MacKenzie Scott is officially single again -- her divorce from her second husband is signed, sealed and delivered ... kinda like an Amazon order.

The former Mrs. Jeff Bezos had her dissolution of marriage from now ex-husband Dan Jewett recently finalized in Washington state ... as the judge signed off on Mackenzie and Dan each going their separate ways, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.

It turned out to be a quickie divorce ... as we reported, MacKenzie filed to end things back in September, a little more than a year after they tied the knot, and now the book is closed on her second marriage.

Remember, MacKenzie and Dan -- a chemistry teacher at her kids' private school in Washington -- announced in March 2021 they got hitched. They did not have any children together.

MacKenzie was previously married to Jeff from 1993 to 2019 before they divorced ... and she walked away from her first marriage with nearly $37 billion, pledging half to charity.

According to the docs, MacKenzie and Dan signed a separation contract that will handle all the details of any property settlement. That contract is not on file with the court.

When Dog the Bounty Hunter's late wife, Beth Chapman, died ... a memorial fund was set up in her name, but now her daughters are dragging its founder to court.

Bonnie Chapman and Cecily Barmore just filed suit against Rainy Robinson -- who was Beth's best friend and costar on "Dog's Most Wanted" -- because they claim she's been running a charity fund baring their mother's name/likeness ... but has been enriching herself instead.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, Bonnie and Cecily allege Rainy has been soliciting donations for years -- starting shortly after Beth died of cancer in 2019 -- and that, lately, she's been falsely promising to transfer ownership of the fund to the girls, but never actually did it.

That's a big problem for Beth's daughters ... in the suit, they allege Rainy's been acting in bad faith -- never intending to hand over the fund, and instead, starting the process to quietly dissolve the charity.

According to the suit, Rainy made several social media posts about turning over operations of the fund to Bonnie and Cecily, but wen their attorneys demanded an accounting of how she's been using the money ... she reversed course and never followed through on the transfer.

The daughters are suing to block the use of their names and images for the charity and want at least $50K in damages.

Rainy tells TMZ she's been trying to have the girls head the fund since their mom died ... but claims they distanced themselves without explanation. Rainy also says the fund has had good intentions all along, including creating a scholarship and a victim fund for families whose loved ones were murdered.

She also claims she told Bonnie and Cecily they could have the fund, but that they'd need to contact her directly ... which they didn't do. Rainy says she now plans to shut it down.

Bob Saget's wife Kelly Rizzo is making sure the world remembers her husband on the anniversary of his death ... sharing a heartfelt tribute and requesting that his legacy lives on with the help of a blue checkmark on Twitter.

Kelly took to Instagram Monday, posting a series of pics and videos writing, "One Year. Our hearts are so heavy. How could I not have talked to or seen my loving husband in a whole year? The surreal-ness never subsides. I’ve accepted the reality long ago but it still seems unreal when I see photos or videos of him so full of life."

She also tweeted directly at Elon Musk, asking Bob's Twitter account -- with more than 2 million followers -- get verified, writing, "I saw he’s no longer verified? My husband truly loved Twitter. Out of respect for his legacy, can something be done? Thank you kindly."

She continues, "And the only reason I’m addressing this at all is because I know Bob would be very bummed about this. He’d say “hey, if someone goes to see my page and all the jokes I’ve tweeted over the years, how will they know it’s for sure me!?”"

Nick Carter is putting his feelings about his late brother Aaron Carter on wax -- as they used to say -- writing and recording a song where he sings about their rollercoaster relationship.

Music industry sources tell TMZ ... Nick got to work on the song shortly after Aaron died in November and as you'd expect -- considering the brothers' history -- it's a very emotional track.

Despite their complicated relationship, we're told the song expresses Nick's unconditional love for Aaron and his heartbreak over his brother seemingly never finding peace in his life.

Nick's been teasing a new project on social media, and we're told he also filmed a music video for the song ... which includes never before seen footage of Nick and Aaron together from when they were younger.

Remember, the Carter bros had tons of ups and downs over the years ... with one of their lowest points coming in 2019 when Nick got a restraining order after claiming his younger brother threatened to kill Nick's pregnant wife and unborn child.

TMZ broke the story ... Aaron was found dead in his home in November.

Dog the Bounty Hunter is making sure his late wife Beth Chapman gets to reunite in the ever after with her beloved mother, who recently passed away.

A rep for Dog tells TMZ … Beth's mom, Bonnie Joan, died in November, and one of her final wishes was to be laid to rest with her daughter. Dog heard about the request and wanted to make it happen.

We're told Dog gave some of Beth's ashes to her sister Melinda, who also has their mom's ashes. The mother-daughter duo had a rocky relationship, but we're told they made sure to mend fences before Beth passed in 2019.

You'll recall, Beth died at 51, following a long battle with cancer -- and afterward Dog held a ceremony in Hawaii, where the couple lived part-time, to spread her ashes.

We're told he used ceremonial ashes for that ceremony, but some of Beth's actual remains have been spread in other places that were important to her.

Prince Harry's been making a lot of claims about his brother lately -- and the repercussions for going against the family, as they say, is apparently not all that bad ... per a new report.

The Times published a story Saturday that claims to have some inside knowledge on how the Royals are digesting Harry's bombshells ... which have been leaking out via excerpts from his forthcoming book, "Spare," due to release next week.

According to the outlet, the only thing PH faces at this point for spilling his guts is being "written out of the script" for King Charles' coronation ceremony in May -- when he's officially crowned and all that jazz. That doesn't mean the Duke can't attend, though.

The Times' Royal Editor, Roya Nikkhah, tweeted this tidbit as a follow-up to her post ... "I can also reveal that Prince Harry has been written out of the script for the Coronation, with no official role in the service if he attends. Breaking with tradition, Charles will scrap royal dukes kneeling and paying homage to the monarch. Only William will perform that role."

So, it sounds like Harry can, in fact, roll through if he wants ... but will have to sit in the peanut gallery with all the others, while Prince William takes center stage next to Dad. All things considered, that's mild. Some speculated Harry would be uninvited altogether.

As for Willy ... The Times claims, through Royal sources, that he's "burning with anger" over Harry's assertions -- namely, that he allegedly attacked his brother, insulted his wife, Meghan Markle, and encouraged him to wear that Nazi costume all those years ago.

And yet, he's staying silent through it all ... which he apparently plans to continue doing for the foreseeable future. Time will tell if even more nuggets emerge when the book comes out.

As we know, Harry's on a full-blown press run right now to promote this thing. Word is, Penguin -- which reportedly paid him $20M for "Spare" -- needs around 1.7 million copies to be sold just to break even. Here's hoping the best deets are still under wraps.

The notorious BTK serial killer is pouring cold water on the idea -- floated by his own daughter -- that he has a link to Idaho murder suspect Bryan Kohberger.

BTK fired off an email to TMZ from prison after we reached out to him about a recent NewsNation article ... claiming Kohberger may have communicated with him through DeSales University professor Katherine Ramsland.

Kohberger, a Washington State University grad student, had previously studied at DeSales under Ramsland, who's also a famous true crime author and penned a book about the BTK killer.

In his January 5 message to us, BTK says, "No on Kohberger all around," in response to his daughter, Kerri Rawson, telling NN reporter Brian Entin she was "pretty shocked" there was "potentially a connection to my father."

Rawson also said she thought Bryan was likely influenced by BTK since he studied under Ramsland.

On this point, BTK agreed, stating, "I had thought some one may have study me." He also gave props to the Idaho investigators for nabbing a suspect, meaning Kohberger.

BTK went on to share his personal torment about not connecting with his family. "My family don't communicate with me at all. I love them all very much and [would] be happy if one did."

As you know ... BTK (real name: Dennis Rader) killed ten people during his sexually motivated, sadomasochistic rampage in Wichita, Kansas, from 1974 to 1991. He wrote taunting letters to the media, giving himself the moniker, "Bind, Torture, Kill."

He was finally captured in 2005 and confessed to the slayings, leading to his conviction. He is currently serving ten life sentences -- one for each of his murders.

Britney Spears and Jamie Lynn are battling it out for bragging rights over who had a rougher life ... and it's getting ugly.

Britney fired back at her younger sister with a social media rant Friday, after Jamie Lynn complained on TV about growing up with a super famous older sister.

The sisterly beef reignited this week when Jamie Lynn said on FOX's new reality series, "Special Forces: World's Toughest Test" that she struggles with self-esteem living in Britney's shadow.

Britney's having none of it, though ... she says Jamie Lynn and the rest of her family and friends were living it up while she was wasting away under a conservatorship.

What's more, Britney's none too pleased Jamie Lynn is whining on national TV ... Britney says she'd rather spit in her family's faces and "trash them on Instagram cause that’s all my family has ever been to me !!!!"

Jamie Lynn says she's proud of Britney and loves her to death, but grew up feeling like she didn't have anything for herself because her older sister found fame at such a young age.

Britney's response ... "It honestly blows my mind the hardships you say you have had with having me as your sister."

While Jamie Lynn says she's having a hard time finding her own identity outside of being Britney's sister, Britney's claiming she suffered nerve damage during the conservatorship.

Stephen "tWitch" Boss' wife, Allison Holker, is paying tribute to her late husband just one day after he was laid to rest in a private funeral with friends and family.

Holker took to Instagram Friday, posting a video montage of tWitch with his Allison and his family while Rihanna's song "Lift Me Up" played in the background.

Allison writes, "To my husband, best friend, babe, Chee-chalker, Superman and father of my children I LOVE YOU FOREVER and ALWAYS! We will forever remember you as the true beacon of light that you were and we will continue to cast your light and love throughout the world. Thank you for our incredible memories and our beautiful life shared together."

TMZ broke the story, Allison and Stephen's closest loved ones gathered Friday in Los Angeles for a private funeral. We're told a more public tribute will happen at a later date.

It was almost a month ago when tWitch died by suicide in a Los Angeles motel. Law enforcement sources told us he took an Uber to the location less than a mile from his home and turned off his phone so no one could contact him.

Tristan Thompson's mom has died suddenly ... and Khloe Kardashian is right by his side, offering comfort and support as he navigates a challenging time in his life.

Khloe and Tristan were spotted Thursday touching down in Toronto together in a private jet. TMZ broke the story ... just hours before they landed, Tristan's mom, Andrea, was rushed to a local hospital after suffering a heart attack at home.

Our sources say Khloe joined Tristan on the flight from L.A. to Toronto to comfort him in his loss. We're told Khloe was very close to Andrea, and like Khloe and the Kardashian family always do -- they'll support a loved one in their most difficult time of need.

As you know, Khloe and Tristan have two children together -- their 4-year-old daughter True and a baby boy born in August via surrogate.

Tristan Thompson's mom has died suddenly in Toronto ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, Tristan's mom, Andrea, suffered a heart attack at home Thursday ... she was rushed to a local hospital where medical experts tried to resuscitate her, but she didn't make it.

Our sources say Tristan left Los Angeles as soon as he could to be with his family in Toronto.

Tristan posted a ton of photos with his mom over the years, it's clear they were very close. He also shared photos of Andrea with his kids -- including his daughter True, who he shares with Khloe Kardashian.

As you know, Khloe and Tristan have two children together, including a baby boy born in August via surrogate.

Damar Hamlin continues to make giant positive strides -- the Bills' safety is now breathing without mechanical help just days after his heart stopped on the field Monday night, and he's even talking to his family!

The Bills tweeted an update on Hamlin Friday, writing "Per the physicians at UCMC, Damar's breathing tube was removed overnight. He continues to progress remarkably in his recovery."

Hamlin had required a breathing tube to provide him oxygen since going into cardiac arrest ... but no more, and it's a great sign.

On Thursday, two of Hamlin's doctors announced the DB had been communicating with them through writing, and even asked who won the 'MNF' game between his Bills and the Bengals.

The doctors also noted Hamlin made "significant progress" and was "neurologically intact," easing fears Damar's brain was damaged by a lack of air.

Despite Hamlin's improvement, the incident still haunts his teammates. Star QB Josh Allen said the incident keeps replaying "over and over" in his head.

The NFL has since announced they will not reschedule the Bills-Bengals game ... and could now play the AFC Championship game at a neutral site.

Billie Eilish's family home was burglarized in L.A. Thursday night ... and police arrested a suspect thanks to a quick-thinking house sitter as the crime was in progress.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … cops responded to the house in Highland Park around 9:15 PM after receiving a report of someone scaling a fence to gain access to the property.

The masked intruder was apparently wearing all black and lurking around the backyard. We're told the house sitter -- who was not present at the location -- received an alert on an electronic device showing the unidentified man on camera. The employee didn't recognize the person and quickly called police.

Cops responded to the scene and nabbed the suspect about one block away during a sweep of the area. Investigators tell us they don't believe anything was stolen from the house, which they confirm is owned by Billie's family.

Prince Harry's tales of fights with Prince William and his infamous Nazi costume don't do much for Thomas Markle ... because Meghan's dad isn't going to read his son-in-law's new book.

Meghan's half-sister, Samantha Markle, tells TMZ ... her dad -- and other family members for that matter -- think the book is fiction and a money grab. Samantha says her dad is actually more upset with Meghan than Harry. She says the bad blood goes way back to their wedding, where Thomas feels he was iced out by his daughter ... and Harry just went along.

Samantha says her dad believes many of Harry's allegations in the book are rooted in jealousy over his brother's status.

As for Samantha, she says she wouldn't even use Harry's memoir "Spare" as toilet paper.

The Duke of Sussex's much-anticipated memoir is due out Monday ... but Samantha thinks interest in the book is more idle curiosity, and not a sign people believe Harry's story.

As we reported ... Harry is going hard on William in the book, accusing his brother of attacking him during an argument over Meghan, and blaming William and Kate for wearing a Nazi uniform at a costume party.

Samantha says in addition to being taken off the wedding guest list, he's still really hurt that Harry and Meghan never reached out to him when he suffered a medical emergency.

Kevin Boon, the director of the horror movie starring the sister of accused Idaho murderer Bryan Kohberger says she never mentioned her brother during filming ... and he was super surprised to find out the two were related.

Kevin joined us on "TMZ Live" and told us he didn't realize the family connection until he started being contacted by media outlets.

The director says the only thing he knew about Bryan's sister's personal life was that Amanda was from Pennsylvania ... which is where Bryan was arrested.

Kevin tells us Bryan's sister was a joy to work with ... and Bryan never came around the movie set, as far as he knows. He says he feels really bad for the Kohberger family, especially Amanda.

Bryan Kohberger is accused of committing a murder that has markings of a horror movie ... a movie in which his own sister starred.

Amanda Kohberger has a single movie credit ... "Two Days Back," shot in 2011. The premise -- a group of students who are viciously stabbed to death with knives and other weapons.

The group of "environmentally-conscious students" take a hike in the woods. Their mission is to catch people who are illegally foresting.

The murderer befriends the group of students and then begins the massacre.

The director, Kevin Boon, was shocked when he learned of the connection between Amanda and her brother ... "You're f***ing kidding me, her brother is that guy?" Boon told the New York Post. He had kind words for Amanda, saying she was "a lovely woman who was very nice. I liked her a lot."

As you know, Bryan Kohberger is accused of butchering 4 University of Idaho students to death as they slept in their beds.

Eerie.

Damar Hamlin's father just provided the whole Buffalo Bills team with an encouraging update on a Zoom call ... telling the squad their teammate is making progress, and "the team needed it."

Hamlin's dad, Mario, reached out to the entire Bills team on Wednesday, according to Adam Schefter ... and provided some much-needed (good) news on Hamlin's condition.

It's unclear what exactly the news was ... but word is it was positive, and it was a huge relief to the players, coaches and staff.

Of course, the Bills also provided a promising update on Wednesday saying the 24-year-old safety was showing "signs of improvement" just days after he went into cardiac arrest during the Monday Night Football game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The game was suspended after the scary incident and Hamlin has been in intensive care at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center since.

The NFL announced they will not resume the Bills-Bengals game before Week 18 ... and there's been no decision on if/when they'll resume the Bills-Bengals game.

Hamlin -- who logged 91 total tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a forced fumble this season -- has received a ton of support from players and fans from around the country.
