Britney Spears Warning Shot To Family ... Better Hope I Don't Talk!!!

Britney Spears is sending a thinly veiled warning to her father and the rest of her family ... she says they should be worried about what she might say about them to the media.

Britney just opened up a bit about how her life is now that she can see the light at the end of her conservatorship tunnel ... and she didn't have a lot of nice things to say about her relatives.

The singer says ... "Lord have mercy on my family’s souls if I ever do an interview!!!"

She adds ... "I haven't done anything to be treated the way I have for the past 13 years" ... and says she's "disgusted with the system and wish I lived in another country!!!"

Britney says she's been waiting a long time for her freedom and now that the conservatorship is in the final stages, she's "scared to do anything because I'm afraid I'll make a mistake!!!"

It sounds like the prospect of ending the conservatorship was dangled in front of her for a long time ... she says she was "always told if I succeeded at things, it could end … and it never did!!!"

Britney says she's celebrating Christmas early, and it looks like she already has a Christmas tree in the same living room where she usually records herself dancing.

It's not even Halloween yet, but Britney's reasoning goes like this ... "I believe any reason to find more joy in life is a good idea … and it’s no secret that I’ve been through it in the past … so I might have to do things a little differently from now on!!!"

Britney's also confirming what we first told you ... she's got no plans to perform and says she's "staying clear of the business ... which is why this is so very confusing for me!!!"

Britney is taking shots at the paparazzi too ... saying it feels like they are trying to bait her into doing something crazy and it's another reason why she's fearful of doing something wrong.

Erika Jayne Not Watching 'RHOBH' Reunion Not Reliving the Drama!!!

While millions are tuning in to see the 'RHOBH' reunion, one pair of eyes won't be -- those belonging to Erika Jayne, who is not looking to re-experience all that tension and drama.

Sources tell TMZ ... Erika has no plans to watch the 4-part special because what she went through while shooting it was grueling enough. If she were to watch, she knows that would mean going through the roller coaster of emotions again ... and she's just not up for it.

Instead, we're told she'll keep busy by working on a couple of business ventures and, overall, staying in a good headspace.

Erika, of course, spent an entire day filming the reunion on September 10. She was in the hot seat amid allegations her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, stole money intended for families of those who died in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia.

During Part 1 of Wednesday's reunion ... around 1.5 million viewers tuned in to watch host Andy Cohen grill Erika about the legal woes. She took the opportunity to address people accusing Girardi of siphoning millions, saying the biggest misconception is "that I'm cold and have no sympathy."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Erika added that she wants anyone who was wronged to be whole again, and that it's important that the alleged victims hear that from her.

As for what's keeping her busy ... we're told some of the new business ventures include a beauty-related project and a big social media project. But, while she's trying to move on ... 'RHOBH' might not make it easy to do so.

As we reported, producers are looking to capitalize on Erika's personal tumult. Remember, besides Girardi being accused of stealing ... Erika's also being sued for allegedly hiding their assets in a "sham divorce."

Tyga Still a Go for Rolling Loud CA ... Despite Dom. Violence Bust

Tyga's dodging cancel culture -- at least to this point, because TMZ's learned he has NOT been yanked off the Rolling Loud CA lineup on the heels of his domestic violence arrest.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Rolling Loud is not pulling the "Rack City" rapper from his scheduled performance in December. The festival's position is noteworthy when you consider several music festivals were quick to remove DaBaby earlier this year, following his homophobic rant at Rolling Loud Miami.

In fact, Tyga was on a stage Thursday night at a club in Orange County ... just 2 days after LAPD booked him for felony domestic violence.

Our sources say Tyga felt he had an obligation to perform the club gig, and had a bunch of friends and family members on hand to support him. We're also told Tyga will continue to show up where he's slated to perform and hold his head high despite the allegations.

As we reported ... he voluntarily turned himself in to the LAPD following allegations his ex-GF, Camaryn Swanson, made against the rapper. Swanson claimed he roughed her up during a dispute at his house earlier this week.

Sources close to Tyga say Camaryn showed up at his house around 3 AM Monday and acted belligerent at the door -- but after Tyga let her inside, things allegedly turned physical.

Camaryn filed a police report, claiming Tyga struck her, and she later posted video showing her alleged injuries. A rep for Tyga tells us, "The allegations you have been reading about our client the past few days are false and will be disproven."

We reached out to officials at Rolling Loud, and they had no comment.

Rascal Flatts' J.D. Rooney My DUI Bust ... Oh Deer, Lemme Explain!!!

Joe Don Rooney -- lead guitarist for the country music trio Rascal Flatts -- allegedly told cops a wild story about what led to his DUI bust. Literally, wild.

According to a police affidavit, obtained by TMZ, cops say Rooney told them he was driving his BMW in Williamson County, TN back in September at around 4 AM when a deer ran out in front of him.

Cops say Rooney blamed the deer for causing him to veer off-road and crash into some trees, which deployed his airbags. Cops say Rooney smelled like booze ... and that he told them he played golf earlier before going to a friend's house for drinks. The officer says he admitted to "one more than I should have."

What's more ... cops say Rooney bombed several field sobriety tests. As we reported ... he was ultimately arrested and taken to county jail where he was booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge. He was later released after posting $2,500 bond.

Rooney -- a founding member of the group -- is due back in court next month.

Robert Durst Life in Prison For Murdering Friend

LIFE IN PRISON
KTLA

Robert Durst will spend the rest of his life in prison ... the judge just sentenced him to life in prison, without the possibility of parole, in the murder of Susan Berman.

The frail-looking 78-year-old's trial began in March 2020, was adjourned for 14 months due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... but now it's come to a close with Judge Mark E. Windham sentencing him to life behind bars, ruling Durst's guilt was proven beyond a reasonable doubt in multiple ways.

Before the sentencing, Durst's legal team tossed up a Hail Mary for a new trial alleging several errors by the court ... but the judge shot it down.

After that, there was a round of emotional victim impact statements -- including one family member calling for Durst to reveal the location of Kathy Durst's body -- and Susan's son spoke at length about how her death negatively affected his life.

READING THE VERDICT
Law&Crime Network

As we reported ... Durst was found guilty in the murder of his best friend, Susan, and he was facing life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The first-degree murder conviction and sentencing come more than 6 years after Durst arguably confessed to murdering Berman and his wife, Kathy, on a hot mic during the filming of the documentary, "The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst."

I DID IT
HBO

In the HBO doc, you hear Durst muttering to himself, "You're caught ... What the hell did I do? Killed them all, of course." He claims he was high on meth when he made the confession.

You'll recall ... Kathy disappeared way back in 1982 and it's widely suspected Durst killed her, though she was never found and he was never charged. Kathy's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Durst, but he scored a legal 'W' in that suit.

Los Angeles County prosecutors set out to prove Durst killed Berman because she knew something about Kathy's death. Berman's body was found on Christmas Eve in 2000, and just 2 days later, the LAPD received a letter from someone telling cops where Susan's body could be found.

Police said they linked the letter to Durst, but the case went cold ... until it was reopened in wake of the HBO doc.

The sentencing comes nearly 2 decades after Durst stood trial for the 2001 murder of a Texas neighbor. In that trial, he claimed he accidentally shot the neighbor in the forehead during a struggle. Durst was acquitted in 2003.

Mohamed Hadid Ordered to Fork Over $2.8M to Neighbors ... In Mega-Mansion Lawsuit

Mohamed Hadid's pockets could get a lot lighter soon ... he's been ordered to fork over almost three million bucks to neighbors in his mega-mansion lawsuit.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a jury came to a verdict and decided Mohamed's neighbors John and Judith Bedrosian and Joseph and Beatriz Horacek suffered serious damage when Mohamed tried to build his doomed Bell-Air mansion dubbed the 'Starship Enterprise.'

The jury awarded the Bedrosians $300k and the Horaceks more than $2.5 million for their mental suffering, anxiety, emotional distress, annoyance, inconvenience, and other damages.

The neighbors sued in 2018 over Hadid's massive project on a hillside ... claiming thousands of cubic yards of soils were removed from the hillside without proper permits, which created a dangerously steep slope.

A third-party was appointed to demolish the property and remedy the soils and hillside stability issues. That order came in January 2020 but the structure's still standing.

A judge has now ordered the demolition to go forward. As we reported ... prosecutors also charged Mohamed over the ordeal. He pled no contest and ultimately got 3 years probation, community service and fines.

Case closed, but damn ... it's an expensive case for Mohamed!

Dog the Bounty Hunter Ripped by Laundrie Family Attorney ... He Just Wants Publicity!!!

Dog the Bounty Hunter and John Walsh are getting hammered by the Brian Laundrie family attorney, who says both men are inserting themselves in the Gabby Petito case purely for attention.

Steven Bertolino represents the Laundries and tells TMZ ... "Dusty relics like that Dog and John Walsh need a tragic situation like this so they can clear the cobwebs off their names and give their publicity hungry egos some food."

As we've told you ... Dog joined the manhunt for Brian last month, trekking through some rugged terrain in remote sections of Florida and even injured his ankle in the process.

The search has gotten him a lot of attention, and Dog's seen TV offers start rolling in, with multiple networks showing interest in resurrecting a show with him.

We also asked Bertolino if he feels Dog is impeding the official investigation, by showing up unannounced at Brian's sister's house ... and he said, "That's for law enforcement to determine."

As for John ... the "America's Most Wanted" host has a new TV special about the Petito case and the search for Brian.

The Laundrie family, or at least their lawyer, doesn't seem to be fans of either celeb.

NJ Cemetery We Didn't Bury Body Over Another One Denies Viral Video's Claims

HOW DARE YOU
@jesstawil / TikTok

The cemetery accused in a viral video of burying bodies on top of each other insists there's no nefarious tale from the crypt going on, because it's not what it looks like on camera.

Here's the deal ... a woman visiting her sister's plot at Laurel Grove Cemetery in New Jersey posted a video showing what appeared to be a fresh mound of dirt over her loved one's grave. She blasted the cemetery, accusing it of doubling up, and using the plot for someone else too.

IT'S ALL GONE
@jesstawil / TikTok

Jessica Tawil, who posted the video that's making the rounds on TikTok, says the incident happened Monday, and she claims there was an extremely foul odor coming from the pile of dirt on her family's $12,000 plot, which she believes had been disturbed.

However, Laurel Grove Cemetery tells TMZ ... the video really just shows their process for routine maintenance on plots -- soil gets placed on the area before it's leveled, covered with topsoil, seeded and then covered with hay to protect the seed.

The family isn't buying that, and says they're exploring legal action and want to get the gravesite formally inspected. They claim they filed 2 reports with cops.

Laurel Grove says it's unaware of any police reports. It's also adamant there were no additional burials or disturbances at the plots in the video, and they've explained that all to the family.

Cher to Sonny's Widow: You Got Sued, Babe Hand Over the Royalties!!!

Cher's going after the widow of her late ex-husband and music partner, and if she and Sonny Bono wrote a song about it ... Cher might have named it, "The Cheat Goes On."

The singer filed suit against Mary Bono Wednesday in a federal court, alleging Sonny's widow's been withholding royalties from Sonny and Cher's 1960s hits ... such as "I Got You Babe" and "The Beat Goes On."

According to the legal docs ... Cher claims when she and Sonny divorced in 1975, they agreed to an equal split of their music royalties and inked a deal to that effect when they settled the divorce in 1978.

Cher alleges Mary's been trying to undo her ownership of those rights and royalties in recent years.

If you aren't familiar ... Cher married Sonny in 1964 -- she was his second wife -- and the duo went on to wild success with their songs, as well as "The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour" in the early '70s before they split.

Cher went on to a successful solo career in showbiz, while Sonny became a California politician. He wed Mary, his fourth wife, in 1986 ... and was married to her when he died in a skiing accident in 1998.

Cher and Mary reportedly got along well after Sonny's death, but things have clearly chilled ... now Cher's suing for at least $1 million in damages and wants a judge to declare the 1978 divorce settlement splitting up the music royalties is still enforceable going forward.

We reached out to Mary ... no word back yet.

Dog the Bounty Hunter hasn't given up his hunt for Brian Laundrie -- he's got one more vital person to speak with -- and he's en route to her now.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Dog has NOT left Florida yet -- despite injuring his ankle earlier this week -- and is still working leads. We're told he's currently headed to the home of Laundrie's sister, Cassie, with whom he will attempt to discuss the case.

Earlier this month ... Cassie confronted a group of protesters outside her Florida home and told them she doesn't have the slightest clue where Brian's hiding, but added she wasn't sure if her parents had anything to do with his disappearance.

Mona Rodriguez Fatally Shot by School Safety Officer ... Outraged Brothers Demand Answers!!!

WE WANT ANSWERS
TMZSports.com

Mona Rodriguez was shot in the head by a school resource officer while fleeing the scene of a fight -- unarmed, no less -- and now that she's died ... her family is seeking accountability.

Oscar and Iran Rodriguez -- Mona's older brothers -- came on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to discuss this tragic story that went down in Long Beach, CA. Mona had gotten into a fight, and while attempting to leave the scene in her boyfriend's car ... a campus cop who'd responded decided to open fire on them.

One of the bullets Eddie Gonzalez fired struck Mona in the head ... leaving her hospitalized on life support. After doctors determined Mona was brain dead, the life support was turned off -- and now the Rodriguez brothers find themselves in a nightmarish battle to get any measure of justice.

As they explained to us, they feel they're getting the cold shoulder from Long Beach officials, including Mayor Robert Garcia, as well as L.A. County District Attorney George Gascon.

As they say, they just want answers ... and more importantly, they want justice for their slain sibling, who leaves behind an infant child -- now in the care of their mother.

Oscar and Iran have been outspoken since the killing, calling for the arrest of Gonzalez -- who's since been fired from his job with the school district -- but to this point, all they know is Long Beach PD is investigating Mona's death as a homicide.

The brothers made it clear they want the D.A. to charge Gonzalez with Mona's murder.

BTW, a GoFundMe has been started for Mona's family and baby ... and they're grateful for any help they can get.

Gabby Petito Family Heads to WY to Retrieve Body ... And to Get Update on Case

Gabby Petito's body has been held and studied for a month to determine how she died -- and now that we know, her family is finally allowed to go get her and lay her to rest.

The late 22-year-old's parents are reportedly heading to Wyoming Wednesday morning from the east coast -- where they'll retrieve her remains, have her cremated ... and then return to New York this weekend with her ashes.

It also sounds like law enforcement will brief her mom, father and stepfather on the latest updates in the case.

The family has reportedly said they won't be commenting on anything to the media until they're back in NY -- although, Gabby's mother did speak out against the Laundrie family lawyer Tuesday after he called her death a "tragedy" upon release of the autopsy findings.

You'll recall ... the Teton County coroner publicly announced Gabby's cause of death, which took quite a long time to conclusively uncover. Turns out, she was manually strangled to death at the hands of a person.

CAUSE OF DEATH ANNOUNCED

The coroner noted that Gabby's homicide seemed to be carried out in "a lot of anger" -- while also pointing out her body had been left out in the wilderness for at least 3 for 4 weeks before she was finally found last month.

Of course, the one person law enforcement still wants to talk to -- but can't seem to find -- is Gabby's fiance, Brian Laundrie ... who's considered to be the prime person of interest in the case, and one of the last people to have seen her alive.

Kim Kardashian West She'll Get Hidden Hills Estate ... Divorce Still On

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye appeared to have possibly reconciled in recent weeks, to the point where lots of folks thought the divorce would be called off, but new docs clearly show that's not the case ... Kim is going to walk away with the massive Hidden Hills Estate she and Kanye shared together.

According to court docs filed Tuesday, Kim will get the $60 million home -- where she and her kids have stayed ever since she filed divorce docs in February. We're told the former couple negotiated a buyout price for the home that was essentially rebuilt from the ground up.

Kim getting the home is significant, as most of the construction and design was spearheaded by Kanye. He worked with famed architects like Axel Vervoordt over several years ... at one point even purchasing the property next door to expand their domain.

We're told negotiations on the home were extremely cordial between Kim and Kanye, she's essentially paying cash to even things out between them

BTW ... they bought the property in 2014 for $20 million, so Kanye's handiwork in rebuilding the home paid off bigtime.

Also interesting .. Kanye just listed his Wyoming ranch for $11 million, and this comes after he purchased a $57 million Malibu beach house. So it seems like there's a combination of liquidation and new purchases going on ... a clear signal the divorce is moving forward.

Britney Spears Conservatorship Shift Won't Change Child Custody ... Says K-Fed's Lawyer

Britney Spears is heading toward major life changes, but one thing that will remain constant is the custody arrangement for her 2 sons ... at least according to Kevin Federline's attorney.

Mark Vincent Kaplan tells TMZ ... even if Britney's conservatorship is dissolved next month, as she and others expect, the custody agreement she and K-Fed have for their boys -- Sean Preston and Jayden James -- will likely not be impacted, partly because of their ages.

Kaplan says teenagers -- the boys are 16 and 15 -- get a lot of say in court about what's best for them ... and, basically, the current arrangement ain't broke, so no one's looking to fix it.

As things are now, and have been for years, Britney and Kevin's agreement is she sees the boys based on when she wants to see them ... and also on what they want.

Kaplan tells there's us there's no need to switch things because everyone's happy, and at Sean and Jayden's ages there's less concern about their supervision at all times.

As we reported ... the seldom-seen sons of Britney and K-Fed made a social media appearance this week with their dad's friend -- a choreographer named Eddie Morales -- and both were all smiles as they posed with him.

Sean was also playing the piano in a short video, making a lot of fans think he might follow in Mom's musical footsteps.

As you know ... Britney's next conservatorship hearing is scheduled for November 12, but regardless of the outcome, her parenting situation won't be overhauled.
