Kendall & Ben Simmons Hit the Hotel Together ... Nice Overnight Bag!
Kendall Jenner's date night with Ben Simmons seemed to go well ... because it ended at a fancy Beverly Hills hotel -- together!
After a dinner date at The Nice Guy, the two rolled over to Hyde Nightclub where they partied together until around 2:10 AM ... and then ultimately ended up at the Waldorf Astoria.
Ben helped Kendall bring in her bag from the car -- and you can probably guess how the rest of the night went from there.
Doesn't seem to be a one-night stand sorta thing ... the two have reportedly been dating for weeks -- and we know they already had a dinner date on Monday night.
Meanwhile, Ben's ex-GF, Tinashe, is also moving on ... she hit a nearby club where NBA star Donovan Mitchell happened to be partying too.

Oakland Raiders Owner Hits Golden Knights Game Commitment to Vegascellence
Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis was sitting right up on the glass at the Vegas Golden Knights game Wednesday night ... and even though the team lost, it's probably another big win for him.
The Raiders have been on a PR push to win over Vegas fans before the Silver and Black move into town -- they've taken out newspaper ads and put up billboards.
But, having Davis with his face pressed against the glass (sitting next to Jim Gray) is another good look for the Raiders ... especially since he's been to a TON of Knights' regular season games.
He's also supported other Vegas teams -- attending the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces game on Sunday night. That's commitment!
Don't worry Bay Area teams ... Mark's been courtside cheerin' on the Warriors this season -- he just likes Vegas better now.
And you would too, if this was your future home!!

Nikolas Cruz Recorded Himself Planning Parkland Mass Shooting 'You Will All Know Who I Am'
Nikolas Cruz recorded a chilling video of himself meticulously plotting how he was about to carry out a deadly attack at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.
The Broward State Attorney's Office released the video Wednesday as prosecutors prepare to possibly ask for a death penalty trial. In one of the videos, Cruz looks into his cell phone and says, "With the power of my AR you will all know who I am." Prosecutors would not say when exactly the videos were made, though Cruz suggests in one video he was going to carry out the mass shooting later that day.
Cruz killed 17 people on February 14 ... a deadly outcome that triggered massive nationwide protests for better gun control spearheaded by the Parkland kids.
In another video, Cruz said his goal was to kill at least 20 people and said, "You're all going to die. Can't wait." Cruz faces 17 counts of first-degree murder and 17 counts of attempted first-degree murder.

The NFL legend played with Tiger at PGA's Memorial Pro-Am in Ohio -- when he was asked if he thought Tiger could return to greatness after back fusion surgery.
"I can certainly relate," Manning said ... "It's about being flexible, being adaptive."
"I couldn't throw the ball the same way after my injury, but you learn to use your experience and football intellect. That's what he's doing. He's adjusted his game and his swing and using his experience and using other parts of his body to get some strength and power."
"For a golf fan, it's great to see him back out here."
Manning was also REALLY impressed with some of Tiger's shots -- and judging from the video ... you can see why.

We are optimistic about Ms. Johnson’s future and hopeful that she—and so many like her—will get a second chance at life."

Before she left the Oval Office, Kim posed for a pic with 45, which he posted. One of them smiled ...
Kim Kardashian West is all business, in a pantsuit, as she arrives at the White House to meet President Trump.
Kim and her attorney, Shawn Holley, entered through the security gate for the West Wing of 1600 Penn ... around 4:40 PM EDT. As we reported, the meeting with POTUS has been in the works for months ... as KKW's been in talks with Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner to get Alice Marie Johnson's life sentence commuted.
Alice is the great-grandmother who was convicted for drug conspiracy and money laundering in 1997 ... they were her first offenses, and Kim's taken up her cause over the last year.
Her attire -- all black, besides yellow heels -- shows just how serious Kim is about her mission.
No doubt, Kanye West's admiration for Trump will be brought up during the meeting ... by Trump.

Harvey Weinstein Indicted by Grand Jury on Rape Charges
Harvey Weinstein has just been indicted by a grand jury on multiple rape charges.
Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance Jr. announced Wednesday the grand jury handed up charges of rape in the first and third degrees, as well as committing a criminal sexual act in the first degree.
Vance said the indictment brings Weinstein "another step closer to accountability for the crimes of violence with which he is now charged."
As expected, the disgraced movie mogul did not testify on his own behalf during the proceedings. His attorney, Ben Brafman, thinks prosecutors have "unfairly denied access to critical information about this case."
Brafman says Weinstein maintained a 10-year consensual relationship with one of his two accusers.

Offset Thanks for Saving Me ... Here's a New Car!!!
Offset just paid back the good Samaritan who he says saved his life following his accident with a new car, so the guy won't ever have to walk to and from work again.
We broke the story ... the Migos rapper totaled his green Dodge Challenger in Atlanta earlier this month. He said he was swerving to avoid hitting a "crackhead" in the road.
The good Samaritan, Jamar, had been walking to work when he saw Offset climbing out of the wrecked car... at least that's how Offset described it. Offset says now Jamar will be driving around a new whip, instead.
The wreck was so bad Offset had to go to the hospital where his hand was bandaged. It's unclear exactly what Jamar did, but Offset says he got him to his destination safely.
As for Jamar's new whip ... it appears to be a Nissan Altima.

Michael Jackson Estate Sues The Walt Disney Co. You've Got Balls For Exploiting MJ's Kids!!!
The people who manage Michael Jackson's estate say The Walt Disney Co. has some nerve for profiting off the tears of MJ's kids and stealing a bunch of its property ... all to make a shoddy TV special they claim never came close to documenting Michael's 'Last Days.'
The estate just sued The Walt Disney Co. claiming copyright infringement and saying it never had permission to use a bunch of its footage for its "The Last Days of Michael Jackson" TV special ... which premiered last week to more than 5.5 million viewers.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, the estate claims Disney's lawyers told them they were making a documentary, so use of the MJ clips was fair game. But the estate calls BS ... saying the special "did not focus on his last days ... rather it was simply a mediocre look back at Michael Jackson's life and entertainment career."
The estate goes on to claim Disney jacked a bunch of MJ's songs -- including recordings of "Billie Jean" and "Beat It." The estate says Disney even exploited MJ's kids when they aired Paris Jackson's heartbreaking remarks about her father at his 2009 memorial service. The estate says it's never licensed that footage for commercial use.
The estate says it was never approached by Disney about the making of the TV special, much less asked for permission to use its intellectual property. The estate says that's ironic since Disney goes to great lengths to protect its copyrighted characters ... citing how Disney once sued a couple on public assistance for $1 mil when they dressed up as an orange tiger and blue donkey that looked too close to Tigger and Eeyore.
Estate attorney Howard Weitzman tells us, "Can you imagine using Disney’s intellectual property – like Mickey Mouse, Cinderella, Star Wars, The Avengers, Toy Story, and so many other works – without asking Disney’s permission or getting a license? The Estate has no choice but to vigorously protect its intellectual property, which is the lifeblood of its business.”
The estate is suing for profits Disney made off the special and other damages. We've reached out to The Walt Disney Co., so far no word back.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 'Roseanne' Was a Good Show ... And Liberal!
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has condemned Roseanne ... while praising her sitcom as a "very good" liberal show -- and is now questioning if canceling the program was really the right move.
Kareem says his immediate reaction to Roseanne's tweets was to "punish her" by taking away her show -- and notes Disney and ABC "cut off the rotting appendage before it infected the rest of the body."
But, when thinking it through, Kareem says it's important to consider the other options ...
"'Roseanne' is a very good show," Abdul-Jabbar wrote in the Hollywood Reporter ... "Ironically, it's one of the most liberal shows on TV, with a clear agenda of tolerance and compassion."
"To punish Roseanne, we’ve removed the louder, smarter, more influential voice of the show itself."
"Roseanne’s tweets may give solace to other racists, but they have no real impact in changing minds. The show, which reaches millions, can affect people by showing tolerance and compassion on a weekly basis."
Kareem also questions if ABC should have fired Roseanne and kept the show running without her. He points to other shows that continued to air without the main star ... like "Two and a Half Men" and "Valerie" which continued after Valerie Harper left.
The one thing Kareem states as fact ... Roseanne's tweet made her dignity and her career vanish like a Harry Potter spell.

Colin Kaepernick's Attorney QB Blackballed From NFL 'Cause Of Donald Trump
Mark Geragos says he knows "beyond a shadow of a doubt" the NFL blackballed his client Colin Kaepernick ... and it's entirely because of Donald Trump.
Kaep's attorney -- who's reppin' the former QB in his collusion case against the league -- revealed some of the ammo he's usin' to prove his case on Amy Dash's podcast Tuesday ... and he says it all starts and ends with Trump's disdain for anthem protests.
"[We] got an owner under penalty of perjury testifying that he changed his mind after he was told what Trump said," Geragos said.
The league's new anthem policy ... the blackballing of Kaep ... the unwillingness to sign fellow anthem kneeler Eric Reid -- Geragos says it all stems from POTUS.
"The only reason -- and the owners will admit that -- they haven't signed [Kaepernick] is they're afraid of Trump, and they've colluded because of Trump."
Geragos added: "Basically, at this point, they've made the choice that they're going to opt on the side of the white, nationalistic side, as opposed to any other demographic."

Meek Mill Judge Brinkley Stays on His Case No New Trial Yet, Either
9:20 AM PT -- Meek's attorney, Joe Tacopina, tells us they will take their argument to the Pennsylvania Supreme court to try to get the case reassigned.
Meek Mill got some bad news in court Wednesday morning ... the judge who's been a thorn in his side is officially staying on his criminal case.
A separate state court judge in Philly denied Meek's bid to strip his pending case away from Judge Genece Brinkley, saying he couldn't overrule another judge of equal standing and adding "I wear the same robe as she does."
It's interesting though -- Meek's legal team presented a new argument in court by alleging that Brinkley had claimed in a civil lawsuit that she'd suffered a head injury ... and was disabled and incapacitated. The suit is from an accident in 2016 that Brinkley was in -- with the judge suing a woman who was also allegedly involved. She claims she suffered "severe head trauma."
As we reported ... Meek has been clamoring for a new judge and a new trial since getting released from prison last month. Looks like neither is happening for now.

Roseanne Barr I Was Ambien Tweeting ... And I Thought Valerie Was Jewish
Roseanne Barr SAID she was swearing off Twitter, but that lasted a nanosecond before she pounded away with a flurry of tweets, saying her racist comment was Ambien-induced and then she obliquely claimed it wasn't racist because she thought Valerie Jarrett was a Jew.
Roseanne wrote, "It was 2 in the morning and i was ambien tweeting - it was memorial day."
She went on ... "i honestly thought she was Jewish and Persian -- ignorant of me for sure, but ... i did."
And then she attacked her co-stars ... she tweeted Michael Fishman, who played DJ, saying, "I created the platform for that inclusivity and you know it ... You throw me under the bus. nice!"
And then she sympathized with Trump, "I feel bad for POTUS - he goes thru this every single day."
And then she faced reality ... "im not getting my job back, genius - it's gone and so r all my old shows."
Arian Foster On Drake's Blackface Pic: 'What the F*ck Is This?'
Ex-NFL star Arian Foster basically spoke for everyone when he saw the Drake blackface photo that Pusha T posted on Tuesday ... "WTF is this g?"
Foster was tweeting about Pusha's diss track, "The Story of Adidon," with his former Houston Texans teammate, Charles James, who said:
"Pusha T is like that one dude who doesn’t tell jokes well so he just gets personal
Drake: I wrote for Kanye
Pusha T: that’s why your best friend about to die"
Foster said he can't wait for Drake's clapback but said he's not really rooting for either side -- "Got no dog in the fight."
But, James added this piece of wisdom for any other rapper thinking of getting involved ...
"If I’m any other rapper stay the F**K out of the way. Don’t get hit by a stray bullet trying to play sides."
A couple other NFL stars also weighed in ...
Chad Ochocinco: "I personally think it’s awesome for hip-hop, old school lyrical battle between two creative dudes."
Chris Long: "If you work at Drakes house in some capacity as a security guard or a chef and he strolls downstairs in his OVO bathrobe looking somber you have to act cool like you don’t have the internet."
