Louis C.K. He's Sinking To Bottom Of Barrel ... Parkland Survivor Says

Published | Updated

Louis C.K. is getting way too comfortable at the bottom of the comedy barrel ... so says Parkland Shooting survivor Cameron Kasky.

But, it's not Louis' latest lowbrow comedy routine attacking victims of the Parkland massacre that has Cameron upset ... the student activist is taking issue with Louis appealing to crowds who find jokes about transgender people and school shootings funny.

We got Cameron on Monday, after the father of one of his dead peers ripped into Louis for his leaked stand-up jokes about Parkland, and the Marjory Stoneman Douglas student calls out C.K. for targeting the lowest common denominator in order to make a quick buck.

Check out the clip ... Cameron throws some major shade at Louis, congratulating him for getting comfortable in his new digs at rock bottom.

Bottom line for Cameron ... Louis has every right to scrape the bottom of the barrel, but he thinks what the comedian is doing is just plain wrong.

Louis C.K. Goes After Parkland Victims ... In Leaked Audio of New Stand-Up

Published | Updated

As if Louis C.K. hadn't already hit bottom, he just went even lower by attacking victims of the Parkland massacre in a stand-up set ... this according to leaked audio of his new material.

In audio that surfaced online Sunday, you can hear Louis performing new jokes in front of an audience ... and, at one point, he mocks the survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting from this past February. Specifically, he seems to be talking about Emma Gonzalez, David Hogg and others who've been vocal about implementing gun control.

The audio first appeared on a YouTube page that has since been removed ... the description said this set took place on December 16. It's unclear where exactly he performed.

The jokes are vile. First, Louis attacks the youth of this generation ... comparing them to himself in his 20s, and saying kids these days are simply too PC, well-behaved, and opinionated. He also cracks jokes about non-binary people ... and then goes after the Parkland kids.

Louis says the kids who survived are not interesting just because they went to a high school where people were shot, and that he shouldn't have to listen to them just because they "pushed some fat kid in the way."

A new low, for sure.

President Trump The Obamas Have a Wall ... Now America Needs Its Own Too!!!

Published | Updated

This is bonkers ... President Trump is using a brick wall the Obamas built outside of their D.C. rental home as justification for his own southern border wall. Seriously.

Trump tweeted out the strange logic Sunday, saying ... "President and Mrs. Obama built/has a ten foot Wall around their D.C. mansion/compound."

He went on to say, "I agree, totally necessary for their safety and security. The U.S. needs the same thing, slightly larger version!"

We broke the story ... construction got underway last year at Barack and Michelle's D.C.-area home -- which they're renting until Sasha graduates -- and a brick wall was being built to fortify the property ... where secret service has been assigned to protect the former First Family.

BTW ... the Obamas are also building an in-ground pool at the pad, as well as a terrace of some sort ... this according to building permits we've obtained.

With all that in mind, it should go without saying ... Trump's rationale makes zero sense here. Also, keep in mind ... the federal government has been partially shut down over this.

Here's to two more years ... maybe.

Kevin Spacey Tries the Domino(s) Effect with Pap ... Ahead of Arraignment

TRYING TO MAKE PEAC-ZA

Kevin Spacey tried making peace with paparazzi who've been hounding him ahead of his criminal arraignment next week by breaking bread with them ... or crust, more like.

The disgraced actor was seen delivering a Domino's pizza he'd apparently bought to a photog in Baltimore Sunday, where he's been hiding out as he waits for his court hearing in Massachusetts next week.

In the clip, you hear Spacey tell the pap he appreciates what he's doing ... and goes on to wish him a happy new year and tells him to stay warm. Another camera guy follows him back to his car and asks if he'll be appearing in court himself, but Spacey's mum.

As we reported ... Spacey re-emerged over the weekend in the East Coast, but seems to be lying low and covering up as much as he can. He's been criminally charged for allegedly groping an 18-year-old's genitals in a Nantucket bar a couple years back.

DON'T RUSH TO JUDGMENT

On Christmas Eve, Spacey released a bizarre video of himself doing a monologue as Frank Underwood from 'House of Cards,' which appeared to be an attempt to address the multiple allegations of sexual assault against him.

That clip didn't sit well with a lot of people ... and this pizza gesture probably won't either.

Rap Groupie Celina Powell Arrested ... Bounty Hunter Hurls N-Word

Published | Updated

Celina Powell -- who's accused rappers like Offset, Snoop Dogg, and others of cheating and/or knocking her up -- is currently in a jail cell thanks to bounty hunters ... one of whom shamelessly dropped the n-word during the bust ... TMZ has learned.

The social media star, who's also Aaron Carter's ex, was busted and taken into custody late Saturday night in Aurora, Colorado, where she was set to attend an event at a hookah lounge called Hubbly Bubbly Brewery. Law enforcement sources tell us bounty hunters staked out the parking lot after she posted online that she'd be hosting there.

When she showed up, they pounced ... and part of it was caught on camera. While she was being taken in, however, William Ellenburg -- one of the bounty hunters here, who's white -- hurled the n-word multiple times while trying to deny he was racist.

We asked him for a further explanation after seeing the video. He told us Celina had accused him making racist comments about his partner on the scene, who was black. Ellenburg said he used the n-word to prove he hadn't said anything offensive ... and, apparently, to prove he was cool with black people. He apologizes if anyone was offended.  For the record ... this is anything but cool.

As for Celina, we're told she had upwards of $61,000 worth of outstanding bonds in her name, in and around the area -- ranging from shoplifting and evading police to traffic violations.

She was turned over to Aurora PD a little after midnight on Sunday, and our sources say she's still in custody as of this writing. She's set to appear in court Monday.

A pretty sh**** way to ring in the new year if you ask us ... on everyone's part.

Cardi B F*** Your Fame Expecations of Me Rants After AUS Pap Run-In

Published | Updated

Cardi B did NOT like a swarm of paps in Australia making nasty comments about her relationship with Offset while demanding she show face ... and she let 'em know it.

The "Money" rapper took to Instagram Sunday to lay into a few pushy cameramen and women who bum-rushed her in Sydney Saturday when she landed at the airport. Cardi was covering her head and didn't want to stop to answer questions, take pics ... nothin'.

One of the male paps shouted at her as she walked by ... "You're in Sydney now, mate, you're in Australia. It's our rules, not yours, buddy ... be clear on that."

Cardi asked them to leave her alone, but a female photog shouted something even nastier at her, saying ... "No wonder your husband left you." Cardi B's publicist, Patientce, became irate and got in the pap's face ... threatening to hit her if she didn't ease up.

CB is now speaking on the confrontation herself, and it's pretty clear ... she's not going to play by anyone's "rules" of celebrity engagement. She says she stays true to herself, unlike other celebs whom she didn't name, and insists she'll continue to do so despite being dogged by the media.

Cardi also touches on drug use in Hollywood, and says she now understands why so many stars turn to substances, while some go on to kill themselves.

Rest assured, though ... she says that's never going to happen to her, no matter how tough the fame game gets.

Trump Supporter Triggers Epic Vape Store Meltdown ... Gets Employee Fired

Published | Updated

A Trump supporter who was refused service at a vape shop captured what might be one of the craziest meltdowns we've ever seen ... yeah, this is just nuts.

Georgia resident Ian Furgeson tried buying something at Xhale City this week in Tucker, GA -- about half an hour outside of Atlanta -- and was apparently told to GTFO by the store employee ... who didn't want to sell anything to a Trump supporter. Furgeson was decked out in MAGA gear, BTW.

Well, things escalated quickly from there. Furgeson started recording the encounter, and the employee told him to stop or he'd call the cops.

Furgeson egged the guy on, telling him to do it ... and then the employee exploded with a "F*** OFF!" The vape store worker's breakdown only got worse from there, but weirdly enough ... he eventually calmed down and agreed to sell to Furgeson just to get him out.

Furgeson mocked him by saying, "Capitalism wins again" and ordered the employee to ring him up ... which the guy must not have liked, 'cause he changed his mind and became even more enraged ... again telling Furgeson to leave.

Furgeson eventually left empty-handed and posted the video to Facebook, which went viral. He later went on to say that someone at the company reached out to apologize and assured him the employee had been fired.

Generally speaking, private businesses have the right to refuse to service to people, so long as they're not discriminating based on federally protected classes, like race, religion, national origin, etc. But, the employee's actions here clearly weren't in line with his former employer's policy.

The company reportedly put out a statement on the matter, saying it values its clients and treats them with respect and dignity ... "regardless of their political views."

Cassie Curves Diddy Hard ... Posts Pic of Her Kissing New Guy

Published | Updated

Diddy might be missing his ex, Cassie, but she sure as hell ain't missing him ... not by the looks of this photo of her kissing another dude, anyway.

This one's tough to swallow if you're a Diddy/Cassie stan and had any hopes of them getting back together. Diddy posted an intimate shot of Cassie on his IG story Friday night ... and the same shot again early Saturday.

The message we're reading from this ... he's still got feelings.

Unfortunately for him, Cassie appears to have moved on with a younger man ... who she revealed on her own Insta account just hours after Diddy put up his tribute. Unclear if this was in direct response to that, but Cassie seems to be sending a message of her own.

The dude in question has reportedly been identified as fitness and health guru Alex Fine. As if the name isn't enough ... he's also a natural born stud. And, now ... Cassie's into him.

Interestingly enough, Cassie was seen with Diddy shortly after Kim Porter died last month ... which sparked rumors they might be rekindling their 10-year relationship following their October split.

Looks like that reunion was just moral support though, 'cause Cassie hasn't been spotted with Diddy since.

C'est la vie.

Bebe Rexha Tells Married NFL Star ... Stop Hitting On Me!!!

Published | Updated

Bebe Rexha is calling out a married football player in a big way ... telling him to stop hitting on her.

Bebe doesn't say if he's an NFL player, but the intimation is certainly there -- she says he has an obligation to be a role model, so presumably he's somewhat famous.

The singer posted, "Do you ever have that one guy that always comes in and out of your life ... And they are cheaters waste your time." This makes it sound like she's hooked up with him before.

Bebe makes it clear the guy has a family -- a wife and 3 kids. She says he texted her, "When will I see you my friend!" ... to which she responded, "I'll be performing on new Year's Eve. On NBC. Happy New Year's my friend."

Apparently the NFL player asked when he could see her again in person, and she said, "I'll be performing in San Jose in January."

Short story ... she's one step from naming the guy if he doesn't back off. We're guessing he got the message.

Danielle Staub's Ex I Didn't Secretly List Our House ... She Knew All Along!!!

Published | Updated

Danielle Staub's estranged husband Marty Caffrey is calling BS on her claims she was blindsided when he put their mansion up for sale ... because he says he told her their home was hitting the market weeks in advance.

We got Marty out Friday in New York, and he's pouring water all over Danielle's claims she found out from a friend when he listed their NJ home for over $2 million.

As Marty puts it, there's no sense in secretly listing their home when they're still living there, because there's no way he could hide that fact forever.

Marty and Danielle are in the middle of a messy divorce -- only months after tying the knot back in May -- and it's interesting to hear Marty explain why their relationship started falling apart when Danielle began filming Season 9 of "Real Housewives of New Jersey."

Disney's 'Jungle Cruise' Movie Coming Out Scene with Gay Character ... But Avoids the Key Word

Published | Updated

Disney is making strides by introducing its first openly gay character in the upcoming "Jungle Cruise" movie, which will feature a big coming out scene ... but there's one important step that's missing.

A test screening of the film took place last week -- it'll get a wide release in 2020 -- and sources who attended tell TMZ Disney avoids using the word "gay" when Jack Whitehall's character, McGregor, comes out to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

We're told, at one point, McGregor has a heart-to-heart with The Rock's lead character, Frank, about dating history ... and McGregor makes it very clear he isn't into ladies. Keep in mind, this flick isn't set in modern times.

McGregor explains to "Frank" his family had tried arranging marriages for him with several women, but he didn't wanna marry any of them -- or any woman, for that matter. He also says Emily Blunt's character, Lily (his sister in the movie), was the only one in his fam to accept him and support him regardless of the "person" he loves.

We're told the scene was well-received by the audience, but the glaring omission of a pronoun to describe McGregor's love interest did not go unnoticed.

Unclear if the scene will make the final cut -- but ya gotta imagine it will, given how significant a move it is for Disney to include a gay character in an action blockbuster.

There was already backlash from the LGBTQ community over Whitehall's casting earlier this summer -- he's a straight guy playing a gay character -- and now, it's obvious Disney's watching its step even closer as it tiptoes into the 21st Century.

One small step for gay representation ... but still plenty to go.

LeBron James Apologizes for 'Jewish Money' IG Post 21 Savage Follows Suit

Published | Updated

12/25 -- 21 Savage has also apologized ... saying, "the Jewish people I know are very wise with [their] money so that's why I said we been gettin Jewish money. I never thought anyone would take offense. I'm sorry if I offended everybody. Never my intention. I love all people."

LeBron James busted out a big "Sleecha" to Jewish people on Sunday -- after posting a photo on Instagram with the caption, "Getting that Jewish money."

Long story short, LeBron says he thought it was a "compliment" to Jews.

James was actually quoting a lyric from the 21 Savage rap song "ASMR" -- but there was a backlash online from people who felt someone as famous and powerful as LeBron shouldn't be pushing old Anti-Semitic stereotypes.

"Apologies, for sure, if I offended anyone," James told ESPN ... "That's not why I chose to share that lyric. I always [post lyrics]. That's what I do. I ride in my car, I listen to great music, and that was the byproduct of it."

"So, I actually thought it was a compliment, and obviously it wasn't through the lens of a lot of people. My apologies. It definitely was not the intent, obviously, to hurt anybody."

Despite LeBron's intent, there have been hundreds of books and articles written over the years about why the "Jews and Money" stereotype is a dangerous one.

Quite simply, it's been used a rallying cry to fuel anti-Semitism for hundreds of years.

As far as the NBA is involved, ESPN reports he will not be fined for the posting the lyrics.

Fake Blood Trump Star Vandal I Made a Statement ... And PETA Fired Me!!!

Published | Updated

The guy who poured fake blood on Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame says he was working for PETA when he did the deed ... but now he's been canned.

We spoke to PETA's now-former senior campaign specialist, Matt Bruce, who was caught on camera earlier this week pouring red dyed corn syrup on the Trump star ... which had just been vandalized earlier that day by another guy who'd also been caught on tape.

It was a shocking image to say the least, especially since the previous vandalism from hours earlier featured swastikas.

Matt tells us here was there with PETA members protesting Forever 21 for their use of wool. Toward the end of the protest, Matt says he wanted to send a message by pouring some fake blood on the star ... an act he says PETA has done in other instances many times over.

According to him, pouring the blood here couldn't be more on brand ... and, ultimately, it was a harmless political statement. Well ... he says PETA didn't see it that way.

Shortly after, Matt tells us he got a call from a PETA HR rep and the VP, who told him it was his last day. He says he's mostly disappointed by the firing, but not shocked. Matt asserts that PETA doesn't want any heat from the Trump administration, and that's why they cut him loose.

We've reached out to PETA for statement on Matt's firing ... so far, no word back.

Wayne Brady Louis' N-Word Convo All Bad On All Fronts

Published | Updated

Wayne Brady thinks Louis C.K. using the n-word in front of some comics -- including Chris Rock -- is as unacceptable now as it was then ... but he's wringing everyone's neck here.

We got the "Whose Line Is It Anyway"' alum Sunday at LAX and asked for his thoughts on a 2011 HBO clip of Louis chatting with Chris, Jerry Seinfeld and Ricky Gervais ... and, at one point, dropping the n-word when CR calls him the "blackest white guy" he knows.

The clip resurfaced Saturday and went viral, with lots of criticism aimed at Chris for co-signing Louis and Ricky hurling the word back and forth in front of a very uncomfortable Jerry, who lots of folks are seeing as the hero in this scenario for speaking out against it.

Wayne isn't as conciliatory. He tells us Louis shouldn't have said it, Chris shouldn't have allowed it, and Ricky definitely shouldn't have chimed in with so much glee. He also says Seinfeld isn't a saint for his mild protest ... calling him more tactical than anything. Ouch ...

It's a harsh rebuke for sure, but Wayne makes valid points. What's weird is that Louis has been using the n-word in his stand-up for years, and this clip has been in circulation for a while.

So, again, it begs the question ... why all the outrage now?

Louis C.K., Ricky Gervais, Chris Rock Hurl N-Word ... During 2011 HBO Special

Published | Updated

Louis C.K., Ricky Gervais and Chris Rock hurled around the n-word during a TV chat back in 2011 ... and it's getting a lot of criticism now -- the question, what about then?

The conversation aired as part of an HBO special called "Talking Funny." Chris Rock calls Louis C.K., "The blackest white guy I know," which unleashes Louis, who asks, "You say I'm a n*****?"

There's a discussion of using the n-word in comedy.

Jerry Seinfeld does not use the word, and says he never has.

The group then discusses the use of the term in comedy and in public vs. private life. Seinfeld chimes in, "I don't think he can do that." On the other hand, Louis C.K. says he and Gervais use the word in private.

The clip is getting a lot of heat now, but back in the day there was not much public criticism. Entertainment Weekly praised the special and does not criticize the use of the n-word.

NJ Athletic Officials Investigating Wrestling Referee ... Over Hair Incident

Published | Updated

The white referee who ordered a black high school wrestler to either cut his hair or forfeit the match is now being investigated by NJ state athletic officials, TMZ Sports has learned.

And, while the investigation is active, sources tell us the referee will NOT be working any matches.

The incident involves Buena Regional High School athlete Andrew Johnson -- who was seen on video getting his dreadlocks chopped off before a match this week.

In the footage, Johnson looks distraught. People are furious, claiming the ultimatum was racially motivated since the ref, Alan Maloney, has previously been disciplined for making a racist comment in 2016.

The way it's being explained to us ... Maloney has not been formally suspended or disciplined for the Johnson incident, but officials feel it's best to keep him off the mat while they gather information.

A source connected to Maloney tells us his position is that he was merely enforcing a rule about hair maintenance -- and insists race was not a factor.

Meanwhile, we spoke with a rep for the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association -- which oversees high school sports in NJ -- a who gave us the following statement.

"The NJSIAA has been in direct contact with school officials and is now awaiting official incident reports. A report also has been requested from the referee involved. In addition – and as per its formal sportsmanship policy – the NJSIAA has provided initial information to the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and will continue to send updates as they become available."

"At this point, the NJSIAA is working to determine the exact nature of the incident and whether an infraction occurred."

"As a precautionary measure, given the degree of attention being focused on this matter, the NJSIAA will recommend to chapter officials that the referee in question not be assigned to any event until this matter has been reviewed more thoroughly in order to avoid potential distractions for the competing wrestlers."

Multiple attempts to reach both Maloney and Johnson were unsuccessful.
