Machine Gun Kelly & Megan Fox Close and Comfy ... Leaving MGK's House

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox have reached the sleepover stage of their relationship ... which continues to move at warp speed.

The actress was leaving the "Bloody Valentine" rapper's Los Angeles house Wednesday, and they looked super comfortable with each other -- almost like an old married couple -- as he walked her out to her ride. Machine Gun, total gentleman.

As you know, things between MGK and Megan continue to heat up quickly ... they've been getting closer and closer for a month now, and Kelly recently declared his "love" for her on social media.

While there was no make out sesh this time, it's pretty easy to see MGK and Megan are tight as can be with each other. They've got that look in their eye.

It's kinda interesting ... Megan left MGK's pad rocking a Pink Floyd graphic tee, which looks awfully similar to the one her estranged husband, Brian Austin Green, wore last week during a hangout with Courtney Stodden.

We broke the story ... BAG and Courtney are still in the friend zone, at least for now.

Megan and MGK, on the other hand, look to be in full-blown romance territory.

Odell Beckham, & Kyle Kuzma Rage at Album Release Party ... COVID Danger Zone

Odell Beckham, Kyle Kuzma and a TON of other people put social distancing to the wayside Wednesday night to party with Teyana Taylor ... and only about half the people were wearing masks!

Taylor had a huge listening party for her new album, "The Album," at a mansion in Beverly Hills ... which was supposed to include a heavy dose of social distancing and PPE.

In fact, the invite even spelled out guests would get hazmat suits and masks on the way in.

But, check out some shots from inside ... at one point, a BUNCH of people gathered to listen to music in a small room -- several of them NOT wearing masks!

One of whom is model Winnie Harlow, who's dating the Los Angeles Lakers star, Kyle Kuzma ... who's getting ready to head to Florida to continue the NBA season in a bubble environment!

Cardi B was also at the party with Offset and Kulture -- and you can see Cardi was partying mask-off too.

Outside in the yard, guests were invited to make their own graffiti art -- which is cool -- but we're hoping they washed their hands if sharing the same spray cans!

Look, we're all HOPING nobody has the virus and everyone is safe ... but fact is, Coronavirus cases in California are spiking, particularly in Los Angeles.

There were 2,000 new reported cases across the state on Wednesday.

And, in L.A. County alone, the numbers of COVID-related deaths are about to cross 3,000 ... with more than 73,000 confirmed cases.

In other words, WE'RE NOT OUT OF THE DANGER ZONE YET, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!

H.E.R. 'I Can't Breathe' ... Floyd Tribute Aims to Heal

SPEAKING THROUGH MY MUSIC
TMZ.com

H.E.R. wants to send a powerful message with her new song honoring George Floyd -- one that captures the feelings and concerns millions of Americans have since he was killed.

The Grammy winner tells us why she had to write, "I Can't Breathe," after conversations with fellow artists, and herself, about Floyd's death and the country's emotional reaction to it.

H.E.R. says the track tackles one important question that's been ringing in the heads of so many people lately: Why is there so much hate???

The singer/songwriter believes all artists should use their platform to talk about the George Floyd tragedy, because music can be a powerful vehicle for change. Specifically, the change she wants to see is healing -- and she's confident her new track can do that.

We had a great convo with H.E.R. about why it's important for artists to speak from the heart now, and music bridging the racial divide in America. You can see all of that on Thursday's TMZ Live.

"I Can't Breathe" drops Friday, which is Juneteenth, and no ... it's not a coincidence she chose that day.

2 Chainz Sued Pablo Escobar's Family Co. ... El Patron's Name Belongs to Us!!!

2 Chainz's got more drama over his ATL joint, and this time it's beef with the keepers of Pablo Escobar's name ... who are suing the rapper over the restaurant's name.

Pablo Escobar's family company, Escobar Inc., is suing 2 Chainz for at least $10 million ... claiming his Escobar Restaurant and Tapas -- there are 2 of 'em in Atlanta -- violates federal law with its unauthorized commercial use of the Escobar name and likeness.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, the company's pissed 2 Chainz slapped the family name across his famous ATL restaurants, their websites and social media -- not to mention the clothing sold with the restaurant name.

The company says it owns the trademark to Escobar's likeness and 2 Chainz is using the name to generate traffic and sales. The company says, for example, 2 Chainz has Escobar's likeness painted inside one of his joints. They also point to the menu featuring "Escobar Crab Cakes."

Escobar Inc. wants the 8-figure damages, minimum, plus an injunction blocking use of the name and likeness at the restaurants.

As we've reported, 2 Chainz's ATL joints have had plenty of unrelated drama recently, stemming from the coronavirus pandemic.

We've reached out to 2 Chainz for comment, so far, no word back.

Lil Jon Insanely Dangerous Joy Riding With Baja 1000 Winner

Kids -- do NOT try this at home!!!

Lil Jon just took CRUNK to a whole 'nother level ... with the rap legend joining a pro Trophy Truck driver for the most INSANE joyride you'll ever see!!!

But, don't worry, everyone was wearing a helmet.

The "Turn Down For What" hype man joined 2020 Baja 1000 winner Alan Ampudia for a drive through the streets of Ensenada in Mexico ... and it's equally awesome and terrifying.

The duo -- with Jon in the passenger seat, obvi -- zoomed through the streets of the city, twisting and turning at every curve ... and even coming within inches of the edge of cliffs.

Ampudia even makes his own path and does some WILD jumps ... all while Lil Jon is trying to keep his cool (spoiler alert: he doesn't).

FYI -- Ampudia is one of the best drivers in the extremely dangerous industry ... he's a 2-time world champ, so Jon was in great company.

Once the boys made it to their destination safely, Lil Jon gave his Uber review -- saying, "That s**t was crazy. I got a different respect for y'all motherf***ers being in the car now. Y'all do this for a whole day!?"

Nice to see everyone made it through in one piece!!

Sophie Turner & Joe Jonas Baby Bumpin' Down Melrose ... Shopping for Three!!!

Sophie Turner is reaching the bulging baby bump stage ... and she might be getting a head start on shopping for her bundle of joy.

The 'Game of Thrones' star and her husband, Joe Jonas, hit up Melrose Ave Tuesday afternoon, strolling down the famous shopping street and showing off her growing baby bump, which is pretty prevalent these days.

Sophie dressed up her bun in the oven with grey leggings, a crop top and plaid blazer. Kid's already more stylish than the average.

The expectant parents wore masks as they shopped around ... never too early to get a head start on baby stuff, even in a pandemic. Fortunately, stores on Melrose are open again, so Sophie can shop till she drops.

Peep Joe's Bruce Lee graphic tee ... makes ya wonder, is the baby kicking already? Of course it is!

Demi Lovato Living It Up At 'Invisible House' ... Mirror, Mirror

Demi Lovato practiced some serious social distancing out in Joshua Tree ... renting the famous "invisible house" for a romantic getaway with her boyfriend.

The singer spent the weekend in the desert with BF and actor Max Ehrich ... sparing no expense in one of America's most iconic vacation homes, which goes for a cool $2,500 a night!!!

As you can see ... the steel-clad home is stunning, and it draws you in with a mirrored glass exterior that reflects its beautiful surroundings, which makes the house seemingly disappear into the desert.

The "Invisible House" kinda looks like a skyscraper on its side, and the 5,500-square-foot space is decked out with movie projection screen and a 100-foot-long indoor swimming pool ... it's tucked away a scorching hot desert, after all.

There are 4 bedrooms with sliding glass doors opening up to the great outdoors, offering expansive views of the 90-acre property. Like we said, super romantic.

Demi's still beaming over her "amazing weekend in the magical desert" with Max ... she says she went to work on a project, but adds it was really just nice to get away from L.A. for a couple days.

BTW ... the "Invisible House" is available to rent for all types of photo and video shoots, so it's possible she rented the home for her project.

Work hard, play harder!!!

Beyonce & Jay-Z Sued Your 'Black Effect' Ripped Me Off ... In Effect, Without Pay!!!

One of Jay-Z and Beyonce's songs, "Black Effect," leans heavily on a Jamaican artist, who claims she was never given proper credit or compensation ... despite being the leading voice on the track.

Dr. L'Antoinette Stines says she's renowned in Jamaica for "her artistry and wisdom" -- and to that point, she says the Carters sought her ought in March 2018 to provide dancers for a video promoting their upcoming tour.

According to a lawsuit, filed Tuesday in federal court, Dr. Stines claims she hooked 'em up with dancers, and then Jay and Bey wanted to record her views on love. She claims she was told the interview would be used in the video ... "for promotional purposes" only.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says she was shocked when she heard "Black Effect" -- from The Carters' "Everything Is Love" album -- because the whole first minute of the track is just her voice.

Hearing herself on the song -- uncredited, mind you -- left Dr. Stines feeling "artistically raped" ... according to her lawsuit.

The doc claims a contract for her services was only thrust in front of her on the day of the shoot, and she alleges the Carters' reps told her not to worry ... after all, her interview would only be used for promotion.

So, she signed, but she's pissed she never got a chance to have it reviewed by her own lawyer -- and worst of all, claims she hasn't been paid a dime for her vocal work.

Dr. Stines is suing Jay and Bey for copyright infringement and violation of her right to publicity ... PLUS damages, of course. She also wants a writing credit, and everything that comes with that ... meaning, cash money.

We've reached out to reps for the Carters, but no word back yet.

Treach My Film's a Must-See, Even for Cops ... This is a Humanity Issue

A LESSON TO LEARN
TMZ.com

Treach believes his new movie about police brutality and tensions between cops and communities can provide common ground for everyone ... and even be used as a training tool in the future.

The Naughty by Nature rapper and actor joined "TMZ Live" Monday to break down his new crime drama with Ice-T, "Equal Standard," which he claims will provide an unbiased perspective on some of the policing issues plaguing our country.

Treach says the point of the movie is to show all sides of the story when it comes to tragic incidents like police shootings ... and delve into the reasons why these things keep happening.

The rapper says it's not as black-and-white as ya think, and insists the movie is not about cop-bashing either. Instead, it aims to get to the root of a problem that Americans have been protesting about since George Floyd was killed.

He makes it pretty clear, though ... this is something he wants the world to see -- regardless of race or political leanings -- because we're dealing with a crisis of humanity right now, and it's gonna take everyone to fix it.

"Equal Standard" is available now on VOD.

Ray J, Princess Love Sued I Found Your Dog ... Now Pay Up!!!

Ray J and Princess Love are pinching pennies when it comes to their once lost, but now found pooch ... this according to a new lawsuit.

The estranged couple is being sued by Eddie Macione, who claims he found their lost dog, Boogati, but hasn't seen a dime of the $20,000 reward he says they were offering.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Macione claims he found the pup wandering Woodland Hills in early April 2019 with no identification tags. Macione says he cared for the dog for weeks until he saw our story about Ray J and Princess dangling $20K for Boogati's return, no questions asked. The next day he says he called the number listed on the reward postings and returned the pooch.

In the docs, Macione says Ray J and Princess have refused to fork over any dough and are using their fame to "frighten" him from pursuing the reward. The lawsuit doesn't specify what they allegedly did to scare Macione.

Now, the guy's going after Ray and Princess for the full $20,000 plus damages.

We reached out to Ray J ... so far, no word back.

'Lose Yo Job' Security Guard Not Only Still Working ... Fielding Hollywood Job Offers!!!

DETAINED FOR WHAT?

Going viral is often a bad thing -- especially when it's for someone's singing to you about how "You about to lose yo job" -- but turns out it's been a potential cash cow for Julius Locklear.

We broke the story ... Julius is the security guard who got a melodic earful from the woman he was detaining outside a South Carolina strip club. Despite her awesome lyrics, Julius remained employed ... in security, and as a bail bondsman.

Now he tells us ... his situation's improving.

Locklear says he has job offerings pouring in thanks to the video, and tells us it's because prospective employers like the professionalism and restraint he displayed.

Julius says one offer is from an up-and-coming artist in Atlanta who reached out and asked if he's interested in being hired as his full-time bodyguard.

We're told another offer is from a big security company in Los Angeles. Locklear says they told him they saw him in the video and are looking for more honest, hardworking and dedicated personnel like him ... especially nowadays.

He says they're holding a position for him, and he's planning to head to L.A. for a meeting as soon as safely possible. Damn COVID.

Obviously, there are no guarantees, but it seems like some new song lyrics are in order for Julius ... something like, "You about to start a new job!"

Joan Of Arc in 'Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure' 'Memba Her?!

Wisconsin born musician Jane Wiedlin made a name for herself as the punk rock princess and singer of The Go-Go's in the '80s ... but for movie buffs, Jane might be known for playing the sword-wielding Joan Of Arc in the classic 1989 time-traveling buddy comedy, "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure."

Jane Wiedlin was cast alongside other actors including Hollywood stuntman Al Leong as Genghis Khan, Terry Camilleri as Napoleon Bonaparte ... and of course, Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves as Bill and Ted.

Wiedlin's other acting credits include 'Star Trek IV,' the movie "Clue" and the 1987 live-action version of "Sleeping Beauty."

Guess what she looks like now!

Barbra Streisand Makes George Floyd's Kid A Disney Stock Shareholder!!!

Barbra Streisand just gave George Floyd's young daughter a gift that's worth its weight in gold -- especially long term -- in the form of stock to a behemoth of a company ... Disney.

6-year-old Gianna Floyd posted about the nice gesture on her personal IG account, saying ... "Thank You @barbrastreisand for my package, I am now a Disney Stockholder thanks to you 🥰🥰🥰." She also threw in a few photos of the official Disney stock certificate(s).

Now, it's unclear how many shares Barbra gave the kid -- but considering she's loaded and went out of her way to get this for Gigi ... something tells us she might've been generous.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Disney shares go for about $115 a pop right now -- and while the Mouse House has been put on ice in the wake of the pandemic ... Wall Street history shows that it's a fairly solid company to invest in over time, people usually make their money back with Mickey and co.

This kindness is just the latest amid an outpouring of love and support for Gianna and the rest of George's family. She's already been offered a full-ride scholarship to Texas Southern University in Houston -- and of course, we know Kanye has set up a college fund for her.

On top of that, an official GoFundMe page has been set up on behalf of Gianna, and it has raised over $2 million to date. That's what we call a village helping pick someone up.

Beyonce on Breonna Taylor Open Letter to K.Y. AG ... Charge the Cops Who Killed Her

Beyonce is shining a light on Breonna Taylor's case ... calling on Kentucky's top prosecutor to bring charges against the cops who killed her during a "no-knock" search warrant in March.

The pop star penned and posted an open letter on her site Sunday to Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron, highlighting the fact that while a new law has been passed in her name banning the use of no-knock warrants ... her family has still not received true justice.

She says it plainly, writing ... "Three months have passed -- and zero arrests have been made, and no officers have been fired. The LMPD's investigation was turned over to your office, and yet all of the officers involved in the shooting remain employed by the LMPD."

Beyonce adds, "Sgt. Jonathan Mattingly and Officers Myles Cosgrove and Brett Hankison must be held accountable for their actions." They're the ones who busted into her apartment -- believing it was being used to house drugs -- and opened fire upon her and her boyfriend inside ... unloading 20 rounds, eight of which struck and ultimately killed Breonna.

The three officers were put on administrative leave -- the case is still under investigation.

Bey ends her letter with a list of demands for AG Cameron, saying she and the community want to see criminal charges brought against the three men, transparency in the investigation and subsequent prosecution of them, and then calls for a separate investigation into the Louisville Metro Police Department's handling of the case from the jump.

Beyonce caps it off with a heartfelt plea ... "Don't let this case fall into the pattern of no action after a terrible tragedy. With every death of a Black person at the hands of the police, there are two real tragedies: the death itself, and the inaction and delays that follow it. This is your chance to end that pattern. Take swift and decisive action in charging the officers."

She finishes by saying, "The next months cannot look like the last three."

Snoop, Wiz, Xzibit, Legend Back in Business ... Shooting Music Videos!!!

Snoop Dogg led the way over the weekend -- back in the music biz after months of being sidelined -- shooting a music video at a famed, Sunset Strip burger joint.

Snoop took over Mel's Diner for the shoot, grabbing some food and drink in between takes. Classic cars lined the parking lot as shooting began.

Xzibit and Wiz Khalifa were also part of the shoot ... something we haven't seen here in Hollywood since mid-March.

John Legend was just down the road -- well, maybe 5 miles down the road -- shooing his own music vid in the Los Feliz part of L.A.

TV and film production is back in business, but there are precautions. Among them -- health check for all vendors and others who arrive on set, social distancing restrictions, and requirements for wearing masks.

When actors are shooting scenes, they won't have to wear masks, but otherwise, the mask requirements are pretty much unbending.

Cases of coronavirus in California are on the upswing, and it's unclear how, if at all, this will affect production.
