Bono's daughter is clapping back at New York Magazine's owners after putting "nepotism babies" on blast  -- because she says the president of the entire company fits the bill, too.

Actress Eve Hewson, daughter of the U2 frontman, took to Twitter Thursday ... pointing fingers at Vox president Pamela Wasserstein -- who is in charge of New York Mag and Vulture -- saying she's been informed Pamela "is a nepo baby herself. Her dad bought the magazine in 2004."

For those unaware, Pamela was appointed to CEO of New York Media LLC in 2016, years after her pops Bruce passed, before becoming Vox prez ... and Eve -- as well as many online -- are seeing a TON of irony in that.

Nate Jones, the writer of the trending Vulture article, wrote about how "A lot of the children of famous people are not good" ... but Eve played defense online -- saying the company blasted Lily-Rose Depp, for example, just "to get clicks."

FYI -- Eve wasn't among the other "nepo babies" in the article, but they sure as hell have her in their corner!

As we reported ... Lottie Moss, Kate's little sister, didn't defend herself on the subject of nepotism -- she instead embraced it, firing back a simple thought ... life isn't fair.

Nick Cannon was spending some quality time with one of his kids and his baby mama, who put up a heartwarming post about it -- just hours after many believe she was throwin' some SERIOUS shade at Nick.

Model LaNisha Cole -- mother to 3-month-old Onyx -- took to social media Thursday, showing Nick and her taking their kiddo to "her first class" ... saying "Co parenting is a breeze when you see eye to eye."

It's a pretty sweet post ... but Lanisha put up a lengthy post less than a day prior, seemingly about Nick -- talking about being "surrounded by so much love - and it's not fake IG photo op love - it's real day in and day out love."

FYI -- she said this as Nick was featured in Christmas posts with some of his other kids by moms Abby De La Rosa and Bre Tiesi.

She also wrote about putting herself through unnecessary heartbreak -- and talked about getting out of "toxic relationships."

It's a doozy of a post ... and while it's unclear who specifically she's referring to, many online are betting on a connection to Nick.

Yung Miami is coming clean following Diddy's pop-up baby that disrupted their relationship flow ... revealing that Brother Love did indeed give her the heads up that he was expecting another child.

The City Girl had taken much heat online -- especially from Akademiks -- over the child's arrival that we revealed happened in October ... but G Herbo pushed Miami to give up the deets on her award-winning "Caresha Please" series!!!

Miami assured the Chicago rapper that she and Diddy have healthy communication within their relationship, which can be considered polyamorous by numerous definitions.

She also sounded open to being in the delivery room next ... if it should come to that!!! 😁

If it's any consolation, Diddy defended his love for Miami when the baby news broke ... silencing Akademiks and other social media pundits who referred to her as a "side chick."

G Herbo didn't go unscathed in the interview, either -- he admitted to cheating on his ex Ari Fletcher with his new wifey Taina Williams.

Before this bundled-up kid in her white beanie was putting out #1 songs on the charts, she was just posing with her snowman, wishing and dreaming of becoming a huge star and growing up in chilly British Columbia, Canada.

After studying musical theater in college, she went on to place 3rd on "Canadian Idol." Years later, she had athletes, hospitals and basically the entire world singing and dancing to her first banger! In 2015, Tom Hanks hilariously lip-synched his way through this singer's track "I Really Like You."

Lottie Moss, Kate's little sister, isn't defending herself on the subject of nepotism -- she's embracing it!

Lottie Moss has no time for social media haters who latched onto articles in Vulture and the NYMag about "nepo babies." Lottie, who herself is now a successful model, shot back with a simple thought ... life isn't fair.

She says "I'm so sick of people blaming nepotism for why they aren't rich and famous or successful - obviously it's not fair that people who come from famous families are getting the leg up because of that but guess what? Life isn't fair — if you put your mind to something you can accomplish anything! So instead of being negative about other peoples success go and try and create your own!"

Of course, she was dragged for daring to state the obvious.

One user wrote, "If you weren't Kate Moss' sister you'd be working the makeup counter at Debenhams. Please instruct your agent/publicist to vet your tweets in the future before you press send."

It's interesting ... Lottie has now deleted her Twitter account.

Just last week, she reflected on her career on IG ... saying she understands she came from a "very privileged position," but added her sister didn't give her a leg up.

Aaron Paul and his family have a new official surname -- the same one he's been going by, professionally at least, for years now.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Aaron's name change petition with the courts has been approved ... as have the ones submitted on behalf of his wife, Lauren, and their son Casper -- who'll now go by Ryden.

AP's kid, at first, was known as Casper Emerson Paul ... but now that a judge has signed off, his legal name is Ryden Caspian Paul. For her part, Lauren simply wanted to adopt her husband's stage surname -- which the court also granted.

In other words, everyone got what they wanted ... and there's new monikers to go around. As many know, Aaron's birth surname was Sturtevant -- but he apparently didn't like it anymore, and has been using Paul since before even his "Breaking Bad" days.

Bode Miller's son suffered a seizure on Monday and was rushed to the hospital ... but, thankfully, the little boy is now home and resting comfortably.

The Olympic skier's wife, Morgan, detailed the horrifying experience in a social media post on Tuesday ... saying it painfully reminded her of when the couple's 19-month-old daughter, Emeline, tragically died following a pool accident in 2018.

"Life is constantly walking a knife edge and it's not something we are unfamiliar with," Morgan wrote alongside a photo of Bode and 3-year-old Asher in a hospital bed.

"Yesterday, Asher had a febrile seizure which scared us half to death. We took the same ambulance to the same hospital we took Emmy to."

She added, "But this time we got to leave with our child."

Morgan then shared a picture of Asher back at home on the couch with Miller ... looking comfortable and happy.

Mason and Reign Disick were riding high at Mason's bar mitzvah, with partygoers hoisting the famous brothers up towards the heavens ... and new footage from the blowout party shows the epic moment!

Ya gotta see the video ... Mason and his younger brother are in the middle of a huge mob of people, with sparklers going off and Mason's bar mitzvah cake being carted over to him when suddenly he rises up ... hoisted on people's shoulders. FYI ... Jewish tradition is to hoist the bar mitzvah boy up on a chair, but hey ... lifting them outright is ok, too.

While it was Mason's bar mitzvah, he shares a birthday with Reign ... so they both got hoisted in the air ... even though Reign's still a few years away from becoming a man in the Jewish culture.

As you see, proud papa Scott Disick is beaming from the sidelines.

Scott rented out Offsunset lounge, a Hollywood hotspot on the Sunset Strip, for the bash.

Scott's fingerprints were all over Mason's bar mitzvah ... the lettering on the cake and banners hung around the party mirrored the clothing brand Chrome Hearts ... duds Scott likes to wear around town.

Romeo Miller is proverbially snapping the olive branch his dad Master P offered in half … with yet another round of receipts that paint his dad like a money-loving overlord!!!

In a scathing clap back, Romeo accused Master P of never paying any earnings from the family “Rap Snacks” brand … claiming to have blindly supported the company for 15+ years for a payoff that didn’t come.

Romeo also went DEEP into his time capsule to respond to P on Monday … digging up his preteen 106 & Park interview promoting the Rap Snacks with original hosts Free & AJ (ahem: Jermaine Dupri).

As Romeo sees it, P’s recent apologetic video is nothing but a gaslight attempt to gain public favor and thanked Rap Snacks execs for doing square business with him.

He's also under the impression his father is suffering from mental illness but we think they'll need a doc to be sure. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Earlier today, Master P told TMZ Hip Hop he was dropping the mic on feuding with Romeo and focusing on underprivileged kids … because helping the ungrateful is a waste of his time.

Master P is deading the feud with his oldest son, Romeo Miller … and apologizing for his role in their family fallout playing out on social media over the weekend.

In a passionate explanation, Master P told Romeo he was still grieving over the death of his daughter Tytyana Miller, and that his daily grind and hustle were part of his therapy.

Although he says he's trying to end the bitterness between them ... P still scolded his son for claiming he wasn't paid properly as a child rap star, and for not following his grind and hustle example!!!

Romeo had accused his pops of being "addicted" to social media, and doubled down on that with a poem he wrote titled, "The Tree of Trauma" ... where he dragged his daddy a bit more.

P signed off his PSA vowing to end the back-and-forth and tells TMZ Hip Hop every family deals with drama but he is focusing on giving back to less fortunate kids all season with toy drives through his MoneYatti brand!!!

We don't know which temple did the honors, but Kourtney and Scott hosted a reception at Offsunset in L.A. Saturday night.

We're told a number of Kardashians joined in the celebration, including Kris, Kim and Kylie.

We don't see Travis Barker in the photos, so we don't know if he was there or if it was just too weird given the "situation."

As for Scott and Kourtney ... we're told they got along fine.

Scott arrived hand-in-hand with Reign, who is younger but shares a birthday with Mason.

Kourtney posted a throwback pic with the caption ... "December 14th … one of the best days of my life, twice and forever. my birthday boys ❤️❤️"
