"Naked and Afraid" contestant Melanie Rauscher accidentally died from sucking in a lethal amount of compressed air used in cleaning products, this according to her autopsy report.

35-year-old Melanie was found dead near cans of dust cleaner in Prescott, AZ, on July 17. The report, obtained from the Yavapai County Medical Examiner, says that Melanie inhaled the toxic propellant, leaving her unresponsive.

Her official cause of death was listed as difluoroethane toxicity, which is commonly known as "huffing" among young adults looking for a quick and cheap way to get high. The report noted that drugs and alcohol did not play a role in her death.

As we reported, Melanie was dog-sitting at a residence whose owners returned home from vacation to find her deceased on the bed in the guest room.

Bethenny Frankel says no one can keep up with the Kardashians when it comes to editing pics ... accusing the family of photoshopping so much, it's become a detriment to "regular" women.

We got the ex-'RHONY' star in NYC, and asked her to expand on her recent statements against photoshopped social media posts ... and she went nuclear on the Kardashians.

Bethenny says Kim, Khloe and Kylie are making American mothers feel terrible about their natural bodies by using their wealth to get cosmetic surgeries and hire professionals to edit their pictures in a way that makes people compare themselves to unattainable beauty.

For Bethenny, she says the Kardashians' social media pages are slowly tricking people into thinking what they post is an accurate representation of women's bodies ... she says the more folks see the edited photos, the more the lines are blurred.

Bethenny says the practice is hardly inspirational or aspirational to millions of mothers who she says are insecure about their bodies.

This isn't your typical anti-Kardashian rant -- she says this is a serious issue, and worries the edited photos might cause her 12-year-old daughter to develop an eating disorder or become depressed.

BF posted some photoshopped pics on her social media to shine a light on what's going on with celeb accounts ... telling us it took her an entire day to get the photo edited just right.

There's a war going on within the Zeus Network ... stemming from "Love & Hip Hop" star Masika Kalysha dragging Hazel-E to court over their televised fight.

TMZ broke the story, Masika wants $6 million for injuries sustained from the brawl, as well as sexual battery after claiming the security guard who broke them up touched her butt ... but their fellow "L&HH" alum Spice doesn't seem so convinced.

We caught the dancehall queen in NYC this week promoting her raunchy "Tape Measure" single ... and while Spice admits she hasn't seen this particular scuffle, Spice thinks punches and kicks sorta complement their particular brand of reality TV.

Spice says certain odds and ends are detailed in TV series contracts, although they might not read as explicitly as "user beware ... may get your ass beat!"

As far as the "touchy-feely" security guard, Spice says there's going to be inadvertent contact when it comes to breaking up a fight. Those hands have to land somewhere!!!

We're still waiting to hear back from Zeus ... but this case will probably be solved by the fine print in the contract!!!

"Survivor" alum and "The Challenge: USA" contestant Tyson Apostol thinks he could wipe the floor with the OG's of the MTV program ... but series staple Johnny Bananas thinks he has no clue what he's talkin' about.

We got Johnny in New York Tuesday at RiseNY ... and he thinks Tyson's claims aren't holding up -- adding the reality star is a little too new to the series to be yappin' his mouth.

Simply put -- Johnny doesn't think TA's ready to run with the big boys.

In case you missed it, Tyson's been a standout contestant on the CBS spinoff, but last month he called out a majority of the cast on Twitter ... saying the face-off would be a cakewalk.

"The Challenge: USA" -- wrapping its first season -- takes recognizable faces from "Big Brother," "Survivor" and other CBS shows and pits them against each other, just like MTV's does.

When she's not handling her business ventures and constantly putting out fires, you can enjoy her goofy personality on TV ... most likely with a dirty martini in hand!

Diana Jenkins has long been dogged by allegations she runs a prostitution ring, but she says it's BS and she's finally battening down by threatening legal action to clear her name.

We've learned the entrepreneur and philanthropist -- who was just added to the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast -- fired off 8 cease and desist letters to multiple parties she says continue to perpetuate this nasty lie about her.

TMZ has obtained those letters, drafted by her attorney, J. Erik Connolly, who makes her demands crystal clear ... stop the false statements, correct the record, and apologize.

We're told there are several bloggers and publications Diana is going after -- but 2 of the big fish she says bear most of the responsibility for ruining her rep are the magazine Jezebel, and a social media personality known as "Enty Lawyer."

Enty is an anonymous account run by someone purporting to be plugged into showbiz with inside knowledge. In Diana's scathing C&D, however, she says Enty Lawyer has anything but.

The attorneys write, "You have put yourself in a precarious and potentially ruinous position. Perhaps you believe that a 'get out of jail' card exists if you can persuade a court or jury that your statements about Ms. Jenkins and her companies are 'pure opinion.'"

They add, "That is not going to happen. You have held yourself out as someone that your audience can and should rely upon for uncovering facts. That is how you have built a following and a brand. That is why you have used the term 'lawyer' as part of your handle. You do not promote yourself as a purveyor of 'make believe.' You have branded yourself as something else for purposes of self-promotion and enrichment. Those facts foreclose the 'pure opinion' defense."

Enty has also suggested Diana has deep ties to the late Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sex trafficking by multiple women. Diana believes this all stems from something infamous she wrote in 2009 -- a coffee table book called "Room 23," featuring raunchy pics of models/celebs.

Since its publication -- not to mention a follow-up Jezebel article in '12 -- rumors had swirled about Diana's alleged involvement in Hollywood pimping at the highest levels ... and now that she's on 'RHOBH,' they have fired up anew.

We should note ... Diana has vehemently denied outright that she's ever been involved in anything like that whatsoever, and is once again reaffirming that in these letters.

Speaking of Jezebel, the C&D sent to them is quite forceful as well. Referencing 2012 and 2022 articles, Diana's team says ... "Beyond the obvious legal issues, what you have done to Ms. Jenkins is simply wrong. She is a mother, a philanthropist, and an entrepreneur. Her philanthropic endeavors are well known and have generated millions of dollars in assistance for victims of human rights violations, natural disasters, wars, and health epidemics. To characterize Ms. Jenkins as a prostitute, sex trafficker, and criminal is not just factually inaccurate, but sexist."

Diana hasn't actually filed any lawsuits just yet, but it sounds like she's strongly considering it if any of these entities don't change their tune and issue retractions.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Masika Kalysha is taking Hazel-E and Zeus Network to court ... claiming she was attacked after a sit-down didn't go according to plan, and the network aired the incident over her objections.

According to legal docs, filed by Masika herself without an attorney, and obtained by TMZ ... the incident went down in August 2020 when Masika agreed to sit down with Hazel-E to hash out rumors Hazel allegedly spread about her.

Tensions were apparently still high after their chat, as the video shows -- Masika claims Hazel and a cosmetologist came into her dressing room and attacked her ... resulting in scratches, bruises, and a broken finger.

The incident was caught on camera, but Masika's attorney demanded Zeus not air or edit any footage of the assault -- but the footage came out anyway.

Masika says Zeus' security broke up the fight, but alleges one guard groped her groin and butt in the process, and remarked ... "She's thick as ****."

Masika is suing for sexual battery, fraud and wants $6 million in damages. She also wants all the footage of the fight to be taken down.

Jack Osbourne says we might not know everything about UFOs, but the government sure does ... and now he's taking matters into his own hands to get the real lowdown.

Jack joined TMZ Live and talked about his upcoming TV special, "Jack Osbourne's Night Of Terror: UFOs" ... and shared his outta-this-world thoughts about life on other planets.

Jack says writing off the idea of UFOs, aliens or any kind of life outside of planet earth is incredibly ignorant. He says this type of research is really important ... and he could be onto something.

Just last week, Congress confirmed some UFOs are not "man-made" and could potentially pose a threat. The confirmation was buried inside a U.S. congressional report, and Jack feels there's so much more info the government isn't telling us.

Jack seemed almost certain some folks in Congress might know exactly what these objects are and where they come from ... but they are bread-crumbing Americans with that info.

His reason on why the Prez isn't fessing up to knowing about UFOs is pretty interesting ... though he says some past presidents have dropped hints. Now he's taking his own closer look at strange going-ons at a popular landing spot for UFO sightings over the years.

Ashley Tropez, most known from "Beyond Scared Straight," was found dead in an abandoned California home ... and now cops have arrested another woman they suspect killed her.

Ashley was found dead on Friday inside a home in Victorville, CA after suffering “traumatic injuries" ... according to the San Bernadino County Sheriff's Department. Law enforcement sources confirm Tropez appeared on the popular show back in 2011.

Investigators suspect another 24-year-old woman named Alexis Call is responsible for her death. Police believe Alexis and Ashley may have been squatting at the home together ... prior to the tragic incident.

Alexis was arrested Friday and booked on a murder charge and she's being held at the facility until her Tuesday court date ... according to multiple reports.

Ashley became known after appearing on the hit show, where troubled teens are exposed to the realities of prison ... in hopes that they will turn their life around.

A&E is pissed over a new police show on Reelz, claiming the producers of their popular "Live PD" franchise are running a copycat version on a rival network ... and now they're suing.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, A&E claims the new Reelz show "On Patrol: Live" is a blatant rip-off of their law enforcement reality series ... and they're asking a judge to shut down the alleged copycat version of "Live PD" and fork over any profits they've made from it.

Remember ... "Live PD" showcased police departments across the country enforcing the law in real-time, with Dan Abrams hosting from a studio and guiding the action. The show aired from 2016 to 2020, when A&E pulled the plug on it in the wake of nationwide protests against police brutality.

In the suit, A&E says Big Fish, the production company behind "Live PD," cloned the show for Reelz ... using the same format, re-enlisting Dan as host and marketing "On Patrol: Live" as the return of "Live PD" on TV.

A&E says Reelz ignored their warnings and pushed through with the new series, which recently started airing and has been a big hit.

In the suit, A&E claims Reelz was struggling to get eyeballs in 2021 when they were the 89th ranked TV network in total viewers ... and A&E says Reelz is now getting millions of viewers for 'On Patrol.'

A&E says the OG "Live PD" spawned tons of authorized spin-offs, but the Reelz show did not have their blessing ... and now A&E is going after Reelz for money and an injunction stopping 'On Patrol' from copying "Live PD."

Mama June was notably absent from her daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson's 17th birthday party ... but that didn't stop her from sending a much-needed apology in light of their estrangement.

Mama June sent a lengthy text message the day before Alana's 17th ... saying how proud she is of who her daughter's become, and wishing her a happy birthday.

She even apologizes for everything she put Alana through -- adding, "Im here now whenever u need me." She says work has to get done to fix what's broken, but is confident a change is comin'.

As you know, the waters between the two of them haven't been calm in recent years ... June lost her relationship with her family after getting busted for cocaine possession in 2019.

Alana's sister, Pumpkin -- who became her guardian after a failed intervention -- signed off for her sister to have a weight-loss procedure last month -- something Mama June told us she wouldn't have given a thumbs up to.

But, it looks like the healing might've begun, despite their falling out -- Mama June tells TMZ Alana responded to her recent text ... thanking her for the message, and saying she loves her mom too.

Kim Kardashian's signature shapewear company, SKIMS, says a woman who filed a lawsuit claiming SKIMS body tape ripped her skin off has it all wrong ... and the tape she actually used was an Amazon purchase that's not associated with Kim or SKIMS at all.

The woman, Noelle Mahasin Smith, filed a  lawsuit against SKIMS Monday -- claiming the company's body tape was ripping her skin off. The lawsuit was thin on specifics, but Smith says the body tape is directly responsible for the physical and mental pain she claims she endured by using it.

A rep for SKIMS tells us Smith didn't even purchase the tape from them, saying, "We take feedback from our customers very seriously. Upon further review of this specific complaint, we have discovered that the customer purchased what appears to be fake tape from Amazon, who is not an authorized or official retailer of SKIMS products."

Kim's SKIMS brand has become super popular in the market, the company rep continues, "Unfortunately counterfeit items have become commonplace for the brand and we strongly advise our customers to only purchase from SKIMS or any of our official retail partners which can be found on our website to ensure that they receive authentic products that meet our quality standards."

In comparing the products, you can see Kim's tape has the SKIMS marking ... much different than the one allegedly purchased on Amazon.

Nikki Bella is officially a married woman -- 'cause after 3 years of dating the ex-WWE star tied the knot with her "Dancing with the Stars" dancer fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, in an intimate ceremony in Paris!!

The former wrestler and Broadway star got married in front of a small group of friends and family ... according to E! News.

Nikki posted a photo of her and Artem's hands with their wedding rings ... saying, "We said I DO, can't wait to share the entire journey with you all when our four-part special event."

The former "Total Bellas" star also shared a pic of the newlyweds in each other's arms as they took in the Paris skyline.

Nikki and Artem -- who met when they were partners on season 25 of 'DWTS' -- have one child, a little boy named Matteo, who was born in July 2020.

Nikki and Artem were engaged for a while due to the pandemic and coronavirus restrictions, but always knew they wanted to say "I Do" ... and now they did!!

You'll recall ... at one point during their relationship, "Good Morning America" accidentally called Nikki Artem's wife before the two ever jumped the broom.

Nikki and Artem were not married then, but now, after years of waiting, the romantic duo can proudly say they are husband and wife.

A "Big Brother" contestant is being accused of racism after some live feed footage was conveniently left out of the finished product.

The guy's name is Kyle Capener and he's one of the remaining house guests on the reality show's current season. There was uproar this week when the new episode aired on CBS, but some troubling comments he'd recently made during the 24/7 Internet feed were nowhere to be found.

Some fans think the network is covering his ass in an attempt to keep him around longer ... even though many feel he oughta be booted immediately.

As for what everyone's up in arms about -- there's one specific moment that's getting referenced a lot, a conversation Kyle had with another white contestant ... where he expressed concern about an alliance forming among the housemates of color.

He calls it a "cookout"-like collection of characters, and notes they've said they're in the house for ethnic representation on TV. With this in mind, he suggests to the other housemate they should form their own alliance ... what some have perceived as a "white" alliance.

Apparently, there are other comments he's made that some are calling "microaggressions" ... and they feel like the dude is straight-up racist, warranting producers axing him from the show entirely.

CBS hasn't commented on this controversy, but there's a disclaimer at the start of each episode that emphasizes the contestants are being filmed constantly ... and that they may say things that don't necessarily align with the company's values.

The "Big Brother" crew has been working hard to stop fans from revealing details to houseguests over their studio walls ... and it sounds like the extra efforts are paying off.

CBS has gone a solid 8 weeks with no disruptions at its L.A. studios, according to production sources. The security teams have been able to keep people FAR from the studio, unlike in previous seasons.

As we reported, CBS made the call to beef up security last season ... after fans showed up with bull horns, yelling over the wall to try and help certain houseguests.

In addition to CBS's security team AND a third-party company that has eyes on the space 24/7, we're told they've also planted production assistants around the area to keep watch.

We got pics of security and PAs near an area of the fence that would give easy access to the studio wall -- 6 people were posted at the spot.

This week has been even more essential to keep the wall yellers away -- half the house had to live in the backyard. Luckily, not a peep was heard from the outside world.
