Colin Kaepernick, Nessa Diab Announce Birth Of First Child
Colin Kaepernick and his partner, Nessa Diab, are parents -- the couple just announced they recently welcomed a baby to the world.
This is the first child for Kap and Nessa, who started dating back in 2015.
"I thought long and hard about sharing our life changing news today," the radio personality said. "I decided to do so because today is the first day in a few weeks where I stepped out for work with a new life title -- MOM!"
"Colin and I welcomed our amazing baby to the world a few weeks ago and we are over the moon with our growing family."
Nessa says the free agent quarterback has been the "most amazing dad" and fully supportive throughout her recovery ... which she implies has been a challenging process.
Diab says the newest member of their family has already taught her "how to love in ways I never knew."
Kap has been out of the league since 2016 ... which he firmly believes is due to his controversial national anthem protest, which sparked backlash from many -- including President Donald Trump.
Kap sued the NFL in 2017 ... which resulted in a settlement.
He recently worked out for the Las Vegas Raiders ... but left the tryout without a gig.
No word on the gender or a name just yet ... but we're sure fans of the couple will be excited for that reveal.

Tom Brady I Was Going Through a Lot of S**t ... And That's Why I Was MIA
8/28/22
Tom Brady just can't take a day off without people writing a book about it -- well, unless it's missing the first two weeks of training camp -- so he's addressing it again, essentially saying he went through a lot of s**t.
Brady showed up Saturday for the preseason debut in the exhibition final, and said post-game, "Everyone has different situations they're dealing with and we all have unique challenges to our lives."
Then he said this ... "I'm 45 years old, man. There's a lot of shit going on, so you just have to try and figure out life the best you can. You know, it's a continuous process."
Tom Brady Out Of Bucs Training Camp Dealing With 'Personal Issue'
Brady, who performed at the Brady level, kinda said the obvious after the game ... "I feel good. I've played football for a long time. I'm pretty good at it," Brady said. "Doesn't take me long for me to remember how to play it."
Brady did not get specific about the 11-day absence -- remember, he initially said he was self-benching for "personal reasons."
8/22/22
The Bucs played 2 preseason games while Brady was out ... losing to Miami on Aug. 13 and to the Titans on Aug. 20.
There have been massive rumors he was MIA so he could appear on " The Masked Singer," but Brady flatly denied that. But here's the thing ... when he was retired for that nanosecond, he signed a massive, $375 million deal with Fox, and it's not inconceivable part of the deal might have been to appear on Fox shows, the biggest of which is the 'Masked Singer.'
So the theory goes ... when he un-retired, he went back to the Bucs and said he had signed the deal so part of the terms of coming back would be the 11-day hiatus.
Now it sure sounds like Brady stepped back for something else ... maybe more serious.

Bills P Matt Araiza Cut By Team Amid Gang Rape Allegations
-

Buffalo Bills Punter Matt Araiza -- accused of gang-raping a 17-year-old girl while in college -- has been released by the team, the organization announced Saturday.
As TMZ Sports previously reported, 22-year-old Araiza was sued in San Diego County Superior Court earlier this week.
Araiza, nicknamed the "Punt God," is accused of gang-raping a 17-year-old woman, only identified as "Jane Doe" in the suit, at a Halloween party at his house on October 17, 2021.
The woman, who says she was inebriated upon arriving at the party, says Araiza gave her a drink that she later believed contained "other intoxicating substances."
Doe claims the two engaged in sexual acts outside of the punter's home. She says Araiza then led her inside, and threw her onto a bed. She claims he gang raped her with two of his Aztecs teammates -- Nowlin "Pa'a" Ewaliko and Zavier Leonard -- who are also named as defendants in the lawsuit.
The woman claims the sexual abuse went on for about an hour and a half, before the party was eventually shut down. In the suit she says she "stumbled out of the room bloody and crying."
Doe is suing Araiza, Ewaliko and Leonard for unspecified damages.
Araiza, shortly after the allegations came to light, adamantly denied the claims, saying ... “The facts of the incident are not what they are portrayed in the lawsuit or in the press. I look forward to quickly setting the record straight.”
The Bills initially issued a statement saying they were aware of the allegations, saying they “conducted a thorough examination,” but couldn't comment further due to the active suit.
However, after sitting Araiza (the team's starting P) during Friday night's preseason game, the Bills, a Super Bowl favorite, announced Saturday afternoon they were parting ways with the league's most talked about punter.
Buffalo GM Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott briefly met with the media, telling reporters the situation was bigger than football, adding Matt must deal with the serious issue.
As for specifically when the organization learned or the incredibly troubling allegations, Beane said the following.
"I know it's a question of when did we hear this or what was the timeline -- late July from her representative spoke to [Bills attorney Kathryn D'Angelo] and laid out some of the things that they were accusing Matt and others of. At that time, our process, we tried to be thorough and thoughtful. Not rush to judgment, and I would say it's not easy. You're trying to put facts around a legal situation, sometimes with limited information. So, ultimately that's where we're at today with the decision."

In the suit, the woman -- who's 18 now but said she was 17 at the time of the incident -- claimed she was sexually assaulted by the punter (who was 21 at the time) and two other Aztecs football players for over an hour at his SD home.
The Bills released a statement on Thursday ... saying the team was aware of the allegations and was investigating the situation.
Araiza's attorney denied the allegations in a statement to the Los Angeles Times, saying, "It's a shakedown because he's now with the Buffalo Bills."

Jay Gruden's casa es Carson Wentz's casa now -- the Washington Commanders QB bought the former coach's Virginia home after being traded this offseason, TMZ Sports has confirmed.
The 7,280-square foot home sits on 3 acres in Leesburg -- an hour west of Commanders' FedEx Field stadium -- and we're told it's a popular area for pro athletes.
The crib -- detailed as a "magnificent French-Provincial estate" -- comes with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a chef's kitchen, a home gym and a 3-car garage.
There's plenty of space to watch some game tape -- from the Great Room (which has a fireplace) to the game room, where Wentz can sip on some wine from the cellar that holds over 300 bottles.
This amazing pad was listed by Bill Davis from Century 21 -- who confirmed Gruden used to hang his hat there.

Remember, Gruden started coaching the Commanders in 2014 and was fired in 2019 after a 35-49-1 record with the franchise. He's currently the L.A. Rams' offensive consultant.
Wentz was traded to the Commanders in March ... and bought the place for $3,675,000 in July.

"You can't blitz your way out of the airport," he said with a chuckle, "or something like that."
59-year-old Ryan is all set to be a competitor on the show's 34th season with his golf bud, 40-year-old Tim Mann. The show is officially slated to air next month.

Pennsylvania H.S. FB Season Canceled After Alleged Hazing Incident ... 'Disturbing & Upsetting'
There won't be any football this year for one high school in Pennsylvania ... after the season was canceled over "disturbing and upsetting" videos of an alleged hazing incident involving the team.
Dr. Chelton Hunter, superintendent of Middletown Area High School, said in a letter the alleged incident happened August 11 at MAHS ... when members of the football team were in the turf room for "heat acclimation practice sessions."
Cell phone video, apparently taken by players, shows two teammates who appear to be restrained by a group of fellow students ... and the boys are being poked in the buttocks area with a muscle therapy gun and other athletic equipment.
"The video shows players fully clothed. It did not appear that any student’s body was physically penetrated," Dr. Hunter said in the letter on Monday.
"The video is difficult to watch as this is a completely unacceptable, offensive, and highly inappropriate act."
The superintendent continued ... "This incident is disturbing and upsetting, and we understand both the desire for more information and a call for action."
On Aug. 12, several players were kicked off the team ... and a few days later, head coach Scott Acri resigned.
But, after new video of more alleged hazing from the same location turned up, the school district decided to cancel the Blue Raiders' upcoming season on Wednesday.
"In light of this, we have made the decision to cancel the 2022 football season," Dr. Hunter said, "I know this decision will be met with many different opinions and emotions and will impact many students and families."
"The kind of hazing that occurred in our facilities with this team is reprehensible. It simply cannot and will not be tolerated. We know we must work to address the culture of this team, educate our student body about hazing, and put programs in place to help us ensure that this kind of atmosphere is never allowed to exist in our school facilities."
Dr. Hunter also revealed the new footage has been shared with the Lower Swatara Township Police Department and says those involved will be disciplined per school policy.
We reached out to LSTPD, who told us they had "no comment" at this time, sighting the active investigation.

Miami Dolphins Cancel Practice Due To Stomach Bug ... Players Puking

The Miami Dolphins were forced to cancel practice on Thursday ... and it's all because a bunch of players can't stop puking.
The 'Fins were set to have a joint workout with the Philadelphia Eagles ... but as it turns out, some guys could barely sleep because they were blowing chunks all night.
NFL Network's Mike Garafolo says some players thought all the vomiting was due to food poisoning ... but the team checked what everyone's been eating, and haven't found enough proof to back that theory.
Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel says the team believes it's a stomach bug going around ... and to be extra cautious, they decided to keep everyone home to make sure it doesn't spread.
Miami and Philly are set to play against each other on Saturday ... and so far, things are still set to go down according to plan.
Coach says he wanted to take extra caution to get everyone healthy for the matchup -- especially because the last week of preseason is crucial for so many guys who are trying to make the team.
As for how many players were affected, McDaniel says it's more than a few, but not half the team.
It's pretty rare for an entire practice to be canceled outside of COVID -- so, here's hoping the squad starts to feel better soon ... 'cause Week 1 is right around the corner.

Tyreek Hill I Wanna Fight Jalen Ramsey!! ... 'Bully The Bully'
If Tyreek Hill ever steps into a boxing ring, he knows exactly who he wants to fight -- Jalen Ramsey!!
The topic came up during a recent episode of "BS w/ Jake Paul" -- the Problem Child's new show -- when the Dolphins star receiver was asked ... given the chance to fight anyone in the sports world, who would you box?
Jake Paul Knocks Nate Robinson Out Cold, Violent KO
Paul's co-host, DCut, suggested Hill fight former NBA star Nate Robinson -- whom Jake viciously knocked out in his 2nd pro fight -- but Tyreek said that would be too easy.
He did, however, have an opponent in mind.
"I really want some of Jalen Ramsey though, for real," Hill said, "If we just being completely honest right here."
It makes sense -- one of the best receivers vs. one of the best cornerbacks.
But, Cheetah says there's no beef.
"I just wanna go at the bully," Hills explains.
Tyreek says he can fight, but it's something he chooses not to do during NFL games.
"I don't get into that," Hill said about fighting during a game, "because it's like wasted energy."
"I'm not finna waste my energy when I gotta come back and then cook you the next play. Why would I do that?"
BTW, Jake whispered ... we can make the Hill vs. Ramsey fight!
But, for now, we're happy to settle for Adrian Peterson vs. Le'Veon Bell!
