5/5 10:30 AM PT -- Stormy's assistant Michaela Catando tells TMZ the "Team Stormy" merch is being sold on Stormy's online store. She adds, while she's no longer full-time with Stormy, the two still do business together.

Stormy Daniels is about to give Donald Trump a run for his money when it comes to slapping slogans on merch.

Stormy's assistant, Michaela Catando, submitted an application with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office last month to have "Team Stormy" stamped on shorts, sweatshirts, t-shirts, tank tops and underwear. Surprisingly, hats weren't part of the mix.

It's not the most original slogan, but here's what's interesting ... Michaela's Facebook page says she doesn't work for Stormy anymore. When we phoned Stormy's camp to see if Michaela was still on the payroll, they had no comment.

Who needs friends on your private jet when you have stacks of cash?

Floyd Mayweather doesn't ... showing off his empty "Air Mayweather" jet as he leaves Singapore on another one of his insanely expensive globe-trotting vacations.

We got the "Gotti" rapper leaving a Chipotle in L.A. Thursday and asked him about the headphones company bailing on him ... but he tells us we got it all wrong. 6ix9ine claims he never spoke with anyone at TUNES Audio -- his name was just used for publicity. But ... he ain't mad.

The rapper also refutes being barred from the Barclays Center, but we double checked ... we're told he definitely won't be performing there June 8 due to an investigation of a shooting connected to his manager.

Finally, Tekashi69 gives us his thoughts on Kanye. He says he and Ye are on the same page -- when it comes to trolling ... and Kanye even learned a thing or 2 from him.

Arizona Cardinals rookie QB Josh Rosen left a fat ass tip after a sushi date with his mom ... and it's all to honor the late daughter of ex-Cardinals tight end Todd Heap.

Tragically, Heap's 3-year-old daughter Holly passed away last year after a car accident at the family home in Arizona.

To honor her memory, the Heaps started Hugs From Holly Day on May 3 -- and encouraged people to spread love and joy in their community with a random act of kindness.

The Heaps also asked people to wear pink (Holly's favorite color).

Rosen answered the call and after a $94 sushi meal in Manhattan Beach, CA -- he dropped a $300 tip for the staff. Pretty cool.

And he also wore pink.

Heap played for the Arizona Cardinals in 2011 and 2012 after spending 10 seasons with the Baltimore Ravens.

If you're thinking no one would pay $28k to see Donald Trump naked, think again because Zak Bagans did -- but wants to make it clear he's just in it for the history of it ... and maybe some dough.

The "Ghost Adventures" star and Haunted Museum owner outbid everyone for "The Emperor Has No Balls" statue ... better known as "the naked Donald Trump statue" Wednesday at Julien's Auctions.

The statue was made by West Coast anarchist collective INDECLINE and Zak says he was drawn to its mysteriousness. Five naked Donald Trumps popped up around the U.S. last year and at the time no one knew where they came from. The one Zak bought is the only one that wasn't ruined or confiscated.

It was estimated to fetch $20k at auction, but Zak was willing to pay $8k more than that. He's clearly betting the value will only go up, and someone will overpay him down the line.

Jay-Z's company forgot to pay a hefty bill related to his purchase of the Tidal streaming service ... according to a new lawsuit.

Jay's co., S. Carter Enterprises, hired attorneys in Sweden to close the Tidal deal in 2014, according to the suit. Jay was purchasing Aspiro AB, the Swedish company that then owned Tidal.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the firm -- Roschier Advokatbyrå AB (gotta love Scandinavian names) -- says its attorneys put in more than 1,400 hours on the deal, and sent S. Carter Enterprises a bill for $629,000. The firm says Jay's team made a partial payment, but is still on the hook for more than $294k.

According to the suit, a financial adviser -- with another really long Scandinavian name -- was also hired for the deal, and got stiffed to the tune of $304k.

Singer Loren Gray is getting a boat load of cash after signing with Capitol Records ... and she's barely old enough to drive a car.

The 16-year-old -- who has a massive social media following that includes nearly 11 million Instagram followers and 2.5M on YouTube -- signed her deal back in March ... and TMZ's obtained the deets of her contract with Capitol Records.

According to docs, Loren's getting a $550k advance for her first album and can make up to a whopping $4.8 million total for her second, third and fourth albums. And that doesn't even count the royalties she stands to get if she cranks out a few hit songs.

Loren burst onto the scene covering songs on YouTube and producing makeup tutorials.

Stormy Daniels' manager was subpoenaed by the FBI for documents related to the sale of Stormy's story just before the election, and the FBI was interested enough to also meet with her.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ, Gina Rodriguez received the subpoena last month. We're told the subpoena asks for information related to communications between Rodriguez and Michael Cohen, Rodriguez and Stormy Daniels and Rodriguez and Stormy's then-lawyer, Keith Davidson.

Our sources say there were numerous communications between Rodriguez and Stormy as well as Davidson but none related to Cohen. In fact, we're told Rodriguez never spoke with Cohen.

Rodriguez helped engineer the $130,000 payment Daniels received from Michael Cohen just days before the 2016 election.

10:56 AM PT -- Starbucks just announced it has also reached a financial settlement with the 2 men. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 2 black men whose arrest at a Philadelphia Starbucks sparked an uproar have settled with the City ... for a symbolic $1 each and a promise from city officials they'll set up a $200k program benefiting young entrepreneurs.

You'll recall Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson were arrested last month after the manager at the coffee giant's Philly store said she called police because the men refused to buy anything or leave. The arrest sparked outrage ... from customers in the store and ensuing protests, to T.I. calling for a boycott.

The men had said they were waiting for a business meeting about a potential real estate deal. The Associated Press first reported the settlement. The Starbucks manager who called cops has since left the company.

Nicki Minaj grabbed a pair of boobs and slapped 'em on a t-shirt -- but the problem is, that boob design belongs to someone else ... according to a lawsuit.

Nicki just got sued by Isiah Simon, an artist who says he's the creator of the inverted heart design -- which is really just a drawing of 2 big boobs in a bra or bikini. He's used his on "I Love Venice Beach" merchandise.

Isiah says he copyrighted the heart-shaped design in 2015 ... on Valentine's Day, of course. In his lawsuit, he says Nicki and Universal Music Group "brazenly" stole his design for her own gear.

Fans can purchase the "I Love Nicki" shirts on UMG's website, but Isiah wants that shut down immediately.

Johnny Depp used and abused a couple of his security guards, then screwed them over on payday ... according to a new suit.

The now former bodyguards, Eugene Arreola and Miguel Sanchez, claim they took personal jobs with the actor in early 2016 after years of protecting him with another security company. According to the docs ... once they became members of his in-house security team ... he started taking advantage of them and putting them in compromising situations -- much more than typical bodyguard work.

The men allege this included driving vehicles with illegal drugs and open alcohol containers inside, monitoring unstable people on his crew, babysitting his kids ... and protecting Depp from himself due to his wild behavior.

For example, they claim they had to alert Depp at a nightclub of "illegal substances visible on his face and person while preventing onlookers from noticing Depp's condition."

The former guards also say they were subjected to a dangerous work environment -- like another security guard accidentally shooting himself in the leg -- and labor violations. And to make it all worse -- they weren't paid overtime and didn't get breaks to eat.

Arreola and Sanchez are suing Depp for the unpaid OT, wages, meal and rest breaks ... and want damages on top of that.

Pete Rose owes more than $1 MILLION to the IRS ... but you wouldn't know it by looking at his car -- 'cause the ex-MLB star is still pushing a very expensive Rolls-Royce!

Finn Wolfhard is turning his "Stranger Things" fame into a big payday at the movies, too.

The 15-year-old who plays Mike on 'Stranger' is one of the leads in "The Turning" -- a horror flick based on the classic novel "The Turn of the Screw" -- and he no longer works for cheap.

According to Finn's contract, which is filed in court because he's still a minor, he'll be hauling in $150k for his base salary. He's also got some sweet bonuses if it's a box office hit -- such as another $50k if the movie hauls in $50 million. He could make another $125k on top of that if revenues hit $70 million.

His little costar's not doing too bad either. Brooklynn Prince, who played the adorable little girl in "The Florida Project," is making $100k base salary for 'Turning.'

Her bonuses could add another $50k, too. Remember, Brooklynn's just 7 years old.

Don Cheadle fixed up a shack of a crib near Venice Beach into an architectural marvel in a matter of 4 years -- and now he's cleaned up unloading the place ... TMZ has learned.

The "House of Lies" actor's Marina del Rey home recently sold for about $2.4 million after listing it earlier this year around the same price. The twist ... he bought the original property in 2014 for less than $900k ... and completely rebuilt it into what you see now.

The vertically-inclined 2,400 sq. foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with 10-foot high ceilings at the highest point in its two-story design. Originally, it was a mere bungalow at just 800 sq. ft. -- so Don and his wife, Bridgid Coulter, clearly did a number on the inside and out. It now features French oak floors, marble countertops and a roof deck for a sweet view. The listing agents are Rhonda Payne and James Coulter.

A Louisville Slugger bat used in an MLB game by Babe Ruth just sold at Goldin Auctions for just under $200,000!!!

Experts have determined the bat was used during Ruth's 1929 and 1930 seasons ... but the exact game (or games) in which it was used is unclear.

Authenticators were able to confirm the details on the bat (weight, length, style) sync up to the bats Ruth ordered from Louisville Slugger during that time period, Goldin says.

The Hillerich & Bradsby hickory bat weighs 37.8 ounces and is 35.25 inches long.

To compare, Aaron Judge's bat is 35 inches long but only weighs 33 ounces.

Goldin says the final price on the Ruth bat was $196,400. The identity of the buyer has not been made public.

There's more ... an authentic contract Ruth signed with the Yankees in 1934 (his final contract with the Yankees) also sold for $282,325!

He signed the contract with his name, "George H. Ruth."
