NFL's Reuben Foster Domestic Violence Charge Dropped ... Injury Photos

Published | Updated

1:24 PM PT -- TMZ Sports has obtained the injury photos of Elissa Ennis -- the woman who claims Foster attacked her ... but apparently, the pics weren't compelling enough for charges to be pursued.

You can see a big red bruise on her cheek and red marks on her chest.

The photos were taken in the aftermath of the Nov. 24 incident -- the woman claims Foster hit her in the face while trying to take her cell phone. She called 911 and cops responded to the team hotel.

Foster's attorney tells us he believes prosecutors dropped the case because of credibility issues.

Remember, after making a claim months ago that he attacked her in February, she recanted on the stand saying she made up the allegations in a fit of anger after being dumped.

And, it got even worse when she appeared on 'GMA' and said she lied about lying on the stand.

Bottom line ... seems prosecutors realize there is no way they could prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt with an alleged victim who has repeatedly lied about the very thing for which Foster was arrested.

8:51 AM PT -- An NFL spokesperson tells TMZ Sports ... "We are monitoring all developments in the matter which continues to be under review by the league."

7:22 AM PT -- TMZ Sports spoke with Foster's attorney Eddie Suarez who tells us he believes the case was dropped due to issues with the witness' credibility.

Suarez says he believes the fact Foster's accuser has changed her story about a previous domestic violence incident multiple times was a factor in the decision to drop the case.

Reuben Foster is off the hook in his domestic violence case ... again.

TMZ Sports has obtained a court document filed on Jan. 2 which shows the State Attorney's Office in Florida has dismissed the misdemeanor charge against Foster stemming from a Nov. 24 incident with his ex-girlfriend.

Foster was scheduled to appear at an arraignment in Hillsborough County, FL on Thursday morning -- but the hearing was canceled after the notice of termination of prosecution was filed.

Unclear why prosecutors decided to drop the case against the 24-year-old linebacker -- we've got calls out to everyone.

As we previously reported ... Foster was arrested back on Nov. 24 for allegedly roughing up his ex-GF, Elissa Ennis, at the 49ers' team hotel in Tampa Bay.

Ennis said in an interview with "Good Morning America" on Dec. 6 the fight stemmed from her threatening to tell Foster's new GF that he paid for her flight out to Florida.

In 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports ... Ennis says, "My ex-boyfriend just took my phone [and broke it] ... slapped me in my face and threatened me."

She later repeated, "He took my phone and broke it and slapped me in my face."

Ennis said on 'GMA' that wasn't the first time Foster had struck her ... saying he had also roughed her up on two other separate occasions -- one of which she says she lied about in court to protect the LB.

Foster had been arrested for domestic violence in Feb. 2018 and charged with several felonies for allegedly roughing up the same woman.

But, when Ennis went on the stand in that case, she told the judge she had concocted the story to get back at Foster as revenge for breaking up with her.

The judge dismissed the charges against Foster in that case.

Ennis later said she lied in court to protect Foster because she thought she loved him.

San Francisco cut Foster just hours after the incident in Tampa ... but he was later claimed on waivers by the Redskins, who vowed the LB wouldn't suit up for them until the legal process played out.

Aaron Schlossberg Sued by Ex-Client ... Your Racist Rant Hurt Our Biz!!!

Published | Updated

Aaron Schlossberg is the NYC lawyer who infamously went on a racist rant against restaurant employees for speaking Spanish ... and he's also now the defendant in a lawsuit filed by one of his ex-clients.

Niche Music Group wants Schlossberg to pay for screwing it over, because he was hired to rep the recording label in litigation against Sony Music Entertainment. The rub here ... Schlossberg was hired in January 2018 ... before his racist rant in May went viral.

Niche claims Schlossberg's conduct not only reflected poorly on him, but discredited his clients, and as its legal counsel ... he should have known better.

The label says Schlossberg's off-the-wall attack caused its reputation to take a blow and cost it future business opportunities.

You'll recall, Schlossberg threatened to call ICE on Fresh Kitchen employees when he heard them speaking Spanish on the job.

In the suit, Niche says it had to spend a lot of time and money replacing Schlossberg in order to continue its case against Sony. The label is suing him for breach of contract and legal malpractice ... and wants at least $50k in damages.

We reached out to Schlossberg ... no word back so far.

Supermodel Bar Refaeli Big Trouble In Little Israel To Be Indicted for Tax Evasion, Money Laundering

Published | Updated

Officials in Israel believe Bar Refaeli tried to hide more than $6 MILLION from tax authorities ... and now she's been informed prosecutors will hit her with tax evasion and money laundering charges.

Refaeli has been under investigation for years -- authorities believe she tried to get out of paying taxes in Israel by claiming her primary residence was in the U.S. ... and telling U.S. authorities she lived in Israel.

Authorities claim the supermodel was shady with tax officials from 2006 to 2012 -- part of that time was when she was dating Leonardo DiCaprio.

Officials say Bar claimed to be living in the U.S. with Leo at the time when she was really living in Tel Aviv under a family member's name, this according to JPost.com.

Bar's parents, Tzipi and Rafi Refaeli, are also expected to be hit with money laundering and tax evasion charges stemming from the same investigation.

As for Bar, her attorney Moshe Mizrahi told Ynet ... Israeli tax authorities are backing out of a deal she negotiated with them in 2009. He also claims Bar "hasn’t hidden anything."

33-year-old Refaeli is one of the most famous models in the world -- gracing the covers of magazines like the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and GQ.

A$AP Bari Pleads Guilty to Sexual Assault

Published | Updated

A$AP Bari -- co-founder of A$AP Mob -- is pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a woman in 2017, but he won't do any time.

The hip-hop designer appeared in a London courthouse Thursday to enter his guilty plea on one count of sexual assault for an incident at London's Curtain Hotel in July 2017.

As part of his plea deal, Bari was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, pay the victim $3,150 ... and he dodges jail time. The judge who presided over the case said, "The court does have concerns in this matter because it has exposed a very unpleasant attitude by you towards women."

She added, "You say that you were angry but there is no need to ever be so abusive and humiliating to a female."

In a leaked video of the incident, Bari can be seen chasing a naked woman who was in bed with his assistant into the bathroom and ordering her to give him oral sex. In addition to the criminal charge ... the victim sued him, and he countersued ... calling her a liar.

The civil case is still ongoing.

R. Kelly to Lifetime I'll Sue You!!! If You Air That Documentary

Published | Updated

R. Kelly's had enough ... he's threatening to sue Lifetime if it doesn't pull the plug on airing its documentary that paints the singer as a sex-crazed and abusive cult leader.

Kelly's lawyer, Brian Nix, fired off a legal letter -- obtained by TMZ -- warning the network that its "Surviving R. Kelly" documentary is packed with lies. Nix threatens to file a federal lawsuit Thursday -- the same day Lifetime's set to air the special -- if the network doesn't relent.

As you know ... the family of one of Kelly's alleged brainwashed sex slaves has gone public in seeking her return. The alleged victim, Joycelyn Savage, refuted her own family and said she's no hostage. She was seen out in Bev Hills last May... without Kelly in tow.

Lifetime's 6-part documentary will feature, for the first time ever, people from Kelly's inner circle coming forward with new allegations that Kelly has sexually, mentally and physically abused women.

Kelly's calling BS ... saying the subjects made false allegations to become famous. What's more ... Kelly says he has 2 audio recordings -- 5 minutes in duration -- that show Lifetime knew "some of the girls are lying, but that the budget was too high to turn back now."

Randy Jackson is one big step closer to being a single man ... more than 4 years after his wife filed for divorce.

According to new docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge signed off on Randy and his estranged wife Erika's dissolution of marriage last month. The 2 will be officially divorced on February 7.

It's unclear who got what in the divorce ... the settlement's being kept under wraps.

We broke the story ... Erika filed for divorce in September 2014 after 18 years of marriage. The couple had no prenup, so it's a good bet she made out well considering the millions Randy made in his "American Idol" heyday.

Randy and Erika have 2 adult children together, so custody is not an issue.

Photog Bruce Weber Fires Back at Male Model ... You Solicited Me!!!

Published | Updated

A male model alleging photographer Bruce Weber solicited him for sex is a total hypocrite ... according to new legal docs filed by the photog.

As we reported ... models Jason Boyce and Mark Ricketson claimed in December 2017 Weber forced them to touch their genitals during a photo shoot.

120517_bruce_weber_kal DECEMBER 2017
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED

According to new docs, Boyce now wants to tack on a sex trafficking claim -- alleging Weber lured him in for a meeting for the purpose of committing an illegal sex act. Weber's calling BS and claims it was the other way around.

The photographer claims Boyce and his agents initiated the contact with him by sending a series of text messages for years including "pornographic poses in a desperate attempt to get Mr. Weber's attention." This includes a nude shot in 2014 from Boyce's agent ... and several others.

Weber claims when he didn't respond to the texts, the model would be persistent and send more salacious pics himself "in a blatant attempt to be sexual, posing and bending shirtless in a manner to emphasize his genitals."

Weber suggests the series of texts prove he was the one being solicited ... and he wants Boyce's sex trafficking allegations dropped from his lawsuit.

Usher Burglary Suspect Arrested ... Cops Find Millions in Stolen Property

Published | Updated

1/2 -- Police revealed in a press conference Wednesday they recovered stolen property belonging to Jason Derulo, Adam Lambert, Dorit Kemsley, and Rebecca Hutton. So far, no case has been filed with the D.A.

A man suspected of burglarizing celebrity and high-end homes -- including Usher's -- has been nabbed by police, who found lots of stolen property worth millions ...TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops have arrested a guy who they believe burglarized the R&B singer this past March ... when upwards of $800k worth of property was reportedly taken. We're told police searched the suspect's home with a warrant and discovered more than 2,000 items valued at over $2 million, some of which included Usher's belongings.

We're told other items belonging to a 'Real Housewives' star were also discovered, but it's unclear for now which housewife it might've been. Our sources also tell us that during the investigation, cops learned the suspect had told family members he stumbled on his newfound wealth by doing well in the stock market.

As for how this guy would allegedly go about the break-ins ... we're told cops discovered in their investigation that he would go to open houses at homes on the market, scope the place out, and then return at a later time to burgle the home.

FWIW, our law enforcement sources tell us this suspect is not tied to the big bust from earlier last year, in which police charged multiple suspects for allegedly burglarizing the homes of stars like Rihanna, Yasiel Puig, Viola Davis and others.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the criminal investigation into a series of threats against Xan is now closed. We're told Xan's camp and VladHQ had a sit-down ... and afterward informed police there was no desire to pursue criminal charges.

We broke the story ... VladHQ posted a disturbing video threatening Xan before an October performance in St. Louis. He also posted a pic of himself armed and threatened he would show up at the concert -- and that prompted the venue and promoters to cancel the show.

At the time, we were told the feud was over money. Sources close to the situation tell us ... Xan's associates told Vlad he was taking the wrong approach to settle their differences. Once Vlad made it clear he understood ... both sides agreed to squash the beef.

Win, win for both men -- after all, Xan has more immediate issues on his plate.

Kevin Spacey Tries the Domino(s) Effect with Pap ... Ahead of Arraignment

TRYING TO MAKE PEAC-ZA

Kevin Spacey tried making peace with paparazzi who've been hounding him ahead of his criminal arraignment next week by breaking bread with them ... or crust, more like.

The disgraced actor was seen delivering a Domino's pizza he'd apparently bought to a photog in Baltimore Sunday, where he's been hiding out as he waits for his court hearing in Massachusetts next week.

In the clip, you hear Spacey tell the pap he appreciates what he's doing ... and goes on to wish him a happy new year and tells him to stay warm. Another camera guy follows him back to his car and asks if he'll be appearing in court himself, but Spacey's mum.

As we reported ... Spacey re-emerged over the weekend in the East Coast, but seems to be lying low and covering up as much as he can. He's been criminally charged for allegedly groping an 18-year-old's genitals in a Nantucket bar a couple years back.

DON'T RUSH TO JUDGMENT

On Christmas Eve, Spacey released a bizarre video of himself doing a monologue as Frank Underwood from 'House of Cards,' which appeared to be an attempt to address the multiple allegations of sexual assault against him.

That clip didn't sit well with a lot of people ... and this pizza gesture probably won't either.

Rap Groupie Celina Powell Arrested ... Bounty Hunter Hurls N-Word

Published | Updated

Celina Powell -- who's accused rappers like Offset, Snoop Dogg, and others of cheating and/or knocking her up -- is currently in a jail cell thanks to bounty hunters ... one of whom shamelessly dropped the n-word during the bust ... TMZ has learned.

The social media star, who's also Aaron Carter's ex, was busted and taken into custody late Saturday night in Aurora, Colorado, where she was set to attend an event at a hookah lounge called Hubbly Bubbly Brewery. Law enforcement sources tell us bounty hunters staked out the parking lot after she posted online that she'd be hosting there.

When she showed up, they pounced ... and part of it was caught on camera. While she was being taken in, however, William Ellenburg -- one of the bounty hunters here, who's white -- hurled the n-word multiple times while trying to deny he was racist.

We asked him for a further explanation after seeing the video. He told us Celina had accused him making racist comments about his partner on the scene, who was black. Ellenburg said he used the n-word to prove he hadn't said anything offensive ... and, apparently, to prove he was cool with black people. He apologizes if anyone was offended.  For the record ... this is anything but cool.

As for Celina, we're told she had upwards of $61,000 worth of outstanding bonds in her name, in and around the area -- ranging from shoplifting and evading police to traffic violations.

She was turned over to Aurora PD a little after midnight on Sunday, and our sources say she's still in custody as of this writing. She's set to appear in court Monday.

A pretty sh**** way to ring in the new year if you ask us ... on everyone's part.

Kevin Spacey Emerges from Hiding ... Amid Sexual Assault Charges

Published | Updated

Kevin Spacey has resurfaced after nearly a year of living outside the public eye ... as various sexual assault allegations continue to dog him.

The actor was hanging on a balcony with his dog, somewhere on the East Coast.

Spacey was spotted for the first time on Friday ... shrouded in a face cover as he jumped in a waiting SUV.

Spacey's re-emergence doesn't seem uncoincidental to events this week, in which Massachusetts prosecutors filed sexual assault charges against the actor for allegedly forcing himself on an 18-year-old at the Club Car bar in Nantucket.

Spacey has been charged with a felony which carries a maximum 5-year prison sentence. His lawyers went to court trying unsuccessfully to fight the filing of the charge, calling an investigator on the case to the witness stand, who conceded the alleged victim never told Spacey to stop.

The investigator also said the video the young man sent to his girlfriend during the incident did not show groping in the genital area.

There are other allegations against Spacey, who was fired from his "House of Cards" gig after the various stories of sexual misconduct surfaced.

DON'T RUSH TO JUDGMENT

As you know, Spacey made a bizarre video around Xmas time defending himself ... in the character of President Frank Underwood.

'Ink Master' Star Chris Blinston Off the Hook ... in Battery Case

Published | Updated

"Ink Master" star Chris Blinston has twice been accused of a serious crime ... and twice now has come away unscathed from those accusations.

TMZ's learned the battery case against Blinston has been dismissed because of insufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt ... this according to the State Attorney for Palm Beach County, Florida.

We broke the story ... Blinston's girlfriend accused him last month of ending an argument by picking up a safe and pressing it against her chest to move her outta his way. She called cops and they arrested him for battery. He denied touching her and now prosecutors have declined to file charges.

You'll recall Blinston's teenage daughter accused him of choking her. He said she framed him and prosecutors eventually dropped those charges too.

Nirvana Sues Marc Jacobs ... You Jacked Our Famous Smiley!!!

Published | Updated

Nirvana's famous smiley face design was stolen by clothing brand Marc Jacobs ... so says the band in a new lawsuit.

The docs claim, in November 2018, MJ announced the release of its "Bootleg Redux Grunge" collection. Included in the collection were socks, shirts and sweaters. The MJ line featured a squiggly yellow smiley face.

Problem is, Nirvana has owned the trademark to a very similar smiley face design since 1992 ... and says "Bootleg Redux Grunge" is a blatant ripoff of the design.

The lawsuit also claims Nirvana as one of the founders of the "Grunge" music scene ... so even the Marc Jacobs' line name was hatched thanks to the band.

We've reached out to a rep for Marc Jacobs for comment ... so far, no word back.

Pleasure P Busted for DUI Allegedly Asks to Call Shaq from Police Station

Published | Updated

2:09 PM PT -- According to the police report -- obtained by TMZ -- PP was spotted weaving in and out of traffic in an SUV at a speed estimated to be over 100 MPH. Cops say they pulled him over and ordered PP out of the vehicle and cuffed him ... he then stated his name was Pleasure P from Pretty Ricky.

Cops say PP reeked like booze, and it was so bad, they had to roll down the windows of the police car to air it out. The report says the singer was given a breath test once back at the station -- where he blew a .176 and then a .175 -- more than twice the legal limit.

And, get this -- cops say while he was getting booked, PP asked to call Shaq and the rapper Flo Rida -- a request that was denied.

Pleasure P -- a member of the R&B group Pretty Ricky -- joked about telling the devil to go back to hell 'cause he had some birthday celebrating to do ... and hours later he was busted for DUI.

Pleasure P, who turned 34, was busted in Miami Friday morning and booked for DUI, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and resisting an officer. Pleasure P -- who left the group in 2007 for a solo career -- was released after posting bail.

It's interesting ... Pleasure P posted a video on Instagram to thank his more than 325k followers for the birthday wishes. Tekashi 6ix9ine Bail Me Out, Judge ... I Got Lotsa Cash and Credibility

Published | Updated

Tekashi 6ix9ine has a plan to get out of jail ... it involves a whole lot of money and convincing the judge he'll be a good boy when he's back on the streets.

The rapper's lawyer, Lance Lazarro, tells TMZ ... he's putting a bail package together for the rapper in hopes of getting him sprung from the federal prison facility where he's being held, so he can enjoy some freedom until his trial begins in September.

We're told the plan is to ask the court to set 69's bail at $1.5 million, and Lazarro will also make the case that Tekashi's not a danger to the community ... nor is he a flight risk.

6ix9ine's lawyer says he wants to file the motion before his next scheduled court appearance in late January. If the judge rules in his favor and grants bail, the rapper can await trial from the comfort of his own home once he posts the $1.5 mil.

As we reported ... prosecutors have pics and videos linking Tekashi and his crew to at least 3 armed robberies and/or shootings in Brooklyn earlier this year.

And, despite the mounting evidence in his racketeering case, Lazarro's made it clear 69 has no interest in taking a plea deal if one is offered.

Add all this to the fact the judge has denied Tekashi's bail when he was first arraigned, and it looks like a bit of a long shot ... but you never know.
