff Bezos can only get the body we've now seen with the help of human growth hormones -- HGH -- but sources tell TMZ it's all B.S.

The photos of Jeff and girlfriend Lauren Sanchez made people crazy! They're all over St. Barts in the Caribbean ... him without a shirt and revealing a super-jacked bod.

The 57-year-old Amazon titan has been working out like crazy with celeb trainer Wes Okerson. We're told he was on a strict diet and exercise regimen for months.

That said, lots of folks on social media are pooh-poohing Bezos' transformation, chalking it up to HGH.

A source with direct knowledge scoffs at the allegation, telling us the HGH claim is 100% false.

The source insists this is all Jeff and no drugs or other artificial enhancements. A recent report from Page Six says Bezos' trainer is Wesley Okerson, who also apparently was in St. Barts at the same time as Jeff ... so you gotta imagine he's keeping him pumped up.

Lauren apparently like the results on Jeff too, recently posting a pic of the Amazon founder on a paddle board and a "Good job Wes!"

David Foster posted a pic of his wife, Katharine McPhee and praised her for her post-baby figure, and while it did not sit well with some folks... well, Katharine has finally spoken and she is FED UP with people who claim her hubby is out of touch.

David posted a photo of Katharine with the caption, "what baby!" The reference, of course, is to Katharine giving birth less than a year ago, and she looks super fit and toned.

Some of David's followers were down with his praise, but others think the 72-year-old needs a 2021 lesson, STAT.

One person wrote, "Yeah, let's perpetuate the unhealthy narrative that women need to be back to or smaller than their pre-pregnancy size postpartum."

Another wrote, "I get what you're saying but this is a very unhealthy post. Not cool at all."

And there's more ... "Why are you putting your wife's body on display like a trophy?"

Baker Mayfield's wife says the hateful comments toward her husband following the Browns' loss to the Packers have turned scary ... saying the QB is now getting death threats.

Emily Mayfield said in a social media post that after the Cleveland star played poorly in Green Bay, fans have now begun to come at her and her husband with "death threats," "lies," and "blatant disrespect."

"I pray for those of you who even think those thoughts, let alone type them out," Emily said.

"I hope you can find some happiness so you stop trying to steal it from others."

Emily did not divulge if law enforcement has been notified of the threats ... but she added, "It's crazy how much negativity is amplified via social media."
