Kanye West and Kim Kardashian got ya covered if you're thirsty for lemonade and unreleased Yeezys ... and it's all to raise money for a great cause.

Kanye, Kim and Adidas partnered with families across the country Friday to create homemade lemonade stands hawking fresh drinks, and even fresher kicks ... and all the proceeds are being donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

The pop-ups are operating right now ... and if you run across one, you can cop an unreleased pair of the Yeezy Boost 700 V2 "Geode" for $300. The lemonade stands are up and running in Indianapolis, Texas, Ohio, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa and South Dakota.

Kim and Kanye are also busy building their own stand, which they'll set up in their community.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.

4:00 PM PT -- R. Kelly's rep, Darrell Johnson, says the meeting was only canceled because Joycelyn insisted on it going down in Chicago, while her family was demanding it happen someplace between Chicago and Atlanta.

Sources in Kelly's camp provided this audio recording of a phone conversation Johnson had 14 days ago with the Savage family's attorney, Gerald Griggs. Take a listen, it's pretty clear both sides were going to have trouble coming to any agreement.

For his part, Griggs tells us the Savages intended to acquiesce and meet Joycelyn in Chi town, but Johnson never got back to them after the phone call. Griggs says they didn't hear back from him until AFTER Johnson was grilled Friday by the Chicago reporter.

1:33 PM -- According to Griggs, R. Kelly's team reached out to the Savages to say they're no longer going to help coordinate a meeting. It's unclear why Kelly's team pulled a 180.

R. Kelly's team is having a hard time arranging a meeting between Joycelyn Savage and her parents ... because both sides can't agree on a location.

R. Kelly's rep, Darrell Johnson, tells TMZ ... Joycelyn is not opposed to meeting with her mom and dad, but she only wants to meet them in Chicago. We're told the Savage family wants to meet Joycelyn at her grandmother's home -- which is outside the Windy City -- because Grandma's battling cancer.

The Savages have made it clear from the beginning ... they want to meet in a neutral location outside of Chicago.

So, both sides remain at a standstill ... even though it's been two weeks since R. Kelly's team agreed to set up a meeting between Joycelyn and her fam.

The Savages' family attorney, Gerald Griggs, tells TMZ ... there's no planned meeting in place, and he can't force one to happen.

Earlier Friday, Kelly's publicist was asked about orchestrating a meeting between Joycelyn and her family ... but he dodged the question.

As we've reported ... whenever the meeting goes down, the Savages plan to bring a psychologist with them to evaluate their daughter.

Joycelyn is alleged to be one of Kelly's "sex slaves" and the Savages have been doing everything they can to set up a face-to-face meeting with her.

Cardi B is suing bloggers for making some outrageous claims -- including saying Cardi's a prostitute who has herpes.

Cardi filed the lawsuit against Tasha K -- who has a blog called unWinewithTashaK. She's pissed about 23 videos Tasha's posted over the last 14 months. According to the suit, Tasha posted a vid last April saying Cardi's baby might be born with intellectual disabilities. The inference seems to be Cardi was doing drugs that would harm then-unborn Kulture.

She's also suing Starmarie Ebony Jones, who, according to the suit, posted a video in September accusing Cardi of doing Molly and cocaine ... engaging in prostitution. Jones allegedly says of Cardi, "Just a Grammy nominated prostitute running around spreading her herpes."

Latasha and Starmarie even posted a video together making more allegations of STDs and hooking.

In the suit, Cardi says she's never been a prostitute or a user of cocaine and molly. She also denies having herpes now ... or ever.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott appear to be on the path of total reconciliation ... grabbing dinner together with their daughter.

The billionaire, Travis and Stormi hit up Sweet Chick -- co-owned by Nas -- Thursday night in L.A. It's the first time we've seen the famous unit together since Kylie accused Travis of cheating, triggering an epic blowup. The couple didn't say much as they left the restaurant and piled into a car.

It appears Travis and Kylie were headed to another spot, because Travis loaded Stormi into a different vehicle ... apparently sending his daughter home for beddy-bye as they hit the town.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie allegedly found evidence last month on Travis' phone that he was unfaithful after the rapper made a surprise visit home. Travis canceled a show in Buffalo in an attempt to calm things down, but if it worked it did so only marginally.

Sources close to the couple told us, while they never officially split over the fight, their relationship was strained ... and they'd need time to figure things out.

As for Kylie and Jordyn ... looks like they're never gonna figure it out.

3:59 PM PT -- Victim Giovanni Arnold's attorney, Daniel Szalkiewicz, tells us, "Our office was deeply upset to learn that the NYPD has decided not to prosecute Cardi B, Offset, or any of their body guards following their actions last year after the Met Gala."

He continues, "Both my office and my client cooperated with the NYPD at every opportunity but had not heard from them since the weeks immediately following the incident ... We hoped that those responsible for Mr. Arnold’s injuries would be charged accordingly. It appears that was wishful thinking."

"What the NYPD did today was endorse violence. They have given Cardi B, Offset, and all celebrities a license to assault people who say things they don’t like; and that is a dangerous precedent to set."

The security team for Cardi B and Migos is off the hook in an alleged assault on an autograph seeker at last year's Met Gala.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rappers' security guards won't face any charges, and the assault case has been closed. We're told the alleged victim refused to be interviewed by NYPD detectives. That's despite the fact he was clearly seen on video catching a beatdown.

TMZ broke the story ... Cardi, Offset and Quavo were all leaving a Met Gala party when the melee began. The rappers were accused of ordering their security team to put hands on an overzealous fan.

None of the security guards was ever arrested, and it was only CB and the Migos rappers who were facing potential criminal charges -- but now, everybody's walking away scot-free.

There's still a civil lawsuit, though. The fan's lawyer, Daniel Szalkiewicz, filed last May claiming he suffered injuries to his face, neck, back and body.

Rich the Kid still subscribes to the mantra "if ya got it, flaunt it" ... armed robberies be dammed.

The rapper scored this incredible spinning chain after dropping a whopping $425,000!!! Celeb jeweler Eliantte was commissioned to do the one-of-a-kind mastery. The entire piece features 250 carats of all VS diamonds. There's also the glitzy Cuban link chain.

So, why'd RTK drop as much money as your average Joe drops on a modest home? It's to celebrate the release of his new album, "The World is Yours 2," which, BTW, is what's inscribed in the center of the pendant. Rich's sophomore album -- slated to drop at midnight -- features Big Sean, Offset and Lil Pump among others.

Rich's no stranger to showing off his worth. But, as we've also reported ... Rich's also no stranger to getting jacked. This robbery landed him in the hospital and this robbery resulted in a member of his entourage getting pistol whipped.

He's said in the past he doesn't need security ... but Rich might wanna rethink that strategy with this new bling.

Okay, first off ... yes, Myspace is still a thing, but it's pissed off users by accidentally deleting millions of songs -- and one band that lost its work forever has an odd reaction.

Mike Hranica, guitarist and vocalist for The Devil Wears Prada, tells TMZ ... they lost some of their early songs because of Myspace's data migration gaffe. Instead of railing on the platform, Mike says it's a refreshing way to say goodbye to the past.

Back in the day, Myspace helped launch many young acts -- including TDWP, Lily Allen and Arctic Monkeys -- serving as a digital platform for music fans around the world. But, news emerged this week that Myspace accidentally deleted all music uploaded to the site from 2003-15 ... roughly 53 million files!

Myspace initially told users it would recover the files, but this week the company finally admitted the tunes are never coming back. Some artists lost all of their work ... but Mike tells us he doesn't feel sorry for them, because they never should've trusted the outdated platform.

Michael Jackson might be getting muted on various platforms in the wake of "Leaving Neverland" ... but the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame ain't gonna be one of them.

MJ's two slots in the HOF will stay put and won't be removed or altered in any way ... despite the allegations made in HBO's doc about the singer. The reason is simple ... according to an HOF official -- music is music is music.

HOF honchos say Jackson, as with all of its inductees, was recognized for musical excellence and talent, along with having a lasting impact on rock 'n' roll. In other words, MJ changed music, like, forever.

What's more ... Michael was voted into the Hall (twice) by a voting body of historians, fellow musicians, and music industry professionals. He got in with the Jackson 5 in 1997, and again as a solo artist in 2001, when 'NSYNC inducted him.

As for whether his HOF exhibit might be changed at all -- possibly even removing memorabilia -- our HOF sources say it all stays the same.

It's interesting ... a children's museum in Indianapolis recently removed three pieces of MJ memorabilia items in the wake of Wade Robson and James Safechuck's claims.

Not in Cleveland, though. Once a HOFer, always a HOFer ... or so it seems.

Chester Bennington can still attract a massive amount of people in the wake of his death -- just take a look at how many heads showed up to a pop-up gallery on his birthday.

Professional concert photographer Jim Louvau hosted a photo exhibit Wednesday night in the San Fernando Valley featuring shots he'd taken of the late Linkin Park frontman from over the years. It was aptly called Celebrating the Life of Chester Bennington.

The pop-up's date was no coincident either -- it fell on what would've been Chester's 43rd birthday ... March 20.

As you can tell, a lot of folks still care very deeply about Chester, as the event's first showing completely sold out ... forcing Jim to host a second showing, which also sold out. All proceeds are being donated to Chester's wife, Talinda Bennington’s suicide prevention organization ... 320 Change Direction.

TMZ broke the story ... Chester died by suicide in the summer of 2017. He hanged himself at his Palos Verdes Estates home, just outside Los Angeles.

An art exhibit featuring Michael Jackson right now is controversial enough, but when the King of Pop is depicted as a real king, a holy figure and gets mixed up with Jesus ... things get extra dicey.

Jackson is the focus of an art show at the Bundeskunsthalle museum in Bonn, Germany called "Michael Jackson: On the Wall" ... and the timing couldn't be more curious in the wake of "Leaving Neverland" and the #MuteMichael movement.

The artwork's provocative as hell, too -- literally -- with one piece by David LaChapelle called "American Jesus: Archangel Michael Jackson" showing MJ with angel wings standing on the devil.

Another one of the artist's 'American Jesus' pieces -- titled 'Hold Me, Carry Me Boldly' -- portrays Jackson being held by Jesus. It's akin to Michelangelo’s Pietà sculpture, which portrays the crucified Jesus being cradled by his mother Mary.

There's also a piece by artist Kehinde Wiley swapping out the face of Spain's King Philip II for Michael's.

You get the picture.

As you know ... Jackson's characterized as the opposite of a Christlike figure in the HBO documentary, which includes disturbing allegations from 2 of his accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck.

The impact of the doc has been wide-reaching, with many folks calling for an all-out Jackson ban ... and even his episode of "The Simpsons" has been pulled.

YG and his baby mama are back at it -- the couple's expecting their second child together, and TMZ's learned their daughter is going to have a little sister!

Sources close to the rapper have confirmed with us ... YG's baby mama, Catelyn Sparks, is pregnant with a baby girl. We're told she's due this summer ... sometime in July.

The 2 have one child together already -- their 3-year-old little girl named Harmony.

YG and Catelyn have a couple of baby registries, like most expecting parents -- at Buy Buy Baby and Target -- and it's pretty much what you'd expect ... strollers, pacifiers, baby bottles, a rubber duckie -- you get the picture.

One more fun fact -- we're told DJ Mustard's baby mama, Chanel, who's also pregnant and due very soon, has been Sparks' companion to several maternity classes -- and that's ON TOP of each already having 3-year-old girls. We know the fellas like to hang out together too.

Waka Flocka Flame is going off on R&B singer Daniel Caesar for defending white people -- warning him he might get his Canadian ass kicked ... if he keeps talking about "American business."

We got Waka and his wifey, Tammy Rivera, outside Rolling Out Magazine in Atlanta Wednesday, and our photog asked them about Daniel saying black people need to stop being mean to white people. Ya gotta see Waka's reaction ... he's not just pissed, he's totally offended by Daniel's take and wants to throw down!

Waka and Tammy's biggest issue is Daniel's from The Great White North, so he's got no business speaking for black people in America, and his bleach-blonde hair doesn't help either. Their words.

The couple's certain Daniel's tune would change if he got pulled over by 2 white cops in the south.

Bottom line for Waka ... most white people are cool, but he's not giving everyone a pass -- and he sure ain't giving Daniel one for suggesting black people get over white people using offensive words.

Swae Lee's a womanizer who wanted to have his cake and eat it too ... so claims his now ex-girlfriend who just explained to us why she dumped his ass.

Marliesia Ortiz tells TMZ ... she and the Rae Sremmurd rapper had been dating on and off for about 4 years, but now she says she's done with him for good. She calls their relationship toxic and says he's not worth it because she's done putting up with his cheating ways.

She tells us the final straw came a couple of days ago when she was on FaceTime with Swae. You can hear the rapper unsuccessfully trying to convince Marliesia she's his main squeeze, and will one day be his wife.

Swae never explicitly cops to cheating, but says she needs to let him do his thing and NOT trip out.

It got worse ... Swae went on to throw Gucci Mane under the bus ... claiming his woman stood by him when he was "banging a million hos" -- and added Chance the Rapper's wife was there even when he was "broke as f**k."

Michael Jackson's wax figures at Madame Tussauds locations around the globe are NOT getting the #MuteMichaelJackson treatment ... despite renewed public outrage due to "Leaving Neverland."

A spokesperson for Madame Tussauds tells TMZ ... "The figures on display at Madame Tussauds reflect profiles that have had an impact on popular culture and that visitors expect to see. Michael Jackson has been and is currently a feature of Madame Tussauds attractions around the world."

The spokesperson added, "We regularly monitor our choice of figures on display based on external events and visitor feedback. It will be kept on display for the foreseeable future."

As you know, HBO's doc, "Leaving Neverland," triggered an outcry to drop MJ's music. Some followed suit -- including Drake and "The Simpsons" ... though not everyone agrees with that sentiment.

The documentary's had more serious ramifications ... like Paris Jackson attempting suicide due, in large part, to the fallout from 'Neverland.'

However, she seemed okay Tuesday night as she spent time with her godfather, Macaulay Culkin.

Mark McGrath is ripping Peloton for allegedly stealing music to build its brand ... and he says it's time the company pays songwriters and artists.

We got the Sugar Ray frontman at LAX Wednesday, and our photog asked him about the $150 million lawsuit claiming Peloton is jacking songs for spin classes. Ya gotta see Mark's reaction ... he's spinning mad about the whole thing, and he ain't holding back!!!

Mark slams Peloton for allegedly using music it doesn't have the rights to ... and makes an easy-to-understand analogy for those who don't know how intellectual property works.

Mark, who's written some hugely successful songs, is understandably upset ... but says he's more concerned about other musicians who can't afford to have their work stolen.

We also asked Mark what's the best music to spin to -- so long as the rights are locked up. Hint: This band will help you slay your workout.

Police and prosecutors believe podcast host Adam Grandmaison's life really was in danger when a guy busted in during his live stream and put a gun to his head ... 'cause the suspect's been charged, and he's still behind bars.

The hip-hop host of the "No Jumper" podcast -- known as Adam22 -- was violently interrupted while recording his show Sunday when the gunman pointed his weapon at Adam and threatened his life.

According to the L.A. County D.A.'s office ... the suspect, 24-year-old David Tran, has now been charged with one count of attempted second-degree robbery. He's still in custody and being held on $100k bail.

After video of the scary moment surfaced, many skeptics wondered if Adam staged it for publicity. Adam spoke to us and made it clear -- it was 100 percent real and serious, and everyone was fortunate there were no deaths ... especially the gunman.

As we reported ... Adam's security at his BMX and clothing store took control of the situation by quickly taking the guy down, and Adam ended his live stream and called the cops.
