The ACE family has a new estate to call home ... we've learned they've been renting out a $5 million dollar mansion in Hollywood and their monthly payment is five figures.

Our real estate sources tell us Austin and Catherine McBroom have been leasing the 5-bedroom home for $20,000 a month.

The newly constructed farmhouse is 4,900 square feet and it's got a home theater with leather recliners and a pool. The family room, living room and main suite all have fireplaces, and there's a firepit in a covered lounge next to the pool.

The main suite also has a walk-in closet, spa shower and a private deck and balcony ... and the home is outfitted with all the latest built-in technology.

Renting a multi-million dollar mansion is a change of pace for the ACE family ... remember, Austin and Catherine used to own a mega-property in Woodland Hills, but it was foreclosed on in 2021 and sold to another pair of YouTube stars ... Alan and Alex Stokes.

"Stranger Things" fans can now live out their worst nightmares -- the infamous Creel House in the hit series has hit the market.

The iconic haunted house, which is home to the Creel family and Vecna's lair in the Upside Down in Season 4, is now up for grabs in Rome, GA ... and it's listed for $1.5 million.

The home was purchased in 2019 for a mere $350k, but it's been restored to its original form and it has quite the history ... from the show and in real life.

The main house is 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and was originally built in 1882 ... that alone makes it a landmark. The estate was once a very successful bed and breakfast. There's a separate guest house in the backyard of the one-acre lot.

We're told producers of the show were looking for a Victorian-style "haunted house," and reached out to the owner in July 2019 to seal the deal for filming there.

They used exterior shots of the home and some of the interior ... but the house was also recreated on a sound stage near Atlanta.

We are told the owners of the home love it, but wanted to test the market for interest, considering all of the "Stranger Things" hype.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are lightening up ... unloading their Bev Hills mansion and gunning for a big, fat profit!.

K&T listed the property for $21.9M ... standing to make an enormous profit, given they bought the place 4 years ago for $13.45M.

It clearly has sentimental value ... it's the first house they bought together. Nonetheless, $$$ is $$$.

The main house is a 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion. Just to give you an idea of scale, the primary bedroom alone is 2,300 square feet ... the size of most homes.

But wait, there's more ... a movie theater, a billiard room, a gym, a massage room and the obligatory pool.

Kylie owns 4 other properties, including the swanky, $12M Hidden Hills crib.

Jason Oppenheim is a money machine ... unloading TWO of his luxury penthouses in Hollywood.

The newly renovated condos are going for $7.49M each -- they're identical -- not an outlandish price after a nearly two-year remodel.

The 2 units take up the entire top floor ... with a private outdoor deck and panoramic views from downtown L.A. to the blue Pacific.

Each has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. They have cool features, including a built-in bar, smart home technology and a movie projector.

The building has a 24-hour valet, doormen, fitness center, dog park and swimming pool ... amongst other bells and whistles.

Jason's no dummy ... he used the casts of "Selling Sunset" and "Selling the OC" to help market the units by throwing an event in the penthouses this week. Of course, cast members all posted tons of pics on Insta.

There's an open house Sunday ... we don't know if looky-loos are welcome.

Why Don't We band member Daniel Seavey is pretty much on the same page with his obsessed fan ... whom cops said broke into his home months ago ... because she's agreed to a 2-year extension of his TRO stopping her from coming near the singer.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the trespasser -- Eissa Amira -- gave her signoff Friday for the extension. The order's now set to expire in October 2024.

As we reported, Daniel's order requires her to remain 100 yards from him and his home ... this coming after the 23-year-old snuck into his house through an open window last July and stayed the night ... sleeping in his bed and wearing his clothes.

She repeatedly showed up at his gym before the incident, according to Daniel's legal docs ... and it seems Daniel thought it was a big enough problem to seek help from the courts.

SFPD Chief William Scott says when cops arrived they saw Paul and the suspect, David Depape, fighting over a hammer, the suspect struck Paul with the weapon.

Officers then tackled DePape, and both men ended up needing medical treatment. DePape's been charged with attempted homicide, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse and burglary.

DePape's social media show he's posted about the election being stolen, false claims about COVID vaccine dangers and criticizing the conviction of Derek Chauvin for George Floyd's murder.

Video from the Pelosi house shows a smashed back window -- presumably how the man made his way inside.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul, is hospitalized after a hammer-wielding attacker allegedly broke into the Pelosi home.

The incident went down Friday morning in San Francisco, according to Speaker Pelosi's spokesman, who says the alleged attacker "violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi" after breaking into the house. It's unclear exactly what Paul's injuries are, but he had to be rushed to a hospital.

The suspect did not escape.

Pelosi's spokesman says, "The Assailant is in custody and the motivation for the attack is under investigation." He adds that Paul is still in the hospital for treatment, and is "expected to make a full recovery."

CNN first reported the alleged attacker used a hammer during the assault.

Speaker Pelosi wasn't in the home during the incident, and we don't know if this was a targeted attack.

It's been a rough couple of months for Paul -- he pled guilty to DUI in August ... receiving a sentence of 3 years probation and 5 days jail time, with 4 days of credit for time served.

As we reported, somebody left Rep. Pelosi a very disturbing message at her SF home back in 2021 ... spray-painting "Cancel Rent!" and "We Want Everything" in big black letters on her door. Also, what looks like a pig's head and fake blood were also staged in front of her garage.

So, the Pelosi home, at least, has been a target in the past.

The hit 2000s show "MTV Cribs" is making a huge comeback ... and we've got a first look inside some celebs' homes to be featured on the season premiere.

This first episode is bound to pick up right where the series left off, showcasing the homes and lifestyles of some of the biggest names in Hollywood ... including Nicole Scherzinger, Olivia Culpo and Dwight Howard.

The former Pussycat Doll knows a lot about living large ... she'll be showing off her luxury home, located right on the Sunset Strip.

It comes with all the bells and whistles you might imagine ... including a theater, swimming pool and an amazing view.

Culpo will also be opening her doors this season. The 30-year-old model seems to have lots of space for entertaining. It'll be interesting to see how she kicks back, when she isn't posing in all her hot shots.

NBA champ Howard is going to have plenty to show and tell, too. His home features a 14-car garage, separate pool house, 5 kitchens, 20 HVAC units, and a saltwater pool with an outdoor fireplace.

There's even an elevator and underground tunnel that connects detached garages with the main house! Clearly, he got the "go big or go home" memo ... and he's doing both.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a new place to call home ... and it just so happens to be the same beach house Conan O'Brien sold earlier this month.

The keys to Conan's former Carpinteria home are now in the hands of Kourtney and Travis ... as we reported, the comedian got an offer for the place a couple of weeks ago -- turns out the rockin' couple was the ones behind the sale.

We're told they bought the pad -- which was listed for $16.5 million -- for $14.5 mil, so yeah ... they got a sweet deal!

For those unaware, Conan was on the hunt for a buyer since July ... the 2,142-square-foot property is just steps from the sand, and he originally bought it back in 2015 for $7.9M.

Our real estate sources tell us an offer's been accepted for the Elvis Honeymoon Hideaway in Palm Springs.

The crib hit the market earlier this month with a $5.65 million listing price, and we're told the seller accepted an offer Thursday, though the sale is not yet complete.

The 4-bedroom home is famous because Elvis leased it in 1966 for a whole year, which set him back $21,000 -- ridiculously cheap for 2022, but in '66 that was a small fortune.

Elvis and Priscilla were supposed to tie the knot at the property on May 1, 1967 ... but after the press got wind of the wedding plan, Elvis and Priscilla changed course and went to Sin City for a classic Vegas wedding.

The house has a ton of history -- Elvis and Priscilla were, umm ... busy in Palm Springs because exactly 9 months after their wedding, Lisa Marie Presley was born. That's some honeymoon!

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis' ex-nanny isn't backing down from her toxic claims, despite the estranged couple teaming up to call her a liar ... spilling another bunch of alleged details from their past relationship.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the late Dodgers legend's 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom palace hit the market this week.

The 'Willy Wonka' actor just snagged the Los Angeles pad for $11M -- owned by Kate Upton and her baseball star husband Justin Verlander -- and passed down by other celebs before them. Kate and Justin listed the place earlier this year for $11.7 mil.

Jaime King's estranged husband, Kyle Newman, claims the actress hasn't ponied up the money the court ordered her to pay him ... and says now he can't afford to live.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kyle says Jaime hasn't paid even the base amounts of $429/month in child support and $1,000/month in spousal support ordered by the court back in April.

He says she's also refusing to comply with a court order to disclose info regarding her income.

On top of that, Kyle says Jaime has decimated community property retirement accounts -- snagging over $500k.

Kyle even says she recently listed the family residence for sale without his consent ... and says proceeds of that sale totaling around $1.5 million are now frozen.

Kyle says he's now deep in debt -- pulling a bunch of cash from his retirement accounts to stay afloat.

He says she was the breadwinner of the family and claims he had to put his career as a writer and director on hold to be a stay-at-home dad for their 2 kids.

Kyle wants Jamie to fork over $700k in attorney fees and costs from the proceeds of the sale of the home ... and wants the judge to slap on an extra $50k in sanctions for defying previous court orders.

Megan Thee Stallion is gonna take a break ... because she says she's both physically and emotionally spent.

Megan pulled double duty on 'SNL' Saturday night as host and musical guest, but before the show went live she told her fans, "Hotties im really sorry but after SNL I really gotta take a break I'm so tired, physically and emotionally."

Scary day for Kim Kardashian ... a would-be intruder nearly made his way into her home this weekend, but the guy was stopped just steps away from the front door.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... a man was arrested Saturday around 11 AM after wandering onto Kim's Hidden Hills property unannounced and uninvited. We're told he somehow made it past her gated community entrance and found his way to Kim's mansion.

Our sources security intercepted him and actually detained him right on the grounds -- but he didn't go down easy ... we're told there was a scuffle before he was ultimately pinned.

The cops were called and the man ended up getting taken away in cuffs. Our law enforcement sources say he was booked on battery and trespassing charges. We're also told this gentleman is known to the sheriff's deputies in the area, specifically at this location ... where he's apparently been caught on surveillance video before.

Sources say the man has an infatuation with Kim, but luckily ... it didn't come to fruition today. Unclear if Kim or any of her kids were home -- but a close call either way.

It's far from the first alleged trespasser who's landed on the doorstep of a KarJenner -- it's happened to Kylie, Kendall and others in the family as well. Might be time to start building moats around these places ... seems way too easy for randos to access off the streets.
