David Eason and Jenelle Evans In-Law Locked My Kid In A Bedroom!!! ... Calls 911

Published

David Eason made a 911 call claiming his mother-in-law locked his 2-year-old daughter in a bedroom and couldn't get the door open ... and he asked dispatch to also get child services involved.

According to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ ... David says Jenelle Evans' mother, Barbara, locked their little girl, Ensley, in a room so she could take a shower. David claims Barbara was unable to get the door open and Ensley was freaking out.

David was not at Barbara's home when he made the call ... but says Jenelle's 9-year-old son, Jace, is the one who told him what happened when Ensley was locked in. Jace also lives with Barbara.

David also asks the dispatch operator to file a report with child protective services ... but the operator says David needed to do that independently. We don't know if he followed through and called CPS.

A source tells us Barbara was eventually able to get Ensley out on her own.

As we've reported ... David and Jenelle lost custody of her 3 kids after he shot and killed the family dog, and Barbara is looking after 2 of them.

911 CALL

In another recent 911 call obtained by TMZ ... Jenelle asked police to conduct a welfare check at Barbara's home. Jenelle says she had called Barbara to check on her kids and heard lots of screaming and yelling in the background. She says Barbara hung up and wouldn't answer her calls.

No shortage of drama in this family.

Jenelle Evans My Kids Aren't Safe With My Mom ... As Long As My Brother's Around

Published | Updated

Jenelle Evans believes her kids are at great risk while under the care of her mother, Barbara, and it's all because of Evans' erratic brother, Colin, who has a lengthy history with the cops.

Police records -- obtained by TMZ -- show police have had at least 8 interactions with Colin since February. Colin has called to report stalkers at his home, possible break-ins, trespassers and made claims someone was putting chemicals in his water. He has even listed David as a possible suspect in the reports ... though no evidence seemed to support David's involvement.

SQUARING OFF

There's also a report of a woman who claims Colin approached her and claimed she was taking photos of him and his house ... the woman was only taking photos in the woods. Police advised Colin to leave people alone.

Police have also responded to Barbara's home several times over the last few months ... including a disturbance call where a family member had thrown items in the home and issued threats.

Our sources say David and Jenelle will stop at nothing to get their kids back, and believe the dangers of being with Barbara and possibly around Colin are much greater than anything they'd face at home.

David and Jenelle are due back in court Monday for more custody hearings ... we're told David is expected to give testimony for the first time.

Jenelle Evans Reunites with Kids for Kaiser's bday ... Brings David Along Too

Published | Updated

Jenelle Evans and her two of her baby daddies put their differences aside this weekend for the sake of their kids -- reuniting the whole gang for young Kaiser's birthday.

The ex-'Teen Mom' star and her hubby, David Eason, joined Nathan Griffin at his mother's house, where they threw Kaiser a 5th birthday party. Jenelle's mom, Barbara, brought 2-year-old Ensley (Jenelle and David's daughter) as well as 9-year-old Jace (Jenelle's other son from a previous relationship) to the shindig for a pool-themed bash.

According to reports, the party was an unsupervised visit on the part of Jenelle and David -- who temporarily lost custody of all their kids after David killed the family dog

It's unclear if getting together like this without a third party monitoring breaks the court ordered parameters of the troubled parents' time with their kids ... but it seems things went off without much drama, which is good considering David and Nate's rocky past.

Jenelle posted a bunch of photos of the party, and captioned it by writing ... "Can’t believe you are 5 already! You might be getting older but you’re still my baby."

Jenelle and David were back in court last week, presumably to petition the judge to let them have the kids back in their custody ... but it also likely served as a chance to see them face-to-face. The couple has agreed to a number of conditions to get the children back.

Looks like they've chosen to override the court when it suits everyone involved. Congrats?

The Game The Documentary ... Of My Son's Epic 16th Bday Party!!!

Published | Updated

The Game went all out for his oldest kid's 16th birthday -- and he captured A LOT of it on film so it wouldn't soon be forgotten. No issues there ... we gotchu, man.

The L.A.-bred MC put together a sweet 16 of sorts Saturday night for his son, Harlem Taylor, who was hitting the big 1-6. Papa pulled out all the stops for this one ... hiring multiple rappers to perform, and inviting what seemed like the whole damn school to slide through.

Among those who took the stage -- Trippie Redd, Blueface and Tee Grizzley. No word if Game himself grabbed the mic at one point ... looks like he was busy working camera duty.

Harlem even got gifted a sweet ride by the end of the night -- a brand new Beamer, which he posed by as his guests looked on and admired it. Not bad for a 16-year-old.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The Game wrote his son a sweet birthday tribute Sunday as well, describing how he navigated fatherhood by saying ... "I let love be my guide & dove in head first learning more & more about parenting along the way."

Game went on to shout-out his son for being a guiding light in his life, writing ... "Catch every tear, trace every step, listen as well as learn, love whole heartedly & never stop loving you... not even for a split second is how I parent. You are everything to me boy & I hope that I’ve truly made you happy on your birthday son. God knows I gave it my all - Dad"

Happy birthday, Harlem!

Colorado Baseball Brawl Cops Nail Even More People ... Including Teenager

THE DISTURBING FOOTAGE

Colorado police have busted even more people in that wild youth baseball brawl ... saying they've now hit 12 TOTAL people with disorderly conduct citations -- including a 16-year-old kid.

Cops had initially cited just 5 people in the June 15 melee -- but after more than a week of investigating and reviewing some pretty clear brawl footage, officials have identified at least 7 more people involved in the fracas.

Among the accused, cops say there was a 55-year-old man, a 47-year-old man, three women (27, 30 and 30) and a 16-year-old juvenile. Most of the men are in their 20s.

As we previously reported, several parents got into an argument over the rules during a championship game involving 7-year-old players in Lakewood -- when suddenly a pregnant woman came out of the stands brandishing a baseball bat.

When a man tried to rip the weapon away from her ... all hell broke loose -- and HUGE fight ensued.

For their part, the Bear Creek Junior Sports Association issued a statement apologizing for the incident, saying, "BCJSA has ZERO tolerance for this type of behavior....PERIOD."

"We are embarassed, ashamed and angry that this has taken place. As of now, the Jeffco Co-Op has ended the season for both teams involved and all BC coaches and parents identified participating in the incident are being removed indefinitely."

FAMILY BONDING DAY
UPDATE

9:10 AM PT -- Nathan just left the courthouse ... and we asked if his relationship with David has improved at all since their parking lot showdown a couple weeks back. It's clear, nothing much has changed ... though Nathan says he's only tried to show love.

Nathan Griffith
KILL 'EM WITH KINDNESS

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are under the same roof as their kids again -- but just for a visit, and WITH a court-ordered monitor watching like a hawk.

Jenelle and David showed up to court again Thursday in Whiteville, North Carolina to enjoy a reunion with 9-year-old Jace, 2-year-old Ensley and David's 11-year-old daughter, Maryssa, from a previous relationship.

HEADING INTO COURT

Jenelle's mom, Barbara, arrived with the kids -- separately from David and Jenelle -- and headed inside the courthouse moments before their parents. We know what you're thinking ... where's Kaiser? He showed up later, and so did his dad, Nathan Griffith.

This is the first time Jenelle and David have seen their kids since Barbara brought them back on June 4. For those counting, that's 23 days.

You'll recall that last time was none too pleasant for Jenelle and Barbara ... who got into a nasty little exchange in front of our camera guy. Accusations were made from both sides but it seems they've let bygones be bygones ... for now. The reunion comes on the heels of Tuesday's hearing.

SQUARING OFF

As you know ... all of Jenelle's kids were removed after a judge decided there were serious issues -- not the least of which being David killing the family dog -- that put the kids at risk.

Jenelle and David have been working with the judge to regain custody.

Prince William I'd Be Fine with My Kids Being Gay ... But I'd Be Nervous Too

Published | Updated

Prince William says he would be totally okay if any of his children are gay -- but at the same time ... he says he'd be somewhat concerned as well.

The Duke of Cambridge addressed the topic Wednesday while visiting the Albert Kennedy Trust in London -- where he was discussing a range of issues that affect LGBTQ youth. During the convo, someone asked Will how he would feel if any of his 3 kids ever came out?

Check out his answer ... it's interesting.

Wills makes it clear he'd fully support Charlotte, George or Louis if they came out publicly, saying, it's "absolutely fine by me." However, he adds that he'd also be "nervous" for them and what they'd have to potentially deal with as a Royal -- barriers, discrimination, persecution, hate, etc.

Still, all in all ... he'd have their backs.

The root of his concerns, however -- the fact his family, steeped in tradition and custom, is in a different position than most of their countrymen. While others coming out might be widely embraced when they come out ... the spotlight's much bigger for Royal family members.

The upside is Wills' comments could do a lot to push the needle forward for LGBTQ youth in the United Kingdom.

Wendy Williams Son Pleads Not Guilty ... Case Likely to be Resolved

Published | Updated

10:46 AM PT -- Kevin Jr.'s attorney, Ray Hamlin, tells TMZ he expects the case will be fully resolved. Hamlin says Kevin Sr. is not interested in bringing charges against his son. What's more, there's a state-wide conditional dismissal program Kevin Jr. can qualify for -- available to those without a prior criminal record -- to completely clear his name as long as he stays out of trouble.

8:30 AM PT -- Wendy and Kevin Sr. were in a car outside the courthouse. We're told they were advised it was unnecessary for them to go inside because the case was continued.

7:40 AM PT -- Kevin Jr. showed up in court and there was a change of plans, because neither of his parents showed up. He entered a not guilty plea ... and the prosecutor asked for more time so he'd have more time to review the case.

The prosecutor said he wanted to "review factors in the case" and said he thought the case would be resolved at the next hearing. That screams plea bargain or outright dismissal of charges. As you know, Kevin Sr. has said he did not want to press charges.

Wendy Williams will be right behind her son Tuesday in court when he enters a plea in his assault case, and it looks like the incident that got him arrested may have significantly reduced tensions between Wendy and her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Sources connected to Wendy tell us, she along with estranged husband Kevin Hunter, will present a united front, supporting their 18-year-old son ... who allegedly punched his dad in the nose during a heated argument.

It seems the incident last month may have actually eased tensions between Wendy and Kevin. We're told the divorce is going forward for sure -- this after Wendy learned Kevin father a baby with his mistress -- but we're told she believes it doesn't cancel out their 28-year relationship. Wendy told a friend, "There's still love between us, regardless of the divorce," adding they are still friends.

Our sources say Wendy does not want to create a spectacle in the New Jersey courtroom. She will say nothing in court ... she's only there to support her son, as is Kevin.

Kevin Sr. does not want to press charges, but because it's a domestic incident prosecutors often press on regardless.

Short story ... Wendy is saying she and Kevin Hunter Sr. will "work through this" and will maintain a relationship grounded in friendship, in no small part for the benefit of their son.

Jenelle Evans & David Eason Time to See the Kids ... Family Back in Court

Published

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are back in court, hoping to regain custody of their kids ... but most likely just getting an opportunity to see them face to face.

The troubled couple walked quietly into the courthouse Tuesday morning in Whiteville, North Carolina, where there's been no shortage of tense moments in recent weeks. As you know, all of Jenelle's kids -- 9-year-old Jace, 4-year-old Kaiser and 2-year-old Ensley -- were removed after a judge decided the couple's issues -- especially David killing the family dog -- put the kids at risk.

While Jenelle has said she's sticking with David no matter what ... they've agreed to attend counseling in hopes of getting back their children. Still, the drama's continued even at these court-monitored visits with the kids.

SQUARING OFF

You'll recall, Jenelle got into a nasty little exchange with her mom, Barbara, earlier this month outside the courthouse. Jenelle said her own mom has blocked her number. Barbara insinuated the only reason Jenelle was hugging her daughter, Ensley, was for the cameras.

Then, there's Jenelle's ex, Nathan Griffith. You might recall Jenelle and David confronted Nathan, who was talking to our guy. David flipped them off. Nathan tried to make things right with them but to no avail.

Cindy Crawford Like Mother, Like Daughter .... Model Behavior in Miami

Published | Updated

Cindy Crawford's daughter, Kaia Gerber, truly got it from her mama -- which couldn't have been more clear than in these matching vacay views.

The supermodel is vacationing with her hubby, Rande Gerber, and their kid right now down in Miami, where mom and her little girl (who's 17, BTW) wore similar swimwear ... black bikini tops, revealing their great figures and spectacular family genes.

Like her ma, Kaia is also a well-established model in her own right. She's done campaigns for Chanel, Prada, Jimmy Choo, Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs, among others. Definitely following in her parent's footsteps ... no question about that.

Just to drive the point home, check out the position they were both in at one point while relaxing by a pool. Interestingly, Cindy and Kaia both seemed to be a bit distracted as they laid out -- making it that much more obvious ... Kaia's a chip off the old block.

Considering how incredible Cindy still looks at age 53, ya know Kaia's gotta like her chances at a long and prolific career. Not too many mother-daughter combos that can do it like this.

John Ratzenberger 'Toy Story' Films Toughen Kids Up ... Not So Bad When Grandpa Dies!!!

Published

John Ratzenberger -- the voice of Hamm in the 'Toy Story' franchise -- says there's an upside parents don't think about when it comes to all the heartbreaking scenes in the films.

The actor -- also known as Cliff Clavin on "Cheers" before his days as a talking piggy bank -- joined "TMZ Live" Friday to talk about the newly released "Toy Story 4" ... and he answered a serious question in an unexpected and hilarious way.

Damn, John!!!

He makes a good point, though -- sadness is part of life, so maybe it's best to have children learn to work through it before an inevitable death of a grandparent.

Parents who aren't so sure can take solace, though ... Ratzenberger says the 4th installment isn't that sad.

John also reveals how director Josh Cooley was able to keep Don Rickles in the latest movie as the voice of Mr. Potato Head despite Don's passing in 2017. Pretty cool stuff.

"Toy Story 4" is out everywhere, and is on pace to rake in about $140 million for the weekend. Nothing sad about that, especially for Disney.

Kobe Bryant My Wife Gave Birth to Baby Girl ... Middle Name 'Kobe!'

Published

Kobe Bryant has a new lady in the family -- his wife, Vanessa, gave birth to daughter #4 ... and her middle name is "Kobe."

"So thankful for our newest baby blessing," Vanessa said in a statement ... "Capri Kobe Bryant."

Yes! Baby Mamba has a Mamba middle name!!!

40-year-old Kobe also spoke out ... saying, "We are beyond excited that our baby girl 'Koko' has arrived #BryantBunch #4princesses #blessed."

Capri Kobe Bryant joins 3 older sisters ... Natalia (16 years old), Gianna (13 years old) and Bianka (2 years old).

Congrats!

Kobe isn't the first NBA star to give his name to a baby girl -- Iman Shumpert named his daughter Iman Jr. when she was born back in 2015.

Also, Serena Williams named her baby daughter Alexis after her husband Alexis Ohanian, one of the founders of Reddit.

Kandi Burruss' Hubby Taking My Daughter to the Strip Club ... Brings Us Closer Together!!!

Published

'Real Housewives' fans chewed out Kandi Burruss' husband for bringing his adult daughter to a strip club to celebrate her birthday, but hear him out ... he has an interesting defense.

'RHOA' star Todd Tucker says he has ZERO regrets about taking 23-year-old Kaela to see some T&A up close for her big day -- despite the fact he was getting dragged over it on social media after posting a video of the, umm ... unique father-daughter outing.

Don't worry ... ya don't see anything too raunchy here, and it looks like his kid isn't even looking at the dancer's booty in this shot. Still, it caused quite a fuss in the Insta-verse.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

We asked Todd why he thinks it was appropriate to bring his daughter to such a sexually-charged environment and he tells us quite simply ... it makes for great bonding.

Check out his answer ... Todd says more parents should follow his lead, and if they did, they'd have better relationships with their kids. The way he sees it, smacking "a couple of booties" with your kid could be the best way to maintain close ties, especially as they get older.

Todd also says this kinda family outing is in his genes!!! Really. You gotta hear what his mom did for him.

Maybe he's on to something, here ... but probably not.

Kimora Lee Simmons Not Keeping Our Kid from Djimon ... He's Just Absent!!!

Published | Updated

Kimora Lee Simmons isn't keeping her son with Djimon Hounsou away from him, and definitely didn't ruin his Father's Day either -- it's all his own doing ... at least that's what people close to her are claiming.

Sources closely tied to Kimora say Djimon's recent griping that he wasn't able to see his son, Kenzo, for the holiday -- and suggesting it was Kimora's fault -- is completely backward ... 'cause he had every opportunity to make plans, but simply didn't.

061719_djimon_hounsou_kal
FATHER'S DAY BLUES

You'll recall ... Djimon told a pap this week that he'd gotten screwed out of seeing -- let alone being able to talk to -- his son, and seemed to be pointing the finger at his baby mama.

We're told Sunday's missed opportunity to get together with the kid is just the latest in what we're told has become common in their relationship ... that Djimon allegedly doesn't go out of his way to make plans.

Our sources -- who are directly knowledgeable about this -- tell us Kimora has an open door policy when it comes to visitation. We're told she encourages the whole fam coming together as often as possible -- holidays, birthdays, etc. -- but Djimon hardly ever takes her up on it.

We've also been pointed to a lack of fresh Kenzo pics on Djimon's social media accounts, which seems to back up his Father's Day post. He put up a pic of him and Kenzo, but it appeared to be a throwback shot of the two of them together.

We're told the reason for that is simple ... Djimon doesn't hang out with him enough to post newer pics, which he has no one else to blame for but himself.

Our sources says Djimon doesn't seem himself lately, and that it's starting to play out in public.

Youth Baseball Brawl Full Video Shows Kids Running Scared ... Parents with Bats

Published | Updated

TMZ Sports has obtained the full, unedited video of that terrifying brawl at a youth baseball game in Colorado ... and it's even worse than we thought.

The person who shot the June 15 footage at Westgate Elementary School in Lakewood tells us the violence began when a woman walked onto the field brandishing a baseball bat as a weapon ... and a male parent tried to take it away from her.

During the struggle over the bat (captured on video), some parents began attacking the man, beating him down to the ground.

The violence continued for several minutes while little kids -- terrified -- tried to run off the field for safety.

The parents continued to attack each other ... while scared parents in the stands begged the combatants to stand down.

At one point, the woman recording the brawl begins to pray to Jesus to send angels down from the heavens to stop the violence.

Eventually, the fighting stops -- but the arguing continues -- with parents from both teams screaming at each other to leave the field.

061919_baseball_fight_subV2__kal
THE ARGUING CONTINUES

Other parents are shouting that the police have been called ... but it doesn't seem to scare anyone.

You can see other parents pacing around the field holding bats while they wait for cops to arrive.

Eventually, police did show up and issue citations to multiple people. They're still on the hunt for the man who threw a violent sucker punch to an unsuspecting parent, sending him down to the ground.

We're told from witnesses that the whole thing exploded from a dispute over the rules.

Long story short, one team showed up with 13 players -- the other with 8 ... and parents were unhappy with how the game was playing out.

Arguments broke out in the stands and, eventually, parents asked the 13-year-old umpire to put a stop to foul language being thrown around. It was NOT over a bad call by the ump.

But, things only got more heated from there ... and we're told when the woman walked onto the field with the bat, all hell broke loose.

Cops say between 15 and 20 adults were involved in the incident.

The Lakewood Police Dept. is especially upset at the dude in the white shirt and teal shorts who blindsided a man with a pretty violent shot to the head.

Cops say several people have already been cited in this fight for disorderly conduct and fighting in public -- but they're clearly not done yet.

Officials also say at least one of the injuries is being classified as "serious."

So far, it doesn't appear any children were injured in the fight.

R. Kelly Paid in Full on Child Support Dues ... So Says His Lawyer

Published

R. Kelly once again wiped the slate clean when it comes to back child support ... 'cause he's all paid up until the next round ... according to his attorney.

Steven Greenberg says his client forked over the delinquent $32k in child support and interest that ex-wife Drea Kelly was demanding. Greenberg tells us the cash covers everything owed up to this point, and R. Kelly "doesn't owe one more single solitary cent" ... at least 'til next month's $21k child support payment is due.

As for how exactly R. Kelly's coming up with this kind of dough right when he needs it -- when just a few months ago it seemed he was struggling -- Greenberg tells us he assumes the singer's rolling in the royalties, although he notes he's not certain about that.

We know R. Kelly's been working some gigs here and there for income, but it doesn't seem he's been hitting the road much since his paid appearance in April. His crisis manager, Darrell Johnson, says they're working to secure more work in the near future.

The royalties thing could make sense -- R. Kelly's music streams have seen a spike since he's been corralled back into the spotlight. Presumably, those are paying off for him now.

Either way, Greenberg tells us that there shouldn't be any more significant issues with R. Kelly's child support payments going forward. He says he can't guarantee they'll always be made right on the dot, but they'll get to Drea without major hiccups as his criminal case proceeds.

We've reached out to Drea to confirm the $32k that Greenberg says has been paid ... so far, no word back.
