Scary moment at Indianapolis 500 practice on Monday ... Stefan Wilson was taken off the track on a stretcher after his car violently collided with a wall during a wild wreck.

The crash happened just moments ago at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway ... when Katherine Legge got into Wilson's ride in Turn 1.

You can see in video of the accident, Legge struck Wilson with so much force ... both of their cars skidded into a nearby wall -- with Wilson's vehicle seemingly getting the worst of the impact.

Trainers immediately raced to tend to both drivers ... and, eventually, Wilson was strapped to a backboard and loaded into an ambulance.

Thankfully, Wilson was able to give a thumbs up just before he was transported to a nearby hospital ... and, according to IndyCar medical director Dr. Julia Vaizer, he's now "doing well" and is "in good spirits."

Legge, meanwhile, was evaluated by medics following the crash -- but has since been cleared to drive again.

The scene couldn't have been scarier for the 33-year-old Wilson and his family ... as Wilson's older brother, Justin, tragically died in an on-track accident back in 2015.

It's unclear if Stefan or Legge will now be able to race in the 107th iteration of the Indy 500 on Sunday.

No, Goldberg didn't get into a WWE hardcore match on Tuesday ... but he certainly looked like he did -- suffering a gnarly head wound while out on his farm in Texas.

A rep for the wrestling legend tells TMZ Sports ... Goldberg was getting work done on his property, when he accidentally knocked his noggin on his tractor -- opening up a big gash near his forehead.

In photos of the injury that the 56-year-old shared on his social media page ... you can see the cut was so bad, it poured blood everywhere.

Fortunately, Goldberg told us it was nothing serious ... explaining it was all "just a flesh wound."

In fact, in true Goldberg fashion, he said he's simply super gluing the thing shut!!!

Of course, bleeding profusely isn't anything new for the WWE Hall of Famer ... he's found himself leaking in the squared circle more often than not over the years.

Kyle Richards is setting the record straight about how she obtained her toned body ... saying she's never used the diabetes drug Ozempic, instead, she's putting the work in herself.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star says she's never even tried the drug, when it comes to her astounding weight loss results ... claiming, she couldn't bring herself to do it if she wanted.

She told Page 6, “I’m not on any weight loss drug. If you know me, you know I have terrible anxiety so that would scare me to death. I have never, ever ever taken it.”

ICYMI, Kyle has been posting away and showing off her toned body on social media the last few months ... prompting fans to speculate she might have taken the drug, to achieve her slim body -- just as some other celebs and 'Bravo' stars have admitted to doing.

On the other hand, Kyle has voiced her frustration with these rumors, maintaining she's done it all herself by changing her lifestyle and habits ... and now we have a better idea of how she got started.

Kyle says her new bod is homemade, thanks to grueling workouts with her personal trainer Cory Gregory, whom she met through singer Morgan Wade.

BTW, some of the dietary changes include cutting out alcohol, sugar, pizza and carbs.

Amanda Bynes is facing a tough reality after spending weeks in a mental hospital, often feeling sad and isolated, as she works to balance her medical needs and where to go next in life ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Amanda tell us ... she's back living solo in her own place after her recent release from a mental hospital, but she doesn't have a lot of people in her life.

We're told Amanda hasn't been focusing on some of the passions she had before she was found roaming the streets naked in March -- like fashion design and being a nail tech.

Instead, she loses interest quickly ... though, we're told she could pick up those interests again down the road.

The good news -- our sources say Amanda is really good about attending her outpatient treatments, seeing therapists, and taking her medication.

TMZ broke the story ... she was released from a mental hospital last month, 3 weeks after she was first admitted for treatment.

While Amanda's alone these days, folks around her don't want to see her get back with her ex, Paul Michael.

Our sources say Paul wasn't there for Amanda when she was struggling, and they want to see her move on from him because they feel he's toxic to her recovery.

We're told Amanda mostly just communicates with her parents and siblings ... and actually sees her parents from time to time.

So, while she's isolated from friends, at least she's on good terms with her family.

Dolph Lundgren is turning his pain into purpose ... saying he couldn't be happier to inspire others, after opening up about his 8-year battle with cancer.

We caught up with the "Rocky" icon Monday at LAX, where he gave us an update on how he's been feeling since revealing he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015.

Dolph told us, health-wise, he's feeling good at the moment, and he feels even better that his ordeal is inspiring so many others. He's had producers and other folks come up to him and ask for advice and says those exchanges are truly rewarding.

He's clearly focusing on the silver lining, saying even inspiring one person was enough, which is the reason why he talked about it in the first place.

As we reported, Dolph was on "In Depth With Graham Bensinger" earlier this month when he spoke for the first time about his cancer diagnosis.

He said he went into remission in 2020, but when the cancer came back, a doctor gave him a terminal diagnosis ... saying he had tumors in his lungs, stomach, spine, and kidneys and he only had a few years to live.

Thankfully, he got a second opinion from Dr. Alexandra Drakaki, who he credits for shrinking his tumors.

Hulk Hogan has endured 28 surgeries over the last decade after years of wrestling injuries ravaged his body ... but the WWE Hall of Famer tells us thanks to his THC and CBD use, he feels better than he has in 45 years!

"I always joke about I didn't get the memo that this stuff was 'fake' and after the 10 back surgery and two knees and two hips, it's just a situation of you do get hurt out there all the time," Hogan told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs weekdays on FS1).

Hogan continued, flat out saying ... "I feel better than I've ever felt at 69 years old, I feel like I'm 25 again."

If you know anything about Hulk's physical ailments (Hogan's publicly talked about enduring horrific pain on a daily basis), it's truly an incredible comeback.

"It definitely helped me because as I said the slow walk back from the prescription drugs ended with me downing the Tylenol and the Advil and Aleve's and finally even that wasn't working for me," Hogan said.

"As I moved away from that and got into the CBD world, it really changed the game from my sleep to the inflammation, the way my wrists and my joints hurt, across the board, it helped me with my health."

In fact, Hulk is such a proponent of THC and CBD, he's actually launching his own brand with the company behind Mike Tyson's "Tyson 2.0" and Ric Flair's "Ric Flair Drip," Carma HoldCo.

"When I saw what Ric and Mike were doing, I instantly wanted to get on the team because you use CBD for energy, for sleep, for fitness -- it just made sense. It's a logical extension of where I already was but this is the safe way to approach things instead of that wild card way of doctor's prescription stuff. It just didn't make sense anymore."

Hulk's new partner, Chad Bronstein, Carma's President, also joined us to preview the new health and wellness brand ... which he says will feature not just CBD and THC products but also "functional mushrooms."

Jamie Foxx is still on the mend ... getting round-the-clock treatment at a facility in Chicago while his family continues to stay by his side.

Foxx's daughter, Corinne, and his close friend, Dave Brown, were among Jamie's visitors over the weekend. Both looked serious, and seemingly showed up to the facility for their time with Jamie.

TMZ broke the story, Jamie was transferred to the rehab facility in Chicago earlier this month after he was first hospitalized in Atlanta.

It's not entirely clear what sort of treatment Jamie's getting in Chicago, but we know the facility offers services to people who are recovering from strokes, spinal injuries and even cancer treatment. There's no indication Foxx has cancer.

Remember, it was early April when Corinne announced Jamie had suffered a 'medical complication' while he was working in Atlanta.

A woman claims she can't wear short sleeves anymore because her NutriBullet machine exploded and burned the skin off her arm ... and she says she has the graphic images of her injuries to prove it.

Gail Mitchell filed legal docs claiming she barely used NutriBullet's Original 24 oz. Single Speed Black Jar Blender for 60 seconds when the machine exploded ... sending the scalding hot contents onto her body, causing painful burning to her chest, arms, scalp, and face.

The photos of her alleged injuries look pretty gnarly ... Gail's arms are covered in burn wounds and her skin is now super scarred. She also claims the explosion left her kitchen a mess too.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Mitchell says the incident happened in November 2020 when she was whipping up a smoothie using turmeric, ginger, water, mango and split peas.

Mitchell says she was standing in front of her NutriBullet, looking for a cup to pour her smoothie into when the machine exploded less than 1 minute after she fired it up.

In the docs, Mitchell says the blender explosion made the contents of the smoothie scalding hot, leaving her with 1st, 2nd and 3rd-degree burns ... and she says she had to go to a burn center every week for a month for treatments.

She claims the device's design can cause contents in the blender to become heated to dangerous temperatures. She says the high-speed motor operating the blades creates heat that is transferred into the canister and its contents, sometimes heating the contents to dangerous temps. She also says the rapidly spinning blades create friction, creating heat that is also transferred to the contents of the canister, sometimes heating the contents to dangerous temps as well.

Mitchell says her burns, particularly the 3rd-degree burns on her arm, developed scars ... and she says she's already undergone three expensive laser surgeries costing $25K each and has a fourth coming up.

As a result of the scarring, Mitchell says she will never be able to wear short sleeves again ... and she says the injuries also make it tough to sleep.

She says the incident left her depressed, anxious and traumatized ... and now she's suing Nutribullet for her medical bills, lost earnings, and more ... and she wants punitive damages because she says the company knew about the risks and still failed to adequately warn customers.

Kim Kardashian says she's shed many tears over her challenges with parenting ... saying she's even cried herself to sleep over it.

The veteran singer shared a note Thursday on his official site, telling fans he was forced to cancel his show in Charleston. He was supposed to hit the stage with his Coral Reefer band Saturday night, but that all changed when he went to see a doctor.

Jimmy says, "I had a sudden change of plans this week that affected us all. Two days ago, I was just back from a trip to the Bahamas ... and chomping at the bit to get to Charleston. I had to stop in Boston for a check-up but wound up back in the hospital to address some issues that needed immediate attention."

While he's not saying exactly what's behind his hospitalization, it's clearly enough to get him pretty sentimental.

You might recall, the 76-year-old singer was briefly hospitalized last September, and had to cancel the rest of his 2022 performances.

This Charleston show was part of Buffett's "Second Wind" Tour 2023 ... per the website, all ticketholders will be able to attend the rescheduled show, once a new date is announced.

Dixie D'Amelio got a ride to a hospital on a gurney in the back of an ambulance after nearly losing consciousness ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the TikTok star was working Thursday around 3 PM in West Hollywood when she felt faint -- and, out of caution, an ambulance was called to take her to a hospital.

We're told Dixie turned out to be dehydrated and she received an IV with fluids.

It's clear folks around her were extremely concerned -- the fire department was dispatched to Sunset Plaza for a possible seizure.

Thankfully, it turned out to not be that serious.

We're told she's now feeling much better and still plans to attend the D'Amelio family's shoe launch tonight.

Dixie posted on Snapchat from what appears to be a hospital ... she's got different monitors hooked up to her chest.

Amazing news ... Jeremy Lin says despite the horrifying head injury he suffered during a basketball game on Sunday, he's now doing OK -- and expects to make a complete recovery soon.

The ex-NBA star provided the awesome update in a video on his Instagram page Wednesday ... saying after undergoing a battery of tests and imaging this week, docs have told him he'll have "no long-term issues" following the scary concussion he sustained just three days ago.

In fact, the 34-year-old said he'll be cleared to hoop again in two-to-four weeks.

"I'm on the mend," he said.

Lin was initially hurt during a Taiwan P. League+ game over the weekend ... when he took an elbow to the face and then smacked his head on the hardwood as he fell to the ground.

The play was horrifying -- Lin's body appeared to have a fencing response to the blow. He was then ushered to the hospital, but, thankfully, he was discharged and able to return to the arena to root on his team.

Lin joked about the entire saga on his IG page -- writing, "As one of loved ones reminded me today, there werent too many brain cells to begin with lol."

Senator Dianne Feinstein raised new alarm bells about her ability to serve in Congress, after she seemed to forget she's been MIA for 3 months.

An L.A. Times reporter buttonholed the 89-year-old Feinstein -- who just returned to D.C. after spending 3 months in California recuperating from shingles -- and asked her if she heard all the well wishes from her fellow Senators upon returning to work. Her response ... "What have I heard about what?" The reporter said, "About your return," to which Feinstein said, "I haven't been gone ... I've been working."

The reporter pressed ... "You've been working from home is what you're saying?" The frail Senator replied, "I've been here. I've been voting. Please, either know or don't know."

Her hometown newspaper, the San Francisco Chronicle, detailed last year what they say is her deteriorating memory, and the latest encounter is yet another example. There has been open talk on Capitol Hill that she is often disoriented and can't follow conversations.

There has also been a gentle campaign among lawmakers for her to resign, and even some Democrats are on board. Fact is ... Feinstein is on the Judiciary Committee, and a number of nominations for the federal bench have been held up due to her absences.

Feinstein said last week, "Even though I’ve made significant progress and was able to return to Washington, I’m still experiencing some side effects from the shingles virus."

Jimmy Graham ain't letting his horrible bike crash stop him from pedaling again ... the ex-NFL star said Tuesday he's already back on the road -- "stitches and all."

The former Saints tight end was all smiles as he, once again, cruised through the roadways on two wheels in Miami ... less than a week after a car slammed into him and his bike, injuring his back and leg.

Check out footage the 36-year-old posted of his AM ride to his Instagram page ... he looked overjoyed to be healthy and riding again.

"Back on it," Graham captioned the video.

Graham was initially hurt last week ... when the 5-time Pro Bowler said a vehicle turned into him while he was going around 20 MPH.

Graham initially thought his leg was broken when he got hit ... but, thankfully, all of his bones were intact. The former footballer said he did suffer wounds, though, sustaining a massive gash on his calf while losing skin on his back.

"I guess the guy in the one lane didn't see me because the sun was coming up and just took a left and T-boned me," Graham said of the accident on "The Pat McAfee Show."

"Luckily I had a helmet on."

You can also see in Graham's clip that he got a new ride ... and thanked MPH Paint and Elite Cycling Miami for "getting me back on the road with the new Pinn-Daddy."

Kanye West started his week with a busy afternoon, hitting both the gym and his favorite fast-food joint all within a few hours of each other.

Ye and his wife, Bianca Censori, were spotted in West Hollywood Monday ... each dressed in space-age-looking spandex and Kanye with a loose-fitting jacket. The two then piled into a waiting Mercedes SUV before heading to a nearby Chick-fil-A.

Check out the pics, Kanye sat in the backseat as his chauffeur hit the drive-thru. Unclear exactly what he ordered, or maybe he just grabbed a lemonade before the couple's next stop at a private gym.
