Future's got more baby mama drama on his hands ... a woman in Florida just slapped the rapper with a paternity case alleging she gave birth to his SEVENTH CHILD!!!

Eliza Seraphin filed legal docs in Broward County, alleging Future is the father of her 4-month-old girl. According to docs obtained by TMZ, Seraphin -- known to her 320k Instagram followers as Eliza Reign -- claims Future ghosted her ever since she gave birth on April 19.

She wants a judge to declare Future the baby daddy and make him ante up child support. Eliza wants the child support retroactively and she wants Hizzoner to tack on hospital expenses she incurred during pregnancy.

Baby mama drama's nothing new for Future, who back in January told radio legend Big Boy he became a father for the sixth time when his son, Hendrix, was born in December.

Future told Big Boy he wants to have more kids ... never mind the legal drama that's followed with in the wake of several births. You'll recall Ciara's had beef with Future over their 5-year-old son.

We've reached out to Future for comment ... so far, no word back.

Bradley Cooper is enjoying single-dad life -- just check out that stache! -- which means his daughter is absolutely enjoying dad-taking-me-to-Disneyland life!!!

The actor was out with 2-year-old, Lea, Friday at the Happiest Place on Earth, and the toddler brought that title to life with her grin as she and Brad went from ride to ride. Looks like he recruited other grown-ups for the trip too -- a possible nanny was tagging along.

No sign of Irina Shayk here though -- must not be her weekend with the kid.

Anyway, Lea tried her hand on a merry-go-round, the Story Book Land Canal Boats, Dumbo the Flying Elephant ... and, of course, a classic shoulder mount on pops himself.

Meanwhile, Brad and some of the adults he brought with him ended up park jumping at one point -- 'cause he was in the front car of the new Incredicoaster (formerly California Screamin') at California Adventure with a woman who was joining him and Lea for the day.

Lea's too small for that ride ... she  must've been hangin' at Pixar Park or something.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel has some great news in the middle of her nasty legal war with her estranged husband -- she's pregnant!!! With her new boyfriend, NOT her ex.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Christy's expecting a child with her BF, Gonzo. We're told she's a few months along but just found out recently, and they don't know the baby's gender yet.

Christy is 42 years old, so the pregnancy is high-risk, but our sources say everyone is happy, healthy and very excited ... especially her 19-year-old daughter, Autumn, from a previous relationship.

We're told Christy is currently in New York with Gonzo ... far away from her estranged husband, Todd.

We broke the story ... despite being married for 5 years, Christy's seeking to annul their marriage because she claims it was never consummated, and she alleges he committed financial fraud.

Todd called BS in legal docs last week, claiming the 2 definitely had sex during their marriage and denying the fraud allegations.

Christy's relationship with Todd has been rocky, to say the least, and ya gotta think her getting pregnant with her new man ... won't exactly smooth things over.

Touching moment on the baseball field Tuesday ... Aaron Judge took time out of his pregame warmup to surprise a little kid whose dad just recently died -- and their meeting was awesome.

Kellen Wilson's father, Kyle -- who attended Judge's alma mater, Fresno State -- tragically passed away last October at the age of the 36 ... and Judge was so moved by the story, he sent the kid a jersey a few weeks later.

But, when Aaron's Yankees made the trip to Wilson's hometown to play the A's on Tuesday ... it was unclear if Judge would be able to meet up with Kellen in person, especially after the team bypassed pregame batting practice.

But, Judge made the time to go seek out Kellen anyway ... and the two had an awesome meeting -- which Kellen's mom said was a complete surprise to everyone.

"He [Kellen] had no idea, though [that he was going to meet Judge]," Chelsy Wilson told MLB.com ... "And we had no idea. And when the Yankees didn’t take batting practice, they thought no way."

"But Kyle is pulling strings from above. We are so grateful to Mr. Judge. He has been an incredible role model to Kellen, even sending Kellen a jersey back in December."

6-foot-7 Judge took a picture with Kellen on the field, signed his jersey and autographed his bat ... and the two were even able to have a short conversation.

Then, Judge went out and hit one of the most monstrous home runs of the season ... blasting a 474-footer!!!

"He is exactly the kind of human and player Kyle told Kellen to look up to," Chelsy said. "How hard he works. How he treats others. And all he stands for."

Cardi B is FUMING over the NYPD allegedly shutting down her pal's back-to-school event -- and speaking of fumes, she wants New York's finest to choke on hers.

The Bronx-born rapper went on a tear Tuesday night, calling out the NYPD for what she says were bullying tactics that effectively torpedoed her friend Star's school giveaway for kids coming back to school. Safe to say, CB's nuclear.

She claims the NYPD got ahead of this charitable event that was scheduled for later this month after they caught wind of it, called up the school principal and scared them into backing down. Cardi says she finds that "f***** up," seeing how Star paid out of pocket.

Not to mention the fact she was genuinely out to help the kids of this neighborhood.

Then, Cardi goes IN on the NYPD, saying ... "F*** you and motherf***ing suck a fart and suffocate on it. F*** you!!!" ending with a middle finger to the camera for good measure.

If there's one thing we know about Cardi, it's that she loves the kids -- she went out and surprised some from her old neighborhood last year -- and doesn't dig cops. As you know, she's currently in the middle of fighting charges in her strip club beatdown case.

Our law enforcement sources in the area tell TMZ that the department is aware of Cardi's gripe, and they're trying to clear up what's been dubbed internally as a "miscommunication."

In the meantime ... suck it, NYPD!!! Farts, that is ... if that's even possible.

Royal baby Archie's got a new nanny -- his third in as many months since his birth -- and she's helping Meghan Markle accomplish one of her goals ... bringing multiculturalism to the Royals.

Prince Harry and Meghan's latest childcare pro was spotted stepping off a private jet with the family as they returned from vacation at Elton John's estate in France ... and TMZ's confirmed she is indeed their new nanny.

Here's what we know about nanny #3 from our Royal sources -- she's black, from Great Britain and was hired through an agency. As you may know, both Meghan and Harry have been advocates for race and gender equality ... so this choice makes sense.

This is the first time we've seen one of Archie's nannies in public -- so, truth is, one or both of the first 2 might have also been black. In any event, this is new territory for the Royal Family. Prince William and Kate Middleton's nannies have been white.

Our sources say the unidentified woman was hired about 2 months ago after Meghan and Harry went through 2 other nannies in their son's first 6 weeks. One of them was a night nurse.

We're told so far, so good ... Duke and Duchess have been happy with nanny #3.

The L.A. school funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is about to face new claims of bullying -- including one incident involving a 14-year-old trying to kill herself.

Sources tell TMZ ... there is a new lawsuit about to be filed by the same lawyers at Geragos & Geragos who filed the first suit against the Animo Westside Charter Middle School. As TMZ first showed you ... that initial suit surrounds this video of one student choking another, whose parents claim he suffered permanent brain damage in the incident.

We're told the forthcoming suit documents the alleged bullying experienced by a now-14-year-old girl, who's claiming she too was mercilessly bullied last year on the campus ... and the school failed to stop it.

Our sources say the girl is claiming to have suffered both physical and verbal abuse from multiple students, with one girl leading the pack. We're told it got so bad, the alleged victim started cutting herself ... and months later, attempted suicide.

She had to be hospitalized on a psychiatric hold as a result. Her family is blaming the school as well as Green Dot -- the organization that operates the school.

Bill and Melinda Gates are not being sued, and neither is their foundation ... which has donated more than $7 million to Green Dot.

We're told the girl's family believes there is video of at least some of the bullying incidents she allegedly endured -- and their attorneys are working on getting their hands on it.

Our sources also say since we broke the story about the brain-damaged student ... several other parents have contacted attorneys with similar complaints about severe bullying at Animo Westside.

NBA superstar Russell Westbrook believes DRONES are the way of the future -- so he's made it a mission to help at-risk youth learn to pilot 'em ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Brodie's Why Not? Foundation teamed up with Chad Brownstein and the LA Conservation Corps to help "at risk young adults" in Los Angeles learn digital skills that will help them get good paying jobs in the tech field.

Not only will the students learn coding and computer engineering -- but he's also created an "advanced drone piloting career path program" ... which sounds AWESOME!!!!

"As a kid who grew up here in LA, I know how important it is to feel supported and empowered by the community," Westbrook said ... "By helping to provide these resources my hope is that the youth will be able to see how bright their future can be and expand the vision of what they think they’re capable of."

Westbrook and Brownstein are also funding a state of the art computer lab -- which is huge for kids who don't have the resources to learn computer skills on their own.

The Dog recommitted to his most recent baby mama, Desiree Lindstrom, this weekend at their son Exodus' 3rd birthday party at Sky Zone. It's kinda funny and super sweet ... X turned a same-day breakup into a renewed engagement. And, she said yes!!!

Check out the vid ... DMX tells a crowd of friends and fam that he and Desiree had just broken up that same day, which is why she was wearing her engagement ring around her neck.

He gets a little choked up before getting on bended knee and whipping out a new engagement ring, complete with a case and everything. Like they say, X gon' give it to ya.

Desiree accepts his proposal anew, and they kiss and pose for pictures. Clearly they're back together ... and back on to get married (we think). Sources tell us DMX and Desiree have been engaged for nearly 4 years now, about half of their 8-year relationship.

And, yet, no walk down the aisle that we're aware of. Maybe this will serve as a prompt kick in the ass that'll get the wedding bells going sooner than later.

Meek Mill has followed through on another promise to help his hometown -- lifting the curtain on a refurbished basketball court in his old hood ... and it looks great.

The Philly rapper was on-hand Saturday for the unveiling of a renovated court that he partnered with several different orgs to fix up for the kids and residents who frequent East Fairmount Park, which is right next to Meek's stomping grounds in North Philadelphia.

You can see the blacktop is now painted blue, and slugged with a "Dream Chasers" logo and as well as some inspirational quotes along the sidelines. "Dreamchasers" is one of Meek's mixtapes, BTW.

We got Meek talking about the work that was done -- with the help of PUMA, Roc Nation, the Philadelphia Parks & Rec Department and other local agencies -- and he made sure to shout out all the parties involved for bringing basketball back to his neighborhood.

As we reported, Meek wanted to give youth of his neighborhood the opportunity to "ball in the best conditions possible," which is why he got involved in this project to begin with.

Looks like the court is already doing what Meek set out to accomplish -- bringing his community together. Kids and adults alike were seen putting up shots and enjoying the cleanup job ... including Meek himself, who was ballin' out.

Just another day in Meek's newfound philanthropy -- dude's been on a roll since walking out of prison in 2018 ... whether it's stuff like this, or full-blown criminal justice efforts.

Amber Portwood's domestic battery case has produced more fallout ... her baby daddy wants to get the hell outta dodge and it begs the question ... will their 1-year-old son come with???

According to legal docs ... Amber's BF, Andrew Glennon, says he wants to move from Indiana to Malibu -- where he's from, lives and works. The huge issue here ... their custody case over their son, James, is still up in the air.

Andrew says he has zero ties to Indiana and wants to move back to Cali in November. He currently has custody and Amber has supervised visits but their custody case is far from over. One thing seems certain ... Andrew's all but done with Amber.

As true "Teen Mom OG" fans know ... her 10-year-old daughter, Leah, also lives in Indiana with Amber's ex, Gary Shirley. They've lived their whole lives in Indiana ... so if Andrew later says he wants to bring James with him ... it could complicate things.

This is the latest fallout from Amber's domestic battery case. TMZ broke the story ... Amber was arrested for domestic battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon on July 5 after she went after Andrew, who claimed she hit him with a shoe while he held James.

Amber has 60 days to respond to Andrew's relocation plan.

The "Shark Tank" star and Dallas Mavericks owner hit up The Happiest Place on Earth Wednesday and took a break from milling around with the summertime masses to chow on some popcorn and down some bottled agua.

Mark was there with his wife, Tiffany, and their 3 kids -- Alexis, Alyssa and Jake. The Cuban fam was joined by some friends as they hit up the Indiana Jones Adventure and the all-new Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Looks like the billionaire's in fully vacay mode. Just a couple of days ago, he went on a fishing trip with his son.

BTW ... the Cubans looove them some Mickey. They were also at Disneyland and California Adventure Park less than a month ago.

A school Bill and Melinda Gates have supported by donating millions of dollars is being sued over a horrific bullying incident, which allegedly left a 12-year-old boy with permanent brain damage.

TMZ has obtained video of the incident, which is extremely difficult to watch. It was shot at the Animo Westside Charter Middle School in L.A., near LAX.

The boy's mother is suing the school and Green Dot, the org that oversees the school. The Gates are not being sued.

You see the boy right outside the school, when a bully from the school punches him and then puts him in a chokehold, which seems to last around 20 seconds. Notice in the video ... a staffer walks by but seems unconcerned by what is happened right next to her. She never helps ... just walks away.

The boy goes limp, apparently losing consciousness, and the bully becomes alarmed ... realizing what he had done.

The bully then helps the injured student by bringing him inside one of the buildings so he can drink some water. The boy then goes limp again and then loses consciousness. A staffer brings him into an office and lays him out on the floor. The blinds close and the paramedics arrive.

The lawsuit -- filed by attorney Ben Meiselas of Geragos & Geragos -- claims the boy suffered a seizure shortly after the incident and he now has permanent brain damage. According to the lawsuit, he suffered a hypoxic-ischemic brain injury -- a lack of oxygen to the brain. He now has significant learning disabilities and will likely need treatment for the remainder of his life.

The boy's mother told LAPD she did not want to press criminal charges against the bully because he was "a mere child." All she wanted was him expelled from the school, but according to the lawsuit he was not removed from the school and the lawsuit claims, he "continues to pose a threat to the safety and lives of other students."

The lawsuit asks for unspecified damages.

One of John Singleton's baby mamas claims at least one of John's other baby mamas is out to get her, because she says they made a false child abuse claim against her out of sheer vengeance.

Rayvon Jones tells TMZ ... CPS came to her door recently, on the hunt to determine if she was abusing the couple's 1-year-old son, Seven.

Rayvon claims someone alleged she was smoking weed around Seven, who has respiratory problems. She says CPS investigated for several weeks, and it was torture.

We're told Rayvon was cleared by CPS ... but only after she was treated like a criminal, with social workers rooting around her house for evidence of abuse or neglect, and interrogating her friends and family.

Rayvon says she's convinced one of John's other baby mamas reported her to CPS ... and she thinks it's because they're jealous she was with the famous director when he died.

All told ... John fathered children with at least 5 different women.

Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons are now locked in a bitter custody fight, and he's made the latest move by asking a judge for joint custody, and her side says he's threatened to move their 10-year-old to Africa.

It's been a bitter fight that has now bubbled over. As we reported, Djimon complained bitterly on Father's Day Kimora wouldn't let him see their 10-year-old son, Kenzo. He strongly insinuated she was regularly keeping the child away from him, but she maintained he was an absent father who rarely wanted to see the boy.

Our Kimora sources claim Djimon has threatened to take Kenzo to Africa and never bring him back. Russell Simmons, who was once married to Kimora and is still close to her, tells TMZ a few days ago he told Djimon he could take the boy for a visit if he would sign a document promising not to take Kenzo to Africa, but Djimon refused to sign.

Kimora got served Friday with Djimon's joint custody petition.

Russell tells TMZ Djimon now is asking not just for joint custody, but child support, yet Russell claims Djimon hasn't paid her support. We don't know, however, if a court ordered him to do so.

Krysten Ritter's a proud new mom after giving birth to a baby boy, and she gave him a name fit for a superhero ... or a rock star.

According to the birth certificate -- obtained by TMZ -- the "Jessica Jones" star's firstborn child's name is Bruce, and the little guy has 2 middle names ... Julian Knight.

The baby's father is Ritter's longtime boyfriend, The War on Drugs' frontman, Adam Granduciel ... whose real last name is Granofsky. So, their son's full name is Bruce Julian Knight Granofsky.

As for the little guy's name ... it could be related to Ritter's Marvel Comics connection. Jessica Jones is a Marvel character much like The Hulk -- aka Bruce Banner -- but that's clearly rank comic book fanboy speculation on our part.

Or, maybe she and her baby daddy are fans of DC Comics hero Bruce "The Batman" Wayne? Yeah, we're stretching.

More likely is the fact Krysten's a big Bruce Springsteen fan. Sometimes it's just the simplest option.

According to his birth certificate, Lil Boss (that's officially his nickname now) arrived July 29 at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Ritter first revealed she was pregnant in February, and showed off her baby bump at a premiere event for season 3 of 'JJ.'
