Britney Spears Free Britney Movement's Not a Hoax ... And I Don't Trust My Dad!!!

Britney Spears is making it clear -- she doesn't trust her dad and wants the public to hear what he and other professionals are doing to keep her in the conservatorship, and she also says the #FreeBritney movement's not only real ... she supports it.

Britney's lawyers just filed docs opposing her dad Jamie's motions to seal parts of her ongoing conservatorship case ... because she wants everyone to know what's up.

Britney is fighting her dad's move to appoint a co-conservator of her estate [handling business matters] to a lawyer who was deeply involved in her conservatorship for years. She wants someone independent to take the reins.

Britney argues there are no medical issues or sensitive issues with her children to protect, so there's no reason to keep the hearing secret.

The lawyer says, "... Britney herself is vehemently opposed to this effort by her father to keep her legal struggle hidden away in the closet as a family secret."

The lawyer adds, "Far from being a conspiracy theory or a 'joke' as James [Jamie] reportedly told the media, in large part this scrutiny is a reasonable and even predictable result of James' aggressive use of the sealing procedure over the years to minimize the amount of meaningful information made available to the public."

Along with the legal docs, Britney's lawyers attached an article about the Free Britney movement and stated she's trying to get some personal autonomy back in her life. They say Britney "welcomes and appreciates the informed support of her many fans."

UFC's Glover Teixiera Tests Positive For Coronavirus ... Thiago Santos Fight Postponed

UFC star Glover Teixeira has tested positive for COVID-19 ... and now, his main event fight with Thiago Santos is officially postponed.

Glover and Thiago were supposed to throw down at UFC Fight Night on Sept. 12 -- but Glover's COVID test came back positive on Wednesday, screwing up those plans.

The good news ... Glover's camp says the 40-year-old Brazilian legend is feeling 100%.

UFC is now gunning to re-book the fight for Oct. 3 -- but it would no longer be a 5-round main event, according to ESPN.

Glover and Thiago are two of the best light heavyweights in the world.

UFC has Glover ranked is the #4 light heavyweight contender -- coming off a dominant victory over Anthony Smith back in May.

36-year-old Santos -- the UFC's #2 ranked light heavyweight contender -- last fought against Jon Jones back in July 2019, when he suffered major injuries to both knees in a 5-round loss.

'License to Kill' Host Terry Dubrow Beware Some Doctors ... Smart Ones Know How to Hide Crimes

DEVILISH DOCTORS
TMZ.com

Dr. Terry Dubrow says a truly brilliant doctor isn't always a good thing, because some of them use that genius for evil ... something he's learned in his new TV side gig.

The "Botched" star also hosts "License to Kill," and joined us on "TMZ Live" to issue a sober warning about how some physicians are able to pull off the perfect crime ... going completely undetected.

In fact, the famed plastic surgeon told us about an oncologist who put patients' lives at risk -- all so he could make major bank and live in the lap of luxury. Watch the video, it's a devious plot, to say the least.

Terry says the second season of "License to Kill" is gonna uncover plenty of horrifying cases like that. For instance, this Saturday's premiere on Oxygen follows a NY-based plastic surgeon who falsified his credentials and harmed patients in what should have been routine cosmetic surgeries.

He says the scariest part is oftentimes patients never even know they're being victimized -- which is what makes his medical true crime show not just entertaining, but educational for the public.

The Rock I Got COVID-19 ... So Did My Wife and Kids

OVERCOMIN' COVID-19

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson just shared some sobering family news ... he tested positive for the coronavirus, along with everyone else in his immediate family.

The Rock just announced their positive COVID-19 diagnosis, saying the entire ordeal came as a shock and has been the most challenging thing he's ever been through.

Rock says he, Lauren and their 2 young girls, Tiana and Jasmine are on the other side of the virus and have recovered. He says his children didn't have bad symptoms and were able to bounce back to normal.

Dwayne says his fam's commitment to health and wellness boosted their immune systems, and he believes that's what helped pull them through.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

He also says his ordeal is a cautionary tale, because the family contracted the virus from close family friends. He makes the point that just because you love and trust people, doesn't mean they can't unknowingly expose you to the virus.

Watch the video ... his bottom line is don't let your guard down for a second, and stay disciplined when it comes to quarantining, testing and wearing masks.

Georgia QB Jamie Newman Opts Out of 2020 Season ... Blames COVID Drama

Georgia Bulldogs QB Jamie Newman -- one of the top-ranked QBs in the country -- is opting out of the 2020 college football season ... just 3 weeks before the season opener.

6'4", 230-pound Newman -- a graduate transfer from Wake Forest -- was touted as a Heisman Trophy candidate going into the 2020 season after balling out at WF over the past 2 seasons.

In 2019, he threw for 2,868 yards, 26 TDs and 11 INTs -- while rushing for 574 yards and 6 TDs.

But, with all the drama surrounding COVID, Newman announced Wednesday on social media that he's opting out ... without ever taking a single snap for the Bulldogs.

"With much prayer and discussion with my family I would like to announce that due to the uncertainties of this year amid a global pandemic I will officially opt-out of this football season to prepare for the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft."

Don't worry ... Newman will be fine and so will Georgia -- which has a pretty solid backup plan.

Ex-USC quarterback JT Daniels transferred to Georgia back in May and was granted permission to play in the 2020 season.

So, the presumed plan is plug in Daniels -- who can flat-out ball.

Georgia is scheduled to take on Arkansas on Sept. 26. An interesting twist just weeks before kickoff.

Report: Neymar Tests Positive for COVID-19 ... After Ibiza Yacht Vacation

Neymar -- one of the most famous athletes in the world -- has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 after a holiday in Ibiza.

Neymar's pro soccer club Paris Saint-Germain confirmed Wednesday that 3 members of the team tested positive -- but the organization did not release the names of the players.

However, media outlet L’Équipe and ESPN say sources have confirmed the 28-year-old Brazilian superstar is one of the players who tested positive ... along with his PSG teammates Angel Di Maria and Leo Paredes.

All 3 men were recently spotted out in Ibiza after PSG's August 23 loss to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League final.

PSG has issued a statement on the situation saying, "Three [PSG] players are confirmed positive after a Sars CoV2 test and have undergone the appropriate health protocols."

"All players and staff will continue to be tested over the next few days."

The team has been off since the loss in the finals -- but are scheduled to pick back up on Sept. 10.

Neymar was in hot water last month for breaking COVID protocol when he swapped jerseys with Leipzig defender Marcel Halstenberg following their August 18 game.

Players have been banned from the jersey swap -- and there were fears Neymar would be blocked from competing against Bayern Munich in the final, but he ultimately was allowed to play.

Ezekiel Elliott Cowboys Won't 'Do Anything Dumb' To Get COVID During Season

IT"S ABOUT ACCOUNTABLITY
Dallas Cowboys

Ya won't hear about Ezekiel Elliott and his teammates pulling a Mike Clevinger this season ... 'cause the Dallas Cowboys superstar says his team will not risk getting COVID by doing "anything dumb."

Of course, 25-year-old Zeke was one of many NFLers who actually tested positive for coronavirus this past offseason ... and now that he's back to 100%, he says he's making sure his guys will be conscious of their decisions off the field.

"You don't wanna miss games because you got COVID," Zeke said to reporters on Monday. "So, I mean we all are here to play football. We're not gonna do anything dumb to jeopardize that."

Remember, the NFL will function similar to MLB ... which dealt with multiple COVID outbreaks and some COVID rule-breaking drama when then-Cleveland Indian Clevinger and teammate Zach Plesac broke protocol to party with bros.

Since there won't be a bubble system like the NBA, Zeke says it's on the players to keep each other from making bad decisions.

"So, I mean just staying safe and it's really not about you, it's about the guy next to you. You don't wanna get that guy sick. You don't wanna have him going home to his family and get it. It's more of a accountability thing. Just keeping each other accountable."

The season kicks off September 10 ... stay safe and wear a mask, people. We're close to having pro football!!!

Shocking Video Doc Pulls 4-Foot Snake Out of Woman's Throat!!!

SNAKEY SITUATION

This woman wanted to catch some ZZzz but instead had a SSssslithery nightmare after a 4-foot snake crawled into her throat!!!

The horrifying video was taken in Russia where doctors treated a woman who was rushed to the hospital saying she was not feeling well. She had claimed -- brace yourself -- a snake slithered into her mouth when she fell asleep in her yard. What the hell, Russia???

You can see from the video ... doctors are horrified after pulling the serpent out of her mouth. They're also terrified it's one long-ass snake ... relatively speaking considering it was apparently inside a WOMAN'S THROAT.

It's unclear if the snake was dead or alive at the time of extraction. Also, we can't confirm this vid is totally legit -- either way it's a totally terrifying sight.

The Ministry of Health in Republic of Dagestan is reportedly investigating the video and the chief doctor at the hospital where this allegedly went down said she was unaware of doctors performing the procedure at her facility.

Sounds a little sssssuspect.

Chadwick Boseman His Death Can Help Save Lives ... Colon Cancer Orgs Say

Chadwick Boseman's still playing the hero, because his life story's inspiring people to take action ... in the ongoing fight against colon cancer.

Several leading organizations focused on beating colorectal cancer -- the third leading form of cancer in both men and women in the U.S. -- tell TMZ ... the "Black Panther" star's shocking death instantly brought about a massive increase in awareness, donations, and love for those dealing with it.

Anjee Davis, President of Fight Colorectal Cancer, tells us along with a huge outpouring of grief for the actor, her org got a major boost in social media engagements and support ... which resulted in raising nearly $10,000.

She says the funds will go toward research to seek better treatment options and a cure for colon cancer, but just as important ... she hopes the heightened awareness pushes people to get early screenings, look into their family history of cancer, and be on alert for signs and symptoms.

Likewise for Michael Sapienza, CEO of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, who says Chadwick's death -- at 43, after a 4-year cancer battle -- has already brought on "the most monumental change" to how people view the disease.

Though the Marvel superhero chose to keep his battle shielded from the public, Sapienza's encouraging the public to be more open to discussing colon cancer to shed the stigma ... especially since it's increasingly affecting younger people like Boseman.

Cindy Borassi, Interim President for the Colon Cancer Foundation, also points out the increasing impact on younger Americans, and adds, to make matters worse ... screenings have gone way down due to the pandemic.

She tells us it sometimes takes a "larger-than-life personality" like Boseman to boost outreach, awareness and support, and while it's tragic ... that's what is happening here.

Borassi says donations to the org have increased at least 300 percent since Friday, and she believes his death will result in huge companies like Disney and Marvel joining forces in the effort to eradicate colon cancer.

As we reported ... Chadwick's passing has inspired numerous tributes from friends and fans, and action-figure memorials from kids who love and miss him.

UFC's Daniel Cormier Recovers from Torn Cornea in Miocic Fight ... Won't Need Surgery

Daniel Cormier is a LUCKY man -- because somehow he was able to recover from the torn cornea he suffered in his loss to Stipe Miocic ... and won't need eye surgery.

Cormier's left eye got so badly injured from an accidental finger poke during his August 15 UFC heavyweight title fight ... he couldn't open it during the last 2 rounds.

After the fight, Cormier told Joe Rogan, "I can't see anything out of my left eye. It's black."

But, DC appeared on ESPN's "DC & Helwani Show" on Monday and revealed he's actually healing up nicely.

"Luckily I was able to recover, and I feel better," Cormier said,

"The first week and a half, [the eye] was really bad, it wasn't opening, and it was completely blurry, but now it kind of feels like an eyelash is in it."

"I went and saw the doctor last week, and he told me I'm probably not going to have to have surgery, just kind of rest and recover. And today it feels good, but just feels like something in there, you know when you get an eyelash and can't get it out? It's just right in the corner."

It's great news, considering how bad it looked at the time.

As for his fighting future, Cormier insists he's done competing -- and will now focus on growing his career outside the Octagon.

"Yeah, it's over. And I'm not sad about it," Cormier said.

"I'm going to miss it, I'm going to miss the training camps, I'm going to miss the fights, there's nothing like a fight week, but you have to understand when it's your time. I feel it's time."

Cormier will go down as one of the greatest fighters in UFC history -- with victories over stars like Stipe Miocic, Derrick Lewis, Anderson Silva, Rumble Johnson and more.

Chadwick Boseman S. Carolina Hometown Set to Honor Fallen Marvel Star

Chadwick Boseman's old stomping grounds won't soon be forgetting their hero, because city officials are ramping up to pay tribute to him ... now and later.

Anderson, South Carolina Mayor Terence Roberts' office tells TMZ ... the city where Chadwick grew up will be honoring him this week in a public get-together, but also down the road as well with what we're told will be a massive enshrinement.

As for this week's plans ... a rep for the Mayor says they're hosting a remembrance Thursday at an outdoor amphitheater, where they'll have 3 guest speakers -- including a pastor, a former high school classmate of Chadwick's and the Mayor himself. After that, we're told they'll be putting on a screening of "Black Panther."

Now, we know what you're thinking ... a public gathering at an amphitheater?? In a pandemic??? Yes, but rest assured ... we're told the city is taking all precautions to do this safely, with social distancing and masks in mind. The venue normally has a max capacity of about 10,000 ... we're told they're cutting it down to half. First come, first serve.

Oh, and the place will be adorned with Chadwick-themed artwork from locals, so that'll be neat to see too. At this time, it's a little unclear if any of his immediate family members will join, but some of his extended fam who are still in the area are said to be potential drop-ins.

As for a more long-term tribute to their homegrown star -- who died Friday of colon cancer -- the Mayor's team tells us they're still not settled on a final plan, but they know it'll be a grand, lasting public display.

We're told Anderson is known for its art, and whatever they decide to do might very well fall in line with that. Whatever it is, we're told it'll do Chadwick justice, and honor his life well.

Eli Manning Honors Tom Coughlin's Bday With Cancer Charity Challenge to Ex-Giants

LET'S RAISE SOME MONEY

Eli Manning is celebrating Tom Coughlin's 74th birthday by doing a pretty cool thing ... challenging a bunch of his ex-NY Giants teammates to donate to a cancer charity.

The former NY Giants head coach -- who led the G-Men to two Super Bowl titles -- also runs the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation, which raises money for family's affected by pediatric cancer.

Coughlin named the charity after one of his former players, Jay McGillis, who played for Coughlin at Boston College.

McGillis was diagnosed with Leukemia in 1991, during Tom's first year as head coach. He passed away 8 months later.

Enter Manning, who says Tom's charity is one of the things he's most passionate about in life -- and he's calling on some of his rich teammates to help the cause.

"A great way to celebrate his birthday, the best gift we can give [Coughlin] is bringing attention to the great work he’s been doing for the last 25 years in helping families that are struggling as they deal with a child that has cancer," Manning said.

"So, it's a little challenge to everyone that played on Super Bowl 42 and 46 [or] if you played for Coach Coughlin at any point, let's come together and help the Jay Fund and raise some money."

Obviously, there are some super-rich guys in that group ... from Michael Strahan to Justin Tuck, Amani Toomer -- and Tiki Barber.

No pressure ... but here's hoping they all accept the challenge!

Happy birthday, coach.

Alaskan Anti-Masker Epic Meltdown at Walmart Staff ... 'You Cannot Stop Me!!!'

OUT OF CONTROL
Storyful

An Alaskan who refused to wear a mask at his local Walmart didn't go quietly ... he left the building practically kicking and screaming -- and it's absolutely bonkers.

Check out this guy -- a Texas Longhorns fan, no less -- being escorted out of a Walmart last week in Anchorage, where he tried doing a little shopping without a face covering. That's a big no-no at just about any establishment these days, so the staff asked him to leave.

Just as he was getting near the door, this old fella completely lost it and started screaming in people's faces at the top of his lungs ... with droplets of spit presumably launching in the air.

He starts talking about his rights as a consumer and how they can't refuse his business -- certainly they can -- but then goes on this whole thing about they aren't going to stop him from yelling. A real freedom fighter this one is ... he even squares up a few times to a couple of staffers, one of whom is a woman -- who completely kept her cool. Well done.

One last thing -- before he eventually storms out, he tells the Walmart crew they can get back on their highway to hell ... and to get out of a godly man's face.

Living easy, living free ... season ticket on a one-way ride!!! Damn, now we got it stuck in our heads too.

Coronavirus Anti-Masker Tries 'Serving' Store with Fake DOJ Document

SERVICE DENIED
TikTok / @wittlelizzy

An anti-masker with an attitude refused to leave an Orange County, CA grocery store, saying she was determined to serve the store's manager with a fake Dept. of Justice document, accusing the store of violating the law by requiring masks.

The woman clearly doesn't understand she's not "serving" a document ... rather, she's pushing a phony flyer and other docs she claims are from the DOJ.

The Dept. of Justice has issued several warnings about these fake documents -- some embossed with the DOJ emblem -- which purport to say people with disabilities don't have to wear masks.

Fact is ... the courts have not squarely ruled on whether people with disabilities can enter private stores without masks. In normal times, they might have a case, but given that the coronavirus doesn't overlook anyone, it seems likely a court would rule in favor of public safety.

These fake DOJ cards are floating around the Internet, and various people have tried using them to gain entry to private business without wearing masks. For the most part, store owners aren't buyin' it.
