Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin are putting their Hidden Hills estate on the market ... TMZ has learned, just 9 months after they bought it.

Real estate sources say Sly and JF listed the place Monday for $22.5 million ... they bought the house back in March for $18.2 million.

The home is 10,460 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms ... it comes with all the bells and whistles, including a pool, horse barn and stables, plus a riding arena.

The estate sits on 2.26 acres with beautiful mountain views ... and it also boasts a home theater, gym and chef's kitchen, plus a guest house and a pool house.

The master bedroom has a sitting area, private balcony and dual walk-in closets.

Oh and there's also a koi pond, vegetable garden and over 100 citrus and avocado trees on the expansive property.

TMZ broke the story, Sly sold his massive Beverly Hills estate to Adele for $58 million at the beginning of 2022 and then he and Jennifer bought the Hidden Hills home in March.

The family's primary residence is now in Palm Beach, FL, where they own a $35 million mansion ... we're told they're spending the majority of their time in Florida now, so that's why they've listed the home in L.A.

Minka Kelly and Imagine Dragons star Dan Reynolds are going strong ahead of the holidays ... spending a lot of quality time together mixed with some PDA.

The new couple hit up Millie's Cafe Sunday for a romantic lunch in Los Angeles. Clearly, they couldn't keep their hands off each other ... spotted locking lips and sharing an intimate hug.

After their lunch date, they did some Christmas shopping in Silver Lake, all smiles and holding hands as they strolled around.

You'll recall, the pair recently hit up Disneyland for a very public outing.

They weren't hiding then, but if this is in fact CSW -- which an eyewitness insists it was -- then they're definitely not trying to be seen together here ... which could signal they're a thing.

The cat was almost outta the bag at the hockey game ... but there was plausible deniability since their other 'BBB' costar, Rachel Sennott, tagged along -- and it could've been a 3-way friendly outing. But, if Chase is hanging with Pete solo ... well, life might imitate art after all.

If you haven't seen their movie yet, they actually play a couple onscreen ... David and Emma, who have a rocky relationship. Based on these get-togethers between them lately ... their chemistry in the real world seems to be much stronger ... with a lot less drama.

We haven't seen Pete with Emily Ratajkowski lately either -- so more evidence this might be romantic. Plus, you don't just bring anybody to WF with ya ... that's the real deal right there!

There's a snowball's chance in hell ABC has Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes anchoring 'GMA3' again before the New Year.

Network sources tell TMZ ... ABC's internal review of their romantic relationship, coupled with Amy and T.J.'s previously scheduled time off for the holidays make an on-air return in 2022 next to impossible.

As you know ... Amy and T.J. haven't been on camera since a Dec. 2 broadcast ... because the network yanked them off the air while investigating their romance.

TMZ broke the story ... Amy and T.J. will remain off the air pending ABC's internal review, which we're told is ongoing.

Our sources say Amy and T.J. are not having direct conversations with network brass about the review ... instead, we're told the anchors are having their legal teams handle any communication with ABC.

However, our sources say Amy and T.J. are willing to talk personally with network execs if called upon ... though, for now, they're sitting back and urging the network to conduct the review so everything is aboveboard.

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian wanted to get to the bottom of some family truths, so they gave each other ... wait for it ... lie detector tests!!!

As bizarre as it sounds ... the sisters were hooked up to a polygraph machine and took turns grilling each other on their famous family's most intimate secrets -- including their own sex lives. A polygraph examiner sat at a table nearby to gauge the veracity of their answers in the 14-minute video published Thursday by Vanity Fair.

Khloe was grilled first by Kourtney, who peppered her sibling with questions about family fights, their children, weddings and social media posts. But, Kourt wasn't letting Khloe off that easy ... she asked a real zinger, setting it up this way ... "Is there anything you'd like me to ask you?" To clear up any rumors?"

Then she hit Khloe over the head ... "Oh, are you still sleeping with Tristan?"

Surprisingly, Khloe seemed amused ... "No, I am not. I'm really not." Of course, Khloe was referring to Tristan Thompson, her cheating ex-fiancé and father of their 2 young children.

Unconvinced, Kourt turned to the polygraph examiner, who confirmed Khloe was telling the truth. "Bravo!," Kourtney shouted.

The rolls were then reversed. Khloe questioned Kourtney ... partially about her kinky activities with husband Travis Barker, beginning with the couple getting caught having sex in public. "Do you regret doing that?" Khloe asked Kourt, who responded, "Nope."

It got weirder ... Khloe asked if the spouses dressed as animal characters known as "furries" in order "to bone one another." Kourt fired back, "No!" But then, she admitted to having sex with Travis in their Halloween costumes last year when they dressed as the lead characters in the 1993 romantic crime film, "True Romance."

The polygraph examiner gave Kourt the thumbs up ... she was truthful!!!

DJ Stephen "tWitch" Boss' wife was adamant with cops Tuesday morning ... she knew something was terribly wrong, because he'd left home without warning and stopped all communication.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ when Allison Holker entered a branch of the LAPD Tuesday to report Stephen missing, she stressed how out of character tWitch's disappearance was. She told cops he just simply left their house -- there was no argument or issue -- and he wouldn't answer any of her calls.

Our law enforcement sources say they then accompanied Allison back to the family's home, doing a brief check around the property for any video or clues as to where he'd gone.

We're told Allison was so insistent on how odd tWitch's behavior was, officers considered listing him as a "critical missing persons" case.

However, as TMZ first reported, a 911 call came in shortly after Allison's contact with cops ... saying tWitch's body had been discovered at a motel less than a mile from his home. The DJ and TV host was dead by suicide -- a self-inflicted gunshot.

We spoke with staffers at the motel who said Stephen checked in Monday morning with a small bag, and booked just a single night. The staffers told us Stephen did not seem visibly upset, and his body was discovered Tuesday after he failed to check out on time.

Celebrity and fan tributes continue to pour in for tWitch from people like Justin Timberlake, who knew tWitch for over 20 years, and Ellen DeGeneres who called him, "pure love and light."

Ex-MLB pitcher T.J. House is introducing the world to his authentic self ... coming out as gay and announcing his engagement to his boyfriend.

The 33-year-old former Cleveland and Toronto southpaw shared the news in a lengthy post on social media ... saying, "I've struggled my entire life with being comfortable in my own skin."

"I have purposefully distanced myself from people for the sake of trying to protect myself. It's disheartening how one simple thing can change an individual's opinion of you in a matter of seconds. It has taken me years to wake up every morning and tell myself that you are loved for you, the one that's deep down inside that you've never truly let out."

House said he was always adored for being a pro athlete ... but the admiration he was receiving felt like a bandage covering a wound as he hid his identity.

"Deep down I wanted something more, I wanted to be loved not for what I did, but who I was."

"Shame has kept me quiet all these years," he added. "But Love has finally set me free."

Following the passing of the Respect For Marriage Act, House decided to no longer live in secrecy ... starting with announcing his engagement to boyfriend Ryan Neitzel.

Congrats are in order for Becky G and Sebastian Lletget -- the soccer star got on one knee and proposed to the singer on Thursday ... and she said, "YES!!!"

The couple shared the exciting news on Friday ... showing a picture of the FC Dallas midfielder getting on one knee and whipping out a massive diamond ring.

There's growing suspicion T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach are pumping the brakes on their relationship while ABC investigates their romance ... but we're told the couple's going full steam ahead.

The 'GMA3' anchors have not been spotted together publicly since one week ago today when they signed off for the weekend, causing some to believe they've split.

Sources connected to both Amy and T.J. tell us they're still "very much together," but have chosen to keep a low profile to not bring any more attention to the situation than what's already happened.

Obviously, photos of them as a couple would only generate more buzz and conversation about the relationship -- exactly what ABC execs said they didn't want -- so, for now, they're staying out of the public eye until things get sorted out with ABC.

Amy was out solo on Wednesday walking her dog ... and before that, she was seen shopping last weekend, at a T.J. Maxx, no less.

Meanwhile, T.J. Holmes has remained totally out of sight since getting benched from the 'GMA3' desk.

TMZ broke the story, ABC's human resources and legal departments are digging deeper into all aspects of the couple's relationship to ensure there were no violations of company policies or their individual contracts.

Gayle King is weighing in on the T.J. Holmes/Amy Robach drama, calling the whole situation a "sloppy mess" -- but insists she's not gloating about her morning TV competition's crisis.

The "CBS Mornings" cohost dropped her 2 cents Thursday night on 'Watch What Happens Live' ... after Andy Cohen teed it up by asking what she thinks about "all hell breaking loose" at 'GMA.'

Gayle said, "I look at the situation and I say it's very interesting what's happening over there. It's just gotten very messy and very sloppy."

She gave ABC and 'GMA' execs props for their initial stance of letting 2 consenting adults remain on the air, but then added ... "The more you read, it's just very messy."

Gayle stopped short of accusing Amy and T.J. of cheating on their spouses -- an allegation they've denied -- but she did say, "I think, to me, it's just a sad situation because you've got kids involved, you've got families involved, and I keep thinking about that."

TMZ broke the story ... T.J. and Amy are still a couple one week after getting benched ... as ABC takes a deep dive into their romance, and whether they violated company policies.

Paris Hilton's ex-boo Chris Zylka is taking a second run at the altar -- we've learned he got down on one knee for actress Hailee Lautenbach.

Sources tell TMZ ... Chris asked Hailee to be his wife a couple of weeks ago, as they were en route to the Seattle marathon -- in which Chris was supposed to be running in.

While driving, Chris told Hailee he forgot his bib and made her start heading back to their Airbnb. When she turned down a particular street that was beautifully lit up, we're told he asked Hailee to pull over and step out of the car.

She thought he just wanted to take the wheel, but instead got down and proposed. She said yes ... even though he didn't have a ring at the time.

Frankly, we see that as a sign of true love ... it wasn't about a diamond!

A few days later, Chris and Hailee -- who met working on the same film in 2020 -- told her parents, who offered up her grandmother's diamond for Hailee's engagement ring.

We're told the couple designed the full ring together after that.

As you know, Chris and Paris got engaged pretty fast back in 2018, with her saying "yes" a little less than a year after making things official. They called things off close to a year later, and Paris eventually tied the knot with Carter Reum.

ABC is diving deeper into Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes' relationship to make sure the 'GMA3' co-anchors haven't violated any company policies during their whirlwind romance.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... ABC's human resources and legal departments are working together to look into all aspects of the high-profile co-workers hooking up. The goal is to determine if Amy and T.J. did anything to breach their contracts -- such as using company resources, like vehicles or drivers, to meet romantically ... or pressuring staffers to keep the relationship on the DL.

We're told some people at the network were upset about ABC News' President Kim Godwin's comments on Monday morning's editorial call -- when she said the couple did not violate company policies -- because the network hadn't yet taken a closer look.

Our sources say the review started to heat up internally last Friday when news broke of an alleged affair T.J. had with a former 'GMA' producer years ago.

We're told Godwin worked through the weekend with other executives before deciding to pull Amy and T.J. from the anchor's desk.

As we reported, Amy and T.J. were taken off the air Monday after Godwin called the situation an "internal and external distraction."

That part is clearly true, but again, other execs feel she went too far in telling the team there were no company policy violations -- we're told it was just too soon to know.

Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly, is issuing a mea culpa ... saying she's truly sorry for calling an Instagram troll a "misogynistic pig" after he criticized her for not wearing makeup.

The troll left his rude comment under a photo of Kelly and her kids ... saying, "[Matthew] could have his pick of women so just a little bit of makeup."

"If you weren't married you'd have it on."

Kelly was so pissed about the hurtful words ... she clapped back and called him "a typical misogynistic pig," while also sarcastically wishing him a happy holiday on her IG story.

But, just a few hours later, Kelly had a change of heart ... and shared her regret for stooping to the troll's level.

"I resorted to name calling which I truly do not like," Stafford said. "So I apologize to [the troll], but maybe you should think about if someone said that to your wife or daughters ... I'm sure you would be wildly upset."

Stafford continued ... saying makeup has never been her thing and her confidence doesn't even come from her appearance.

"It's a big reason I love my thirties because I am finally comfortable in my skin," Stafford said. "I know what I stand for and my values, and knowing who I am is what gives me confidence."

"Name-calling is not something I am fond of, so please accept my apology, but understand how upset you would be if the tables were turned."

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes' benching from the 'GMA3' anchor's desk has nothing to do with an alleged workplace affair he had several years ago with another producer ... TMZ has learned.

Amy and T.J. were noticeably absent Monday morning -- less than a week after news of their romance was made public. Network sources told us Thursday the two would not face disciplinary action for their relationship, as it was both consensual and they held similar titles on the show.

However, DailyMail published a story Friday alleging Holmes had an affair years ago with 'GMA' producer Natasha Singh, and many felt it was part of the reason he and Amy got yanked this week.

We've spoken with several sources connected to ABC who maintain the alleged affair with Singh had nothing to do with Amy and T.J.'s absence Monday -- adding no ABC rules were violated.

The sources echoed what we reported -- ABC News President Kim Godwin said on an editorial call Monday ... the decision to pull Amy and T.J. was to calm the "internal and external distraction" their relationship has caused.

'GMA3' saw a significant boost in viewers tuning in after news of Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes hooking up came out ... apparently, folks were interested.

The rating numbers are in for 'GMA3' from last week, with about a 20% jump from two weeks before the news surfaced compared to the day after the public learned Amy and T.J. were a thing.

For example, on Nov. 17 and 18 ... the 'GMA3' ratings clocked in at 1.497 million total viewers and 1.544 million total viewers, respectively.

On Dec. 1 -- the day after the story broke that they were in a relationship, Nov. 30 -- the ratings were 1.810. That day, both T.J. and Amy sat at the anchor's desk.

As we reported ... Robach and Holmes have no plans to slow things down after their status went public, but it does seem ABC wants to pump the breaks a little -- at least for now. Of course, they were yanked off the air Monday. It's unclear how long they'll be gone.

We'll see how this week's numbers compare, and if people remain interested.

Jesse James' wife Bonnie Rotten is apparently willing to give her marriage another shot ... because she's pulling the plug on their divorce just a day after filing.

Bonnie took to social media Monday, putting up a lengthy post about her decision ... saying, "The past week has been a pretty terrible week on all accounts" -- saying she made the mistake of posting her "private business" about Jesse online.

For those unaware, Bonnie's referring to her putting Jesse on blast for believing he was cheating on her -- and soon after, it was reported she filed to divorce the mechanic.

She confirms she did file, but says "the next day I filed a non suit to stop the divorce."

Bonnie continues, "I love Jesse so much and was very hurt by what I saw when I went through his phone" ... saying she's working out the marriage "I believe in."
