Anthony Anderson Drops Diamond in Drain ... Ghetto MacGyver to the Rescue!!!

Published | Updated

Anthony Anderson really coulda used a Swiss Army Knife after dropping a diamond in a shower drain, but since he dubbed himself "Ghetto MacGyver" ... Q-tips, dental floss and a broken comb were all he needed for the mission.

The "Black-ish" star is in Rome, where he perfectly executed "Operation Save Diamond Earring" at the Waldorf Astoria Resort. After his diamond earring went down the drain, he recorded the whole rescue effort.

You gotta watch the video ... Anthony was kinda pissed there were no wire hangers in the room to use during the operation -- but he made due with everything else he could find in the bathroom.

Anthony said he wanted the whole mission on video just in case it failed -- for insurance purposes -- but more than anything it's just entertaining to watch him try to keep a steady hand. Anyone remember playing Operation?

Anthony captioned the video, "I'm naked, wet and soapy! I did the best I could with two Q tips, a comb and dental floss to save my diamond." He included #justakidfromcompton #ghettomcgyver #diamondsareforever #adventuresinrome #rome.

Diamonds. They're not only a girl's best friend!

'Deadliest Catch' 3 Dead After Crab Boat Capsizes In Yaquina Bay Feat. on 'Dungeon Cove'

Published | Updated

1:20 PM PT -- Despite initial local reports, we're told the Mary B II boat involved in this tragedy was never featured on 'Dungeon Cove,' nor were the crew members who died.

However, this dangerous stretch of sea is the subject of the 'Deadliest Catch' spin-off series.

A rep for Discovery tells us ... "We are deeply saddened by the news as we feel part of the crabbing community. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their families and the entire community during this difficult time."

A sea vessel featured on "Deadliest Catch: Dungeon Cove" capsized in treacherous waters, tragically killing 3 fishermen ... according to reports.

The U.S. Coast Guard was escorting the Mary B II commercial crab boat Tuesday night around 10 PM off the coast of Newport, Oregon. The boat capsized during the escort in 12 to 14-foot seas while crossing Yaquina Bay bar and there was an immediate rescue effort.

Sadly, the Coast Guard was unable to save the 3 crew members onboard. KGW8 reports the bodies of 2 of the 3 fishermen were recovered, but the third is still trapped inside the sunken boat.

The Mary B II was featured on the Discovery show, and the premise of 'Dungeon Cove' revolves around the danger of crossing the Newport bar with a full load of crab ... which is apparently what led to this accident.

R. Kelly Victims, Families to Contact Chicago Prosecutor ... We Have Evidence to Nail Him

Published | Updated

At least 1 alleged victim of R. Kelly and families of 2 other alleged victims spoke Tuesday night, planning to present Chicago prosecutors with what they believe is sufficient evidence to prosecute the singer for sexual abuse and other crimes ... TMZ has learned.

We're told a family member of one of the alleged victims was the leader on the efforts, and he will put together an evidence packet for the Cook County State Attorney. As we reported, State Attorney Kim Foxx said Tuesday afternoon she was "sickened" by the Lifetime docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly" and asked anyone who was a victim or has information about a victim to come forward.

An attorney for another alleged victim -- who does not live in Chicago -- made it clear she was going to contact the appropriate authorities on behalf of her client.

Those behind the efforts said they were fanning out to find other victims who would join their united front before presenting their cases to the State Attorney.

As of 6:30 PM Central Time, the State Attorney had received no calls from alleged victims. The phone number is (773) 674-6492.

As for the two women who are still living with R. Kelly -- Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary -- we're told they are hiring lawyers in an attempt to stop their parents from their efforts to reclaim their daughters and get them out of the singer's house. The parents have been leading the charge against R. Kelly and believe he's brainwashed their daughters.

Chief Keef Check Out My New Art Collection ... $40,000 Worth o' Cartoons

Published | Updated

Chief Keef has a serious case of '90s nostalgia, and a high-priced way of dealing with it ... because the rapper just threw down a ton of cash to turn his home into a real-life comic strip.

We're told Chief reached out to Idiot Box Art owners Emily Bright and Tamara Martin over the weekend to purchase a bunch of art inspired by '90s TV shows -- specifically cartoons. The collection is an homage to "The Simpsons," "The Smurfs" and "Rugrats" ... and it's valued at $40k.

As you can see, Keef is hanging up some of the new art in his son's room ... and we're told his daughter's room is getting decked out too.

All the works are made of hand-cut wood, covered with acrylic paint and finished with a coat of resin. The pieces range in size from 2 to 15 feet high.

We're told Chief also commissioned a few cartoon versions of himself because ... why not?

He dropped a bundle, but check out our gallery ... won't cost you a dime.

R. Kelly Chicago Prosecutors ... Victims, 'Please Come Forward'

Published | Updated

Cook County prosecutors want any victims of R. Kelly to call them ... now.

State Attorney Kim Foxx just urged any victims -- "Please come forward."

Foxx, who herself is a sexual assault survivor, says she wants families of victims to contact the officer, adding she's "sickened" by what she saw on the Lifetime docuseries, "Surviving R. Kelly."

Foxx says her office has already been contacted by 2 families where alleged victims had contact with R. Kelly over the last few years. She says both alleged victims are over the age of 18.

The State Attorney's Office has not launched a formal investigation, but Foxx definitely sounds like she will if victims come forward.

She wants anyone with information to contact her office at (773) 674-6492.

Common on R. Kelly Black Community Failed Survivors But, That Ends Now!!!

Published | Updated

Common is copping to turning a blind eye to the allegations about R. Kelly abusing women ... saying he and the entire black community should have put a stop to it long ago.

We got the rapper/actor out Tuesday at LAX where he said he's guilty of not coming to the rescue of Kelly's alleged sex slaves. He also calls it a systemic failure when it comes to how society values black women and makes no bones about it -- if the alleged victims were white instead of black, there would have been more outrage.

Common -- who's from Chicago, just like Kelly -- is done giving him a pass. As you know, there's been a ton of backlash since the "Surviving R. Kelly" 6-part series -- Tank blasted Kelly and Daymond John explained why he thinks Kelly should kill himself.

Add Common to the list of people who think Kelly needs to face consequences, starting right now.

But, he's also saying Kelly fans -- himself included -- shoulder some blame for letting the singer's alleged criminal behavior go unchecked.

Sen. Joe Manchin Sorry, Ellen ... Trump Gets TV Priority Tonight

Published | Updated

Sen. Joe Manchin thinks folks should really tune in to President Trump's televised address to the nation on the border "crisis" ... even if that means screwing over Ellen DeGeneres.

We got the West Virginia Senator Tuesday in D.C., where our photog asked how Trump's border address later in the evening would measure up to Ellen's 'Game of Games' ... and which one should take precedent for the American people.

Translation: which broadcast will be sillier and have more entertainment value -- Trump or Ellen? Perhaps unsurprisingly, Manchin says DT's the one to watch tonight.

Trump and the Dems can't come to a resolution to fund the border wall, which is why the federal government is in day 18 of a partial shutdown. So, Manchin's right ... there's a lot riding on Trump's speech tonight.

The Prez tweeted he'd be addressing the nation about the "Humanitarian and National Security crisis" at the border.

Trump's address starts at 9 PM ET, so on the east coast it'll creep into hour 2 of Ellen's NBC broadcast, and your fave programs on other networks -- looking at you, "Black-ish."

But, Manchin says tough luck.

R. Kelly Alleged Sex Slaves at 2016 Concert ... Free Will or Stockholm Syndrome??

Published | Updated

Video of 3 women featured in the "Surviving R. Kelly" docuseries shows them front row at one of his concerts, but it's not necessarily what it seems.

TMZ obtained this footage from an October 2016 show in New Jersey. You can see Joycelyn Savage, Dominique Gardner and Azriel Clary standing next to each other in clear view of Kelly while he's onstage.

The women were dancing and cheering ... Azriel even gave Kelly a high five. The woman who recorded the clip shouts, "Tell your father come over here" ... because she thought the girls were young, we're told. FWIW, all of them were 18 or older at that time.

Loved ones for all 3 appeared on 'Surviving,' claiming Kelly held them against their will. Looking at the video, one could say they were thoroughly -- and voluntarily -- enjoying themselves at the concert.

However, one could also say it's textbook Stockholm Syndrome ... where victims develop a connection to their captor, but it's really a psychological defense to survive an ordeal.

If you watched 'Surviving,' you know Dominique's mother convinced her to flee from Kelly. Joycelyn and Azriel are still living with him.

Joycelyn has told us time and again on camera that she's fine. Meanwhile, Azriel's family has reported her as a missing person.

Worth noting, the woman who shot the concert footage says R. Kelly noticed her recording and repeatedly asked his security to remove her. She says they eventually did ... without explanation.

Omarion says he's not losing sleep over his baby mama's situation with Lil Fizz ... just as long as they don't get down on the B2K reunion tour!!!

Omarion sat down with our Raquel Harper for Tuesday's episode of "Raq Rants" on BET, and he made it clear he's not trying to get involved in his BM's love life ... but if Apryl Jones bangs his bandmate on tour, Omarion says that's a different story!

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Omarion's ex was snuggling up with Lil Fizz on New Year's Eve, leading to speculation over their relationship. Judge for yourself, but Apryl and Fizz look pretty close ... even if they say they're just friends.

Whatever's going on ... Omarion's making it clear he doesn't want any drama during B2K's upcoming tour.

For the full interview ... watch "Raq Rants" Tuesday at 11 PM on BET. On the West Coast, if you have Dish or DirecTV, it's on at 8 PM.

Chad Michael Murray Surprises Teen Cancer Survivor ... In Emotional Video

Published | Updated

A teenage girl who kicked cancer's ass 3 times got the surprise of a lifetime when Chad Michael Murray showed up unannounced during an interview she was giving ... and the meeting was super emotional.

Alex, who beat 3 different types of cancer by the time she turned 18, was flown out to Los Angeles right before Christmas to appear on the "Just Between Us" podcast with Bailee Madison and Kaitlin Vilasuso for an episode on real-life superheroes ... and Bailee surprised her guest by arranging for Chad to come through.

Alex had shared in the past that watching "One Tree Hill" helped her get through chemo, so Bailee recruited Chad to make his surprise appearance.

Check out the clip ... Alex is equal parts shocked and thrilled when Chad walks into the room. There are hugs, screams and lots of happy tears.

The whole episode -- produced by Johnny Ryan Jr. -- debuts today ... you can listen to it here.

David Arquette Pooh-Poohs Wrestling Tampon Stunt ... 'I Didn't Like It'

Published | Updated

David Arquette is open-minded when it comes to pushing the envelope in pro wrestling -- but says the female wrestler who pulled a fake bloody tampon from her pants last month during a match went too far.

The video of the stunt has gone viral ... wrestler Priscilla Kelly was taking on another wrestler named Tuna at the Suburban Fight event in L.A. on Dec. 30 when she reached down below and whipped out the feminine hygiene product and shoved it in Tuna's mouth.

The crowd started chanting, "You sick f**k."

"I didn't like it," Arquette told us in L.A. ... "That's not my style."

Arquette appreciated the fact that Kelly's stunt has raised her profile in the wrestling community -- but says there are other ways to make a splash without having to pull anything out of your genitals.

As for Priscilla, she said she had no intentions of going viral ... noting, "I just thought it was funny."

But, she's suggested that the blowback from fans is based in sexism.

"Penis is funny and awesome," she tweeted ... "A vagina is disgusting and trashy. #Equality?"

R. Kelly's Ex-Alleged Sex Slave I Challenge Mr. Kelly ... To Take a Live Lie Detector Test!!!

Published | Updated

One of R. Kelly's alleged victims is putting out a challenge to the singer if he is, in fact, telling the truth -- take a lie detector test ... and do it live on national television.

We spoke with Asante McGee -- one of the women who made allegations against Kelly on "Surviving R. Kelly" -- and she tells us the first thing that needs to happen to save other girls she claims are trapped in his clutches is simple ... folks need to wake the hell up.

She says his longtime fans must stop supporting and pull the shudders back to see what's really going on -- and, after that, hold him accountable for his alleged crimes.

Then, Asante pivots to her big request ... that R. Kelly undergo a polygraph on TV, where the results can be seen live ... and no funny business can go down.

Remember ... Asante was one of the first targets of a now-defunct Facebook page, "Surviving Lies," which painted her as a liar with "evidence" it claimed proved she'd told conflicting stories about Kelly.

Facebook removed the page entirely, shortly after it went up.

As for her challenge? Your move, Robert.

Kevin Spacey Appears in Court ... To Face Sexual Assault Charge

Published | Updated
Kevin Spacey courtroom 1/7/2019
FACING THE JUDGE

Kevin Spacey appeared in a Nantucket court to face the charge of felony indecent assault ... and interestingly he did not enter a plea.

Spacey has said in legal docs he was pleading not guilty, but the judge never asked him to enter a plea.

Spacey was ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victim or his family.

The actor's lawyer has said there are texts between the alleged victim and his girlfriend at the time of the incident and later as well. The alleged victim told cops his girlfriend didn't believe he was being assaulted by Spacey and he sent her a very short Snapchat video, showing a hand on clothes but not genitals

Spacey's lawyer asked the judge to preserve texts and cellphone records between the alleged victim and his girlfriend from July 7, 2016 to the present. Spacey's lawyer said he believes those texts were "likely exculpatory" -- translation, proof that Spacey didn't assault the then 18-year-old at a Nantucket bar.

His legal team requested he be allowed to skip the hearing, arguing it would "amplify the negative publicity already generated in connection with the case." The judge shot him down, though, and ordered Spacey to get his ass to court to enter his plea in person.

Spacey's lawyer claims the actor's contact with the 18-year-old was consensual, pointing to what he claims was 3-minutes of touching without the young man ever objecting.

If convicted, Spacey faces a maximum of 5 years in prison.

Tank R. Kelly's a Monster ... Shame On Him!!!

Published | Updated

Tank is going on a full offensive blitz against R. Kelly -- saying he can't separate the music from the monster after watching Lifetime's docuseries.

The R&B crooner posted a lengthy message on social media Sunday, in which he skewered Kelly and what Tank calls his "facilitators" ... including Kelly's team, record company, promoters, and radio stations. He says what he saw on "Surviving R. Kelly" made him come to a realization he wishes he would've reached sooner ... he believes Kelly's accusers.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Tank goes on to say that his 3 daughters will not allow him to continue supporting Kelly, adding that he "choose(s) the lives of these young black girls!" He says enough is enough, and that he's sick to his stomach from the allegations made against the R&B legend ... whom Tank calls a musical genius which so many other artists have tried emulating.

He also ends on an ominous note, claiming there are other men guilty of the same crimes Kelly is being accused of ... adding that society should not let them slip through the cracks.

Tank's firm stance on the issue comes after Lifetime's special wrapped Saturday. A lot of celebs are speaking out against R. Kelly ... including Jada Pinkett Smith.

Jada Pinkett Smith Upset with R. Kelly Record Sales Spike ... Do Black Women Matter?

Published | Updated

Jada Pinkett Smith is really upset there's a spike in R. Kelly's record sales in the wake of the Lifetime docuseries about various alleged sexual misdeeds, and is wondering out loud if black women matter.

The actress posted this video Sunday, wondering how R. Kelly's streaming numbers have spiked after a parade of people made shocking claims on "Surviving R. Kelly."

Jada's asking for some feedback ... if she's missing something -- specifically, do black girls not matter enough?

Tons of R. Kelly fans have been defiantly supportive of him, tweeting out messages all weekend like, "Still listening." Based on the reported numbers, they clearly are.

Unclear if Jada is turning on R. Kelly or if she's simply voicing longstanding disdain -- but one thing we do know ... she believes his accusers.
