10:32 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that they have taken an official vandalism report, and detectives are now investigating.

10:19 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained a clear shot of the graffiti at Meek's grandma's house, and it reads "ACORN." According to Meek's camp ... acorn is a term that relates to white privilege/power. We've also learned that Meek himself is in the process of filing an official police report.

Meek Mill says a white guy spray painted his grandmother's Philly home with racist graffiti ... and he's got video of the crime.

The "Championships" rapper tweeted about the incident Tuesday, saying it all went down Monday night. He also posted surveillance footage of the street outside which shows the guy casually tagging the side of a building. It's hard to make out what he wrote, but Meek says it was a racist remark that referenced white privilege.

He also seems to suggest the tagging is a result of his grandma's neighborhood becoming gentrified, saying it was a black neighborhood 20 years ago ... but no longer.

Meek sends out a clear warning to the perpetrator, calling him a coward ... and telling him he better hope Meek and co. don't catch him on the streets.

Law enforcement sources tell us, although they have not had any official reports filed about the vandalism, they're aware of the incident. Sources close to Meek, meanwhile, say he's troubled by the act as his grandmother's home was one of only a few that were vandalized in the area. No word yet on whether she plans to report it to cops.

Offset poured his heart out over the weekend, begging Cardi B in the middle of her Rolling Loud concert to take him back, but there's something that surfaced in a video that makes it look like the whole thing was staged, but Cardi is calling BS.

As TMZ reported, Offset appeared onstage -- seemingly out of nowhere -- with a cart of roses that spelled out the words, "Take Me Back Cardi."

Seems sincere enough ... that is, until you watch this video of Offset making his way to the stage. Look closely at the woman with the red hair. Her name is Patientce, and she's Cardi's P.R. rep.

The question ... if this were a love ambush, why is Patientce leading the way for Offset?

As improbable as it seems, Cardi insists this was not a WWE-type moment. Sources connected to Cardi say Patientce is way more than a public relations manager -- she's family, to both her and Offset.

Sources close to both Patientce and Cardi tell TMZ, Patientce strongly believes Cardi is still in love with Offset and does not want to pull the plug on their marriage. She is close to Cardi and Offset, she was sort of a Henry Kissinger (Google it) and brought him onstage to open the door to a reconciliation.

We're told Cardi really didn't know Offset was coming onstage and she was clearly very upset, but it was Patientce's way of trying to make things right.

Cardi is not pissed off at Patientce ... quite the opposite. She says, "Fan or not, you talk about my publicist/friend you can eat a d*** PERIOD."

Pete Davidson was a man of few words on 'SNL' Saturday night ... literally.

Pete introduced Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson, and that was all she wrote. He never appeared before or after on the show.

Check out the vid ... Pete sounds down and troubled, which comes as no surprise ... after he posted a message earlier in the day sounding like he was seriously contemplating suicide. It was so serious, Ariana Grande came running to 30 Rock where Pete was rehearsing.

'SNL' production sources tell TMZ ... there's a reason Pete was hardly on the show ... he didn't show up for dress rehearsal, so he was cut out of some of the sketches.

We're told he stayed in his dressing room for most of the show, wearing pajamas. And, we're told, at one point during a commercial, Pete smiled and asked a cast member, "Can I just give you a hug?" We're told the cast member obliged.

After the show, Pete and Machine Gun Kelly were in the same SUV, dropping MGK off at his hotel. MGK said earlier in the day, "im in the plane now on the way to see Pete. gonna make sure he's good, i promise. can't have my boy in the darkness like that."

12:15 PM PT -- TMZ has learned Ariana Grande is at the 30 Rock building to see Pete if possible. She tweeted ... "I’m downstairs and I’m not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything. I know u have everyone u need and that’s not me, but i’m here too."

She also apologized for her "dumb joke" about Kanye and Drake's beef that led to the topic of mental health when Kanye went after her. She said ... "i really didn’t mean any harm. all i want everyone to be healthy and happy. so desperately. please. my god."

Grande also deleted her previous tweets about "triggering" Kanye and commenting on mental health.

11:58 AM PT -- Pete has made numerous comments on social media in the past about suicidal thoughts to varying degrees. He has now wiped all of that clean by deleting his Instagram account. Sources close to Pete tell TMZ ... they believe his emotional turmoil has escalated recently and are very worried about him.

11:43 AM PT -- Multiple sources have told us Pete is at 'SNL' rehearsing for tonight's show. It's bizarre, but it seems like he may have posted his ominous note while he was at work or on the way in.

11:25 AM PT -- NYPD tells TMZ ... it received a flurry of calls from fans worried about Pete, so they've sent officers out to find him to do a welfare check.

Machine Gun Kelly tweeted about the situation, saying he's on a plane to see Pete to make sure he's good.

Jon Cryer also just tweeted that he heard Davidson is at 'SNL' and accounted for.

Pete Davidson just shared a troubling and cryptic message ... implying he's having suicidal thoughts.

The 'SNL' star posted the note on Instagram, saying ... "i really don't want to be on this earth anymore. i'm doing my best to stay here for you but i actually don't know how much longer i can last."

It's unclear to whom Pete's directing his words, but he adds ... "all i've ever tried to do was help people. just remember i told you so."

Davidson's message seems to be a cry for help -- just minutes before he posted it he responded to Kanye West going after his ex, Ariana Grande, by commending Ye for speaking about against mental health issues.

He said ... "I can't explain to you enough how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this."

Just 2 weeks ago, Davidson went off on online trolls for harassing and bullying him, telling them he wouldn't kill himself no matter how hard they tried to get him to. Ariana responded not long afterward, telling her fans to "be gentler" with Pete and others ... saying she cares deeply about him and his health.

As you know, it's been a turbulent year for Pete. He got engaged to Grande and then they split, and he also had to deal with a controversy on 'SNL' for making a joke about a wounded vet.

Speaking of 'SNL' ... there's an all-new episode tonight with host Matt Damon and musical guests Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson. We did some checking, and it doesn't look like Pete was featured in any of the promos this week. It's unclear if he'll show up for work tonight.

Shane Mosley has some friendly advice for Dana White -- DON'T ACCEPT OSCAR DE LA HOYA'S BOXING CHALLENGE ... fight him in the Octagon instead!

Remember, Oscar and Dana have been beefing hard lately -- with Dana calling Oscar all sorts of nasty names on ESPN.

So, Oscar issued a challenge of his own -- going on SiriusXM's 'Luke Thomas Show' and saying, "Let's get in the ring. Three rounds. Let's do this."

De La Hoya also told TMZ Sports that he would beat Dana's ass if things actually came to blows.

And, since "Sugar" Shane Mosley knows exactly what it's like to fight the Golden Boy -- he beat Oscar twice -- we asked if he had any advice for the UFC boss.

"Don't take the challenge," Mosley joked at the Smash Global MMA party in L.A. ... "I wouldn't do that. That wouldn't be a smart move."

Mosley's fiancee suggested the boxer give Dana some 1-on-1 personal training ... but Mosely replied, "It's not gonna help."

But, get this, Shane DOES think the guys should fight -- but he wants MMA rules since Oscar would have too big of an advantage in a boxing match.

James Harden was channeling his inner Migos before takin' on LeBron and the Lakers ... showing up to the game Thursday in a full Versace snakeskin short suit -- and then he BALLED OUT!!

With the majority of his thighs out on display, Harden swagged his way into the Toyota Center in Houston and then dropped a 50 BURGER on the Lake Show.

The Rockets eventually won the game 126 to 111.

So, how much does drip like this cost? Versace tells us the faux python outfit isn't even available to the public until the start of 2019 -- the top will set ya back $7,595 ... and the pants are $3,495!!!

Harden's also in the middle of a $228 MILLION contract extension, so money is no object when it comes to fashion.

9:45 AM -- Sarah has issued an apology on her Instagram ... she says, "In a moment where I intended to admire the courage of a few of my sisters, I said something that I now realize can be perceived as not respectful, and I apologize."

Sarah also says she would be "grateful" for an opportunity to discuss the matter with Miss Cambodia and Miss Vietnam.

8:02 AM -- We just spoke to Summers' mom, Desiree, and she tells TMZ ... her daughter's comments were taken out of context. She says, "She in no way meant any harm. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body." As for imitating Miss Vietnam, Desiree says, "[Summers] was just recreating how Miss Vietnam acts when she doesn’t understand what someone is saying. She wasn’t trying to mock her."

Reigning Miss USA Sarah Rose Summers is going full "Mean Girls" at the Miss Universe competition by openly mocking Miss Vietnam for not speaking English.

The pageant competition goes down in Thailand in a few days -- but Sarah, Miss Colombia Valeria Morales and Miss Australia Francesca Hung decided to go on social media to gossip about other contestants. Watch ... Sarah took a nasty, xenophobic cheap shot at Vietnam's H'Hen Nie.

She wasn't done there ... in another clip, she takes aim at Miss Cambodia, Rern Sinat, for not speaking English. Granted, Sarah sounded a little more sympathetic, saying ... "Can you imagine? Francesca said that would be so isolating, and I said, yes and just confusing all the time."

Still, she clearly thinks everyone should be speaking her tongue.

The backlash was immediate -- and in English -- with one person commenting, "The future Miss Universe should not be an ambassador of bullying." Another said it's a "shameful display of meanness poorly masked as empathy."

Cris Cyborg says she and Halle Berry have become so close, the Hollywood star will be her guest of honor at her big fight with Amanda Nunes in two weeks at UFC 232.

Halle's directing and starring in the upcoming MMA movie "Bruised" -- and she's been training for the role at Cyborg's Fitness MMA Gym in Huntington Beach, CA.

In fact, Cyborg says she's super confident Halle's movie will inspire more women to get involved in Mixed Martial Arts.

Now, with Cyborg getting ready for her megafight with Nunes on Dec. 29, the UFC champ says she'd like Halle to walk her into the Octagon if the UFC approves.

Guessing Dana White will greenlight that in a SECOND!

Cyborg is the reigning UFC women's featherweight champion -- and Nunes is the bantamweight champ.

This fight will be for the featherweight belt -- and it's being hailed as one of the biggest fights in the history of the women's division.

Cyborg gave us a little preview of her fight skills at her gym on Wednesday -- and yeah, she looks dangerous.

A New York judge has just announced he's resigning ... this after someone lodged a formal complaint that he told an attorney he should get a hotel room and suck actor Viggo Mortensen's d**k.

Judge John W. Hallett, who serves as a Justice in the LeRay Town Court in Jefferson County, is taking heat for a courthouse conversation he had last January with a lawyer who was promoting a film festival honoring Mortensen.

The judge allegedly responded the festival was "about the gayest thing I have ever heard." The judge allegedly went on to say, "You and Viggo Mortensen should get a hotel room and suck each other's d**ks."

Five months later, the judge was talking to the same lawyer and allegedly made a gesture with his hand to his mouth to connote oral sex, patted the attorney lightly on the cheek and said, "There, there little boy."

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct opened an investigation and it appears the judge is resigning under pressure, before the hammer comes down.

12/11 2:00 AM PT -- The judge issued the TRO. Courtney's lawyer, Howard King, tells TMZ, "The escalating verbal harassment and threats of Sam Lutfi left no choice to Courtney and her family but to seek protection. The Cobains are grateful for the anti-harassment order issued by the Los Angeles Superior Court against Mr. Lutfi and the powers it provides law enforcement to assure that Mr. Lutfi terminates all contact with the family."

Courtney Love has broken in a big way with her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, and she's just filed to get a restraining order because she says he's harassing her and her family unrelentingly.

We've learned Courtney has just filed legal docs saying Lutfi has been demanding money from her for services he says he rendered ... and he is now so pissed off he's incessantly harassing her with emails, texts and phone calls.

Courtney also wants the judge to prohibit Lutfi from harassing her daughter Frances Bean and Courtney's sister.

The judge has yet to rule.

BTW ... both Courtney and Sam are being sued by Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband, Isaiah Silva, for allegedly orchestrating a break-in at his house and trying to steal Kurt Cobain's famous 'MTV Unplugged' guitar ... which is in Isaiah's possession.

Talk about Scary Spice -- Mel B says she got sent straight to the hospital after an accident left her with a severed hand and broken ribs that required immediate surgery.

The Spice Girls member posted a photo of herself on the mend early Monday that featured her in a sling ... and a gruesome (yet vague) description of what happened. Mel says she required emergency care in London this weekend after suffering 2 broken ribs, a "severed" right hand ... and a heck of a lot of pain. It's unclear what caused this, but it sounds nasty.

Gary Madatyan, a close friend who has been in touch with Mel, tells TMZ, she was staying at a friend's house Saturday night. She was asleep in an upstairs bedroom when she woke up and decided to go downstairs. We're told the staircase was narrow and Mel lost her footing and fell.

Given her history of substance abuse, there are questions about the circumstances of the fall, however, Gary and Mel B's lawyer, Taline Boyamian, say neither drugs nor alcohol played a role. Boyamian says Mel was due to fly into L.A. Sunday and take a court-ordered drug test Monday. Boyamian says Mel has a pristine record of negative tests since testing began and is almost at the finish line.

Mel thanks the doctors and nurses who are helping her recover through the ordeal, and says she was forced to cancel a book signing in New York because of the injuries.

The upside ... the other Spice Girls (sans Posh) came to visit her in the hospital, and they all posed for a sweet photo together. Staying true to their tunes we see!

"If coach [Ryan] Day is going to be leading the team, then I'm going to be there right beside him," Garrett Wilson tells TMZ Sports.

It's great news for the Buckeyes -- Wilson is a 5-star recruit who some say is the best wide receiver prospect to ever commit to Ohio State.

It's been a wild year at OSU -- between the Zach Smith scandal, Meyer's suspension, and now Urban stepping down -- but Wilson says he's all set to sign later this month regardless.

Why?? The senior from Lake Travis H.S. in Texas explains it's all 'cause of the man OSU tabbed to replace Urban -- Ryan Day.

"If coach Day is going to be the head coach, then I'm 100 percent done. I trust in him, I love him."

Other schools tried to sway him from that opinion ... the 5-star recruit said Oklahoma, Arkansas, Notre Dame and others all reached out after Urban's announcement.

But, the WR -- who some consider the top recruit in the country -- says there wasn't a chance ... especially after he spoke with Urban a few days ago.

"He called me, which meant a lot."

As for Meyer's health ... Wilson says the coach told him, "he was putting himself at risk" by going out and coaching every day ... but he expects to see him around when he gets to school next year.

"He's gonna have a football office on the campus!"

Guess that means Urban will still be around plenty to enjoy this next year ...

12:55 PM PT -- 2 Milly tells us he didn't know what Fortnite was until people started contacting him over social media, telling him the game was stealing his dance. The rapper says even his daughter noticed the similarities to his moves.

2 Milly says the dance started showing up in season 5 of Fortnite, and he wasn't alerted to it until a few months after the release. He says Epic took his craft and sold it as their own, and he wants fair compensation.

2 Milly says he's not trying to ruin the game for anyone, but he's calling out Epic for unethical business practices and wants the "Swipe It" dance removed entirely.

The rapper filed legal docs this week against Epic Games -- the company that makes Fortnite Battle Royale -- for allegedly using his popular Milly Rock moves in the game without his permission to capitalize on the popular dance craze ... and make a ton of cash.

According to the docs ... Fortnite players can purchase the dance -- which is called "Swipe It" in the game -- for their characters. Problem is ... 2 Milly claims "Swipe It" is an exact replica of his Milly Rock, but they never asked him to use it or offered to pay him for it.

2 Milly also alleges dance-stealing is a common trend in Fortnite. According to the suit ... the game copied Snoop Dogg's "Drop It Like It's Hot" dance and the famous Carlton dance from 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' -- among many others -- without consent or compensation "to exploit African-American talent" for profit.

The rapper is suing Epic for damages and legal fees ... and wants his dance moves removed from the game.

His attorney David L. Hecht of Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP tells us his firm is, "proud to stand up for African-American creatives whose expression and likenesses have misappropriated. Epic is enjoying record profits off of downloadable content in Fortnite, yet has failed to pay or even ask permission to use artists’ intellectual property and likenesses over many of its popular emote dances."

We reached out to the Fortnite makers ... no word back so far.

Kareem Hunt's out of the NFL -- and the virtual NFL too -- because EA Sports says the running back is being removed from the Madden 19 video game.

After TMZ Sports posted footage of the former Kansas City Chiefs player attacking a woman in a Cleveland hotel during an incident in February, the video game company says it made the decision to pull Hunt from the game.

"We are in the process of removing Kareem Hunt from the Madden NFL 19 roster, Madden Overdrive and Madden Ultimate Team," a rep for EA Sports tells TMZ Sports.

"Any of our players who currently have Hunt on their Ultimate Team will receive a replacement generic player with identical stats."
