La decisión de Elon Musk de dejar al teórico de la conspiración Alex Jones volver a X es especialmente molesta para el padre de una víctima del tiroteo en la escuela Sandy Hook, y  tiene algunas palabras fuertes para el multimillonario.

David Wheeler, cuyo hijo, Benjamin, fue uno de los estudiantes de primer grado asesinados en la escuela primaria en 2012, le dice a TMZ que la llamada de Elon para dejar que Alex vuelva a la aplicación de medios sociales es una prueba más de que el tipo es un "sociópata".

Como era de esperar, se siente de la misma manera acerca de Jones, quien ha repetido atrozmente su teoría de que el tiroteo de Sandy Hook fue un engaño, por lo tanto, David piensa que Musk y Jones se merecen el uno al otro.

Él dice que no le sorprende que Elon reincorporade a Jones a la plataforma de redes sociales.

David dice que dejó de usar X/Twitter cuando Elon tomó las riendas y continúa diciendo que Elon y Alex no se preocupan por él, y esa es la forma en la que opera el mundo.

Curiosamente, hace aproximadamente un año, Musk —después de comprar Tuiter— juró que no reincorporaría a Jones, porque habiendo perdido él mismo a un hijo, no tenía "piedad con nadie que utilizara la muerte de niños para obtener beneficios, política o fama".

David nos dice que el hecho de que Elon diera marcha atrás sobre el estatus X de Jones "basándose en las opiniones de los usuarios y no en sus propias convicciones, me dice que no tiene convicciones".

David Wheeler, whose son, Benjamin, was one of the first graders murdered at the elementary school in 2012, tells TMZ ... Elon's call to let Alex back on the social media app is further proof the guy is a "sociopath."

As you'd expect, he feels the same way about Jones -- who's heinously repeated his theory the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax -- so, David thinks Musk and Jones deserve each other.

For that reason, he says he's not at all shocked Elon reinstated Jones on the social media platform.

David says he stopped using X/Twitter when Elon took the reins ... and goes on to say Elon and Alex don't care about him, and that's just how they operate in the world.

As we reported, Elon put up a poll on his platform, asking folks whether or not Jones' account should be restored ... and about 70 percent voted in favor of bringing him back.

Jones was given the boot in 2018 while neck-deep in defamation lawsuits from families of the Sandy Hook victims -- which he lost and owes nearly $1 billion to the plaintiffs. At the time, Twitter cited abusive behavior on his account as the reason it was 86'ing him.

Interestingly, about a year ago, Musk -- after buying Twitter -- vowed he would not reinstate Jones because, having lost a child himself, he had "no mercy for anyone who would use the deaths of children for gain, politics or fame."

David tells us the fact Elon reversed field on Jones' X status "based on the opinions of users and not his own convictions, tells me that he has no convictions."

Things got so intense between referees at a youth basketball game in Colorado that they ended up throwing punches in front of a bunch of kids ... and now police tell TMZ Sports they're investigating the melee.

The ugly scene, which was captured on video, went down during a 4th-grade boys hoops game -- Cherry Creek vs. Legend Blue -- over the weekend at the Gold Crown Field House in Lakewood, CO.

The clip clearly shows two referees square up on the court after some type of disagreement ... when one of the refs throws a massive right hook, knockin' down the other official.

The ref attempted to throw more punches, but was held back by bystanders.

The ref who was dropped eventually got up ... but he wasn't done fighting. The man then got into a stand-off with another official ... but thankfully no punches were thrown this time.

We talked to Lakewood Police ... who told us they're aware of the situation, but haven't yet made any arrests because "the involved parties had already left the gym" by the time they arrived on scene.

Thankfully, no one was injured during the fight, according to the Gold Crown Foundation ... which also tells us all the referees have been suspended indefinitely.

"We have informed these independently contracted officials that they are suspended indefinitely from working for Gold Crown Foundation," GCF told us in a statement.

"Most importantly we apologize to everyone that had to witness their unacceptable behavior - especially the kids."

The Wilson family just got bigger ... 'cause Ciara and Russell Wilson have welcomed their new baby girl into the world -- revealing her name is Amora Princess!

The Denver Broncos quarterback and the singer announced on their social media pages their daughter arrived on Monday ... sharing an adorable photo of the newborn.

"Amora Princess Wilson," the couple said in a caption on the IG post. "9lbs 1oz. We Love You so much!"

Their friends -- and millions of fans -- were stoked by the wonderful news ... with Serena Williams writing in the comment section on the post, "Omg i love her already."

Ciara -- who married Russell in 2016 -- broke the news that she was expecting back in August ... showing off her baby bump in a video while dancing to her hit single with Chris Brown, "How We Roll."

This is Ciara and Russ' third child together ... she had their daughter, Sienna Princess, in 2017 and their son, Win Harrison, in 2020.

Ciara also has a son from her previous relationship with rapper Future.

The actor showed up Saturday night to the Children of Armenia Fund Gala in NYC, and he had Caitlin hanging off his arm as his date. There've been sightings and rumblings of them having already been together of late ... so, it seems they were ready to reveal their romance.

Joe was looking sharp with a traditional suit ... COC was draped in a beautiful green gown. They held on to each other as people fired off photos, and smiled happily for the cameras.

If you're wondering why they were even there in the first place ... it's cause JM was honored with the COAF Humanitarian Award. Sounds like he's been involved with them for a while.

Now, as far as who Caitlin is ... well, she's an actress too -- and like we told you, she met Joe at a 'Winning Time' after-party earlier this year, and they hit it off. She was only in 2 episodes of the hit HBO series, but she's been in a bunch of other stuff as well.

Like we said ... this would be Joe's first relationship post-Sofia ... to whom he was married for 7 years before filing to end their marriage in court earlier this summer. That divorce case is still pending at the moment, but it looks like it might be finalized in due time.

Sofia, meanwhile, is already dating a new fella too ... a respected orthopedic surgeon named Justin Saliman, who's been seen hitting the town with her a lot over the past few months.

Her and Joe's split came out of nowhere this year, but we've heard they'd grown apart ... and that another big reason for their divorce was over kids. He wants 'em, she doesn't.

Mama June delivered an ominous message on social media Friday, asking her fans to pray for her family as her cancer-stricken daughter, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, fights for her life.

In a video posted on Instagram, June explained their world has changed over the past few weeks, and while "Anna is still us," her life is in God's hands.

The reality star called for everyone to pray for Anna as she and her family go through "this transition."

June said they are currently spending their days with Anna and making lasting memories before her time comes.

And when it finally does come, June promised to announce the news via social media because Anna wouldn't want it "any f***ing other way."

June also thanked their fans for reaching out with messages of support for Anna, before signing off with, "We love you guys and we'll see you soon."

In January, Anna was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma -- a rare cancer that begins in the kidneys and causes stomach pain.

Two months later, Anna reportedly went through her first round of chemotherapy. And, in May, Anna gave her last health update, posting on IG that she had a "pretty good day" after completing her third round of chemo.

Drag racing champ Leah Pruett is temporarily stepping away from driving to start a family, but thankfully she knows someone pretty good behind the wheel who can step in for her -- hubby Tony Stewart, who tells us he's honored to hold things down while she's away!

Pruett -- a 12x NHRA National Event Champ -- made the shocking announcement on Thursday, declaring she'll miss the 2024 season as she and Tony plan to have a baby. Stewart, owner of the Tony Stewart Racing team, will take over driving duties in the Top Fuel dragster.

"I am thrilled that Tony will be making his NHRA Top Fuel debut in Gainesville with such an excellent caliber of people," Pruett said, "both personally and professionally."

Stewart tells us he's excited for the opportunity, applauding Leah for temporarily surrendering her dream job so the couple can have a baby.

"This was a tough thing for her and honestly, I'm honored to be able to be the one that steps in whole she's starting a family for us," Steward told us.

"I think she's a true badass to have to make the decision she's made and to finish the season knowing that this is the direction we were going. She's a tough woman."

The 3x NASCAR and IndyCar champ will be driving a TF dragster, something Stewart hasn't done (he's raced the Top Alcohol dragster) ... but with support from his wife and team, he believes he'll do just fine.

"I don't know how you know if you're really ready or not other than you just gotta get in and do it," Stewart said.

"I got the best coach you could ask for with my wife."

Ethan Crumbley -- the teenager who killed 4 students during a shooting rampage at a Michigan high school -- has just been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

The 17-year-old was given his sentence Friday ... you'll recall, Crumbley killed 4 of his classmates and wounded 7 other people when he opened fire at Oxford High School, in the Detriot suburb of Oxford Township, MI.

Crumbley told the court he was "a really bad person" before he was handed his hefty sentence ... adding he's been trying to do better in his life but admits, "I have done terrible things that no one should ever do."

Victim Kylie Ossege, who was shot by Crumbley during the rampage, broke down in tears Friday while detailing the horrific incident ... which included the feeling of warm blood soaking into the carpet.

You'll recall, Crumbley pleaded guilty last year to 4 counts of first-degree murder, a count of terrorism causing death, and 19 other charges related to the deadly massacre.

Crumbley's parents, Jennifer and James, were also taken into custody, being charged with 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter -- one for each student who was killed. Their trial will begin next month.

Prosecutors said Jennifer and James knew about their son's mental health issues but still bought him the gun he used in the attack.

We Are Camp, founded in the late '80s, is located in Ft. Hood, Oregon, a kick-ass skiing and snowboarding spot about 75 miles east of Portland. They offer a bunch of different activities in addition to snow sports, including mountain biking and skateboarding.

“As a kid, I was so thrilled to spend every summer going up to Windells and High Cascade Snowboard Camp,” White said, reminiscing on his many family vacations to the 28-acre campgrounds.

“Those were some of my fondest memories. I would snowboard the best park and halfpipe in the morning and then the afternoons would be filled with skateboarding, trampolines, and mountain biking, it was epic!"

Al parecer, Bam había comprado $ 5,000 en regalos para su hijo - pero debido a todo el drama legal últimamente, no ha sido capaz de darles a Phoenix todavía ... aunque, Bam dice que va a recoger estos juguetes de la casa de un amigo en Burbank cuando llegue a la ciudad.
