Bobby Shmurda I Swear I'm a Changed Man ... Parole Board Isn't Buying It

Published | Updated

Bobby Shmurda has big plans for when he gets out of prison, but he's gotta put 'em on the back burner because the parole board still isn't feeling his whole "I've changed" vibe.

The rapper told the board he wants to resume his career in entertainment, but also wants to do outreach programs with troubled youth who need guidance. According to a transcript of his September parole hearing ... he also told the parole board he thinks of himself now as a "leader" and not a follower.

Shmurda claims he got into a lot of trouble when he was younger because he felt he would look like a punk if he walked away from fights. He added that's all changed now, and said he feels too "grown" to be fighting and arguing.

As we first reported, Bobby was denied parole during the hearing, but the transcript reveals exactly how he made his case to be released. According to the docs, he said he's no longer impulsive, and takes time to think about others and walk away from bad situations when they pop up.

There's a good reason that didn't fly with the board. In denying Shmurda, board members pointed out he's had "multiple" violations while in prison, including allegedly having a shank, fighting and drug possession.

Shmurda says he wants to get a high school G.E.D. when he gets out. Most likely he's got just over a year to study. We're told it's almost certain he'll remain inside until December 11, 2021 ... when his 7-year sentence ends.

Brad Pitt I Never Contacted Woman Suing Me ... Smells Like a Catfish

Published

Brad Pitt says he doesn't know the woman suing him for allegedly taking thousands of dollars to appear at charity events, and it seems she might have been duped by a fake Brad.

Pitt's been sued by Kelli Christina, a Texas woman who claims Brad contacted her a couple years ago about helping him raise money for his Make It Right Foundation ... which has been rebuilding New Orleans' Lower 9th Ward since Hurricane Katrina.

Christina claims she established a working relationship with the actor, agreed to help his charity ... and even had a personal relationship that included "discussions of marriage."

Yeah, the marriage part sounds like a giant warning sign she wasn't really dealing with Brad. In fact, he denies ever having any contact with Kelli or communicating with her in any way. Further, in his legal response to her lawsuit ... he says he never asked her for payments, nor did he authorize anyone to do so on his behalf.

According to Kelli's lawsuit, first published by DailyMail ... she sent Pitt $40,000 over a 2-year period with the agreement he'd show up to fundraising events, but he failed to make it to any of them.

She says once she stopped sending payments, Brad cut off contact and it was impossible to reach him or Make It Right. She's suing him for breach of contract and fraud to get back her money back ... plus additional damages.

Again, Pitt says he never had any connection with or knowledge of Kelli ... that is, until his lawyer got a "demand letter" from her in March 2020. He says his legal team informed her she was mistaken ... but she sued anyway.

K.C. Chiefs Fan Ejected from 'MNF' Game Not Due to Anti-Roger Goodell Shirt

Published

The Kansas City Chiefs say the fan who was ejected by police from Arrowhead Stadium on Monday night was NOT removed due to his anti-Roger Goodell shirt.

You may have seen the footage by now ... several police officers responded to the top of Arrowhead Stadium to remove a fan wearing the famous Barstool Sports "Clown Shirt," created as a shot at the NFL Commish.

Barstool president Dave Portnoy re-posted the video Monday night with the caption, "Goodell is Hitler."

Since the NFL has previously banned certain Barstool employees from NFL events, there was speculation the fan was removed because of his shirt.

But, a spokesperson for the Chiefs tells us that's simply not the case.

"I can confirm, the ejection had nothing to do with the shirt the fan was wearing," the rep told us.

The team wouldn't give us specifics about why the fan was tossed -- only saying he "violated the team's fan code of conduct" and "it had nothing to do with the shirt."

The Clown Shirt has made headlines a lot over the years -- remember New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton rocked it after that infamous blown non-P.I. call in the NFC title game in 2019 that cost N.O. the game.

Gervonta Davis To Fight Leo Santa Cruz on Halloween ... Fans to Attend

Published | Updated

Gervonta Davis vs. Leo Santa Cruz -- one of the biggest boxing matches of the year -- has officially been moved to October 31st ... and we're told it's all because they want fans in attendance.

The fight was originally set for Oct. 24 -- but we're told Gervonta's promoter Floyd Mayweather "wanted to ensure he would be able to fight in front of fans."

So, the fight was moved to the Alamodome in San Antonio -- where state guidelines allow the venue to hold 50% capacity.

The site can hold 32,000 people for boxing matches -- so promoters are expecting 16,000 fans (hooray math!).

It appears the fight will be the first major combat sports event with live fans in attendance since the COVID-19 pandemic began back in March.

The fight is expected to be awesome -- Davis is undefeated (23-0) and he's become one of the most explosive and exciting fighters in the sport. He's the current WBA lightweight champ.

Santa Cruz is the reigning WBA super featherweight champ -- and he's been in some wars (remember the Carl Frampton fights?!).

Of course, the fight will be available on PPV -- and look at the bright side, at least you've got Halloween plans now!

A white, self-described "redneck" who supports Donald Trump says there's a war coming in November no matter who wins, but if Joe Biden does he's threatening to start it ... and that's raised alarm bells with authorities.

In the video spreading like wildfire on social media, a bearded man ID'd as Zachary Poole makes it clear he believes Trump 2020 will prevail on Election Day ... but predicts members of Black Lives Matter or Antifa will try to start a war when that happens.

Poole insists he and his people are ready for this, but if things don't go their way and Trump loses, he warns -- "We comin' ... and we comin' strong."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the video was almost immediately reported to the Williamsburg Village PD in Ohio, along with concerned citizens forwarding it to the FBI.

It's being taken very seriously too -- we're told Poole's online post and social media are being monitored by police, though no official investigation has been launched or charges filed.

Our sources say the Williamsburg police have also contacted the FBI about the video because they feel Poole's words could be perceived as a threat against people of different races and religions ... and the feds have more experience with hate crimes.

The timing of the video is interesting too ... as it comes on the heels of President Trump's ominous message to the far-right group, Proud Boys, during the first debate.

There's speculation Poole might be affiliated with the group, but we're told law enforcement could not confirm that ... and are still in the early stages of gathering info.

NFL's Aldrick Rosas Gets Probation In Hit-And-Run Case

Published | Updated

Former NY Giants Pro Bowl kicker Aldrick Rosas was sentenced to 3 years of probation in his wild June hit-and-run case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A court official tells us Rosas appeared before a judge Wednesday after cutting a deal with prosecutors ... in which he pleaded no contest to three charges, including misdemeanor reckless driving and misdemeanor hit-and-run.

In exchange, we're told Rosas received the probation and a 30-day suspended jail sentence.

We're also told Rosas was ordered to pay fines and fees ... and is now not allowed to drive with ANY measurable amount of alcohol in his system while he's on probation.

Rosas' attorney, Michael Thomas Erpino, tells us the 25-year-old football player is "thrilled" with the resolution ... and is now gunning to get back in the NFL.

As we previously reported ... Rosas was cut from the Giants in July -- just a few weeks after he was arrested on June 15.

Rosas was accused of driving at speeds of 100 MPH ... and then slamming his SUV into a pickup truck before fleeing the scene on foot.

Cops say when they eventually found Rosas for questioning about the incident ... his hands, legs and bare feet were covered in blood.

Rosas initially pled not guilty to his charges ... but his attorney told us Wednesday the kicker "definitely worked his ass off" to close out the case with prosecutors.

Rosas is still an NFL free agent ... and it remains to be seen if the league will suspend him over the case.

Florida Panthers NHL Investigating Ex-GM Dale Tallon ... Over Alleged Racist Comments

The Panthers parted ways with Tallon earlier this month -- after the team's season came to an end following a loss to the Islanders.

Antonio Brown is doing his part to help the kids in South Florida ... by leading a school supplies drive in the Miami area -- an event that helped out 500 families in need.

32-year-old Brown wrote some generous checks to help cover the cost for book bags, notebooks and other supplies ... and some kids even got new laptop computers to help with the distanced learning situation during the COVID pandemic.

You can see in the video ... the kids are stoked -- and so is Antonio!!

We spoke with 103.5 FM's Papa Keith -- one of the organizers of the event -- and he raves about the NFLer's involvement.

"AB is from Liberty City which is where the event was held and the fact that he’s coming back to help his hometown even at this point in his career is something we love to see."

It's some good publicity for AB, who is still trying to get back into the NFL after a slew of off-field issues over the past year.

As we previously reported, Brown has been suspended the first 8 games of the 2020 season -- but that could make him a target for a team looking for some help at WR in the second half of the season.
