Evander Kane is accusing his estranged wife of being a husband beater ... claiming the woman has punched him in the face multiple times in past -- and now, the NHL star has obtained a domestic violence temporary restraining order over it all.

It's all spelled out in court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, which show Kane was granted a TRO earlier this month after he alleged Anna Kane had been violent with him in the past.

Evander says in the docs that the physical altercations first began in 2019 -- about a year after they were married -- saying Anna got so upset with him during an argument that she hit him "7-8 times in the face with her fist."

In Oct. 2020, Evander says Anna again struck him in the face after they had an argument while Anna's mother was visiting.

Less than a year later, in April 2021, Evander says his wife exploded on him again ... after she had gone through his phone.

In the docs, the 30-year-old San Jose Sharks player says Anna "started uncontrollably throwing things at me" ... before she punched and slapped him repeatedly in the head and face.

Evander says in July, there was yet another incident of violence ... claiming when he was trying to get away from Anna after an argument in San Jose, she pushed him and also violently tugged on a bag he had thrown over his shoulder.

During that same incident, Evander also says Anna dangerously swung around their baby daughter.

Evander was ultimately granted a temporary restraining order against Anna ... and is now seeking a permanent one against her. A hearing on that matter is scheduled for next month.

As we previously reported, Anna filed for divorce from Evander back on July 16 ... and accused him of being a deadbeat dad who had bet on his own NHL games.

Kim Kardashian did more than just support her former hubby from the audience, she got involved in the action too, wearing a wedding dress!!!

Kanye's performance at Soldier Field in Chicago Thursday night featured plenty of guest appearances -- including some head-scratchers like DaBaby and Marilyn Manson -- but the audience went most crazy when Kim showed up outside the mockup of Kanye's childhood home in the dress.

Kim stepped out in a stunning Balenciaga Couture wedding dress during the song "No Child Left Behind," the final song of the night.

Now, our sources with direct knowledge have told us for weeks the two are NOT back together ... but they're forever family. Kim and Kanye have always supported the other's endeavors and will continue to do that in the future, whether it be a collaborative effort or not.

Our sources say Kim was happy to do it for Kanye and the event, which was so important to him.

By the way, the wedding gown moment came just minutes after Kanye -- or a likely stunt-double -- lit themselves on fire and walked around the house ... talk about a turn of events!

As we reported ... the event in Chicago marks the third "Donda" event, but the official product hasn't dropped yet.

"Zoey 101" star Alexa Nikolas just accused her ex-husband, Michael Milosh, in a new lawsuit of preying on her as a minor, grooming her, sexually assaulting her and manipulating her into marrying him.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Alexa doesn't mince words ... claiming the lawsuit's "about a libertine musician who preyed on the innocence of a minor fan to manipulate and coerce her into succumbing to his repeated sexual assaults of her."

She adds that the Canadian singer-songwriter behind the pop group, Rhye, "utilized his power" and "years of sexual grooming" toward her when she was minor to "manipulate" her into trusting him ... which she claims ultimately led her to marrying him in 2012 when she was only 19.

In docs, Alexa says it all started when she reached out to him on MySpace when she was 16 and filming the TV movie, "Children of the Corn."

Alexa claims she didn't expect a reply but says Milosh replied almost immediately. He was 33 at the time. She claims their communication quickly became sexually explicit.

She claims they finally met in person right after she turned 18 ... when she claims Milosh sexually assaulted her after he "digitally began penetrating [her] in her anus.” She claims she told him to stop but he refused.

Sometime in 2010 or 2011 ... Alexa claims he coerced her into allowing him to record them having sex. She claims Milosh then used this audio throughout his entire album “Jetlag” several years later ... and claims a portion of the audio was used in the song “Don’t Call It” ... where she says she can be heard saying "no" in response to him anally penetrating her.

Alexa claims Milosh eventually convinced her to marry him so he could obtain a green card. They separated in 2016 and before finally getting a divorcing in 2019.

Iggy Azalea is stamping out a rumor that she's banging Tristan Thompson -- going so far as to say she's never met the dude ... not even once.

The Aussie rapper came out to address a report by blogger/YouTuber Tasha K ... who posted a new vlog this past week with the bold claim that Iggy has been sleeping with Tristan -- this amid other reports that Khloe Kardashian apparently wants him back (which she's denied).

Tasha flat out says ... "Does (Khloe) know that Tristan and Miss Iggy are f******?" She didn't elaborate on where she was getting her alleged intel -- but IA herself has shot it down.

She took to Twitter Sunday to deny the rumor ... writing, "Very weird fake news making the rounds about me dating a man I've literally never met a DAY in my life…. Like…. Y'all are really that bored?!?!"

Iggy went to add, "Literally have never even been in the same building as that man. I DO NOT KNOW THAT PERSON" -- this after a Twitter user pointed out it was Tristan whom she was referring to ... and followed up by saying Tasha seems to have made it all up.

The news does, in fact, seem to have come out of nowhere ... before Tasha came out with her so-called tea -- there wasn't even a whiff of this anywhere ... as far as we're concerned.

Yes ... Iggy has dated an NBA player in the past -- namely, Nick Young, who she was engaged to for a while back in the day before they split -- but there's no clear evidence, photos or otherwise, to indicate she or Tristan have ever met or mingled.

Tarek El Moussa's so perturbed about word of his on-set eruption on his "Flip or Flop" costar getting out, he's gone to Herculean lengths to make sure it doesn't happen on his own show ... by eliminating any potential rats.

Production sources tell TMZ ... Tarek's team went to the production company after we posted our story about him flipping out on his ex-wife, Christina Haack, and demanded that any crew member who was working on "Flip or Flop" that day be removed from the staff of his spin-off series, 'Flipping 101.'

We're told Tarek was pissed because he believes someone on that crew leaked the story about him going off on Christina, and the production company -- which produces the show and "Christina on the Coast" -- shifted some workers around to accommodate his demand.

However, a source close to Tarek tells us the crew change request was more about wanting a group that is excited for him and his fiancee, Heather Rae Young ... and one the couple can trust to not leak any upcoming wedding spoilers.

As we told you ... Tarek was accused of yelling at Christina on set last month after she signaled it was time to begin filming, and allegedly it wasn't the first time he'd done this.

A source close to Tarek claimed his anger toward his ex-wife stemmed from her recent admission she smoked toad venom ... and he was concerned about what else she was doing around their kids.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had a lunch date ... the first time we've seen the pair without their kids in a looong time, and another sign they continue to have a very amicable relationship.

The ex-couple grabbed food together Thursday in Malibu with security in tow, and though it appeared they were trying to keep their hang on the DL ... the fact they're hanging at all suggests things are good between them despite being in the middle of a divorce.

Erika Jayne's estranged husband's unloading a bunch of his stuff -- including some of her "collectibles" -- to pay off creditors, but 2 items on the auction block stand out because they're more scandalous ... and a mystery even to Erika!!!

Sources close to "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star tell TMZ ... among Tom Girardi's auction items are 2 separate pieces of lingerie that never belonged to her, and she has no idea what the deal is.

We're told the items in question -- a red "Agent Provocateur" set in size 3, and a medium black lace top -- are both smaller than what Erika wears.

Both items are brand new with the tags and the red lingerie comes with a receipt to Tom, but their inclusion among the auction items has the rumor mill spinning.

Basically, we're told people close to Erika are wondering if these items were intended for her, and if not ... exactly who WERE they meant for?

Tom's law firm -- which was sued for allegedly embezzling funds from families who lost loved ones in the 2018 Lion Air Flight 610 crash in Indonesia -- isn't just auctioning off the mystery lingerie, of course. The auction also features office supplies, artwork, memorabilia and a ton of other stuff to pay legal costs.

"FBoy Island" star Sarah Emig wants Garrett Morosky to save his apology ... at least for now, 'cause she's not in the mood for it after he embarrassed her on the show.

We got Sarah hanging out with her co-star, CJ Franco, Monday outside the Peninsula Hotel in Bev Hills and asked if she was down to give Garrett another shot now that they're both in Los Angeles.

For the record ... Sarah says Garrett has, in fact, reached out to patch things up -- but it's clear she's not ready to hear it. She still has strong feelings about how Garrett left her hanging at the end of the HBO Max show. She says Garrett really did her dirty, and for that reason alone ... she's won't be breaking bread with Garrett.

As we reported ... Garrett showed his true 'FBoy' colors in the finale by choosing the $100k prize over a relationship with Sarah. Now, he told us he's planning to apologize ... but Garrett might wanna watch this clip first.

We can sum up her response to a potential date with Garrett in 2 words: Hell nah!!!

Mama June has split from Geno Doak, the man she was arrested with for crack cocaine possession a couple years back, and she says he's been out of her life for awhile now.

June's breakup news comes on the heels of Geno being sentenced to 16 months in his drug case, and was revealed during a live convo June had with her friend on social media.

During the chat, June's friend said, "Listen, Geno is not in the f***in' picture." June adds that if people want to know what Geno's doing they can check his Instagram, but insists he's "not part of my life, hasn't been."

It's unclear when the now-exes broke up, but we know earlier this year June vowed to win her family back following her arrest with Geno and her struggles with addiction.

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson aren't together again ... even though they've been in each other's company a lot lately.

Despite recent reports that have surfaced claiming the exes are back on again -- and that Khloe is "desperate" to make it work, despite repeated instances of cheating -- sources that are actually plugged into the situation tell TMZ ... all of that is a load of baloney.

We're told Khloe and Tristan are not romantically linked whatsoever ... regardless of recent pics of them side by side with True. Just last week, they took their daughter to a movie, and exited together ... looking like a happy fam.

It's not the first time they've been photographed in close proximity since the split -- remember, they both attended True's dance class earlier this year -- and we're told it won't be the last time either ... as they're committed to presenting a united front for True's sake.

Our sources say Mom and Dad are fully aligned as parents, and want True to see her parents maintaining a healthy relationship -- which apparently means semi-frequent joint outings.

"Pawn Stars" star Rick Harrison is a single man -- something we're assuming very few people besides Rick and his now ex-wife know about, because they pulled off a totally hush-hush divorce.

According to the newly discovered legal docs we obtained, Rick filed for divorce from his wife, Deanna, in Clark County, Nevada on July 1, 2020 ... almost 7 years after their wedding.

The timing is interesting -- filing in the middle of the pandemic, and as George Floyd protests were going down across the country ... probably explains how the divorce flew under the radar.

In the docs, Rick says during the course of their marriage their "tastes, mental dispositions, views, likes, and dislikes have become so divergent that they have become incompatible in marriage" ... and there was no hope for reconciliation as husband and wife.

Deanna initially responded to the divorce filing by asking for alimony, but according to the docs ... the exes reached a settlement agreement in September 2020 finalizing all issues like alimony, support and property division.

Rick and Deanna don't have any minor children together, but Rick tells us "I got 3 great daughters out of it" ... referring to Deanna's children from a previous relationship.

Johnny Depp has addressed the elephant in the room -- which is that he's seen as a pariah in Hollywood now ... something that isn't lost on him, and which he seems to think is BS.

The embattled actor sat for an interview with the Sunday Times -- to promote his new movie, "Minamata" -- and he opened up about what he perceives as a de facto ousting from the biz, while also vowing to shed more light on the "truth" and thanking fans for sticking with him.

Johnny is quoted as saying that he feels like those who got on board late for his latest flick owe the real-life Japanese mercury poison survivors on which it's based fairness in its release -- the film's only being released in the UK, for now. A U.S. release date hasn't been set.

The distributors, MGM, have been accused of shelving it over JD's legal issues -- an alleged reaction to which Depp says ... "And for anything ... for Hollywood’s boycott of me? One man, one actor in an unpleasant and messy situation, over the last number of years?"

On that topic, he goes on to say that he's "moving towards where I need to go to make all that … to bring things to light." Sounds like he's talking about his acrimonious case against Amber Heard here in the U.S. -- the one he still has a fighting chance to win (maybe).

Remember ... he already lost a libel case over his tumultuous relationship with Heard across the pond somewhat recently, when he sued The Sun over a headline they ran that called him a "wife beater" -- something a judge there found to be true in a ruling against him.

Depp lost (again) in an appeal in that case ... and the book is closed there. The legal battle wages on, though, here at home as he continues to press the issue in a U.S. court -- going after Amber herself for outright defamation. She, in turn, has countersued him ... for a lot.

With that said, Johnny made sure to shoutout his loyal fans in this interview ... because he says they're the ones who are on the right side of history, calling them his true "employers." He adds, "I'm proud of these people, because of what they are trying to say, which is the truth. The truth they're trying to get out since it doesn't in more mainstream publications."

"FBoy Island" star, or more accurately villain, Garrett Morosky says he's working on an apology for Sarah Emig ... and they're even talking about going on a date to hash things out.

We got Garrett and his fellow so-called "FBoy" Casey Johnson at Alfred Coffee on Melrose and asked Garrett if he's talked to Sarah since the dating reality show's shocking finale. If you're just starting to watch the HBO Max hit, this is where we scream ... SPOILER ALERT!!!

But, if you've seen it already, you know Garrett showed his stripes during the climax when he revealed he preferred a $100k prize over a relationship with Sarah.

Surprisingly, Garrett says the lines of communication between Sarah and him are very much open -- and they even crossed paths this week at a party in Los Angeles.

Garrett hints at a forthcoming apology, and seems to think he still has a shot at getting Sarah out on a date ... telling us he wants to get some alone time with her so he can explain himself. Translation: Once an f-boy, always an f-boy!

If you watched the show you know, the guys just looking to bang chicks were mixed in with genuine nice guys ... and the women had the unenviable task of figuring out who was who.

Garrett shocked Sarah by choosing the money, but producers got the last laugh by telling him the cash would go to a charity of Sarah's choosing.

He says it ended up benefitting an anti-human trafficking org -- and he also revealed being outed as a "FBoy" is NOT doing wonders for his dating life.

Some might call all that a win win.

Yet, somehow, Garrett's still got a chance to get the girl ... or, at least, that's what he wants us to believe.

Alex Rodriguez got back on the horse after being bucked off by his former fiancee ... and judging from the video, he hasn't lost his moves ... even though they're dad moves!!!

A-Rod was partying with a few women Friday night at Omnia nightclub in Vegas. He was there super late -- into the wee hours of Saturday, dancing with them, though he seemed to have his sights set on the blonde woman.

Eyewitnesses say he genuinely seemed to be having a great time ... chatting with 3 women in particular.

We're told his breakup with J Lo was rough on him, especially after finding out she and Ben Affleck had been texting up a storm as early as February, a couple months before they broke off their engagement.

As for J Lo ... she's clearly got A-Rod in her rearview ... she's already looking at mega-estates with Ben.

Kelly Clarkson will be responsible for the majority of her kids' private school costs, but her money won't be tied up in Montana, thanks to a new ruling from the judge in her divorce.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kelly will still pay Brandon Blackstock $150k per month in spousal support while the divorce case is pending -- plus an extra $45k/month or so for child support -- but he's responsible for payments on the ranch they bought in Montana.

The judge notes that the ranch expenses run around $81,000 a month -- from taxes to the mortgage and insurance, etc. -- and ordered that Brandon will carry that burden. He's the one living there, and using it as a primary residence.

Other big picture stuff -- the court laid out who brought home the majority of the bacon ... it's Kelly. The judge found Kelly had monthly income north of $1.5 mil -- and Brandon's was drastically less at about $10k per month.

There's also the issue of kid costs -- especially when it comes to school stuff. Sounds like Kelly's going to bear the brunt of the load there ... covering 70% of private school tuition and related expenses.
