I DID WHAT I HAD TO DO

Amber Rose learned fast way back when ... she chose the crack life, but the crack life rejected her.

Amber made the stunning revelation -- something she's never talked about before -- on Van Lathan's 'The Red Pill' podcast after sitting down for a raw convo about overcoming life struggles. Amber straight-up said she tried selling crack to make ends meet when she was a teenager running around South Philly.

It turned out to be a failed effort, and not because she was ever caught. The guys in her neighborhood wouldn't let her deal. Still, that didn't throw a damper on Amber from dipping her toe into the drug world.

Amber made an interesting point ... she knows she'll be judged harshly by some, but points out the double standard ... people like Jay-Z, Jeezy, Pusha T and 50 Cent often get glorified for their dealings.

YOU THROW DRINKS, I THROW HANDS

'Love & Hip Hop' star Alexis Skyy says Blac Chyna threw a drink at her out of nowhere at a party, and AS apparently waited for her outside in an attempt to square up.

The story's pretty crazy ... from Alexis' side, anyway. She claims she and Chyna were at the same party Saturday night, and BC invited her over to her section. Alexis says she obliged and the two of them had a couple drinks, which is when things went south.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Alexis says Chyna flipped out and asked Alexis to leave her section. Then ... Alexis claims BC threw a drink at her, and s*** hit the fan.

Alexis says she started swinging at Chyna and ultimately got kicked out of the party. What's even more wild is that she apparently waited for Chyna outside for quite a long time ... or at least that's how it seems from the messages she was posting on IG.

These messages were posted early Sunday morning, in which she accuses Chyna of drug use and dares her to come outside to fight in hand-to-hand combat.

Unclear if BC ever did that, as she didn't have a thing to say about the altercation on her own social media ... but Alexis ended things with a warning shot to Chyna.

We've reached out to Chyna's team for comment ... so far, no word back.

Tom Sizemore Arrested for Drugs ... New Year, Same Me!!!

Published | Updated

Tom Sizemore's new year is going a lot like previous ones -- he landed in jail for a drug bust ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Burbank PD pulled over the actor because his Mercedes E350 was missing a front license plate and had expired registration tags. During the stop on Jan. 5, officers ended up searching Sizemore's whip, and we're told they found drugs they believed were meth and heroin.

Cops ended up arresting Sizemore and a male passenger for misdemeanor possession -- so, it clearly wasn't a huge stash of drugs, but a little's enough to end up in handcuffs.

Both men posted bail and were released later in the day. The case is currently being reviewed by the city attorney's office.

We've reached out to Sizemore ... so far, no word back.

Pablo Escobar's Brother We Raised $10M to Impeach Trump ... Before GoFundMe Axed Us!!!

Published | Updated

Just the possibility of President Trump's impeachment was enough for the Escobar family to collect millions upon millions of bucks ... according to Pablo's bro, who's pissed GoFundMe censored his cause.

Sources connected to Pablo Escobar's brother, Roberto, tell TMZ ... his ByeByeTrump GoFundMe campaign had raised upwards of $10 mil while the page was still live ... for just 10 hours.

The crowdfunding site yanked the page to investigate where the money was going. A screenshot of the page prior to it getting shut down shows a balance of $10,786,980.

We broke the story ... Roberto and the rest of Escobar Inc. started the campaign in an effort to impeach the U.S. Prez. They were gunning for $50 million to finance "intelligence research, lobby firms and lawyers" they said would help get Trump impeached in the States.

In response, GoFundMe pulled the page pending more clarification on the funds' use and purpose. Our sources say the Escobars responded to GoFundMe with the info they wanted ... but the page was still down as of Thursday.

We've reached out to GoFundMe to confirm that $10 mil total ... but so far, no word back.

A rep for Escobar Inc. -- the holding company dedicated to the late Colombian drug kingpin -- tells us that it plans on taking its impeachment efforts to another site, where they'll be accepting cryptocurrency donations instead of government regulated funds.

We're told the Escobars believe the U.S. government (and Trump himself) got involved in derailing their efforts ... but insist they won't be deterred.

Buena suerte, y'all.

FSU's Khalan Laborn Cuts Deal In Weed Case ... Avoids Jail Time

Published | Updated

FSU running back Khalan Laborn -- the No. 1 RB recruit out of H.S. -- just cut a deal in his weed possession case that will keep him out of jail ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The former 5-star recruit was arrested at 1:30 AM on Nov. 19 in Leon County, Florida, after he was pulled over for driving on an expired vehicle registration with no headlights on.

When cops spoke with the 19-year-old running back ... they say he reeked of weed -- and after they searched his FSU backpack -- they found a glass jar containing the sticky icky.

Laborn was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams ... which, if convicted -- carries a 1-year jail sentence AND a $1,000 fine.

FOR WEED! (Now legal for recreational use in 10 states and D.C. for people over the age of 21).

But, Khalan copped a plea deal with the state attorney in court Thursday ... and is now off the hook once he completes a diversion program.

We're told Laborn has 90 days to pay a $100 fine and complete either 15 hours of community service or 1 day of Leon County work.

Khalan is one of the highest-rated recruits to ever enroll at FSU ... and flashed promise until a knee injury knocked him out for the 2018 season.

He's expected to be a huge part of the Noles' offense in 2019.

Bam Margera I'm Worried He's Gonna Die ... Says 'Jackass' Pal Novak

Published | Updated

Bam Margera insists he doesn't need professional help when it comes to booze, but one of his closest friends believes Bam's very life is at stake after he prematurely left rehab.

'Jackass' star Brandon Novak -- who used to appear on the stunt show with Bam -- tells us he is deeply concerned after Bam checked himself out of a Bay Area rehab facility this week. He explained his decision to leave on social media.

According to Bam's lengthy journal entry, he says he realized he didn't need to be in rehab a few days into his latest treatment, his third time. Bam says he bailed because he didn't need any detox or medication to kick his alcohol cravings.

Not only that, but Bam said he was sitting around doing nothing in rehab and feels unproductive. Plus, he says he was missing out on important business opportunities, and needed to leave to make money and keep his mind occupied.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Well, Brandon doesn't think it's that simple. He tells us he and some of Bam's closest family members and friends staged an intervention late last year because they were genuinely concerned about Bam's drinking ... and wanted him to kick the habit once and for all.

Even worse, Brandon says he believes Bam could end up killing himself if he doesn't get clean. He tells us, "enable an addict, bury an addict." FWIW, Brandon is fully sober now after struggling with addiction through much of his adult life.

Bam says he's with loved ones at the moment, but Brandon says he's unaware of his whereabouts.

Ex-NFL Stud Barry Cofield Pleads Not Guilty In Heroin & Cop-Ramming Case

Published | Updated

Ex-NY Giants DL Barry Cofield -- a key member of the '07 Super Bowl team -- has pled not guilty to all charges stemming from an insane police chase where he allegedly smashed into a cop car.

... oh, while allegedly carrying heroin in his pocket.

Cops in Seminole County, Florida say they found the 34-year-old passed out behind the wheel of a Cadillac Escalade around 2:40 AM on July 3 ... and when they tried to wake him up, he punched the gas and led cops on a wild chase.

Cops say the 6'4", 250-pounder drove into a white 4-door vehicle -- but didn't stop -- and eventually led officers into a gated community ... where he continued to drive like a maniac.

Eventually, cops say they used a squad car to block Cofield in -- but he tried to ram through the vehicle. That's when cops got out of their cars and tried to smash in Cofield's window in an effort to drag him out of the driver's seat.

Cofield ultimately surrendered -- and cops say during the arrest they found two small baggies of heroin in his pocket.

Cops also say Cofield reeked of alcohol.

He was initially booked on 5 charges -- heroin possession, assaulting an officer, DUI, resisting arrest and fleeing from police.

But, the charges were later reduced to just heroin possession and DUI causing damage or injury.

Cofield's attorney appeared in court on Wednesday and entered a not guilty plea on the ex-NFL player's behalf.

If convicted, he faces up to 5 years in prison.

Cofield played 10 years in the NFL after being drafted by the Giants in 2006.

Published | Updated

Verne Troyer had a sizeable collection of celebrity memorabilia and just under $80,000 in cash when he died ... TMZ has learned.

The docs show Verne had $21,000 worth of autographed memorabilia. There's no detail about the merchandise. He also had $78,283 in the bank.

We also know Verne was riding in style before he died in April 2018. The docs say he had a 2015 Audi S4 with only 3,490 miles on it -- guess he wasn't making a lot of road trips. The whip's valued at $38k. He also had a couple thousand bucks in furniture and personal belongings.

TMZ broke the story ... Verne died after spending a week in the hospital getting treatment for severe alcohol abuse.

R. Kelly STD Criminal Case Closed in Dallas ... Alleged Victim to Refile in NYC

Published | Updated

12:16 PM PT -- We've learned the alleged victim says the incident occurred in New York City and she will personally fly from Texas to Manhattan "in the near future" to file a fresh police report.

The alleged victim's lawyer, Lydia Agu, tells us before she began representing her, the alleged victim was advised to file a police report in the state where she lived. Although Dallas PD tells us they closed the case because there was "no criminal element," Agu says this is purely a jurisdictional issue because the alleged crime took place in NYC.

Agu says her client will fly to NYC and file with the NYPD's Special Victims Unit. Agu filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of her client -- against R. Kelly -- in May.

R. Kelly will not be charged for allegedly giving a woman an STD after cops in Dallas closed their investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Dallas PD looked into allegations the singer gave an anonymous young woman an STD after allegedly holding her captive as a sex slave in 2017. We're told no charges will be brought against Kelly in connection to the case .. although, it's unclear why they reached that conclusion.

As we reported, the woman filed a police report in 2018 claiming she'd met Kelly in Dallas the year before. She claimed he restrained her, plied her with alcohol and drugs ... and gave her an unspecified STD.

Her attorney, Lee Merritt, had said the woman planned to file a civil suit against Kelly as well.

Kelly, meanwhile, is currently being investigated by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office in GA -- and the State Attorney in Chicago has made a plea for any witnesses or victims to come forward.

We've reached out to Merritt for comment ... so far, no word back.

Eric Reid Not Targeted By Random Drug Tests ... Says NFL & NFLPA

Published | Updated

The NFL and NFLPA both say Eric Reid was NOT targeted for excess drug tests as a punishment for kneeling ... claiming they have PROOF the process was truly random.

The Carolina Panthers safety is currently suing the NFL for collusion -- claiming owners blackballed him (along with Colin Kaepernick) for taking a knee during the national anthem -- and believes the 7 drug tests he was forced to take in 11 weeks this season was payback.

"That has to be statistically impossible," Reid told reporters last month ... "I'm not a mathematician, but there's no way that's right."

But, in a joint statement released by the league and the NFL Player's Association on Wednesday ... both say, "Mr. Reid's tests were randomly generated via computer algorithm" and "his selection for testing was normal."

"There is no evidence of targeting or any other impropriety with respect to his selection for testing."

The league and the player's association added, "We take any claim questioning the integrity of our collectively bargained performance-enhancing drug policy seriously."

So far, no comment from Reid -- guessing we'll hear from him soon.

The 27-year-old logged 71 tackles in 13 starts for the Panthers this season ... but is slated for free agency this offseason.

Pablo Escobar Older Bro Wants to Impeach Trump ... But Needs $50 Mil!!!

Published | Updated

10:05 AM PT -- The page has been temporarily pulled -- we're told GoFundMe has asked the fundraising page creators for additional information -- including how exactly the money raised will be used. Once more questions are answered, we're told the page will be put back up.

Pablo Escobar's family needs your help to make another person disappear -- this time, it's President Trump they want out ... but, apparently, it'll be no cheap feat.

The brother of the deceased Colombian drug kingpin, Roberto (aka El Osito), has started a GoFundMe campaign seeking at least $50 million in donations to bolster his company's efforts to impeach the U.S. Prez. Sounds totally legit ... we're listening.

Roberto and his associates at Escobar Inc. are soliciting anyone and everyone to kick in cash toward their crowdfunding page to finance "intelligence research, lobby firms and lawyers" that could ultimately lead to Trump's downfall in Congress. Hmmmmm ... yes, go on.

Roberto claims he's already got dirt on Trump from previous alleged business dealings between DT and the Escobar company ... among other things. Roberto says his dirty secrets on Trump are something Special Counsel Robert Mueller would wanna hear.

He sounds pretty confident in himself, saying, "I am the brother of a Latino hero, I have eliminated many people from power ... Trump will be impeached." We'll give him this ... the Escobars have definitely (allegedly) gotten rid of some folks in their day.

Maybe it's just us, but it's weird that Roberto and co. are asking for a cool $50 mil to fund this project if they've already got the goods on Trump.

Help them if you're so inclined.

Daz Dillinger Indicted on Felony Marijuana Charges ... Could Do Hard Time

Daz Dillinger has been indicted on 2 felony drug charges for the marijuana bust that went down at his Georgia home ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Tha Dogg Pound rapper was indicted back in December for possessing over an ounce of weed and also liquid THC. Both charges are felonies, and Daz is now facing as much as 25 years, if he's convicted.

Daz was originally facing 13 felony drug charges after cops say they found 117 grams of ganja, including in several cigarillo packets and a green mason jar, and a bunch of THC oil during the September bust at his home in Powder Springs -- about 20 miles outside Atlanta.

We're told prosecutors decided to pursue just the 2 charges, instead of 13.

Ex-NFL Star Jamal Anderson Drunken Arrest Video ... Bizarre and Sad

DAZED AND CONFUSED

Ex-NFL star Jamal Anderson -- the guy who created the Dirty Bird dance -- was so zonked out of his mind during a Dec. arrest, he handed cops a bag of chips when asked for his I.D.

Cops were called to a gas station in the Atlanta area to respond to a limo driver who complained that Anderson stiffed him on a $50 ride around 5 AM on Dec. 23.

When cops arrived, Anderson was a mess -- stuffing his face with a bag of potato chips.

One of the officers asked for his driver's license, Anderson reached into his pocket and presented the cop a pack of cigarettes.

When that didn't work, Anderson offered up his chips. She didn't accept that as a proper form of identification either.

Anderson denied being intoxicated, but cops say he was hammered and arrested him for public intoxication. The limo driver declined to press charges over the $50 fare.

Cops also asked Anderson how he paid for the smokes and the snacks -- and someone inside the gas station said another patron ponied up the dough for the Atlanta Falcons legend.

Anderson was placed in cuffs and hauled to a nearby police station where he continued to profess his innocence.

The 46-year-old has had tons of problems ever since his NFL career ended back in 2001 -- he's been arrested multiple times for things like cocaine, DUI and exposing himself in a gas station.

Anderson was a beast back in the day ... leading the Falcons to the Super Bowl during the 1998 season before losing to John Elway's Denver Broncos.

Stephen Jackson Blasts 'Cokehead' Darryl Strawberry ... Over Weed Comments

Published | Updated

Stephen Jackson just ripped Darryl Strawberry for saying weed is a gateway drug ... blasting the ex-MLB superstar as a "cokehead" who's "weak-minded."

ICYMI ... Strawberry told TMZ Sports earlier this week that marijuana is SUPER dangerous and is "just the beginning" of the path to way more serious drugs.

010219_daryl_strawberry_kal
STILL A DRUG

Enter Jackson ... a staunch marijuana advocate who heard the comments -- and just had to tear into the former outfielder for making the bold claim.

"You a whole cokehead out here, bruh," Jackson says.

"Asking you for advice about weed is like asking somebody who went broke on how to stay rich. You a whole cokehead out here, bruh!!"

Jackson later apologized for the comments ... saying he didn't mean to disrespect the ex-Yankee who's tried to turn around his life after being suspended 3 times for cocaine during his baseball career.

But, Stephen didn't back off his initial opinion at all ... doubling down and saying, "If you think weed is a gateway drug, then you weak-minded."

Jackson added, "It's a gateway for weak-minded people. That's just what it is. So if you weak-minded, don't smoke weed because it's going to make you try coke and crack."

Darryl Strawberry Really Hates Marijuana ... It's Destroying Lives!

STILL A DRUG

Darryl Strawberry believes marijuana is DANGEROUS -- telling TMZ Sports it should NOT be used as pain management because it's a gateway drug that can ruin lives.

... and Strawberry says he's living proof.

Of course, the ex-MLB superstar battled addiction himself -- he was suspended 3 times for cocaine during his baseball career.

Now, with so many pro athletes calling for the legalization of marijuana for pain management, Strawberry says it's the WRONG thing to do.

"Most people don't understand marijuana is a drug," the 56-year-old tells TMZ Sports ... "It's just the beginning. Starting people off when they're young and then it leads to everything else."

Strawberry also says America is "spiritually broken" when it comes to the use of prescription medication ... blaming pharmaceutical companies for "flooding the gates" with opiates that are killing young people.

But, the root of the problem, according to Strawberry, is weed.

"Most young people start off with marijuana ... it's a gateway. I started with marijuana when I was young -- 14, 15 years old -- and it led me to everything else."

We asked Darryl if he advocates for any Rx drug for pain management and he told us -- "There's no such thing as pain management for prescription drugs. They've gotten totally out of control."

He added, "Anything that alters your mind will change your mind forever."
