The parents of Joycelyn Savage, one of R. Kelly's alleged victims, are desperate to get in touch with her and take care of her ... and say they won't feel any sort of relief until they do.

Tim and Jonjelyn tell TMZ ... Kelly's latest arrest on federal sex crimes and racketeering hasn't made them feel vindicated yet, because they're focused on finding their daughter, and so far have been unsuccessful.

The parents say they were in Chicago recently and went with cops to Kelly's Trump Tower residence to do a welfare check on Joycelyn ... but she wasn't there anymore. They have no idea where she is, but hope to contact her soon through Kelly's people, possibly his spokesperson, Darrell Johnson.

Speaking of Johnson, the Savages were back in Atlanta Friday morn for his news conference on Kelly's arrest, and shortly before he spoke to us ... Tim interrupted Darrell and demanded to know where Joycelyn's at. It seems he's open to disclosing the info, but we'll see.

Tim and Jonjelyn say they're eager to set up a meeting with their daughter and get her the help she needs ... and they're ready to hop on another plane ASAP to make it happen.

As we reported ... federal prosecutors want to keep Kelly behind bars until his trial, because they say he's a flight risk and a danger to the community, and they fear he'll obstruct justice by intimidating potential witnesses.

Houston Astros legend Craig Biggio is still struggling to believe his son is a successful big leaguer ... telling TMZ Sports, "I'm still having a hard time putting it into words."

"It's incredible," the 53-year-old Hall of Famer says.

24-year-old Cavan Biggio is a rising superstar for the Toronto Blue Jays -- he was one of the team's top prospects in the minor leagues before he got called up just a few weeks ago.

Now, he's hitting in the heart of the Blue Jays' order ... and in his first-ever 125 MLB at-bats, he's got 6 home runs, 24 runs scored, 23 RBIs and 5 stolen bases.

Craig -- who's in NYC this weekend to watch Cavan play against the Yankees -- tells us it's a great feeling seeing his son's success ... and adds that the two talk ball from time-to-time after Cavan's games.

As for the advice Papa Biggio is shellin' out to Cavan?

"Just keep working hard!"

Meghan Markle and Baby Archie joined forces with Auntie Kate Middleton and her brood for a play date of sorts -- with both the kids and their daddies horsin' around in a field.

The Duchesses linked up Wednesday at Billingbear Park in Wokingham, England, where Prince Harry and Prince William were playing a charity polo match -- opposite teams, naturally. They had the support of their entire fam as they galloped after the ball, mallets in hand and helmets intact.

As the Royal papas squared off, their wives and children looked on from the crowd ... and, let's be honest, probably stole the spotlight.

Meg showed up cradling her newborn, who was sporting a comfy-looking white outfit, with his chubby legs sticking out. Kate, meanwhile, had her hands full with at least two of her boys -- Prince George and Prince Louis, the latter in full walking mode.

It's one of the first times we've seen Archie hang out with his cousins -- although something tells us it's just a haze to him at this point. He is just two months old, after all.

Scary moment at the race track Tuesday ... Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s 18-year-old niece was involved in a horrific crash -- but miraculously escaped uninjured!!

It all went down at a USAC Racing event at Red Dirt Raceway in Oklahoma ... where Karsyn Elledge -- whose mom, Kelley Earnhardt Miller, is Jr.'s older sister -- flipped her sprint car multiple times over a barrier and fencing.

Elledge was coming down turn 3 at the track when she lost control ... causing her car to go airborne and tumble several yards OVER a wall before coming to a stop.

The video is crazy ... but, somehow, Elledge -- whose goal is to follow in her family's famous racing footsteps -- was able to walk away from the wreck under her own power.

"Tonight I am so very thankful that all my safety equipment did it's job & that my team built a safe car," Elledge wrote after the crash ... "Thank you to everyone who's reach out, I am sore, but most hurt is my pride."

It's great news ... seeing as the incident hits WAY too close to home for Earnhardt racing fans. Remember, it was just 18 years ago that Dale Sr. tragically passed away in a wreck at Daytona International Speedway.

Andrew McCutchen's wife threw him an All-Star party Tuesday since an injury wiped away his chances at a real ASG invite ... and the MLB stud's reaction to the gesture will make ya cry.

The Philadelphia Phillies outfielder tore his ACL back on June 3 ... immediately killing any chances the 32-year-old former MVP had of making Tuesday night's All-Star Game in Cleveland.

But, McCutchen's wife wasn't going to let that stop him from feeling special ... 'cause she threw him an AMAZING All-Star party of his own instead!!!

The bash had it all ... there was a custom "Cutch" sign, baseball-themed snacks, balloons, pizza and even a cake with a mini-McCutchen topper on it!!

The best part of the party ... McCutchen's reaction afterward -- 'cause the dude clearly wanted to shed a few tears after his wife went all-out for him.

"She took the time out of her life to do something like this for me. And, it means a lot. It means so much because you work so hard, you know?"

"And, to have an injury like this to where it gets wiped away -- all your work, everything you prepared for -- the year's just wiped away. And, for her to do this for me, it means the world to me. Honestly."

Matt Lauer and Annette Roque are one signature away from being legally single.

Annette filed divorce docs Tuesday in Suffolk County, NY and, according to court records, Matt's not contesting. Makes sense ... last month, the couple reportedly hammered out a settlement that has her walking away with $20 million in assets. 

It's unclear exactly how they're splitting up their properties -- they've got a ton in NY state and even New Zealand -- but the NY Post reported Annette's getting their horse farm in the Hamptons.

The couple split up back in 2017 after Matt was fired from 'Today' over a slew of sexual harassment allegations at NBC. 

Matt and Annette, and of course their lawyers, hashed out the division of their assets in private before filing the paperwork with the court. Annette's attorney, John Teitler, confirms to TMZ that the matter has been settled.

Now, they just need the judge to sign off and they'll be ready to mingle, as they say. Court officials say there's no timeline on when they'll get that stamp of approval -- there's no waiting period, it just depends on the judge's workload. 

Beyonce and Blue Ivy were a spitting image of each other at the premiere of the new 'Lion King' movie -- and they couldn't have looked more like royalty if they tried.

Queen Bey and her cub rocked half suit jackets and half gowns on the red carpet Tuesday at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, where the live-action Disney reboot was getting its West Coast debut. Mama bear lion was adorned in glittering chains that covered her upper half, while she led a flowing mesh train down low ... with BI wearing a similar outfit.

Beyonce's hairdo was something to behold as well -- it looks like she went with an intricate braided look, with her hair parted on the left side and slightly curled toward the front.

Blue Ivy had her locks up in pigtails, which were wrapped in what looked a lot like diamond hair ties. It's like they were reflecting Bey's character in the flick -- young and adult Nala.

A bunch of the cast was there too, including a dapper Donald Glover (Simba), Seth Rogen (Pumba), Billy Eichner (Timon) Keegan-Michael Key (Kamari) and other celebs who showed up just 'cause ... Tiffany Haddish, Chrissy Metz, Jimmy Kimmel and Chance the Rapper.

As for what folks are saying about the movie ... it's apparently really, REALLY good (graphics-wise, anyway). Critics are calling it a spectacular visual feat like nothing Disney's done. 

Audrina Patridge is pissed her ex-husband, Corey Bohan, made a big blunder in their custody arrangement ... one that turned her holiday into a stress-filled day of panic about their daughter. 

As you might know by now, Audrina meets Corey at the Costa Mesa Police Department every time they exchange custody of their little girl, Kirra, but sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ ... Corey totally blew off their planned exchange last week on the 4th of July. 

We're told Corey was supposed to hand over Kirra at 10 AM, but he never showed at the police station, and refused to answer Audrina's frantic calls and texts. 

Making matters worse for Audrina ... while she's wondering where her child is, an earthquake struck sending everyone into a panic. We're told Audrina was freaking out even more due to the added fear of not knowing where Corey was with Kirra. 

Law enforcement sources tell us ... police conducted a welfare check at Corey's house around 10:45 AM, and he was home with Kirra. We're told his interaction with cops was calm, but he told officers it was HIS day, not Audrina's to have their daughter.

They eventually ended up meeting at 7 PM for the custody exchange. Kirra was fine, but according to their custody agreement ... Corey screwed the pooch. He's supposed to return Kirra to Audrina every Thursday at 10 AM, and they alternate Independence Days. Audrina gets her on odd years ... like 2019.

Our sources say Audrina wants to file a contempt of court order against Corey. We reached out to her attorneys, but so far nothing's been filed.

Jenelle Evans may have won the battle but her ex, Nathan Griffith, vows to win the war ... cause he's taking her to court again to regain primary custody of their 5-year-old son, Kaiser.

Nathan hopped on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and laid out his case on why Jenelle's an unfit parent and why Kaiser belongs with him. He's not happy Jenelle regained custody of their 5-year-old son, and to add insult to injury, he says she's being vindictive.

Nathan says Jenelle is trying to ruin his relationship with Kaiser by blocking his number ... meaning he can't communicate with his son by FaceTime or phone.

He says he wants way more than a phone call ... he wants primary custody, because of his special relationship with his kid.

Wendy Williams' son is walking out of a New Jersey courthouse with a resolution in his assault case, and it's a very good one for him ... the case has been dismissed.

Prosecutors said they'd reviewed the case and decided to no longer pursue charges against Kevin Hunter Jr. for allegedly punching his father in the face during a parking lot scuffle. 

Kevin Hunter Sr., dressed in a black t-shirt, walked into court with his son and told the judge he agreed with prosecutor's decision not to pursue charges. Jr.'s attorney, Raymond Hamlin, told us father and son are fine now ... "They are laughing, talking and reminiscing. Their relationship is solid." Jr. and Sr. also walked out of court together.

Wendy was not in court ... she's shooting her talk show today. 

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin Jr. and Wendy's estranged husband, Kevin Hunter, got into their altercation back in May, resulting in the 18-year-old getting arrested for assault.

Kevin Jr. was in court last month and entered a not guilty plea ... while Wendy and Kevin Sr. waited together in a car outside the courthouse. 

As we've reported ... Kevin Sr. made it clear he didn't not want to press charges against his son, which likely aided the dismissal of the case. 

Joseph Gannascoli -- famous for playing Vito Spatafore on "The Sopranos" -- isn't the slightest bit worried about a rash of mysterious tourist deaths in the Dominican Republic ... he says come on down, the booze is fine!!! 

The actor is down in Punta Cana enjoying the final days of his vacation with his wife, daughter and family friends ... and he tells us there have been no signs of trouble in paradise. 

As we've reported ... at least 10 Americans have died while either staying at resorts in D.R. or shortly upon returning to the U.S. -- some from respiratory complications and many from heart attacks. 

Joseph tells us his resort, Royalton Bavaro, is PACKED with tourists on summer vacations ... but he says no one is walking around on eggshells. 

They might be stumbling, though, because Joseph says everyone is taking full advantage of the all-inclusive alcohol. Fears about tainted booze be damned.

Beth Chapman's family is doing everything it can to make sure her memorial service in Colorado goes off without a hitch, and it's an enormous undertaking ... they're coordinating with local law enforcement and hotels to accommodate a HUGE crowd.

Sources close to Beth's family tell TMZ ... her relatives are determined to make the memorial fan-friendly, reaching out to hotels in Aurora to hammer out discounted rates for people attending the service, and working with police to plan security and crowd control.

We're told Beth wanted her send-off in her home state to be accessible for everyone ... so her family is putting together a live stream for those that can't make the trek to Colorado. 

TMZ broke the story ... Beth died June 26 at a Honolulu hospital, only days after doctors placed her in a medically-induced coma. The 51-year-old had been battling cancer for a long time.

Dog Chapman and Beth lived in Hawaii and Colorado, and her Aurora memorial will be her second public service ... following a beautiful ceremony in Honolulu.

As we first reported ... Dog and his children snuck away to spread some of Beth's ashes in the Waikiki waters during her Hawaiian send-off. They didn't spread all the ashes, we're told they will spread her remaining ashes in Colorado. 

The services in Hawaii and on the mainland are part of Beth's final wishes. 

Jenelle Evans is out of the reality TV biz -- and also the raising kids biz, temporarily -- but that doesn't mean her cosmetics biz wasn't thriving amid all of her family drama.

Sources tell TMZ ... Jenelle's beauty line, JE Cosmetics, has been movin' and shakin' behind-the-scenes despite all the chaos going on in her life. Specifically, we're told she's been in talks with several different cosmetic suppliers for over a year to relaunch and rebrand the line she first started in 2017. The new line is set to take off on Sept. 7.

Jenelle's been teasing her cosmetics comeback on social media, and it looks like she's expanding her products beyond lipsticks and eyelashes. 

There's more ... aside from the deals Jenelle has already inked with various vendors and suppliers, we're told she continues to pique interest from big wigs in the beauty game.

Our sources say one major fashion company has already partnered with her to do a joint collaboration/release -- which we're told will coincide with the JE rollout. 

As for why Jenelle is still drawing so much attention -- especially after losing custody of her kids, and David Eason killing the family dog -- we're told her suitors think she's still marketable in a business capacity. 

Kobe and Vanessa Bryant have just posted the first pic of their new baby girl ... and she's incredibly adorbs!!!

You know by now the baller fam named their daughter, Capri Kobe Bryant, and that the future Hall of Famer nicknamed her KoKo. But here she is in all her glory and she's literally a bundle of joy ... wrapped in a swaddle and looking angelic with a rosy headband.

As we reported ... Kobe and Vanessa welcomed their fourth daughter last month. She was born on June 20 but the family announced the birth the following day. The proud papa wrote, "We are beyond excited that our baby girl 'Koko' has arrived #BryantBunch #4princesses #blessed."

Vanessa was just as excited, obvi. She wrote, "So thankful for our newest baby blessing."

Jenelle Evans is no longer an empty-nester ... TMZ has learned her children are coming home. 

Sources connected to the case tell us, the judge in her custody trial has just ruled 2-year-old Ensley and 5-year-old Kaiser will be returned to their mom. We're told Kaiser's dad, Nathan Griffith, must turn his son over to Jenelle, Thursday at 10 AM.

The judge finished hearing testimony Wednesday and hardly waited to hand down the ruling. The testimony lasted over a period of weeks.  

Jenelle's mom, Barbara, still has custody of 9-year-old Jace. 

As we've reported ... Jenelle and her husband David Eason had been fighting to regain custody of her kids, trekking back and forth to a courthouse in North Carolina. 

Jenelle and David lost custody of Jace, Kaiser and Ensley earlier this year after Eason shot and killed the family dog, a French bulldog named Nugget. 

Jenelle and David have been beefing with her mom ... and as we first reported, Jenelle believed her kids were at risk living with Barbara because of Jenelle's erratic uncle, Colin, who has a long history with cops.

Blueface wants to get his side of the story out as to why he kicked his mom and sister out of his house -- so he's posted more footage of the altercation with an explanation.

The "Thotiana" rapper threw up multiple clips of what appears to be surveillance video from inside his home, which was the site of chaos last weekend ... as the family drama played out on Instagram Live. But, he says this new video tells the full story of what was going down,

In Blueface's clips, you can see 2 women causing a ruckus in his crib -- shouting at him from downstairs with a small child in their company as well.

The MC captioned his post, writing ... "Sense [sic] they wanna go viral so bad this the real story my mom got tired of my broke ass sister free loading at her house so she brought her to mine an I wasn’t going for it I already got her an apartment guess that wasn’t enough she want my car she want me to buy her a car off the lot an some more stuff."

He adds that he once had to live out of his car and struggle to get to where he's at now, and then goes on to blame his fans for turning against him before they had the full context of the fight.

The reason his fans, and also non-fans, were disturbed is because it seems like he got physical with his female family members, and did in fact kick them out.

Word online is that Blueface's live-in girlfriend didn't like his mom and sis, and the assumption was that his reaction here was based off that alone. He says that's not the case though.

Sounds like he's claiming they rolled up unannounced to leech off him without his consent. *Insert grimacing "yikes" emoji here*
