Kevin Federline claims Britney Spears' father abused one of his grandsons, which Kevin reported to cops ... and now there's an active investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the alleged incident went down on Aug. 24 at Jamie Spears' home in Ventura County. We're told Federline claims his 13-year-old son and Jamie got into an argument, and at some point Jamie allegedly put hands on him.

Our sources say Jamie broke down a door to get to his grandson and grabbed him once he was in the room -- however, we're told there were no visible bruises or injuries to the child. Still, the incident was serious enough to Kevin that he reported it the next to day to the Ventura Co. Sheriff's Department. We're told investigators have already interviewed witnesses and turned over their findings to the D.A.'s Office.

The D.A. will decide whether to charge Jamie.

As we first reported, Britney and Kevin just formalized a shift in their child custody agreement -- he now has their 2 boys 70% of the time. We're told that's been their informal arrangement for a year now, but they filed docs to make it official with the court.

That filing came just 3 days after Kevin went to cops about the alleged abuse.

Serena Williams and her husband are worth nearly $200 million, but they still opt for the simplest form of mass transit in NYC -- a dude on a bicycle.

Serena spent part of Saturday, her off-day from the U.S. Open, cruising in a pedicab with hubby Alexis Ohanian and their daughter, Alexis. Talk about pressure on the pedicab rider -- just weaving through crazy city traffic with the G.O.A.T. of tennis hitched to you!

The fam was most likely having an early celebration their little girl's birthday ... she turns 2 on Sunday, but Mom's gonna be busy playing Petra Martic for a spot in the quarterfinals.

We're used to seeing Serena's killer instincts on the tennis court, but it's cool to see her maternal side here. Serena cradled her little girl -- while rocking matching tennis skirts, BTW -- while Dad settled up with the cab rider. Pretty freakin' cute.

Nipsey Hussle's daughter, Emani, will find out who gets permanent custody of her in less than 2 months -- but for now she's reaping the benefits of grief counseling sessions with her mother.

10-year-old Emani's mom, Tanisha Foster, was in an L.A courtroom Thursday -- along with reps for Lauren London and Nipsey's brother, Sam Asghedom. Much of the hearing was closed to the public, but according to docs filed by Tanisha's attorney ... Emani's monitored visits with her mother have been going well.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tanisha's attorney says mother and daughter have been meeting with a grief counselor, and are "making excellent progress and are both benefiting" from the sessions.

That being said, Tanisha did have one gripe -- informing the court that Emani was dropped off more than 2 hours late for a scheduled visit last week. Tanisha says the only explanation she got was bad traffic.

Nipsey's family and Tanisha have been locked in a bitter custody war over Emani ever since Nipsey's murder on March 31. His family has said Tanisha is unfit, but Tanisha continues to fight back.

The L.A. school funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation just got sued for the second time in less than a month over bullying ... this time by the family of a 14-year-old girl who allegedly said she planned to kill herself because of the constant torment.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the girl was subjected to vicious bullying, verbal harassment and physical assault during her 6th through 8th grade years at Animo Westside Charter Middle School ... leading to a "psychotic breakdown."

In new legal docs, the girl's mother -- suing on her daughter's behalf -- claims the school turned a blind eye and callously disregarded their cries for help, like earlier this year when the student's mother alleges her daughter was waiting to be picked up after school when a bully assaulted her on a sidewalk.

She claims videos of the assault later surfaced ... showing students laughing at and taunting her daughter. According to docs -- filed by Ben Meiselas of Geragos & Geragos -- another alleged attack took place on campus in a hallway and was caught on video. The alleged victim's mother claims the principal reviewed the footage but insisted the student "was not assaulted but simply 'tapped around.'"

She alleges bullies made fun of her daughter's weight and made up hurtful and inappropriate songs ... such as "The Hippo Song" to mock her. The mother claims other bullies also got ahold of a pic of her daughter in a swimsuit. After the picture circulated at school, the mother alleges her daughter was then referred as the girl who sends "noodes to dudes."

The mother claims the school knew at least one of the bullies posed a risk because she had been removed and/or expelled from a previous school for assaulting another student. She says the constant bullying led the girl to threaten suicide, which eventually landed her on a 5-day psychiatric hold.

The mother is suing Green Dot, the org that oversees the school. She alleges bullying is rampant at the school. As we reported ... another student's family sued Green Dot claiming a violent bullying incident at the school led to permanent brain damage. Since we broke that story ... sources said several other parents have also contacted attorneys with similar complaints.

Bill, Melinda and their foundation are NOT named as defendants in either lawsuits.

Matt Lauer looks like he's getting along great with his estranged wife -- smiling and having a grand ol' time, bonding over their love of horses ... that are ridden by their daughter.

Matt and Annette Roque were grinning Wednesday morning as they cheered on 15-year-old Romy ... who's competing in The Hampton Classic Horse Show.

By all appearances, Matt and Annette are comfortable in each other's company, despite their divorce, which is nearing completion. It's the first time we've seen the former couple this chummy together in public since the split.

Mom and Dad getting along is good news for the kids ... even though their son, Thijs, doesn't exactly look thrilled. We'll chalk that up to healthy sibling rivalry ... or maybe the giant purple ribbon. Or, the scent of horse crap.

DeMarcus Cousins allegedly told his ex-girlfriend he'd put a "bullet in [her] f*cking head" if she didn't let their child come to his wedding ... and the woman claims she has the audio to prove it.

TMZ Sports has obtained court docs and a police report filed by DC's ex-girlfriend, Christy West -- claiming the NBA star threatened her on August 23, just one day before Cousins was set to marry his new girlfriend, Morgan Lang, in Atlanta.

In fact, West recorded the alleged threat and claims she played the audio for court officials ... and now we have a copy of that same recording.

West claims she made the recording while at a trampoline park in Alabama with their 7-year-old son ... and she's adamant the voice on the other line is Cousins'.

"I'm gonna ask you this one more time before I take it to another level," the man says ... "Can I have my son here, please?"

Christy responds, "No" -- and that's when the man makes the alleged threat -- "I'm gonna make sure I put a bullet in your f**king head."

That's when the audio cuts off -- but Christy has since filed court docs in Alabama seeking a restraining order against Cousins claiming he ALSO told her that he was going to kill her, "even if he didn't have to get his hands dirty doing it."

In the court docs, Christy also claims Cousins had choked her during a previous incident -- but she didn't provide any specific details.

She wants officials to keep Cousins away from her and their son -- but she notes she's open to allowing Boogie to have supervised visitation.

Christy also went to the the Mobile Police Dept. and filed a report with cops. A police spokesperson tells us they have opened an investigation into the allegations.

As for Boogie's wedding, it went down on Saturday as scheduled in Atlanta -- and while a ton of famous people showed up (from Matt Barnes to Anthony Davis to Draymond Green), his 7-year-old was not in attendance.

We've reached out to Cousins for comment -- so far, no word back.

Richard Pryor's son seems to be backing up part of what his dad's ex-bodyguard claimed about Paul Mooney -- that the comedian had sex with Jr. decades ago -- even though he's not specifically invoking Mooney's name in his accusation.

Our camera guy ran into Richard Pryor Jr. Tuesday in NYC and asked about Rashon Kahn's allegations -- about the sex, and Richard Sr. putting a $1 million hit on Mooney after finding out.

Richard Jr. didn't want to touch the alleged hit, but he quickly pivoted to the topic of sex ... saying that "whatever happened to me" took place long ago when he was young, suggesting he was molested as a teenager well before the '80s. He does not name Paul Mooney.

RPJ never gave us a specific age, but afterward his rep told us it was definitely "under the age of consent" when we asked about Kahn's allegation pertaining to Mooney. It should be noted though, Richard Jr. didn't name any names on camera, so it's unclear who he's talking about here.

On the claim that someone had sex with him as a teen -- our photog asks if it was consensual. Watch the clip ... Jr. let us know, in no uncertain terms, it could NOT have been.

As we reported, Mooney flat-out denied the bodyguard's allegations, saying there's no truth to anything Kahn said. We've reached out to them regarding this new Richard Jr. claim, but so far no word back.

Pryor's widow, Jennifer Lee, has said Richard Jr. has previously accused Mooney of sexually assaulting him ... during a family event, which she claims to have on tape.

Dominique Wilkins' daughter, JoJo, isn't letting her disability keep her from following in the NBA legend's footsteps ... draining buckets from her wheelchair in an inspirational video.

JoJo -- who has spina bifida -- hit the Human Highlight Film's awesome personalized court to put up some shots on Tuesday ... and her proud dad shared the footage.

Lori Loughlin and her husband showed up in Boston as a super united front, prepared to tell the judge they want the same lawyer to rep them in their college bribery case.

These pics were snapped as Lori and hubby Mossimo Giannulli arrived Monday at the airport in Beantown after flying in on a private jet.

They'll be in court Tuesday for a hearing ... to inform the judge they will waive any possible conflict of interest by having the same lawyer rep them both. It doesn't always happen this way ... sometimes, couples get separate lawyers and it turns ugly when they start finger-pointing at each other. Clearly not the case here.

As we reported ... both Lori and her hubby pled not guilty after prosecutors slapped them with a number of charges -- including conspiracy to commit money laundering that carry significant prison sentence. Prosecutors claim they paid upwards of $500k in bribes to get their daughters into USC. Lori and Mossimo claim they had no idea the scheme was to get the girls in on a rowing scholarship, despite snapping pics of them on a rowing machine.

If convicted, both Lori and Mossimo face a maximum of 40 years in prison.

Felicity Huffman chose a different path ... she pled no contest to conspiracy and money laundering and prosecutors are recommending 4 months behind bars.

The trial for Lori and Mossimo is set for early 2020.

Future's got more baby mama drama on his hands ... a woman in Florida just slapped the rapper with a paternity case alleging she gave birth to his SEVENTH CHILD!!!

Eliza Seraphin filed legal docs in Broward County, alleging Future is the father of her 4-month-old girl. According to docs obtained by TMZ, Seraphin -- known to her 320k Instagram followers as Eliza Reign -- claims Future ghosted her ever since she gave birth on April 19.

She wants a judge to declare Future the baby daddy and make him ante up child support. Eliza wants the child support retroactively and she wants Hizzoner to tack on hospital expenses she incurred during pregnancy.

Baby mama drama's nothing new for Future, who back in January told radio legend Big Boy he became a father for the sixth time when his son, Hendrix, was born in December.

Future told Big Boy he wants to have more kids ... never mind the legal drama that's followed with in the wake of several births. You'll recall Ciara's had beef with Future over their 5-year-old son.

We've reached out to Future for comment ... so far, no word back.

Bradley Cooper is enjoying single-dad life -- just check out that stache! -- which means his daughter is absolutely enjoying dad-taking-me-to-Disneyland life!!!

The actor was out with 2-year-old, Lea, Friday at the Happiest Place on Earth, and the toddler brought that title to life with her grin as she and Brad went from ride to ride. Looks like he recruited other grown-ups for the trip too -- a possible nanny was tagging along.

No sign of Irina Shayk here though -- must not be her weekend with the kid.

Anyway, Lea tried her hand on a merry-go-round, the Story Book Land Canal Boats, Dumbo the Flying Elephant ... and, of course, a classic shoulder mount on pops himself.

Meanwhile, Brad and some of the adults he brought with him ended up park jumping at one point -- 'cause he was in the front car of the new Incredicoaster (formerly California Screamin') at California Adventure with a woman who was joining him and Lea for the day.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel has some great news in the middle of her nasty legal war with her estranged husband -- she's pregnant!!! With her new boyfriend, NOT her ex.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Christy's expecting a child with her BF, Gonzo. We're told she's a few months along but just found out recently, and they don't know the baby's gender yet.

Christy is 42 years old, so the pregnancy is high-risk, but our sources say everyone is happy, healthy and very excited ... especially her 19-year-old daughter, Autumn, from a previous relationship.

We're told Christy is currently in New York with Gonzo ... far away from her estranged husband, Todd.

We broke the story ... despite being married for 5 years, Christy's seeking to annul their marriage because she claims it was never consummated, and she alleges he committed financial fraud.

Todd called BS in legal docs last week, claiming the 2 definitely had sex during their marriage and denying the fraud allegations.

Christy's relationship with Todd has been rocky, to say the least, and ya gotta think her getting pregnant with her new man ... won't exactly smooth things over.

Touching moment on the baseball field Tuesday ... Aaron Judge took time out of his pregame warmup to surprise a little kid whose dad just recently died -- and their meeting was awesome.

Kellen Wilson's father, Kyle -- who attended Judge's alma mater, Fresno State -- tragically passed away last October at the age of the 36 ... and Judge was so moved by the story, he sent the kid a jersey a few weeks later.

But, when Aaron's Yankees made the trip to Wilson's hometown to play the A's on Tuesday ... it was unclear if Judge would be able to meet up with Kellen in person, especially after the team bypassed pregame batting practice.

But, Judge made the time to go seek out Kellen anyway ... and the two had an awesome meeting -- which Kellen's mom said was a complete surprise to everyone.

"He [Kellen] had no idea, though [that he was going to meet Judge]," Chelsy Wilson told MLB.com ... "And we had no idea. And when the Yankees didn’t take batting practice, they thought no way."

"But Kyle is pulling strings from above. We are so grateful to Mr. Judge. He has been an incredible role model to Kellen, even sending Kellen a jersey back in December."

6-foot-7 Judge took a picture with Kellen on the field, signed his jersey and autographed his bat ... and the two were even able to have a short conversation.

Then, Judge went out and hit one of the most monstrous home runs of the season ... blasting a 474-footer!!!

"He is exactly the kind of human and player Kyle told Kellen to look up to," Chelsy said. "How hard he works. How he treats others. And all he stands for."

Cardi B is FUMING over the NYPD allegedly shutting down her pal's back-to-school event -- and speaking of fumes, she wants New York's finest to choke on hers.

The Bronx-born rapper went on a tear Tuesday night, calling out the NYPD for what she says were bullying tactics that effectively torpedoed her friend Star's school giveaway for kids coming back to school. Safe to say, CB's nuclear.

She claims the NYPD got ahead of this charitable event that was scheduled for later this month after they caught wind of it, called up the school principal and scared them into backing down. Cardi says she finds that "f***** up," seeing how Star paid out of pocket.

Not to mention the fact she was genuinely out to help the kids of this neighborhood.

Then, Cardi goes IN on the NYPD, saying ... "F*** you and motherf***ing suck a fart and suffocate on it. F*** you!!!" ending with a middle finger to the camera for good measure.

If there's one thing we know about Cardi, it's that she loves the kids -- she went out and surprised some from her old neighborhood last year -- and doesn't dig cops. As you know, she's currently in the middle of fighting charges in her strip club beatdown case.

Our law enforcement sources in the area tell TMZ that the department is aware of Cardi's gripe, and they're trying to clear up what's been dubbed internally as a "miscommunication."

In the meantime ... suck it, NYPD!!! Farts, that is ... if that's even possible.

Royal baby Archie's got a new nanny -- his third in as many months since his birth -- and she's helping Meghan Markle accomplish one of her goals ... bringing multiculturalism to the Royals.

Prince Harry and Meghan's latest childcare pro was spotted stepping off a private jet with the family as they returned from vacation at Elton John's estate in France ... and TMZ's confirmed she is indeed their new nanny.

Here's what we know about nanny #3 from our Royal sources -- she's black, from Great Britain and was hired through an agency. As you may know, both Meghan and Harry have been advocates for race and gender equality ... so this choice makes sense.

This is the first time we've seen one of Archie's nannies in public -- so, truth is, one or both of the first 2 might have also been black. In any event, this is new territory for the Royal Family. Prince William and Kate Middleton's nannies have been white.

Our sources say the unidentified woman was hired about 2 months ago after Meghan and Harry went through 2 other nannies in their son's first 6 weeks. One of them was a night nurse.

We're told so far, so good ... Duke and Duchess have been happy with nanny #3.

The L.A. school funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is about to face new claims of bullying -- including one incident involving a 14-year-old trying to kill herself.

Sources tell TMZ ... there is a new lawsuit about to be filed by the same lawyers at Geragos & Geragos who filed the first suit against the Animo Westside Charter Middle School. As TMZ first showed you ... that initial suit surrounds this video of one student choking another, whose parents claim he suffered permanent brain damage in the incident.

We're told the forthcoming suit documents the alleged bullying experienced by a now-14-year-old girl, who's claiming she too was mercilessly bullied last year on the campus ... and the school failed to stop it.

Our sources say the girl is claiming to have suffered both physical and verbal abuse from multiple students, with one girl leading the pack. We're told it got so bad, the alleged victim started cutting herself ... and months later, attempted suicide.

She had to be hospitalized on a psychiatric hold as a result. Her family is blaming the school as well as Green Dot -- the organization that operates the school.

Bill and Melinda Gates are not being sued, and neither is their foundation ... which has donated more than $7 million to Green Dot.

We're told the girl's family believes there is video of at least some of the bullying incidents she allegedly endured -- and their attorneys are working on getting their hands on it.

Our sources also say since we broke the story about the brain-damaged student ... several other parents have contacted attorneys with similar complaints about severe bullying at Animo Westside.
