Logan Paul is in deep you-know-what -- YouTube announced Friday it's suspending ads to his channel, and we've learned several unannounced projects are also coming to a screeching halt.

Our sources at YouTube tell us Logan's suicide forest video weeks ago triggered a stop order on several projects that had yet to be revealed. Industry sources are telling us his "Airplane Mode" film is one of the projects on hold.

This adds insult to the financial injury Logan was already facing with ads suspended after he posted more disturbing videos ... including tasering 2 dead rats.

Oprah just threw up her hands and confirmed it once and for all in front of Lin-Manuel Miranda -- she's NOT running for President anytime soon ... and we have the video.

We're told the money will go directly toward funding the group's new shelter, which recently opened and holds 500 beds.

Lotus House President Constance Collins told us the "God's Plan" rapper's donation will "nourish bodies, minds and spirits of homeless women and children who are among the most vulnerable in our community." She added ... Drake's timing is perfect.

Drake's charity spree has also included spending $50k on groceries for random Miami shoppers, a $50k donation check to one happy student at the University of Miami and $25k to a high school.

Desiigner was caught on video exposing himself twice during a heated argument ... and now cops wanna have a chat with him ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper got into a traffic dispute with another driver behind him. You can see in the video the other driver calls Desiigner a homophobic slur before the rapper confronts him and exposes himself twice, yelling "Suck my d***."

You can also see there's a cop on the scene -- we're told the officer tried to intervene, but both parties took off. NYPD wants to talk to the rapper based on the video.

We've reached out to Desiigner, so far no word back. He also exposed himself a few months ago in L.A., but at least that time seemed to be a biological emergency.

Elon Musk has called it quits for the second time with Amber Heard ... TMZ has learned.

Disney star Adam Hicks' world was crumbling long before his arrest for armed robbery, due to his brother doing time, and his mother passing away ... TMZ has learned.

Adam's little brother, Tristan, was the driver in a 2014 car crash in Vegas that killed a 17-year-old girl. Police say she died after she was ejected from the car.

Tristan, who was 18 at the time, took off on foot. He was eventually arrested for fleeing the scene.

Sources tell us Adam had recently gone to Vegas to testify at his brother's parole hearing. Adam paid for Tristan's bail and most of his legal fees during the case.

Things went further south a year later when Adam's mother, Lucy, died unexpectedly from a heart attack. We're told Tristan's accident had weighed heavily on her.

As if Blake Griffin's week couldn't get any worse, U.S. Olympic star Lolo Jones just went all the way IN on the hooper ... calling him the "worst date ever" and a "terrible kisser."

Griffin was part of a blockbuster trade from the Clippers to the Pistons on Monday ... which Lolo apparently thought was the perfect time to reveal her bad experience with B.G.

Nicole Eggert will make an appearance on Megyn Kelly's show Tuesday to discuss her allegations that Scott Baio repeatedly molested her during the run of "Charles in Charge" when she was underage, but it was not the first time she taped a show talking about the allegations.

We've learned Nicole, her manager David Weintraub and her lawyer Lisa Bloom, went to New York City to tape "The Dr. Oz Show" January 10. After the taping, Baio's reps sent a threatening letter to the folks at 'Dr. Oz' saying he denied the allegations and argued Nicole's timeline did not make sense. She alleges Baio molested her from ages 14 to 17. He says they had a consensual sexual relationship, but only when she was 18.

Our sources say Dr. Oz decided not to run the show. David Weintraub and Lisa Boom tell TMZ producers told them there were "discrepancies on the show between Nicole's timeline and Scott's."

We contacted the show, and they would only say they are "investigating."

Jesse Williams didn't violate a custody order by letting his kids hang out with a woman his kids call "Mama C" ... because she's not his girlfriend, according to sources close to Jesse.

We broke the story ... Williams' ex, Aryn Drake-Lee, claims he violated their custody agreement by introducing their 2 kids to his new gf ... Ciarra Pardo ... well, at least Aryn thinks she's a gf.

According to our sources ... Jesse and Ciarra, a visual artist, have known each other for a very long time, but are not a couple and don't ever hook up. In fact, we're told Ciarra's been a pal since the kids were born, and Aryn knows her.

Elton John is giving touring one last shot, and then he's saying farewell to life on the road.

Elton just sat down with Anderson Cooper to announce a world tour, saying it'll span over the course of the next 3 years. The singer says he wants to spend more time with his husband, two kids and family so he's calling it quits.

The 70-year-old legend has been on the road for almost 50 years. His first big hit, "Your Song" was released in 1970.

What's unclear ... will he continue his Vegas residency after his farewell tour?
