Justin Bieber either needs a belt, or maybe he needs to go to the bathroom ... 'cause the dude couldn't stop grabbing his junk this weekend after a little morning breakfast.

The singer grabbed a meal Saturday in WeHo with the missus, Hailey, and on their way out ... Justin got a little handsy -- but, like, totally solo. Check it out -- the guy was straight up grabbing onto his crotch for several steps as they were cruising by some cars in the lot.

Like we said, this wasn't just a momentary adjustment or scratch -- which we all go through. On the contrary, JB was holding on tight for a little while it seems ... but no word on why.

His pants here do look baggy, so it's possible he was just trying to hold them up -- albeit, grabbing them in this specific area seems a little inefficient ... assuming that's what this is.

Of course, he could also be doing that thing guys sometimes do when they gotta take a leak ... and bad. Might sound gross -- but when nature calls ... pulling a move like this certainly isn't out of the ordinary. Considering how long Justin was holding this pose, it's possible.

Whatever was causing him to touch cling to his manhood ... here's hoping the Biebs got it figured out in the end. As for Hailey -- well, keep on holding him down, we suppose.

Matty Healy was called out in a big way this weekend ... getting dragged across the coals by none other than one of his fellow labelmates, who put him on blast at Glastonbury.

Singer Rina Sawayama didn't mention Matty by name Saturday during her set, but there's simply no question who she was referring to as she was leading up to her song, 'STFU.'

Before going in on the first verse, she said ... "I wrote this because I was sick & tired of these micro-aggressions. This goes out to a white man that watches Ghetto Gaggers & mocks Asian people on a podcast. He also owns my masters! I've had enough!"

The crowd started losing it ... and Rina then launched into a passionate performance.

Of course, people on Twitter were even more turned up ... not only is she trending right now, but Matty is as well -- and people are giving her kudos for calling out what many have labeled problematic behavior of his for a good while, especially as it pertains to race.

The reference to "ghetto gaggers" comes from a podcast Matty appeared on earlier this year -- where he cracked jokes about watching the porn site .. which many considered insensitive.

Not just that ... but he was also yukking it up with the podcast hosts as they mocked Asian accents, all while disparaging Ice Spice. Matty was laughing along to the whole thing -- and he's been getting called out for that as well ... especially amid his romance with Taylor Swift.

Many of Taylor's fans didn't approve of her relationship with him ... and were calling on her to dump the dude. Big picture, the feeling was that he wasn't good for her squeaky clean brand.

As we reported ... the two of them broke up last month after about a month and change of seeing each other. We'd also heard the podcast controversy didn't play a factor in the split.

TS is still touring and getting on with things, and ditto for Matty -- who's been performing with his band, The 1975. All the backlash he'd been facing up until that point had mostly fizzled out -- that is, until Rina here brought it back up again ... in passionate terms, no less.

As for her claim about him owning her masters -- it's unclear what she's getting at. Yes, The 1975 was also signed to her label, Dirty Hit, but there's no indication, publicly at least, that Matty's a label head there. Perhaps Rina's aware of something the rest of us aren't.

Beyoncé nearly fell out of her top earlier this week during a live show in Germany -- but one of her backup dancers saw the issue before it became a disaster ... and played the hero.

The singer was putting on a concert Wednesday in Hamburg, and while she was in the middle of performing "Break My Soul," a wardrobe malfunction almost played out live in front of everyone -- namely, her left breast was about to pop out of her skintight outfit.

Bey was up there bouncing around -- giving it her all -- and several people noticed ... something was about to come undone, and soon. It doesn't seem like Beyoncé herself really noticed ... but, fortunately for her, somebody who was onstage with her did see it.

Turns out ... one of the brothers from the French dance group Les Twins -- both of whom were serving as backup dancers for this performance -- rushed over and provided cover.

Not only did the guy block what was inevitably going to be a straight-up nip slip ... but a closer look, shot from someone with front row seats -- shows he actually tugged on her top and put it back in place for her ... all in one fell swoop, going right back to dancing.

It all happened so fast ... and, ever the pro she is, Bey didn't miss a step. If you weren't paying attention, you might've not even noticed some miracle work was goin' down.

As you can imagine, the dude's being praised/patted on the back for springing into action the way he did ... because, frankly, the whole situation could've been very embarrassing.

It doesn't look like Les Twins or Bey have addressed this yet ... but, TBH, there's nothing really to say. Disaster was averted, and ya gotta figure Beyoncé is grateful for the save.

Jim Jones has words for Pusha T after the dude dissed him on Pharrell's high-fashion runway last week -- and it sounds like things are getting personal ... and possibly even ugly.

A new clip of what appears to be JJ's response to PT leaked online this week ... it's a brief snippet of Jim dropping bars, and perhaps even shooting a video. Like we said, it's just a small sample of the overall track -- but on its face, he's getting in the mud to fire back.

Check it out yourself ... Jim references/makes fun of Push's collaboration with McDonald's while going on to slam his last album, "It's Almost Dry," by essentially calling it trash.

He then mentions Clipse -- Pusha's rap group with his brother, No Malice -- and has this to say ... "Trying to bring the Clipse back // Talking ‘bout your brother, what happened to that boy? // It looking like they be selling crack to that boy."

Yeah, on its face ... Jim is accusing Malice of once being a drug user. Him and Push have made a name for themselves by rapping about selling drugs -- but Jim's suggesting at least one of them did more than that. Considering Malice has, by and large, left rap behind ... ya gotta imagine his brother is gonna take this one to heart, and most likely respond with more venom.

Now, as for how all this started ... it dates back to April, when Jim hopped on a podcast and said Pusha T shouldn't be considered a Top 50 rapper of all time -- pooh-poohing his music.

During Pharrell's debut LV men's line in Paris this past week ... Push and Malice dropped a new Clipse track, and many considered his bars aimed at Jim directly -- presumably in response to what Jim had said in the spring.

The Titanic submersible story has captivated the world, and you can count Adele as one of the many mesmerized. In fact, she's got Qs about it too -- for her audience, no less.

The singer was performing during her Vegas residency Friday night when, at one point, she paused her crooning to talk to the crowd ... namely, to ask them about OceanGate's Titan vessel -- and whether anyone there would want to go see the Titanic wreckage like they did.

Adele takes an impromptu poll for the Yeas and Nays ... and from the sound of it, more people definitely would not put themselves in that situation. Ditto for Adele, as it turns out.

It's pretty funny ... she also poses the hypothetical of getting on a rocket ship to space -- something that's happening a lot more lately among other billionaires -- and there, too, the audience didn't seem onboard. Adele's right there with them ... calling herself a "p***y."

Interestingly enough, Adele says she can understand why some would wanna take the big risk and head down thousands of feet to examine the famed sunken ship ... but for her, it's just too scary of a thought. After the thing imploded underwater, probably more so.

Here's the kicker ... Adele is actually pretty into the Titanic. She once had a Titanic-themed birthday party to ring in her 30th birthday -- complete with the fancy stairwell and everything.

Boosie Badazz is a free man after posting a $100K bond in his federal gun case Friday night ... and we caught him happy as a clam as he left a California lockup.

The rapper was photographed seated in the backseat of an SUV following his Friday night release from Metropolitan Correctional Center in San Diego -- and BB was clearly elated, smiling from ear to ear.

Check out the snapshot we obtained ... Boosie's just beaming as he rides away with his chauffer.

And he has every reason to celebrate after winning several court battles against prosecutors, who wanted to keep him behind bars for the duration of his gun case.  Prosecutors filed motions to deny his bond -- but two federal judges ruled in favor of Boosie, paving the way for his release from jail.

TMZ broke the story ... Boosie was arrested by Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents and charged in an indictment with being a felon in possession of a gun. Police initially arrested Boosie in early May after a traffic stop revealed he allegedly had two guns inside the SUV he was riding in.

State prosecutors dropped their case the same day ATF busted Boosie at a San Diego courthouse and charged him with essentially the same offense but on a federal level.

Celebs came out in force Friday for the Dior Fashion Week Show in France ... and the futuristic event dazzled the Hollywood luminaries.

A bevy of stars showed up at Ecole Militaire in central Paris for the kick-off of the summer spectacle by Dior men's artistic director Kim Jones.

Among the bold-faced names were Winnie Harlow, Demi Moore, Pharrell Williams, Offset, J Balvin, Gwendoline Christie, Amber Valletta and Caleb McLaughlin.

Once they all got inside, they were treated to an innovative performance by a rotating continuum of models who rose up from under the floor onto a metallic catwalk to strut their stuff.

The models paraded around the room, wearing androgynous suits with funky glasses and hats topped off by pearls and sequins, giving the performance a very modern feel.

Deon Cole won't let fame and notoriety for his less humorous roles kill his comedy drive ... even though he's getting plenty of acclaim for his new dramatic project.

We caught the comedian ahead of the premiere of his new BET+ series "Average Joe" ... which has already been drawing comparisons to "Ozark" for its dark, suburban storyline.

Deon tells us turning over a new leaf in his career doesn't mean he's burning down the forest he built on stand-up comedy -- that's still his bread and butter, and he says don't expect him to bite his tongue in future comedy bits.

He says he learned from Tom Hanks secondhand and credits his cast -- which includes Tammy Townsend, Malcolm Barrett and Michael Trucco -- for elevating his drama chops.

But Deon also tells us the series' directors saw the depth of his acting ability, and gave him the shot of a lifetime!!!

A Bible that was once gifted to Elvis Presley -- and which features his signature, no less -- is currently for sale through memorabilia company Moments in Time ... and it's hocking this thing for a whopping $95K! And, you thought the collection plate at church was steep.

Here's the deal on this Bible ... it was given to EP way back when by a fan, and it even has his name etched onto the cover. More importantly though -- and certainly more valuable -- is the fact that Elvis threw his John Hancock on the inside cover ... making it a collectible.

The artifact itself -- which was obviously once in Elvis' possession -- is also neat in that it contains a photograph of Elvis and his mother, Gladys. On its face, it seems this Bible was actually dedicated to her by her son ... however, it's been owned by other relatives.

Elvis' aunt, Delta, was actually the one who held onto this Bible after Elvis passed ... and she gave the Bible to a frequent guest at Graceland. MiT now has its hands on the Bible... which is looking for a new buyer with cash to burn.

Boxer Albert Ochoa will be channeling his inner Michael Jackson when he steps into the ring this weekend ... 'cause he just copped some insane custom "Thriller" shoes to pay homage to the King of Pop!!

Ochoa -- who famously took Kylie Jenner to prom -- is set to fight TikTok star Xavier Long at Academy LA in Hollywood on Saturday ... and TMZ Sports has learned he plans to show out with his moves AND his shoes.

We're told the 23-year-old wanted personalized gear for the fifth fight of his career ... so he reached out to his close friend, artist Aztek Kustoms, with the idea of making kicks similar to the loafers on Jackson's feet in the iconic "Thriller" music video.

Aztek Kustoms -- who also made Rolly Romero's Frank Ocean boxing shoes -- says the kicks feature over 4,000 pearl-white rhinestones and black glitter paint ... and Ochoa is thrilled with the finished product.

Ochoa tells us "Thriller," which is his all-time favorite song, will be playing for his walkout to the ring.

"He's an icon, he's a legend," Ochoa told us. "For me to wear these shoes and to come out with that outfit and his music ... it's dope."

Boxing is something Ochoa is taking very seriously ... in fact, he says he's training with former boxing champ Joel Casamayor and former Olympian boxer Vicente Escobedo.

"It's a great team -- having a world champion and an Olympian and two people that were successful in their sport at the start of my career is a blessing," Ochoa said. "It's a dream come true."

Of course, many still doubt the reality star, like they did YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, but the 3-1 super welterweight tells us he's the real deal.

"I'm a real fighter," Ochoa said. "I put in the work and I've improved so much in this camp. I'm on my way to becoming a great star in this sport."

Lots of folks' hearts are going out to the five people who died aboard the Titanic-bound submersible ... because they're playing Celine Dion's beloved "Titanic" theme song -- a lot.

Celine's track from the 1997 Oscar-winning movie, "My Heart Will Go On," is seeing a huge bump on streaming platforms in the wake of the sub tragedy ... with over 500,000 streams since the rescue of the missing sub came to an end.

The numbers are pretty incredible ... Spotify listeners have played the song 522,864 times since Thursday ... with Friday bringing even more streams.

As you know, the OceanGate sub set out for the Titanic shipwreck early Sunday morning but then it lost all communications, prompting a multinational, days-long search and rescue effort.

The search ended Thursday when a debris field was found on the ocean floor ... it appears the sub imploded Sunday morning during its dive down to the Titanic.

It's a sad and captivating story, and it seems folks are turning to music to cope with the tragic loss of more life in the Atlantic.

Cole Bennett's "Lyrical Lemonade" compilation is paying tribute to Juice Wrld while coming in hot with the creativity -- an AI reimaging of the late rapper and Eminem!!!

On Friday, the pioneering music video director dropped the Juice and Cordae collab "Doomsday" to kick off his album rollout.

Cole had a 100-foot-long structure built lined with a 360° green screen to simulate an office hallway to perfect the shot ... and there's plenty of wackiness to see here. The biggest, obviously, being the AI face swap between Juice and Cordae, and the digital Eminem at the start.

He says Juice had the idea for the treatment before he died. The song's backstory goes ... Juice and Cordae linked in the studio on September 8, 2019, just months before his untimely death from a drug overdose.

Cordae says he's kept the track under wraps to prevent any leaks, but he adds ... Juice was always excited about it, and wanted it out to prove he wasn't just the "sad boy rapper."

The song uses the Dr. Dre and Mel-Man beat that Eminem used to make his 1997 banger "Role Model," just in case you were confused about the CGI Slim Shady at the start of the vid.

Cole and Cordae debated amongst themselves if reimaging their friend Juice Wrld with AI was the best move ... after all the technology isn't exactly favored in the music industry.

Doja Cat is ready to paint multiple cities red on her Scarlet Tour which she officially announced on Friday.

The 24-date tour is produced by Live Nation, kicks off on Halloween 2023 and marks Doja's first-ever North American arena tour!!!

In the spirit of her blockbuster album, "Planet Her," the tour features red-hot female rappers Ice Spice and Doechii.

Ice's placement on the Scarlet Tour is just another example of her booming popularity.

Some of the Louis Tomlinson fans pulverized in a hail storm are revealing the gnarly injuries they suffered ... and it ain't pretty!!!

Videos/photos of concertgoers' painful wounds were posted to social media after Tomlinson's Wednesday night performance came to a screeching halt due to the brutal weather conditions. One fan's back was covered with massive welts. 😱

Nearly 100 attendees suffered injuries as they were rushed out of the Red Rocks Amphitheater.

The footage shows one fan with golf-ball size red blotches on her back...another person with gashes to her fingers and a third individual whose leg looks like it was beaten with a club.

According to the fire department ... 7 people were taken to a hospital to be treated for cuts and broken bones while 80-to-90 others received medical attention at the venue.

As the balls of ice were falling, fans tried to seek refuge anywhere they could and many later wrote about their harrowing experiences on Twitter. One even called the ordeal the "scariest night of my life."

Louis says they're gonna give fans full refunds, or do a make-up show -- it hasn't been determined yet.
