OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney freaked out in her Miami apartment building and claimed her boyfriend attempted to attack her 2 days before she allegedly butchered him, this according to newly released police body cam footage.

The dramatic videos were filmed April 1, 2022, after police responded to the swanky condo ... to investigate a domestic squabble between Courtney and Christian Obumseli. Courtney was charged with Christian's murder after they got into another blowout fight two days later.

In the body cam footage, Courtney is seen with the police and a building employee, who explains Christian charged at Clenney in the lobby and staff had to step in to prevent him from hurting her.

Courtney frantically tells the cops she broke up with Christian, but he wouldn't leave her apartment. At one point, she becomes very upset and asks for a restraining order against him.

But, police tell Courtney they can't do anything -- not even kick Christian out of her apartment -- unless she gets the stay away order through the court. That's when Courtney breaks down in tears, insisting she's the victim and scared to even walk her dog. Cops then search the building and Courtney's apartment, but they can't find Christian anywhere.

The perceived drama between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez is all water under a bridge -- something HB confirmed in an interview ... and is now double confirming with a photo.

The two stars cheesed it up Saturday night ... posing together for a photo taken by professional BTS party photog Tyrell Hampton at the Academy Museum Gala in L.A., where the stars were out in force and dressed to the nines amid Oscar season.

Both women looked stunning in their outfits, with Selena walking the red carpet solo in a suit ... and ditto for Hailey, who was in a cropped dress. Justin Bieber wasn't there.

It seems they crossed paths either inside the museum at an after-party, and apparently felt chummy enough for a joint snap. Selena's holding Hailey's leg and they're both leaned in close. Tyrell's caption ... "plot twist" -- obviously referencing Hailey's recent sit-down.

You'll recall ... Hailey dished about the fan-fueled notion that she'd stolen Justin away from Selena, a narrative that's been going on for years now -- which she shot down completely.

She said she respected Justin and Selena's relationship while it was going on, and didn't interfere at all.

Eventually, JB and SG fizzled out and he got with Hailey ... and she even said she thinks he needed closure from his history with Selena to formally move on.

Hailey also said she and Selena were on good terms, and had even spoken since she and Justin got together ... and eventually hitched. As for the toxic fans pitting the two ladies against each other, HB had some choice words for them too.

If her words weren't' convincing enough for folks, the proof is in the polaroid. All is well!

Ewa came armed with some Tupperware filled with yellow soup, and two cups.

TMZ broke the story ... Gisele recently separated from Tom, declaring their marriage was over. She's been threatening to divorce him several times over the years, with football as the core issue.

Gisele's living in Miami while Tom plays another NFL season in Tampa ... and we've seen her hitting the gym a lot, even taking her kids to a workout amid her search for a divorce lawyer.

TMZ Sports broke the story -- Gisele and Tom have been on the hunt for divorce lawyers for weeks ... and our sources say their relationship is pretty much beyond repair. In fact, Page Six is reporting Bündchen has already hired representation.

Both Gisele and Tom were forced to head south ahead of Hurricane Ian ... but while Brady returned to Tampa for the Bucs' game against the Chiefs, Bündchen elected to stay in Miami.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen's hunt for divorce lawyers have actually run much deeper than reported -- it's been in the works for weeks, and as things stand now, the marriage is beyond saving ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We've spoken to sources on both sides who tell us the estranged couple has independently contacted some big divorce lawyers, with talks starting several weeks ago.

Our sources say if divorce docs are filed -- which seems like a certainty at this point -- it'll happen in Florida. According to Page Six, the attorneys have already been hired.

Neither Tom nor Gisele has publicly addressed their reported issues ... but the former supermodel has been noticeably absent from all 4 Bucs games this season, and they're reportedly living in separate homes.

Gisele was spotted Monday in Miami leaving a workout.

45-year-old Brady and 42-year-old Bündchen tied the knot in February 2009 -- and share two children together, 12-year-old Benjamin and 9-year-old Vivian. Tom has a third child, 15-year-old Jack, with ex-Bridget Moynahan. Tom and Gisele are said to have a solid prenup in place.

Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne were thrust into a dangerous situation in Argentina this weekend -- one that left a paparazzi photographer going to cops and alleging assault.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the two stars were dining in Buenos Aires early Sunday morning, and as they were leaving a restaurant (Patagonia Sur in the La Boca neighborhood), there was an Uber waiting for them -- but the pickup went awry.

We're told that as the ladies were entering the car, a pap rushed them and started taking photos aggressively, intruding in their space. Our sources say the encounter freaked out the driver, who took off -- with Cara fully in the car, and Margot halfway in and halfway out.

Margot actually had to jump out of the car to avoid being seriously hurt, we're told, but even after she was on the ground ... the photog continued snapping. That's when a couple of male friends of Margot's, who were on hand, jumped in to help -- per our sources.

Now, we're being told the photog ran off and fell on his own at this point -- but he's telling police there in Buenos Aires something very different ... namely, that he was brutally beaten by these two gents, whom he perceived as security guards, and hospitalized.

According to the online Argentine newspaper Infobae -- which has been in business since 2002 -- the pap, named Pedro Alberto Orquera, was left with a broken arm and a bloody scalp after the alleged beatdown ... this per a police report the outlet claims to have seen.

They go on to say that the guy wanted to press charges ... and since then, the two men -- Jac Rhis Hopkins and Josei Mac Namara Callum -- have been detained. Our sources tell us they are NOT bodyguards (just pals) but that they are, in fact, in police custody.

Unclear if they've been arrested/booked on any specific charges yet. We've tried reaching out to the local authorities for confirmation, but so far ... no luck in connecting with anyone for info. Infobae reports the authorities are interested in prosecuting, pending an investigation.

No word on what may have happened after the alleged incident as it pertains to Margot and Cara -- but on the face of things ... it sounds like an upsetting altercation to say the least.

We've reached out to Margot and Cara's reps to check in on how they're doing. The two women are obviously close friends -- proven in recent house visits Margot's made amid issues Cara's been dealing with. They also travel together often, like earlier this summer.

We haven't heard back from either of their camps.

Gisele Bündchen is still riding solo in South Beach -- the supermodel was spotted at a Miami gym by herself Monday morning ... days after she and Tom Brady reportedly decided to remain separated during Hurricane Ian.

Gisele and Brady were forced to evacuate Tampa Bay as the tropical storm arrived last week ... but not even Ian could bring the two back together amid their alleged rift, according to Page Six.

While Brady returned to Tampa for the Buccaneers' home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Gisele elected to stay south and pass on watching her husband in person ... which shouldn't come as a surprise, considering she's been MIA at all Bucs games this season.

TMZ Sports obtained pics of Gisele at the gym earlier Monday ... showing the model rocking black leggings and a sports bra as she appears to have a serious conversation on her iPhone.

Gisele wasn't wearing her wedding ring for the workout -- but that's not a clue about her marriage status ... she rarely wore the thing even before their rough patch.

As for Brady, things haven't been going great for him on the field either -- the Bucs lost, 41-31 in the Week 4 matchup ... falling to 2-2 on the season.

It appears Leonardo DiCaprio and Gigi Hadid have taken their rumored romance overseas ... hanging out in Paris while she wows the crowds at fashion week.

Check out the pics, Gigi was seen arriving to her room at the Royal Monceau Thursday night -- looking very happy, smiling and chatting with photogs. Leo was spotted leaving the same hotel around 1 AM, and then hitting some Paris nightclubs.

After hitting the clubs for about an hour, we're told Leo returned to his own room at the Costes Hotel in Paris.

Of course, there's been multiple reports over the last few weeks the two are dating. If true, the alleged hanging out in Paris would certainly cement the fact things are heating up between the supermodel and Oscar winner.

Hailey Bieber is clearing the air about the fan-fueled notion she stole Justin Bieber from Selena Gomez -- saying that couldn't be further from the truth.

Her appearance on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast dropped Wednesday, and they got right into the subject -- with host Alex Cooper directly asking if there was ever any overlap between Justin and Selena's relationship and Hailey's with Justin ... especially right before they got married.

Hailey flatly denies it ... essentially saying she's not a homewrecker and was never romantically involved with JB while he was with another person -- Selena or otherwise.

She goes on to say she's aware the timing of things -- especially from the outside looking in -- might appear like there was a quick succession of romances, from Selena to Hailey, but she insists she waited.

And, this part will interest Selena fans ... Hailey suggests Selena and Justin 2.0 wasn't as serious as the rest of us thought at the time!

Just to clear up the timeline here ... Justin and Selena were hanging out A LOT in late 2017 and seemed to rekindle their relationship through early 2018, until they abruptly split. Soon thereafter, Hailey entered the picture, and before long they tied the knot.

Based on what Hailey's saying here, it sounds like there's more to the dynamic (Justin and Selena's, that is) than the public knows, but again ... she's firm on never having double dipped with Justin while he was with other women.

One more interesting tidbit from her -- she says Justin and her getting together might've actually been the best thing to help him move on from Selena ... even if it looked somewhat quick to the outside world. She also addressed the toxic fandom.

Selena stans have long gone for Hailey's neck over the idea she swooped JB, but Hailey says those fans simply have it wrong, and hopes they understand that the person they're hating on from behind a screen is a regular human with emotions.

When asked if Justin or anyone in their circle now has ever asked Selena to try to put an end to the hatred her fans are dishing ... Hailey says no -- adding Selena doesn't have to, as she doesn't owe her anything and that there's no personal beef between them whatsoever.

She ends by saying she's spoken with Selena since marrying Justin, and that she respects Selena. HB also finishes by noting, she and Justin know the truth ... and they're at peace.

Cara Delevingne is looking incredible as she gets back to work showing off a new fashion collection -- and that could be a heartening sight for friends who've been worried since a couple weeks ago when they say she was in a very bad way.

Cara was out at a Paris Fashion Week party Tuesday for her Cara Loves Karl collection ... a gender-neutral line she announced last month, inspired by her close friendship with the late designer Karl Lagerfeld.

The model posted a similar fit on Instagram Tuesday -- also from the collection -- and got a ton of love from her fans in the comments.

Of course, this outing comes after one of Cara's closest pals, Margot Robbie, was visibly distraught earlier this month shortly after leaving Cara's home.

Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ ... Cara's been struggling for a while -- initially with mental health issues, but now the people closest to her believe she needs rehab, too.

We're told Margot and other friends have been advocating for her to get into a treatment program.

There's no doubt Lamar Odom is his daughter's biggest fan ... because he pulled up to her first-ever fashion show to support her in a big way.

Lamar was at 24-year-old Destiny's show at MainRo in Hollywood Saturday -- cheering her on from the audience.

We're told Destiny opened the event -- which was a BIG deal for the model, especially with it being her first time. Goes without saying, Lamar is extremely proud of his daughter.

The show was called "Couture Fighting Cancer 2nd Annual Fashion Show" ... a night that benefits cancer survivors.

Destiny made the move this month from NYC to Los Angeles to live with Lamar and pursue her modeling career. Destiny is the daughter he shares with his ex, Liza Morales.

BTW -- this comes on the heels of many speculating Lamar's been romantically involved with transgender model/actress Daniiellè Alexis ... something he's denied.

Cara Delevingne has popped up halfway around the world all by herself and sorta undercover -- this as her inner circle has grown increasingly concerned about her health.

The model touched down Monday in Paris, where she was cruising through Charles de Gaulle Airport ... wearing a face mask, a beanie and sunglasses. She appeared to be rolling solo, with her face buried in her phone and not a whole lot of luggage on hand either.

We know there are some fashion events happening in and around Europe right now -- including in neighboring Italy -- but it's unclear what CD is doing there this week.

What we do know ... her friends and loved ones have expressed serious reservations about her state of being lately, with sources telling us Cara is in a bad way -- needing both rehab and mental health treatment for issues that seem to be consuming her these days.

Remember, she was seen looking out of sorts at Van Nuys Airport ... and her good pal, Margot Robbie, was recently seen in tears after leaving Cara's place.

Looks like Adam Levine and his wife are on the same page when it comes to weathering the storm of cheating allegations -- they're already laughing together, even as more women come forward.

Behati Prinsloo had a big smile on her face as she and Adam were out and about Wednesday in Montecito, CA. At one point, Adam was holding her hand, and there's really no apparent sign of tension between them.

This comes the day after the Maroon 5 frontman admitted he "crossed the line" by communicating online with multiple women. He denies there were any physical affairs with the women -- something at least one of them, Sumner Stroh, disputes.

Adam also said he and Behati would get through this together, and there's plenty of evidence that's exactly what they're doing.

Aside from the PDA, both are still wearing their wedding bands, and her baby bump is just barely visible. Remember, Behati and Adam just announced a couple weeks ago she's pregnant with their third child.

As we first reported, the "Girls Like You" singer now says, "My wife and my family is all I care about in this world."

More women have come forward accusing Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine of sending flirty messages, including screenshots they claim prove the singer was behind the conversations.

A comedian named Maryka posted a series of screengrabs Tuesday of an alleged convo with the singer in which he tells her, "Distract yourself by f****** with me!" Maryka also posted a private video Levine allegedly sent her in which he says, "I'm stupid," though the context in which he sent it isn't totally clear.

Another woman, Alyson Rosef, also posted a series of DMs, allegedly sent to her from Adam which read, in part, "I shouldn't be talking to you you know (right)?" During another exchange, when Alyson states she only likes metal music, Levine allegedly responds, "Said no hot chicks ever other than you."

Alyson says she made the decision to post the DMs because she feels really bad for Adam's wife, VS Model Behati Prinsloo, and encourages other girls to do the same.

As we reported, Instagram model Sumner Stroh was the first to expose Levine's messages, saying the two had an affair, and showing one message exchange where Levine said -- about the upcoming birth of his child -- "Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious."

In a statement to TMZ Tuesday, Adam said of the allegations against him, "I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life."

Adam Levine says the IG model who claims she was manipulated into having a year-long physical relationship with him is full of it ... though he admits he "crossed the line."

Adam tells TMZ, "I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner. I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life."

He goes on ... "In certain instances it became inappropriate. I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family."

And he says ... "My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together."

Sumner Stroh laid it all out on TikTok Monday morning -- just a few days after Adam's wife, Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo, announced their 3rd pregnancy.

Sumner claimed she was tricked into having an affair with the singer ... saying it happened at a point when she was young and naive -- adding she now feels exploited.

She even showed alleged screenshots where he messaged her after months of radio silence ... writing, "Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious."

The Internet blew up over the claims ... with Adam trending on Twitter. Some were buying it, while others suspect Sumner of chasing clout.

Adam and Behati have been together since 2012 -- they did split briefly in May 2013, but announced their engagement a couple months later.
