Not all storage unit auctions turn into huge scores of priceless treasure ... case in point -- Daniel Baldwin's old unit scooped up by one of the "Storage Wars" stars.

Rene Nezhoda, one of the stars of the A&E series, recently bought a repoed storage unit belonging to the actor and Baldwin brother for $1,100. So, what did he find inside??? A bunch of model train stuff.

There were boxes of other items too, but according to Rene, most of that stuff is worthless junk ... including old clothes, CDs, movie scripts, stereo gear and Christmas decorations.

The good news -- Rene estimates the model trains, tracks and related equipment is worth as much as $2,500 ... so he thinks he can break even by doing some work and hawking it.

Still, he's less than thrilled with the Baldwin buy, and when you compare it to his recent discovery of Kobe Bryant treasures -- or even his 'Dude Perfect' score last year ... it's easy to understand.

As for how Daniel's storage unit came up for grabs ... we're told it's from 2009 and he must have stopped paying the bill, because he racked up $40k in fees to the facility. Sounds like he just forgot about it.

Kanye West has a new vision for what record deals oughta look like in the music industry -- and his guidelines are heavily in favor of the artist and making them money.

Ye tweeted several pillars that we guess would be in his own terms and conditions as a record label exec -- except, this is what he believes the biz as a whole should adopt STAT ... so artists can stop getting screwed and have an equitable share in the product they put out.

For starters, Kanye says the artists would automatically own the copyright to the songs and recordings they churn out for a label in his ideal world, and that they'd lease them to companies for a maximum period of time of just one year.

He also says the record label/publisher would NOT get the lion's share of any profits during that one year ... Ye thinks it should be split 80/20 in the artist's favor.

There's more. Kanye also thinks artists shouldn't need anyone repping them as they navigate their own deals -- as he feels if you're working in music, you should understand it from top to bottom, with no help. He also wants contracts to be written in plain English, not lawyer talk. He says lawyers are supposed to make things easier ... not convolute the process.

He goes on to say that artists deserve equity in the companies they partner with, and their songs and licenses should serve as stock in a way. Kanye also wants portals for artists to become a one-stop shop for all things royalties, deals, assets, songs, etc.

Fetty Wap's gonna have to figure out life in the single lane during a pandemic ... 'cause the rapper's officially divorced.

Fetty and Leandra Gonzalez agreed to a divorce settlement and the judge signed off on it on September 4 to make it official ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The rapper and Leandra got married August 3, 2019 ... so their marriage survived a little over a year. They had no kids and the terms of their settlement are under wraps.

Leandra, who filed for divorce in March, alleged in legal docs Fetty was a booze-hound and abusive cheater. She claimed Fetty was physically abusive less than a month after getting married in Toronto. She also alleges Fetty cheated on her multiple times with several women ... including going on a trip to the Bahamas on New Year's Eve with another woman. Fetty denied all of the allegations.

Either way ... they can finally put their divorce drama behind them.

Travis Barker is parting ways with a beloved Cadillac -- one of the best ever built --  but fear not because his new ride is top of the line.

The Blink-182 drummer put his 1964 Cadillac Coupe DeVille on the auction block ... hoping to fetch $25,000 minimum. The folks over at Bring A Trailer are handling the auction that's set to end next week.

This is the same Caddy Travis drove back and forth while he was part of the rock supergroup The Transplants ... as it worked on its first album. He was also cruising in the car while working on Blink-182's self-titled album.

Travis has been down this road before. Earlier this year, he put a fleet of Cadillacs on the auction block. As you can see from Travis' massive tattoo on his rib cage ... he's a huge fan of Caddys. That particular tat took 12 hours to create. His other Cadillac tattoo is an emblem on his chest.

And, when he bought his pops a car it was a ... you guessed it ... a Cadillac.

TMZ Sports has learned Patrick Mahomes' new star teammate just copped some ice after his first-ever monster game in the pros ... and the jewelry is INSANE!!

We're told the running back -- who rushed for 138 yards and a TD in the Chiefs' opening game last week -- hit up Leo Frost to make FIVE pieces ... and the celeb jeweler didn't disappoint.

The bling features the word "Glyde" -- a play on Clyde's "The Glyde" nickname -- as well as his former LSU jersey #22.

We're told each pendant is decked out in 18 carats of VVS diamonds ... plus Clyde's drip includes a bracelet and a Cuban link chain that also have "Glyde" on the locking clasps.

Unclear how much Clyde paid for the pieces ... but we're told the RB is spreading the pendants out to some of his closest family members and friends.

Lil Baby's going to war with the baby mama of his 5-year-old son, and it's gone beyond social media squabbles ... they've now taken it to court.

Here's what's up -- the rapper has been going back and forth with Ayesha Howard for weeks after she accused him of failing to pay for their son Jason's schooling, which she says resulted in the boy being kicked out.

Ayesha then filed legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- seeking a declaration of paternity and child support from Lil Baby, claiming he has a net worth in excess of $4 million ... which includes money he makes on various endorsement deals. She says one of these deals involves the use of a photo of their son.

She also claims Lil Baby owns at least 7 luxury vehicles, including 2, million-dollar Lamborghinis. By contrast, Ayesha claims she makes less than $25k per year.

In response ... the rapper fired back with legal docs of his own, claiming he already covers "all expenses for the care, support and maintenance" of their son, along with providing regular support payments.

On top of that, Lil Baby wants the court to grant joint legal custody of Jason ... and he's seeking primary physical custody.

Ayesha claims Lil Baby has never sought primary custody before, and alleges it was done "in a retaliatory fashion and in an attempt to punish, harass, threaten and intimidate."

Atlanta Falcons star Calvin Ridley will be reppin' his new baby daughter everywhere he goes ... courtesy of a brand new diamond chain!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 25-year-old former Alabama receiver wanted to do something WAY better than a picture in the wallet to show off his daughter, so he hit up Al the Jeweler of Labelle Jewelry in NJ to come up with the special piece.

The final product is a massive charm featuring Cree Michelle's name and birthday -- 06-27-2020 -- sitting on an NFL logo.

Dr. Dre's estranged wife says he secretly transferred valuable assets to himself after they split -- in particular his stage name and "The Chronic" -- but sources connected to Dre call her claim "ridiculous" and an attempt to embarrass him into submission.

Nicole Young just filed legal docs claiming the mogul created a solely-owned, brand new holding company and transferred into it what she claims is joint property -- trademarks for "Dr. Dre" and "The Chronic." Nicole says it's a blatant attempt to hide assets that are community property."

Sources connected to Dre tell TMZ, "They were married in 1996. Chronic came out in '92 and Dr. Dre used his name since the 80's, so it's all his and his alone."

According to Nicole's legal docs, she says Dre transferred the trademarks after he allegedly kicked her out of their home and before he threatened on June 27, 2020 to divorce her. Nicole beat him to the punch ... filing for divorce just 2 days later.

Nicole calls Dre's move an "epic failure and reveals the true nature of his character, or lack thereof.” Nicole says the Dre trademark was first filed in 1997 -- when they were already married.

Our Dre sources fire back, "It's the act of a desperate woman who finally realized that the iron-clad prenup she signed doesn't win her the lottery." As we reported, they had a prenup, which Nicole says she signed under duress. She also says he ripped it up several years into the marriage. He strongly denies he ever ripped it up.

Nicole also claims she was the victim of physical, emotional and financial abuse during their marriage. She does not outline specific instances of abuse. Our Dre sources say to that ... "In their 26 years together, there has never been any hint or claim of threatened or actual physical violence and the insinuation is an insult to actual victims of domestic abuse." A Dre source adds there was one incident of violence 30 years ago -- not involving Nicole -- and Dre copped to it and "paid the price for it."

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are getting out of the Manhattan real estate market ... they just put their super-expensive condo on the market.

The singer and actress are looking for $5.9 million. Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... they listed it because, simply put, they just don't use it. The pad's got 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2,907 square feet of living space. It also has an awesome 1,500-square-foot deck.

The rather small luxury building was built in 2015 ... with only 11 units on 8 floors. It's got a 24-hour doorman ... something lots of high-end buildings have. The condo is pretty dramatic ... you step out of the private elevator into a jaw-dropping, 49-foot loft-like living space.

The Patagonia clothing brand taking a political stand is nothing new ... but the tags in its organic shorts are, and the message they're pushing is change.

The company is now confirming it's indeed putting a tag that reads, "VOTE THE ASSHOLES OUT" in some of its clothing. A pic of the tag spread like wildfire on Twitter last week, but no one knew if it was legit.

Brad Wieners, the company's director of copy, says ... "With an assist fm @BallotReady we've got a widget to help folks folo thru on that advice, too" followed by a link directing consumers to its website calling for Americans to vote climate deniers out of office.

Hmmm ... think they might be referring to President Trump?

You'll recall the current occupant of the White House most recently laughed off climate change during a wildfires briefing with California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Patagonia -- which closes its stores on Election Day -- and the Trump administration have been at odds for some time now. The company sued the administration in 2017 to protect national monuments. The company also donated the money it got from tax cuts to environmental groups.

Janelle Pierzina didn't last long on this season of 'Big Brother,' but boy did she cash in -- selling a necklace she wore on the show for a small fortune, before putting that dough to good use.

The "Big Brother All-Stars" contestant wore a gold-plated "Janelle" necklace this season, and while she was the third houseguest voted out ... that necklace is now a sweet silver lining.

Janelle decided to sell it on eBay ... and it went for a whopping $18,300!!!

But, get this, Janelle -- who made the top 3 on "Big Brother 7 All-Stars" in 2006 -- decided to donate the entire proceeds to Give Kids The World Village ... an 84-acre village in Central Florida that offers weeklong vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families.

Carole Baskin says she's totally on board with the commercial seeking to find Don Lewis ... even though her missing husband's fam thinks she might have something to do with his disappearance.

We got Carole leaving rehearsals Wednesday for "Dancing With The Stars," and our photog asked her about the spot that aired during her 'DWTS' debut ... begging the public for help finding Don, and asking if Carole was involved.

Carole's answer is pretty interesting -- she told us it would be "wonderful" if the Don mystery was solved, especially if the clue came as a result of her being on 'Dancing.' In fact, she sees it as a "side benefit."

Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul?! Maybe ...

Sources close to Mayweather tell TMZ Sports the undefeated legend has been approached with an offer to fight the YouTube star sometime in 2020 ... but as of now, no one has signed on the dotted line.

We're told the fight was not pitched as a sanctioned bout -- but rather an exhibition.

Paul has been looking for a big name opponent ever since his last fight against KSI back in Nov. 2019.

Remember, Paul was in talks to fight Antonio Brown ... but things fizzled mainly due to issues in AB's personal life.

Now, there have been rumblings about 43-year-old Mayweather stepping in to take on 25-year-old Paul ... but we're told it's far from a done deal and right now Floyd is leaning toward "no."

We saw Logan at LAX on Wednesday and asked him about the situation -- and while he was mostly tight-lipped, it's clear he wants the fight to happen.

"You know I can't say sh*t right now," Paul says ... while noting his hands are still up to date.

Meanwhile, Logan's younger brother Jake Paul has a high-profile boxing match coming up soon ... he's taking on ex-NBA star Nate Robinson on the undercard of the big Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr. fight in November.

Floyd hasn't fought professionally since beating up Conor McGregor back in 2017 ... though he has taken at least 1 exhibition fight since then, destroying Japanese fighter Tenshin Nasukawa in 2018.

Kanye West isn't easing up off his push for Black ownership in enterprise, or his gripes about not getting a chance to own the masters to his songs.

Ye was going off again early Wednesday about African-Americans, by and large, not getting their fair share of the pie -- instead, he says they're mostly used by companies run by whites. He again points to the NBA and the music biz as examples.

In his new Twitter rant, he says, "We sat back and watched Nick Cannon get canceled and we go to play ball in a bubble with black lives matter on our backs ... brothers let’s stand together for real ... there is no NBA or music industry without black people ... fair contracts matter ... ownership matters."

Insisting he's made "multi billions," Kanye says he's one of the few who can openly speak on this issue without repercussion -- the implication being he's rich enough to where he doesn't have to worry about a record label trying to muzzle him.

Speaking of that ... Ye brings the convo back to himself and his own fight for ownership of his master recordings, blasting Universal Music Group and alleging they won't even give him a chance to buy them outright -- because he feels they know he can probably afford them.

Of course, this is the same argument his nemesis, Taylor Swift, made not too long ago ... as one of Kanye's associates pointed out to him on Tuesday morning.
